Now, you know, as a high school coach, it's kind of crazy. Cause you feel like you got a lot of time with the kids, but you really don't. You got two hours with them after school, right? And you got 30 kids in your program. 30, 35 kids from freshman to JV to varsity. You really don't got that much time with kids. You gotta trust your coaches. But you can't do individual work with them. They gotta do that kind of stuff on their own time to see if they developing as a player. You can help them with concepts and stuff like that and learning defensive schemes or whatever. But developing as a player, that's something you gotta do on your own time. There's too many kids and you got to build a team. So somebody working on the individual game is kind of tough. But making them a well rounded player, you can teach them defensive schemes, how to be unselfish and stuff like that. The right plays to make, but as an individual player, to get better, you got to do that on your own.
