Terion Arnold reportedly has interest from three other teams since being released from the Lions. Terrion Arnold's attorney claims that three NFL teams have already contacted Tarion since he was waived from the Lions. The attorney expects him to be on a new team in 30 days. This is in response to prosecutors wanting him to wear an ankle monitor since he is no longer employed. Joe, how much of this are you believing?
Joe Haden
Deebo? No, you first. You first.
Deebo Samuel
Hey, you first.
Joe Haden
Hey, hey, listen.
Deebo Samuel
Why is his attorney talking about it's three teams that want to get him? Where is this agent at? What is this agent saying? You as agent now, too. You got your NFL see, CBA Collective Bargaining agreement, agent license.
Joe Haden
Oh, my goodness.
Deebo Samuel
What is you talking about? Hey, listen. Ain't. Bro, you can say that all you want to. They about to slap an ankle monitor on that boy. I'm telling you that right now. It ain't no team out there right now that's about to touch that. As hot as it is. And the fact that the Lions released him, it's some smoke in the city. I'm trying to tell you. Listen, the attorney can say whatever he want to. You know, you gotta. You know, they trying to do what they can to fight the battle they can use.
Joe Haden
We playing for the other team.
Deebo Samuel
Yes, I understand that, but look here. Get the team. Say the team's name. Attorney say the team's name. Ain't nobody. Listen, bro. Ain't nobody touching this, man. That, man. I'm trying to tell you, boy, that shit hotter than hell.
Hoda Kotb
And.
Deebo Samuel
And you know how hot hell is now, boy?
Joe Haden
Infinity hot. What that boy
Deebo Samuel
said, talking about. Allegedly.
Joe Haden
Allegedly. And that's why, looking at what Butter said. Butter said. Did he apologize? I said, but he gotta chill. He got to chill. He got to chill. I don't know, Debo. If what his attorney's talking about, about that 30 days. I gotta hear from his agent. I'm still staying out.
Deebo Samuel
We got 30 days to see.
Joe Haden
That's what I'm saying, Bruh. We got 30 days. You're saying no?
Deebo Samuel
Hell, no, Joe.
Joe Haden
Yes.
Deebo Samuel
All this stuff that he did is alleged.
Joe Haden
Okay? That's what I'm saying.
Deebo Samuel
But you and I both know that teams, especially NFL teams, NFL security, FBI, all that stuff. We got access to background in this, all that. They got a good idea of why they done released this man. It's a. You telling me it's a whole lot of smoke going on over here. We. With all these charges, ain't no fire in place. I just. I. I can't believe it. I ain't gonna lie to you. I. I know, I know. I listen, I know that sometimes that it's just. It's misreported and. And they. They. They say things that aren't true and all that other stuff. I've seen it happen. True statement. But everything
Joe Haden
he would.
Deebo Samuel
They would have to be lying. It ain't one thing on here that's a little something that you could get away with.
Joe Haden
He sees this. He's just. He's claiming his innocence, Debo. So I'm. They go, we got 30.
Deebo Samuel
I understand claiming your innocence, but you're talking about you about to get picked up in 30 days. By who?
Joe Haden
But we need to ask. We need to ask his lawyer. Who were the teams that he was talking to?
Deebo Samuel
Bruh, he gotta go through the whole legal process of being acquitted before anybody will touch that. You're kidnapped. Allegedly kidnapped. Pistol whipping. Allegedly. Pistol whipping,
Joe Haden
bruh.
Deebo Samuel
Come on.
Joe Haden
Yeah, Debo.
Deebo Samuel
Conspiracy. Allegedly. Come on. Listen, man, them text communications and them phone calls, man, you can't. That right there is hard to
Joe Haden
see.
Deebo Samuel
I'm gonna tell you this right now, man. If it was team interested, I don't think the Lions would have released him because they wouldn't have saw any reason. Two reason.
Joe Haden
Like, they didn't, like, at least held on, like.
Deebo Samuel
Yes.
Joe Haden
Hold on.
Deebo Samuel
Let's see where we going.
Tom Bogert
Hold on.
Joe Haden
Let's see.
Deebo Samuel
Cloudy right now.
Joe Haden
We gonna wait till the dust settles
Deebo Samuel
to the pan out.
Joe Haden
Nah, they ain't wait till the pan out.
Deebo Samuel
I said, no, we ain't waiting till the pan out. We go pan up out of this.
Joe Haden
Yeah, we don't gotta. We gotta wash hands.
Deebo Samuel
What you think, Joe?
Joe Haden
Debo. This is what it's just gonna show
Deebo Samuel
us when he don't wanna ask something, y'.
Joe Haden
All.
Deebo Samuel
When I started stuttering.
Joe Haden
When I start stuttering, it's in a. It means. It's like a sticky situation. Cause this is really gonna show at the end of the day, like you said, like, in the NFL, who, what team is gonna want to get them until. Just seeing like, what's. What's going on? You know what I'm saying? Like, if it's all alleged and he has to go through the process, is the team just gonna sign him, holding onto him to see, like, when is he suspended? Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, since the Lions let him go now, he's like a free agent, right? So it's just gonna show like, if you, you're right. If your team is interested, it's like, okay, bet. Are you signing them now knowing something more that we. Knowing something that we don't know? Do you know what I'm saying? Like, it's just, it's just a sticky situation. Cause if you had this player on your team now, you. All of the questions are going to be that unless you already know something.
Deebo Samuel
I got money already invested in him. I got time invested in him. I'm going to go and check through every avenue I need to, to see how much fire is behind this. And if I see it's flames going on, I am getting up out of there. Why you got guaranteed money still attached to him that can be cut off if you get up out of this situation now.
Joe Haden
Conduct detrimentals.
Deebo Samuel
Yes, sir. Yes, sir.
Joe Haden
I'm with you, Debo, but I'm just saying, I'm just trying to listen to how the Lions released them and then you hear what his lawyer talking about. He gonna be on the team in 30 days. I'm just starting the clock. I'm waiting to see like. I hear you, lawyer. You know what I'm saying? Lions, my man is free right now. If you, if you ends up, if he ends up getting on the squad, then you surprised me because I, I don't see August.
Deebo Samuel
August 8th. August 8th, August 8th.
Joe Haden
That's 30 days.
Deebo Samuel
That's 30 days. I'm go ahead and give him till September because I don't see this panning out anytime soon. And I don't. And I don't. I don't. I don't know. I don't know how favorable it's going to pan out foreign, to be honest with you. Sports yet Sports Illustrated released their top five best cornerback duels for 2026. At number five, they had the Broncos, Patrick Sir Tan the second, and Riley Moss. Number four, they have the Rams, Trent Duffy and Jalen Watson. And number three, they have Devin Witherspoon and Nick Emmerworth.
Joe Haden
Yeah, he's like a safety.
Deebo Samuel
Emmer. Emmer something. Emerwari something like that. Then they got Texas. Derek Stingley.
Joe Haden
Yes.
Deebo Samuel
And Kamara Les. Les Lesty.
Joe Haden
Yep.
Deebo Samuel
Dude, number one, they had the Eagles, Quinon Mitchell and Cooper Dean. Stop, bro. Cooper DeJean is safety, ain't he?
Joe Haden
He's he corner.
Deebo Samuel
He like a corner. Listen here, man. You tell me, you tell me what you think as a, as a future hall of famer that played the position. What do you think of this list, man? I'm gonna let you go do your thing. You know, Is it legit? Would you change anything? Would you tell me? You tell me, brother.
Joe Haden
I would go with number one. Just the Texans seconded. The Texans corners, Stingley. And my young boy is about to get paid. Them two are elite. Can both tackle, can both cover, can both do, do everything at the cornerback position. Stingley is one of. I don't think he gets enough. He's one of the best in the league in my opinion. He's top three corners just as far as he's a technician. He has great ball skills like he's a receiver. That's one thing that I think that puts him into that class where when the ball goes in the air, he can look at it and just turn into the wide receiver. He's high, pointing the ball. He's mossing the receivers. I'm like, with his quick feet, with his patience on the line, his eye discipline. Stingley up there and his co pilot has been balling this whole time too. He's about to get a contract. So I would go with the Texans being number one.
Deebo Samuel
Okay.
Joe Haden
I like Mitchell and Cooper Dean, but they're, they, I, I, I'm, I'm going to have to put them probably around like first and foremost.
Deebo Samuel
I ain't going to lie. I'm putting practice in them at that too.
Joe Haden
Our boys need to get in there. Our boys need to get in there. I'm having to put, I'm going to take out.
Deebo Samuel
I like Moss.
Joe Haden
I, I like Pat Surtan is probably one of the best corners in the league too.
Deebo Samuel
That's why I said, I said I put them. Patrick's Attan and the other dude. I put them at tattoo. Just because you put them at two.
Joe Haden
Yeah. Because Patrick, Satan.
Tab Ramos
Yes.
Joe Haden
I'm gonna have to put. But Mitchell and Cooper DeJean. I love Mitchell. I like DeJean.
Deebo Samuel
I like Mitchell and Cooper DeJean better than what we got.
Joe Haden
No, that's who I'm, that's who I'm taking out. And that's why I'm putting us, I'm gonna put, I'm move everybody down. 1. I'm gonna take Mitchell and DeJean out and I'm gonna put. I'm gonna put our boys. I'm gonna put Peasy, Lil Peasy and Sean.
Deebo Samuel
Okay, where you putting them at?
Joe Haden
I'm gonna put them right now. I'm putting them at. I'm putting them at five.
Deebo Samuel
Okay. Okay. So we got, we got 1, 2, 5. Who we got at three and four.
Joe Haden
At three. We gonna go with. We're gonna go with Spoon. We're gonna go with Spoon.
Deebo Samuel
Okay. Okay. Devin Witherspoon.
Joe Haden
Yes. Yep, yep.
Deebo Samuel
Okay, we'll go with Seahawk. Okay. We got them at three, who we got at four?
Joe Haden
And then it's. It's Trent. Trent McDuffie and his co. Part.
Deebo Samuel
Stay where they at. I got you.
Joe Haden
They stay where they at.
Deebo Samuel
I like that. I like that. You know, I'm gonna have to agree with you. I'm at the 100. Agree with you. I don't see how they left our boys up out of there. You know what I'm saying? Somebody who made this, they had to be Eagles fan, man.
Joe Haden
They gotta go make some. It's just, you know, this season with them together, they're gonna make some plays, make some picks together and they're gonna see it. They just haven't seen it. They just haven't seen them working together yet. All these crews, all these crews have played together.
Deebo Samuel
Yeah. See, they. Dang. Listen, they ain't seen us yet, man. They ain't seen us. They don't even understand what they about to get themselves into. They don't even understand what they about to see. They saying, oh, it's the Pittsburgh City. It's the Pittsburgh. No, it's the Pittsburgh Steelers. That's a well coached team.
Joe Haden
Yes.
Deebo Samuel
Yes.
Joe Haden
These corners, all these corners on here, though, be blocking all of them. Is this is. This is a good. It was a good list, though.
Deebo Samuel
Legit. Listen, okay. Legit. Joe said it's a legit list. We just had to adjust a few things. We just had to adjust it, you know, that's all. That's all. Ain't nothing. Ain't nothing wrong with that, man, because
Joe Haden
I ain't gonna lie to you. I ain't gonna lie to you. My boys was getting close to being in here, honestly, like, I mean, Denzel, Denzel, Ward and Campbell. Denzel, Ward and Campbell. I mean, that's what they. They. Yes. Debo. Don't get the playing crazy. Don't get to acting funny. You know, my boys is basically. They, they. They basically in here they basically.
Deebo Samuel
They in there. Where you got them at?
Joe Haden
Cause I like war. I mean. Cause what?
Deebo Samuel
Well, you gotta make.
Joe Haden
It's hard to. It's hard to bump anybody out of
Olivia Munn
here
Joe Haden
because, like, I. I like Riley Moss. But it's just Pastor Tan is holding it down for the crew, so I can't take out who I think is probably the top two corners in the league. You know what I'm saying? To. To put my boys in there.
Deebo Samuel
They are six.
Joe Haden
They are six.
Deebo Samuel
Okay. I'll give you that.
Tom Bogert
There it is.
Joe Haden
I give you that joke because, you know, Denzel was still locking at the water for these for years.
Sports Analyst
Yeah.
Deebo Samuel
So I give you that, Joe.
Tab Ramos
Yes.
Joe Haden
Thank you. You recognize real ballers. You know the boy. You know them boys behind you.
Deebo Samuel
They doing things over there. They doing things over there. You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? They just, you know, they just ain't got enough people doing a bunch of things for them. You feel me?
Joe Haden
We gonna see. That's why I say we got this season.
Deebo Samuel
Yes, sir.
Joe Haden
We got number time.

Joe Haden
Yes. That's all I've been waiting for. All of this. All of these what ifs. What if he. Who's gonna, how's he gonna line it up?
Deebo Samuel
Line up.
Joe Haden
Line it up.
Deebo Samuel
Put your foot on the line.
Joe Haden
Line it up, man. Yeah, you gonna get, you gonna barbecue mildew? You gonna box or kick rocks? What you gonna do?
Deebo Samuel
Listen here, man. I'm just gonna tell y' all boys, man, All y' all need to do is tuck your head in between your legs and kiss your ass goodbye. Cause we about to go ahead and bust y' all ass.
Joe Haden
That's put your head between your legs and kiss your ass goodbye. It's crazy.
Deebo Samuel
Head between your legs and kiss your ass goodbye. Boy, we about to go ahead and whip your ass. Look here, okay? New Chargers OC Mike McDaniel is challenging Justin Herbert to change his footwork. Mike wants Justin to get the ball out quicker and rely less on his strong arm. He's also changing his shotgun stance, placing his non throwing foot forward. Mike claims the switch gives quarterbacks a millisecond competitive advantage. Justin is downplaying the chances, saying it's not too much of a difference. Mike is. Mike also has Justin using a green water ball to focus on his footwork, throwing and throwing motion. You think this is gonna help him? Joe, hurry.
Joe Haden
Hell no. Hell no.
Deebo Samuel
You don't think so?
Joe Haden
Hell no.
Deebo Samuel
He ain't really changing that much.
Joe Haden
Joe, I'm gonna tell you this.
Deebo Samuel
That, man, listen, he only doing the quarterback now, man. I, I, I just, I don't think it's that much. It's not like he's saying, yo, I gotta change all of his throwing mechanisms. His, you know, his, his, his, all that stuff he's saying, you know, it's just little things like, you know, his, his, his stance. Like, you know, that's like when you get a coach and he's like, hey, instead of having that foot stepped up right there, and when you in this coverage right here and you know you got that inside, you know you got an inside coverage, take that foot and step it back a little bit so that you already there, you ain't even got to move that foot no more. So you don't do that, Pat. You just sitting there and boom. You know what I'm saying? Like, he's giving him things. I think that as he said, like, it's going to get him to be able to get the ball out faster, you know, recognize things. He's not changing like, like a Tim Tebow where they like, oh, we about to change this whole throwing motion to make him a better player. He go be great. No, you can't do that, man. Been throwing the ball like that since he was knee high to a grasshopper. You ain't gonna be able to change that now. I think, I think this is some things, you know, and I'm not, you know me, I'm not really that much of Mike Daniels fan, but I feel like these are things that can actually help him because they're, they're smaller things that you've had other quarterbacks be able to do and change and be, you know, be more effective. So I think that this, you know, is something that will, you know, could actually help him. You know what I'm saying?
Joe Haden
I would say this, Mike McDaniel, love you to death. But when you got a quarterback, I would say more, just, just give it as an option. Not telling the man, you got to change your footwork. Do you know what I'm saying? I'm like, dude, he's been in the league for now, eight, nine years, new
Deebo Samuel
quarterback, like something Rich Gannon, seven years. He said he didn't even know how he was playing quarterback until he met Mike McCarthy.
Joe Haden
Rich Gannon, when he was first, he wasn't Justin Herbert. Justin Herbert's been balling, he's been making some pro Bowls, been throwing the ball really, really well. I don't think it's meant him all the time. Like, he's been having some injuries to his hand, but the way that he throws him, being able to get it out there, like that's kind of, that's kind of what he does. So, I mean, obviously telling somebody, like giving them option, you know what, we can try this, you know what I'm saying, seeing if it works so they can do some stuff. But like, no, what you're going to do is switch your right foot and forward and be a left foot. I'm like, if it doesn't feel right, then you've been playing a certain way his whole life, you know what I'm saying? So I'm like, I like the fact of just trying to give him an inch or just trying to give him a little something that could help him out. But if that thing really, if it doesn't, you know what I'm saying? Being comfortable to be like, okay, like, you just can't. I don't want like a force change. Put your other foot forward because your ass is out there throwing it crazy. I'm like, hold on now. What if it doesn't make him feel good? Like when I had to press, you're saying they would tell you, joe, like, put your foot up here or something. I'm like, okay, I like if I have an option as a change up, but like, maybe that shit doesn't feel right, you know what I'm saying? I still, I know how I can get there, you know what I'm saying? So.
Deebo Samuel
Okay, I understand. I understand what you're saying. But if his throwing mechanism or his throwing mechanisms is always. That his whatever foot is back, why not start you in that position so as soon as you catch, it's gone. I ain't got to flip it already there.
Joe Haden
Okay, okay, okay.
Deebo Samuel
No, you see what I'm saying?
Joe Haden
I feel you. I feel you. It just the quarterbacks being in the spots for a long time. I'm like, if it's a millisecond of him being able to get the ball out faster and he's not making a big deal about it, then it's not a big group.
Deebo Samuel
And you got Justin. He's saying, you know what? It's not really that big a difference. You know, he's saying it's not much of a change. It's not, you know, it's not too much of a. Of a difference, you know what I'm saying? And now if that works and he's able to get that ball out a little faster, like you said, every, every second counts. Every, every inch counts. Every. Every millisecond counts. It don't matter, you know, every. Like it's the difference between having the ball tipped or picked or even getting it through and having a touchdown or, you know, so on and so forth.
Joe Haden
No, no, for sure. Like milliseconds. You want to gain as much as you can. So if that ends up having this foot back so he can get that, the, the three step, the one step, you know what I'm saying quick game, out, faster, solid.
Deebo Samuel
Yeah, yeah, I understand that. So, I mean, I don't. You know, as long as Justin is saying, it's not that big of a difference. Now, if he goes to where he's like, yo, you. You might be going a little bit too much where you. You trying to, like, you trying to change mechanics and. And all that other stuff. That's. That's. That. That's different. You can't. You can't go in because, oh, I want him to, you know, throw it with his hands at a certain level, because that's going to. No, no, you can't have a dude running around like this all day. You know what I'm saying? Like, it's just.
Joe Haden
He's been throwing that thing for 4,000 yards, brother.
Deebo Samuel
Right, right, right. I understand foot placement because if you're, like I said, if you're going and you're switching your feet, and that's like me like. Like lining up on the outside, I always lined up with a little bit of a tilt, and I have my foot to where it's. My outside foot a little wider. Why do I do that? Because if I got back and forth, I don't want to have to go ahead. And the first thing I need to do is lift up my outside foot and move it out. If I got to do that right, I'm starting in the hole if I already got that foot sitting there. Now when he goes to step to me, I don't have to rush to try and read it. I could take my time. Now I see him stepping to me now I can take that foot and jam him. Instead of me stepping out, I'm stepping 45 at him. And now I'm cutting down that edge. And now I'm making it tighter so it gives me a better chance of actually making the play and making it tighter for the other guys to be able to get there. Where if you're a guy that's just. You just lining up there, you just going by the book. My outside foot on they foot, and there's no. You ain't got. You ain't got nothing there. And now you sitting there and you got guys that are just. They trying to play it so tight because they want to read and hurry up and step. And then the tight end give you one of these right here. His head in, but he step out, and now they jump in. You know what I'm saying? So I'm like, yo, you ain't got. Why are you rushing to. To. To jump down inside? You Got. You got backer. Anyway, it ain't like you in a six where you got to read him. If you in a six and you head up. Yeah, now I got to read him, and then I tell him that. I say, hey, listen, don't crowd him. Why you want to crowd him? Well, I want to get on him fast. No, he knows where he's going. You don't give him some space so that you can see where he's stepping. Now you can go and get to him and use your power to push him back, because once he goes, that's all he has is the advantage of knowing where he's going. Once you get there, you give him the power. You push into him and lock his ass out and push him back like they want to sit up tight. I'm trying to leave that outside on reading. No, no, no. You got. You. You reading him. Anyway, your job is to play a six. So that means if he steps out, you go and you jam him and you push him back. You try and shorten the edge. If he step in, you going. The read means you're tight. Your corner right here, he coming down. So if he goes and try and cut you off, you stay into that C gap, your corner coming down, and he got. He got that outside, like, you just can't get reached and cut off so fucking fast that now you shorten the edge, and now it allows the tackle to circle around you and get to your corner. Now we stuck like Chuck.
Joe Haden
Oh, now I'm. Now I'm mad.
Deebo Samuel
You on fire. I'm like, dang, bro, you got.
Wasabi Storage Ad Voice
Hold up. Why you.
Joe Haden
What you doing? Got the tackle coming over here to me.
Deebo Samuel
Like, I'm sure it's something that you changed when you got into the league. As far as, like, stands, that was something small that actually gave you an advantage.
Joe Haden
Deebo, the thing that you're saying is when we had the tight end, nub, tight end, like, I would try to be right on his outside. I'm like, no, Jody, you need to be 2 yards wide and 4 yards back so you can have a little bit more angle to come down and give him some force instead of you trying to come down so close. And they just knocking me right off to the sideline.
Deebo Samuel
They just pushing you out because you ain't had no force to get them to even stop that momentum.
Joe Haden
That's what I'm saying. So I was instantly. When I did that, I knew you got to widen up a little bit. And then now you're reading them coming down on his outside shoulder 10. When I'm too close, I don't have no power. I need to be able to be back a little bit with the angle so I can see. I need to come down to that and be able to keep my outside arm free. Boom. So I can be able to set the edge. If I'm too close, he could just push me out and there's no edge. I'm just widening it up. If I can come down and really stamp. Boom. Now I know I'm outside on free. Nobody's getting outside here. They have to go inside. So just like that, legit, widen up a little bit. I was always trying to be tight because I was worried about covering the Titan. He's trying to run an overrun. I'm like, bump that, dude.
Deebo Samuel
You got speed. You got all that?
Joe Haden
No, no, no. For sure, for sure. But that's what I'm saying. It just. Just knowing, like, we always make sure
Deebo Samuel
that if he going down there to block you, you hold that fucking edge. I need you to come down there with that 45, 4 yards deep.
Tab Ramos
Yes.
Deebo Samuel
I need you.
Joe Haden
Yes.
Deebo Samuel
And if he's going to run a route, he's not gonna come like he's going to block you because he's trying to get the hell away from you. Because you already know he's at a disadvantage.
Joe Haden
Yes. I'm sitting there now. You got to go deep. I'm five yards off you. You're. You're running. I'm faster than you. So now I' ma slip anything you try to run.
Deebo Samuel
Yes. Listen, man, now, now, that's when you get that. That's coaching your coach. Because your coach go tell you that. He gonna give you that feedback because with the book go tell you, hey, outside, right here, lined up. You can't do that. You victim weight. You need to be able to come down. You got speed that he don't have. You can catch.
Joe Haden
Lake said, Coach Lake said, jody, you can cover that over route every time, but that crack, you gotta get wide. I'm like, you're right.
Deebo Samuel
And what year was that? You got that, Joe?
Joe Haden
What'd you say?
Deebo Samuel
What year was that? You got that information, Joe?
Joe Haden
I got that. I got that in. Well, that was Late telling me that. It's in 2017.
Deebo Samuel
Yes. Carnell Lake, Pittsburgh Steelers. What year was that for you, Joe? Year seven.
Joe Haden
That was seven.
Deebo Samuel
Thank you.
Joe Haden
That was seven. But my man, coach, Coach Jerome Henderson, he told me. He was telling me the same thing when we was in. Henderson was a great coach, too. Coach Jerome Henderson, he was one that taught me the joint, too. I can't lie.
Deebo Samuel
Yes, sir. Yes, sir.
Joe Haden
But I just knew that when Cardinal Lake was just. Cause he was telling everybody no. What you need to do is you gotta widen out so everybody's on the same page. Nobody's tight. Everybody's looking the same. Get 4 and 2 so you can come down there and set that edge. I'm like, yes, thank you, Coach Lake. Now everybody won't be looking crazy.
Deebo Samuel
No question. And here's the crazy thing. Sit at that four and two when you got that corner blitz.
Tab Ramos
Why?
Deebo Samuel
Because now they thinking you covering. You took off. Snap. It looked the same. It looked the same. But guys.
Joe Haden
And I got an angle.
Deebo Samuel
They so fidgety to try and get to their blitz. They done gave every God dang on thing away.
Joe Haden
I'm out of there. Love it.
Deebo Samuel
Question, brother. Let's jump into the super chats.
Joe Haden

Be honest. Does the Browns training camp start with this is our year or do they wait until day two? Joe, we not this the thing, though.
Joe Haden
Coveted. We not we not just crazy. So if I see us looking weak, I'm gonna let us know early. Right now I'm happy. I'm trying to see what's looking like. I told you 8 to 10. You know what I'm saying? If you walked into the Browns camp wearing a Stiller's hoodie, would they escort you out or ask for your autograph? I don't know. You had to ask Joe that, like. Like, if they. Would they ask you. Would they escort me out, Joe, or would they. Would they ask for the autograph?
Joe Haden
It depends if you.
Deebo Samuel
If you with me or if you
Joe Haden

Deebo Samuel
Hey, you had to throw on a little linen. Ain't nothing wrong with that.
Joe Haden
You know what I'm saying?
Deebo Samuel
Ain't nothing wrong with that. Joseph.
Joe Haden
Yes, Sir. Yes, sir.
Deebo Samuel
Hecklesani $5 said, Deebo, who are your top five rushers that you molded your skills after? I don't have a top five rushers that I molded my sk. My skills after. I have one dude that I modeled my skills after, and it's the late, great Kevin Green. Kevin green came in and showed us the bull rush. He showed us the speed bull. Go from speed to bull, and then you go from speed to a fake bull. And that's what I used my whole career. Kevin Green came in and taught me that, and it changed the whole trajectory of my career from him coming in and doing that. Like, dude, he was giving us the bull. Like, we watched his tape, dude, of how he would bull rush dudes. And you seeing you like, he's bull. He's bull rushing, like, the big giant tackles, you know, dude, that was a 360, man. Boom, boom, handing them. Getting up, he's like, here, it's three step boom. It's five step boom. He's like. And Then it's three step. Make it look like you go bullum slap rip. And that's what I used my whole career, dude. He had everybody bull rushing. We was bull rushing. Cats so tough, bro, that after Kevin left coach, Coach Kyra was like, hey, ain't no more bull rushing in practice in the rush drill. Like, y' all gotta stop bull rushing.
Joe Haden
Y' all gotta use some moves.
Deebo Samuel
Dude, we was bull rushing the dog piss out of them running backs, bruh. The one on ones when you do, bruh.
Joe Haden
Killing Max on backers.
Deebo Samuel
Yes, backs on backers, bro. That was so messed up, bruh. Yeah, it was. And then, you know, you gotta bull rush every once in a while because they gonna sit light on you, you know. Oh, yeah, you gotta go ahead and do it. You know what I'm saying? But when the. When coach said they ain't loud, no bull rush, and the boys started sitting light again. So, you know, we had to. Had to pitch one in there every now and then.
Wasabi Storage Ad Voice
Blah.
Deebo Samuel
Yeah, you know what I'm saying? Let them know, don't sit y' all thinking it's sweet. You gonna get bull.
Joe Haden
That's what. That's just what happens.
Deebo Samuel
No question. We got Carlos Alvarez, 700 Mexican pesos.
Joe Haden
Come on.
Deebo Samuel
100 pesos. Yes. Said, I'm not a doctor, but I get physicals. And so I used. I used to cringe watching Shazier spear opponents. Our coaches, our coaches, particularly. Culprits for bad tackling form. Sorry for the sensitive topic. Coaches are not culprits for bad tackling form. Some people just get into a habit of maybe lowering their head. And then sometimes it's not about you having bad tackling habits. You may just hit somebody the wrong way. You. You come in and, you know, that was a timing thing. He's not looking to actually hit that guy with his head. He was looking to get his head across. But, you know, when you obviously lower your head, then you. You put yourself in a position that it's going to, you know, that's going to go. Go down through. Go down through your spine. So it's not that he was. I don't think he was taught bad tackling. I think it was just a situation where, you know, it. The timing of what. What happened and all that. And then some guys, you know, you go in there and you're trying to protect yourself, and that's really what it comes down to. And some guys, the where as we say, I tell, I tell, I tell, guys, put your face in the fan like, you got to Put your face in the fan. What that mean? I want you to see what you hit. So, yeah, when I tell my sons, I say, hey, this right here, put this on them. Why put this on him? Because if you put this on him, you're seeing what you're hitting. I don't want you putting this. Because now you're lowering your head, you still protect yourself. You put your neck at that 45, which means now when you hit, you bow back like this instead of dropping your head like this. And now it jams down where you hit. Here, the browser, it bows back. So that's something that I'm real like, hey, see what you hit? Put that brow on them. Put your face in the fan.
Joe Haden
Yep.
Deebo Samuel
And a thousand percent, because nobody is taught to, you know, lower their head. Nothing like that. It just. It. Some guys lower their head lower than they should because of just. It's just out of habit. And you're able to get away with it for so long that it now becomes how you tackle. And it's hard to. To, you know, to change up after you've been doing it so long. So here's the issue, is that, you know, you're being taught as a child by somebody who is probably trying to live their dream through you because they want to coach at the level where, like, our best coaches should be, at the. At the level of kids. Why? Because I want to teach you the proper way. That's the whole reason I never let my kids play contacts until I was able to see what they were being taught, you know, And I ain't gonna lie, they were teaching some things that was just out of control. Like, get your head out the way and grab and tackle and let him know. No, no, put your head across. Why? Because it's harder for them to run through all of this. Get up across than it is for them to run through this. And now you're taking a chance of. Now you got guys that's getting shoulder issues, all that. You're tearing up shoulders.
Tom Bogert
Why?
Deebo Samuel
Because you're trying to tackle his whole body and stop him here and getting your head out. It doesn't. It, you know, it.
Joe Haden
It.
Deebo Samuel
It's not. It's not conducive to having a long career, dude. It's just not. I mean, I know they all. Heads up. Get your head out the way. Head out the way. Nah, that's tackling the bag behind. You know how you do. They roll the donut and now you tackle it behind. No, that's head across. I'm like, go Ahead and do your drill so you can do your heads up, you know, certification that they gotta get to be able to do what they wanna do. But when it comes time for the actual real stuff, they gotta do so much of that throughout the course of the year and then really teach them how to tackle to protect themselves, you know what I'm saying? So that they don't go out there and get hurt.
Joe Haden
Yep. Because that means even from a jit, when we were playing Little League, when you were. And coaches would never want you to, when you, you got to see what you hit. And it would be. It happens fast, like when you're playing. And then boom, when you're a kid, like you instantly with your head down, you would hear your coach, whoa, whoa, whoa. Head up, head up. Get your head out of there. Like, that's just something. But when you're playing sometimes, then when your head hits that, you're. The helmet is messing people up. Like when we were Little League, like dudes that are smaller dudes, they come down there and they know if you get hit with your helmet, the crown, you're going to fold the other person. So it is like, it's just. It's a safety thing big time. But coaches definitely don't. I've never heard a coach really like pushing that. They always want to tell you, whoa, whoa, whoa, because it can't. You'll get away with it until you, until you don't, you know?
Wasabi Storage Ad Voice
Right.
Deebo Samuel
And that's the problem as a kid. You can get away with it because your bones aren't. And your power, the speed that you come with isn't as significant as it is as you get older and you get faster and you get stronger. Now you don't got into a thing where you don't got through it through pee wees. You done got through it through high school and now you get into college and now these dudes is fast, they strong, and you can't, you can't get away with that stuff. You know, Sometimes you get that, right? Sometimes you get that stinger. You know what I'm saying? And now? Yeah, now. Okay, cool, you got the stinger or whatever. But at what point do you actually like, like be taught the correct way? And sometimes guys don't, don't get that teaching and get it reinforced with being like, hey, get your head up, get your head up, get your head up. I don't want you to see. If I see you out there dropping your head again, I'm gonna pull your ass about the game.
Joe Haden
I got to. Because I can't. You're going to get. You're going to get hurt.
Deebo Samuel
Yes. It's not about if, is when, is
Joe Haden

Episode Theme:
A candid, passionate discussion between Deebo Samuel and Joe Haden on Terrion Arnold’s legal situation, NFL team interest rumors, and a deep dive into 2026’s top NFL cornerback duos, player coaching adjustments, and real talk on tackling safety.
[03:17–10:35]
Deebo Samuel reads the news: Following his release from the Lions, Terrion Arnold’s attorney claims "three NFL teams" have reached out, expecting a new deal within 30 days.
“They about to slap an ankle monitor on that boy... It ain't no team out there right now that's about to touch that. As hot as it is. And the fact that the Lions released him, it's some smoke in the city.” — Deebo Samuel (04:20)
Questioning the attorney's credibility:
“Get the team. Say the team's name. Attorney say the team’s name. ...Ain’t nobody touching this, man.” — Deebo (04:51)
