NBA passes anti tanking rules. 3, 2, 1. Draft lottery system. Teams 4 through 10 get three lottery balls. Both three bottom three teams get two lottery balls. Playing teams get one to two lottery balls. 16 teams in the lottery with flattened odds. Previously, 14 teams cannot pick number one in consecutive years. No top five picks in three consecutive years. The worst teams now have just a 5.4% chance to get the number one pick. The team with three balls have an 8.1% chance at each.

But obviously, we oppose the question to Chris Paul about what do you think about the Tank in basketball? And is there anything that we can do to teams and penalize them? Obviously, there's no regulation because there's nowhere for NBA teams to go.

And obviously he had a really great answer and said they need to be penalized because the players that are on the team have to suffer. They have to suffer, you know, not being able to get the numbers they want to and do some of the things and being able to contribute to helping that team win where they're stifled and really have really have no say so. You know, when a team decides to tank.
