James Deebo Harrison
How you doing today, Joe?
Joe (Co-host)
Brother Deebo. I'm doing good. I'm doing good. I had to change up locations. You know, I got people doing a lot of. I had a leak in my house, so they working on the floors, they doing a lot of sanding. A lot of stuff was going on, so it was noisy in there, so I had to come outside to the barn. So switched up the location, but we made it happen. You know what I'm saying?
James Deebo Harrison
Okay. Okay. I mean, you seem to have a whole lot of work going on all the time. Something happening here, something happening there. I don't know what's going on.
Joe (Co-host)
You buy a lemon, Joe, bro, I'm not gonna lie to you. I'm a good person. And, you know, just things happen, unfortunate things, you know, leaks and just, you know, like gas lines. Just stuff is. It's always Just happening to me, but I'm dealing with it. My dad says, you know, it's just. It's a little. It's a hiccup, you know what I'm saying?
James Deebo Harrison
Like, it's probably like rich people problems.
Joe Hayden
You know what I'm saying? I don't deal with them problems, you know what I'm saying?
Joe (Co-host)
You told me your door got blown down. You were dealing with some things at.
James Deebo Harrison
The same time that's caught my house raggedy. I'm po. I ain't got no paper, bro.
Joe (Co-host)
Come on, man.
James Deebo Harrison
No, Debo, the wind blew my door down, bro.
Joe (Co-host)
You far from po. You far from po.
James Deebo Harrison
Like, look at that. The bad. The big bad wolf came and blew my house down. Like I'm strong.
Joe (Co-host)
See, Everybody got stuff going on. Everybody got stuff going on, Debo, you know what I'm saying? Some people's problems bigger than others or smaller than others, but everybody got stuff they're dealing with. So, you know, my house is made out of brick. It's not getting blown down.
Joe Hayden
I know. See, I ain't got no bricks. I got no bricks.
James Deebo Harrison
I can't.
Joe Hayden
You know what I'm saying?
James Deebo Harrison
What? That called masonry work?
Joe Hayden
What?
James Deebo Harrison
Look here, man.
Joe (Co-host)
Yes, sir.
James Deebo Harrison
I'm trying to get these people to understand. So is Miami outlast Ole Miss at Fiesta bowl wins?
Joe Hayden
Yes.
James Deebo Harrison
What's the cfp? What's that?
Joe (Co-host)
College football playoffs.
James Deebo Harrison
Okay. I don't know. Look at this. This is why I want y' all to understand something.
Joe Hayden
I went to Kent State. I. I don't know what college football playoffs is, Okay? I don't. I don't know what I'm. I don't know what.
James Deebo Harrison
Thank you. And, And. And here's the thing. They don't understand. Well, you know what? I gotta take it back because it is Debo and Joe.
Joe (Co-host)
It is Debo and Joe.
James Deebo Harrison
Joe. Joe has something to talk about when it comes to college football. By week three, four, we're done. If we're lucky. If we wasn't somebody's tune up game, you know what I'm saying? Getting paid to come and get bounced around, you know, for the right price, you know, but when it comes down to it, I don't know a mother freaky thing about what's going on here. Okay?
Joe Hayden
So.
James Deebo Harrison
So, Joe, this obviously is 100% for you. And I'm gonna let you go ahead and take off and let you talk about college football playoff championships, because that would be like you talking about championship ball. If you played your whole career in Cleveland, you wouldn't know nothing about it.
Joe (Co-host)
No, no, no. But let me tell you something. But this. This is something I do know about. And this is right here. This is the Florida Gators. And this is what we do. We win national championships. So good. Good old you. That's why I don't like the you. I don't like. I don't like Miami. Everybody's all cheering for Miami. Go win the ship. The last time they won it was in 2001. That team was amazing. All them dudes. Every one of the greatest college football teams in history. But as of now, bump the U. I'm not a fan.
Joe Hayden
Okay?
Joe (Co-host)
I hope they do. That was a great game.
James Deebo Harrison
Hope they go there and get smacked.
Joe (Co-host)
But go ahead and get smacked. Go ahead. I watched them when they beat Ohio State. I watched that game. Cause I want Ohio State to get them out the way. Cause I can't stand the uh. And then I watched a little bit of that game. Cause I hoped Ole Miss would get them out the way. And they're in the SEC Just for sec pride. But do you bump the U. I don't like you.
James Deebo Harrison
I can't stand the, uh.
Joe (Co-host)
Tell Michael Irv.
James Deebo Harrison
Like, it's gonna be belt to ass for y', all, whoever y' all play next.
Joe (Co-host)
Go Gators. It's always the Gators.
Joe Hayden
Uh oh.
Joe (Co-host)
Bobbing up.
Joe Hayden
Uh oh.
Joe (Co-host)
They got me. I'm losing control. Go Gators.
James Deebo Harrison
Okay, so it's always Go Gators.
Joe (Co-host)
I watched the game, the highlights.
James Deebo Harrison
What happened.
Joe (Co-host)
I was hoping that they would have lost Beck. He drove the ball down. He did his thing that last play. That's a PI. And when we talk about refs and at the end of the game and how they always hold their whistle, you gotta blow that kind. Cause he was pulling my man down.
James Deebo Harrison
Listen, he had him for a whole 10 yards, holding on to the inside.
Joe (Co-host)
He was in a perfect position to referee. He still standing there at the pylon looking. That's your job to make that call.
Joe Hayden
Last second, he yanking down, too.
Joe (Co-host)
Yanked him down, bro. So. And in college football, that's not to the one yard line. That's a 15 yard penalty. They get one more play. So we not like he would have gave him the whole game. That's a flag. In college football, that's a flag. So, you know, they ended up getting there to the. To them ship. They made it. It's in Miami. You know what I'm saying? Oh, you know what? I won the national championship when I was with the Gators in their stadium in Miami. So let's see if they can go do it. We did that in, oh, eight. Me and my boys whooped Oklahoma. Go, Gators. Go Gators.
James Deebo Harrison
Miami wasn't even nowhere near around even trying to.
Joe (Co-host)
Man, they was out there weak. They ain't been. They ain't been relevant since 2003 when they lost in overtime to Ohio State in the natty. Unfortunately, Miami, you know, fortunately for me. Unfortunately for you, yeah.
James Deebo Harrison
Now, let's get on to something I.
Joe Hayden
Know something about, baby.
James Deebo Harrison
Okay?
Joe Hayden
And that's.
James Deebo Harrison
That's still holding.
Joe (Co-host)
Pop off.
Joe Hayden
Hold on, baby.
Joe (Co-host)
Let me.
Joe Hayden
I could. I gotta get back.
Joe (Co-host)
Go Gators.
James Deebo Harrison
Hold on, hold on. I'll be right back. I'll be right back, Joe. I gotta get right for this.
Joe Hayden
You know what I'm saying? Yeah, right.
Joe (Co-host)
Get right, Debo.
James Deebo Harrison
Yeah, I gotta get right.
Joe (Co-host)
Just in case they was wondering this. That just that venture. Just that. 21 Joe Hayden, Steelers 2017 jersey with my man Mike. My man. My man Mike wasn't trying to let me get. Mike Mitchell wasn't trying to let me get 23 up off of him.
James Deebo Harrison
Hey, hey.
Joe (Co-host)
So I had to go ahead. Rob G. Good man. Rob G. Let me get the 21 off of him.
James Deebo Harrison
Let you get the 21. Okay.
Joe (Co-host)
Yeah, yeah.
James Deebo Harrison
Okay, okay. That's what I'm talking about. Rob G. Good man.
Joe (Co-host)
Rob G. Rob G. Good man. Good go.
Joe Hayden
Good man.
James Deebo Harrison
I'd have sold that 23 to you fast.
Joe (Co-host)
Oh, no, he's. He. Look, he sold me the 21. Had to pay a little penny for it, too. Ain't gonna lie. Rob G. Still good man. Oh.
James Deebo Harrison
Yeah.
Joe (Co-host)
There won that. Yeah. Okay. Been there. Okay, okay. I love to see it. I love to see it for all you.
James Deebo Harrison
That's for all you. Still haters out there, baby. That's right. Listen. Yeah, they had to get your boy and stuff. Hey, my guy, O. Down there. Went on here, let Adam know. Hey, get your boy stuff. They went on ahead, got it to me, you know.
Joe (Co-host)
Okay. No, for sure.
James Deebo Harrison
Team miss you. I'm part of the team, baby.
Joe Hayden
You know?
Joe (Co-host)
Where.
James Deebo Harrison
Hey, Joe.
Joe (Co-host)
Where yours, Debo? See, look, mine. They holding mine. I'm on the way out for the game, so they go, I'm gonna get mine on Sunday.
James Deebo Harrison
About where your heart at, though.
Joe (Co-host)
No, no, no, look, bro, they. Listen, listen, bro.
James Deebo Harrison
They heard what you said.
Joe (Co-host)
Listen, listen, bro.
Joe Hayden
They heard what you said about where your heart at. Joe, chill out.
James Deebo Harrison
Look here, man, let's. Let's just get into this preview of my still.
Joe Hayden
I'll say our Stillers.
Joe (Co-host)
Come on, Debo.
James Deebo Harrison
Because you ain't got nothing left. You ain't got, you ain't got nothing left. You ain't got no hope.
Joe (Co-host)
I ain't got a dog in the fight, man.
James Deebo Harrison
You ain't got a dog in the fight. I'm gonna give you a dog. Here, here come, man.
Joe (Co-host)
I played five years for this dog. I played five years for this dog.
James Deebo Harrison
Okay, okay. Here, I, I, I give you, I give you the one that's about nine months old. He ain't full grown yet, but I.
Joe Hayden
Give you 19 months.
James Deebo Harrison
Okay.
Joe (Co-host)
Yeah.
Joe Hayden
This game is very winnable for us.
Joe (Co-host)
Yes, it is.
Joe Hayden
We gotta win in all three phases. That's defense. Yes.
James Deebo Harrison
Yes.
Joe (Co-host)
Special teams. Yes.
Joe Hayden
The big reason we're going to need special teams is I believe it's going to come to a field position game rather that's the offense, you know, being able to move the ball on a short field because we get a good return or the defense being able to play long fields because we stopped them from returning.
James Deebo Harrison
Okay.
Joe Hayden
Now the defense always, first things first, stop the run. They're not very good at running the.
James Deebo Harrison
Ball, but you always have to stop.
Joe Hayden
The run because you never want to be fighting a two headed monster. Okay? Yes. And then another reason for them is a lot of their balls they throw down the field is off. Play action, play action, run. And like I said, it shouldn't be hard to do. I think they're only like a 22nd ranked rush game, you know, and I think we're actually good there. We're like maybe 13, 12, something like that. In our Russian defense, once we do that, we gotta tackle the catch. No yak from these receivers. It's a good amount of short game, quick passing. We gotta minimize. What is it? Collins and Dale? Yes, it is. And we get that done by pressuring CJ we have to pressure and sack him. We must keep contained. We cannot go and do inside rush moves unless we make the play. You don't make the play. That is a bad move.
Joe (Co-host)
Yes.
Joe Hayden
Can't let him use his legs to extend plays. Now the offense, we need to stay ahead of the change. We have to run the ball. Even though they are a great run defense, they are the number one defense, period. Three, four yards in a cloud of dust is a success. Okay, that's dunk game option where you get a quick now to the, to the, to the receiver and he gets.
Joe (Co-host)
Okay, I'm liking it. Okay. Okay. Yes.
James Deebo Harrison
Whatever that is.
Joe Hayden
We need to stay ahead of the chains. Okay? We, we can't let them be able to get us in third and long situations. We have to protect Rodgers. We do that by not getting in those third and long situations and allowing Hunter and Anderson to impact the game. We can't do that. I think their defense has like maybe 45, 47 sacks, something like that. And those two guys account for 27 of those sacks. Like you need to do that to be, to be able to allow Rogers to do what it is that he does. And that's get the ball to Gainwell. Yep. Briarmouth.
Joe (Co-host)
Yep.
Joe Hayden
Adam also. And guess who we got back.
Joe (Co-host)
DK Metcalf.
Joe Hayden
We got DK back but d' Amico Ryan's. I played when he played.
James Deebo Harrison
We did some, we did, we did.
Joe Hayden
Some, some Pro Bowls together.
Joe (Co-host)
Okay.
Joe Hayden
This is a defensive coach point blank period. I guarantee you he is going to double DK and he will have that safety leaning over there. He is not going to allow him too many free one on ones. But that leaves more opportunities for the guys I just talked about before to make plays. And when we do get that one on one opportunity, we now have DK back. We now can go and throw the balls that we were throwing to VSM MSV that were those one of one you give to your receiver, go make a catch throws that your number one receiver goes and gets. That's how we do it. And the big total altogether, special teams evens out. They do what they need to do. They make a play here and there. They don't hurt us. Our defense has to play better against their offense than their defense plays against ours 1,000%.
Joe (Co-host)
All of that stuff that you said, Deebo, was exactly correct. And I'm going to start with the offensive side of the ball too. Starting not winning on first down is basically what we're saying. We don't care how you win on first down. We need to make sure it's some running. Four yards in the cloud of dust is a swing pass is a quick screen. It's a quick thing that Jalen is a quick one to gain. Well, where we're staying ahead of the sticks, we're not on second and 10. We're always wanting to get at least four yards second and six and lower. You know what I'm saying? That's always going to be the thing and being able to do that is making, keeping Aaron Rodgers upright when we can do these quick passes where he's not being able to get these because their defense is really, really good. So we're in these third and long situations, they're going to be Able to tighten up. Stingley's a great db. So I'm loving like when we had the situation against the Browns when we had MBS going against Denzel Ward three times in a row. That's DK versus Stingley. I like that matchup a whole more, you know what I'm saying? Because we do got our one versus your one. We got our guy versus your guy. So we need that in that situation in this game. So I'm loving everything that you're saying. That's going to be the complete right situation. Stay ahead of the sticks, be able to get everybody involved. It might be dink and dunk and those one on one opportunities. Let's see what we got. Let's make something happen, you know what I'm saying? Defense do play four quarters, you know what I'm saying? We've seen them be great so many times. Like being able to stop the run, being able to just eliminate the deep balls, you know what I'm saying? Just like simple things of not seeing people run butt naked down our field, you know what I'm saying? Eye discipline, like it's done of me just being able to say this stuff coming in here, me and you talking about it every single week. It's playoffs, it's do or die. When you mess up your eye discipline, you're losing the game. This is not just, this is not the time. You can get it back, you can get it back. Oh no, there's no more film study. You're not going, you're going to Cancun, you're taking the trip, you know what I'm saying? So all of the things that we're saying, like our defense, when we're saying four phase special teams just do the simple things, we need to be executing punts, you know what I'm saying? No holding costs. If we do get a good return, no holding, you know what I'm saying? Like don't be out there shooting ourselves in the foot because these are games where all of the plays matter, everything matter, everything is way more magnified every single play. So like, oh no, that won't hurt us. A kickoff return that we get for 45 yards and they bring it back to the 15. That's ah, we can't have that versus Houston Texans where now Aaron Rodgers coming out there, short field, we're knowing we're getting points now, two first downs, we're looking at trying to get a touchdown. We're in the red zone, you know what I'm saying? So just our team playing A well executed game that we've seen them play before. We're not asking them to do nothing that we haven't seen. You know what I'm saying? So when we're like, just go out there in all three phases, play a good game, you know what I'm saying? Don't shoot yourself in the foot. We've seen you do it. We believe you can do it. So let's go out there and do it. And when you beat the Ravens, that was so good. Cause we did it without no dk. He wasn't there. And we still manufactured victory. Big plays. We take away those three big old plays, like that's a good game. But now those big plays take them away. We're in the playoffs. We made it to the dance with the bull, with the fluke, with the flukeness, so we can beat the Texans. You know what I'm saying? So you're saying the same thing I'm saying. It's just like lock in, lock in, guys.
James Deebo Harrison
Yeah, we.
Joe Hayden
We can't have the negative plays. I'll put it to you like this. We can't have. If it's an opportunity where it's a questionable play that you're going to make a questionable call that could be made and it won't negatively affect us, let it go. Now if that call that you may get called on you is a hold, and you're going to hold because he's going to get blindside on Aaron Rodgers and possibly sack, fumble him.
James Deebo Harrison
Yes.
Joe Hayden
Hold. If that hold is. You just went and got hit on the double move and he's about to run past you and the option is to let him go or tackle him for the. Or attack him for the penalty and not give up the touchdown. Yes, tackle him.
Joe (Co-host)
Tackle him. Yes.
James Deebo Harrison
Yes.
Joe Hayden
We have to make sound decisions in everything that we do. Every snap that we play.
James Deebo Harrison
That's the only way we're going to.
Joe Hayden
Be able to beat this team, dude. Yes. I understand Aaron Rodgers and Mike T got 41 playoff games, you know, together where they. They won and all that. But hey, the Texans don't give a damn about that.
James Deebo Harrison
Matter of fact, the moo Ryan, he.
Odoo Advertiser
He.
Joe Hayden
He threw a little shade like when they interviewed him. Listen to this, man.
James Deebo Harrison
Y' all got it. Play that big Watt back last night.
Lenovo Advertiser
They also have Alex Highmith on the other side. Just what are your initial thoughts on the.
Joe Hayden
Their pass rush?
Joe (Co-host)
What the tr.
Joe Hayden
You guys are fired up by the Steelers, huh, man? Can't wait. Yeah.
James Deebo Harrison
What do you think? What you think he's saying there, Joe?
Joe (Co-host)
I mean, yeah, he's. He's saying, like, man, wow, y'.
James Deebo Harrison
All.
Joe (Co-host)
I mean, he don't want to hear nothing.
Joe Hayden
You want to know.
James Deebo Harrison
You want to know what I think he. But you think what I think he's saying?
Joe Hayden
Like.
James Deebo Harrison
Like I said, I. I've been. I've been with. I've been with d'. Amico, I've been with Ryan's. You know, I. I know. I know how. I think. I know how you operate. You know, I spent a little time with him.
Joe (Co-host)
Okay.
Joe Hayden
He's saying, we fed up already.
James Deebo Harrison
He's saying, you know what?
Joe Hayden
I'm telling you that y' all being real disrespectful. He said, you telling me that we should be worried about the Steelers. He said, you telling me that, like, we already are the number one defense in the NFL, and you're telling me that I need to worry about the Steelers.
James Deebo Harrison
So basically, he said, I'm telling my.
Joe Hayden
Guys, yo, we already putting this chip on our shoulder. They don't have no respect for us. We won't have no respect for them. He said, you talking about the Steelers pass rushers?
Joe (Co-host)
Do you think it was the organization? Do you think it was the organization of questions? Because they would have had to respect their defense first. But do you think he just came in off the first question? So, guys, they got T.J. watt back. He's like, first of all, like, you know, y' all are disrespecting our defense. Cause they didn't say nothing about his defense.
Joe Hayden
This is what it's telling me, dude. It's telling me that he feeling disrespected. It's telling me that he already done got his team to where he done put this chip on they shoulder.
Joe (Co-host)
Okay, okay.
James Deebo Harrison
All right. It's telling me, you hear, hey, how to still say how Mike say it? The stillness A.
Joe Hayden
They are all nameless great faces, and we are the Pittsburgh Steelers.
James Deebo Harrison
Okay? He said, y' all asking me about.
Joe Hayden
Alex High Smith and T.J. watt and.
James Deebo Harrison
How we gonna stop them when I'm sitting over here with one player that got almost as many sacks as both of them together, and we the number one defense in the NFL. Y' all talking about a defense that damn near give up more passing yards than we do as a whole team as a defense, and you over here asking me about the Pittsburgh Steelers. We the Houston Texans. That's what he's saying.
Joe (Co-host)
That's what he's saying.
Joe Hayden
That's what he's saying, you know, And.
James Deebo Harrison
I'm just letting the Steelers know.
Joe Hayden
That's what he's saying.
James Deebo Harrison
You gotta say it.
Joe Hayden
The lack of not saying it and what he did say says what he said.
James Deebo Harrison
No Pittsburgh TJ Highsmith Cam 9:5. He's saying this to y' all nephew. He's saying this to y', all.
Joe (Co-host)
Jalen.
James Deebo Harrison
He's saying this to y' all without having to say it. He's saying it without having to say it. We're the number one defense y' all talk about. He said, oh, he said, yeah, y' all the number one pay, but you ain't playing like, oh. That's what he's saying. That's what he's saying. Where you at, D? Who gonna be the best defense out there Monday night? That's what I want to know. That's what I want you to show. They could be number one this season. But when the playoffs come, it's single game elimination. You only good as your last game and we damn sure need to be better than we did last game. Show me, show me defense.
Joe (Co-host)
Show me, show me, show me. I discipline, baby. We gonna play that to zero. Everybody getting to your jobs. Everybody do your job. Every man whoop a man.
James Deebo Harrison
Every man whoop a man and every.
Joe (Co-host)
Good man two men.
James Deebo Harrison
Every good man whoop two and they come good. They. They said the Steelers. Arthur Arthur Smith.
Joe Hayden
He.
James Deebo Harrison
He's the interview for the the Titans head coach vacancy. A Stiller blog says.
Joe Hayden
What? No. Ain't no way. Ain't no way.
James Deebo Harrison
O.C.
Joe Hayden
Suddenly feels painfully obvious. If Arthur Smith leaves, that is Mike McDaniels. Get out of here, bruh.
James Deebo Harrison
Mike McDaniels? You talking about the dude that just got fired?

And develop my rookie quarterback or second year quarterback, whatever you know he'll be. Is Arthur Smith as the, as the head coach. Like he was, what was it?
Joe (Co-host)
Atlanta.
James Deebo Harrison
He was in Atlanta, right? He had Matt Ryan.
Joe Hayden
Matt Ryan, Mariota and then they had a rookie, the Desmond something.
James Deebo Harrison
And what do you do with them? I think Matt ryan in like 2020.
Joe Hayden
Was Maddie Ice was almost 45, 4,600.
James Deebo Harrison
Yards right in 2020. Came in there at 21. They had an extra game and my dude ain't even get 4k.
Joe Hayden
Of course he's older. Yeah, you can say he's older. And then they had Mariota that came in for about 13 and then that was Followed by the rookie. And I think both of them, hell, per game was like maybe a buck 70 a game, something like that. And then 23, same thing they started Riddler, he was about a buck 70 a game. You know he get here in 24.
Joe (Co-host)
Man, offense ain't been showing me enough sauce, dude.
James Deebo Harrison
Yeah, like Russ is like we ain't had nobody that was even at the.
Joe Hayden
The average or what. I think the average quarterback right now.
James Deebo Harrison
Is what is like 240, 245 a game, something like that. Russell's like 225, Fields is 215. Hell, even Rogers right now is at 207. Like I'm not saying Rogers after a whole career, I think he was.
Joe Hayden
Well that was before he got hurt.
James Deebo Harrison
Like 265 a game. Like that's wild, bro. I know he older and all that.
Joe Hayden
But I don't know, bro, if I'm.
James Deebo Harrison
The GM and I'm looking at somebody.
Joe Hayden
To have come in and do that, I don't know if it's him. For me, I know it's not him.
James Deebo Harrison
What about you?
Joe (Co-host)
I definitely don't think it's him. I haven't seen the creativity, you know what I'm saying? As an offensive coordinator, I'm like honestly, just dink and dunks. There's no real route tree. I'm not really seeing wire. I'm not seeing nobody open being schemed open or. It's not really too much. It's just a lot of dink dunks, a lot of basics. So that doesn't seem like nothing that's giving me hope for you know what I'm saying? The future. I need to see something like these young like McVay, if he's ready to go somewhere. These offensive minded dudes, literally Chicago people being schemed open. You're seeing people like setting up the quarterback for success where it's not only you have to put the ball in the right spot, but you're seeing people being schemed open. Like offenses run and flowing. Like this is a lot of dink dunk. Like it looks really, really simple. Like anybody could kind of run that. So with that I'm like no disrespect, but I'm not rocking with it.
James Deebo Harrison
Yeah, I mean when you really look at it like, I mean over the.
Joe Hayden
Course of the last whatever, three, four weeks, whatever it is, you see Aaron doing a lot of just talking to these guys at the line, hey, run this, run that. And when, you know, when I see stuff like that where the quarterback is constant doing that it's not just, you know, a play here, play there, that.
James Deebo Harrison
That leads me to believe that we have, we have some type of deficiency.
Joe Hayden
Like, you know, it's times where you have receiving receivers or receiving cores of, you know, a number of people in, you know, different years, whatever it may.
James Deebo Harrison
Be, usually it's younger guys, but they.
Joe Hayden
They can't understand and grasp the concept of being able to read a defense. So when, you know, your success as a quarterback is predicated on how well your receivers are, are being able to, to read and understand what they're running out there against and you have something called, that's, you know, a man beater route and you go zone and that you, you go against zone and he.
James Deebo Harrison
Keep running through a prime example. Massaquai when I played. Oh yeah, yeah, that was a, he was running a man beater.
Joe Hayden
Instead of him sitting down instead of coaching, he led him straight into me.
James Deebo Harrison
Because they were running a man beater route where he should have sat down.
Joe Hayden
In the somewhere and he didn't and you know, he paid for it.
James Deebo Harrison
He got put to sleep. So I think, I think that's something.
Joe Hayden
Where Aaron has now had enough time to get these guys together. You hear where he's saying like, you know, they're meeting at his house, they're, they're at his house, you know, multiple times a week. And I think that's one of those things where he's starting to have to do it like, hey, maybe the coaches ain't doing it like, hey, here, sit down, I'm gonna show you. You gotta do this, you gotta learn this, you gotta understand this because it's gonna help me help you, which in turn is going to help the team. You know, that's really what I feel. What do you think?
Joe (Co-host)
I think you're saying your own point. And I think since having Aaron Rodgers being able to, like you said a lot of these things, when it's man to man, he's knowing who's playing who, motioning out Gainwell, telling him to run certain routes like that's just a quarterback knowing this is man, he's better than you and I'm going to put him in position. Any other quarterback, they're not going to feel the, the authority or being able to be like, look, go out there, run a double move because the running backs on the linebacker, I like that matchup, I'm gonna go there. You know what I'm saying? So that's just, that's not in the offense. That's having a veteran quarterback doing that. So I think that we're kind of saying the same. We need to. If we had an offensive coordinator like that can put them in the position to know that stuff. But right now I think it's gonna be good. Cause we got a rod. He's talking to all these dudes. He can figure it out. And that's what they've been doing this year. So to get through this season, I like it. But moving forward with OC, if you want to get more creative and being. Being able to have anybody come in there, quarterback, putting them in positions to where people are going to just be schemed more open, it'll make it easier.
Joe Hayden
Yeah, I'm. I'm with you. I mean, I hope you get the job. Just because he's not here anymore. I mean, that's hard.
Joe (Co-host)
That's hard.
Joe Hayden
Yeah. He's getting honest, you know, So I don't. Yeah, I mean, it'd be a great opportunity for him.
Joe (Co-host)
No, for sure, for sure. I hope he thrives.
Joe Hayden
A chance to get back, you know, at the top. But it also leaves us with an opening that we could possibly. I don't know if it'll be filled, though. You know how that works. I don't know if it'll be filled properly. So that.
James Deebo Harrison
That.
Joe Hayden
That's something else.
Joe (Co-host)
That's another dog for another day. But, yeah, we have, yeah. High hopes for the office of coordinator.
Joe Hayden
Yeah. Hot. Yeah.
James Deebo Harrison
Yeah.
Joe (Co-host)
Let's get crazy. Let's get. Let's get creative with it.
Joe Hayden
Yeah. Yeah. So anyway, it don't. It don't matter, man. But look here.
Joe (Co-host)
What's got, brother?
Joe Hayden
Your head coach over there in Cleveland. He gone.
Joe (Co-host)
Yes, he gone.
Joe Hayden
You know, people look at things, they go back and they find things and they look at things and they. They analyze things. And, you know, somebody analyzed something that, you know, Miles Garrett, you know, his reaction from, you know, how he felt when, you know, Kevin Stefanski said something.
James Deebo Harrison
Let's look at the video. You tell me. I do not lie to you. Do I ever lie?
CarMax Advertiser
I don't lie to you this game.
James Deebo Harrison
Okay.
Joe (Co-host)
And you know how I feel about this.
Joe Hayden
So.
Joe (Co-host)
Yo.
Joe Hayden
Hey, listen, you've been over there in Cleveland. You've. You've played with Miles, you know, kind of how his reactions or how he would respond to something. And I'm.
James Deebo Harrison
You tell me.
Joe Hayden
What was said was, I don't lie. And you. What do you think that reaction means, Joe?
Joe (Co-host)
Well, you know exactly what that reaction means. Boy, you lie. Boy, you be lying. Will you lie all the time. You just lied. Just now, you lied about not lying like it, but just being funny because you know how somebody. Them eyes.
Joe Hayden
Hey, y' all heard that boy.
Joe (Co-host)
Hey, y' all heard that boy said, but hold up.
James Deebo Harrison
Hey, hey, you gotta replay that again. And look at. Look at the other captain. Seven five right there. Joel.
Joe Hayden
Look at Joel.
James Deebo Harrison
He did a smile laugh.
Joe Hayden
Looking to the right, too, before they glanced off him.
Joe (Co-host)
Come on, man.
Joe Hayden
Look here, brother.
Joe (Co-host)
You know what it is, Deebo? Like, you know, hey, man.
James Deebo Harrison
Hey, here's the crazy thing, though.
Joe Hayden
Who shot the video? Cause it's in the locker room.
Joe (Co-host)
Is that. Is it. Is it media?
Joe Hayden
Whose media?
Joe (Co-host)
Brown media. Browns media? Yes.
James Deebo Harrison
If you know the Browns official account.
Joe Hayden
Posted that and they did not.
James Deebo Harrison
Do they due diligence?
Joe (Co-host)
No, no, no.
Joe Hayden
Looking and seeing what the video look like was going on in the background while your coach was doing his locker room speech. You did not pay attention to the people in the back.
Joe (Co-host)
The people in the back say the thousand words when people ain't watching the film.
James Deebo Harrison
Yes.
Joe (Co-host)
It's the funniest stuff that's going on is the reaction. So you can watch a video and see a different thing a thousand times when you watch it. And do you get to watch it be like, oh, in real time. That's how you really feel about certain situations. And everybody knows that. Look, somebody says something funny or that is obviously you feel like is a lie. And you get to looking at one of your homies that you know, you like this. Hey, hey. And then y' all get. You get real smooth and he look at the other guy like, oh, camera looking at me. They know I just made that.
Joe Hayden
They just caught me.
Joe (Co-host)
They called me. He wish he had these joints.
James Deebo Harrison
But look here. But look here.
Joe (Co-host)
Where.
Joe Hayden
Where is your quality control of who's putting this out on your official?
Joe (Co-host)
Because this is what I'm telling you.
James Deebo Harrison
They.
Joe (Co-host)
So this was ready. It's live. Your coach gets one time to have a pre after game speech. And this is getting recorded like everybody but the Browns.
Joe Hayden
But the Browns speech account posted it.
Joe (Co-host)
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Joe Hayden
So they had time to go back.
James Deebo Harrison
And look at this.
Joe (Co-host)
Yeah, they like this. So.
Joe Hayden
So.
Joe (Co-host)
So this what they. This is what they're thinking. What are we going to do? Not just post coaches after game speech. And after the win, we have to put something out to the fans. Should they have. They should have cut that part out, though. They should have taken time and edited it.
James Deebo Harrison
They should have squared that down to where you can only see his face.
Joe (Co-host)
Where you can only see Coach. The fans.
James Deebo Harrison
Can they just follow us Follow him, squeeze that, edit that. Just him and the ball down. You know how you. You take a picture and you don't want that little thing in the corner right there.
Joe (Co-host)
So you should have took their time. They getting too geek. They wanted Miles in it. They was hyping like, oh, yeah, we got big Miles in it. Yeah, you got Miles in the joint showing that he's actively.
James Deebo Harrison
Oh, no. Hell no. You know, Eli, what are you talking about? Huh?
Joe (Co-host)
You gotta be able to have. You gotta have Miles in while he's chilling. And as soon as he about to look at somebody crazy, you just zoom in to Kostafansky. Boom. And as soon as Mile gets back to regular looking, then you could widen the screen back up. That's what they would have had to do.
Joe Hayden
So who you think will be the.
James Deebo Harrison
Next head coach then?
Joe (Co-host)
John Harbaugh. Ooh, John Harbaugh. Yes, sir.
Joe Hayden
Please. Oh, my.
Joe (Co-host)
And do what you gotta do. Whip them into shape. Them boys will be ready to listen to that man. They will respect that man. Miles will respect him. Denzel, everybody. Everybody gonna listen to him too. They gonna have to. And they don't have to. He's proven. We need somebody proven. Don't come in here with no janky. Somebody. Da, da, da, da. No, we can. I like. I like our. I love our defensive coordinator. I love sports. I love offensive coordinator. They like, bring in.
James Deebo Harrison
Why would you say that?
Joe (Co-host)
Cause it's the smartest thing that we could do.
Joe Hayden
No.
James Deebo Harrison
Hell no.
Joe (Co-host)
But Harbaugh's saying he wants. He coming in. He wants to bring in the gm. I think that's.
James Deebo Harrison
Y' all keeping y' all gm, though, right?
Joe (Co-host)
Yes, I think we're keeping Andrew Barry. But look, hopefully they get along. I think Andrew Barry could come in there and say, look, man, I hope your mission is my mission. If Andrew Barry is smart, because that's a great coach, I think they might.
Joe Hayden
Be able to get refused to allow it.
James Deebo Harrison
I heard.
Joe (Co-host)
I heard ball to the land.
James Deebo Harrison
You heard it here?
Joe Hayden
I heard.
James Deebo Harrison
Listen, I don't want it. Let me put this out here.
Joe Hayden
Let me put.
LifeLock Advertiser
Seriously.
Joe Hayden
Allegedly.
Joe (Co-host)
This is.
Joe Hayden
Allegedly. I allegedly heard that.
Joe (Co-host)
Ball's going there.
Joe Hayden
Your. What's the guy's name, the gm?
Joe (Co-host)
Andrew Bear.
Joe Hayden
Andrew Barry.
Joe (Co-host)
Yes.
Joe Hayden
Said that hardball. Allegedly. I heard this. Allegedly. It's an.
Joe (Co-host)
Is what?
Joe Hayden
John, don't go there.
Joe (Co-host)
Guess. No, no, no, no.
Joe Hayden
He don't like you, John.
Joe (Co-host)
No, he doesn't. He loves John.
Joe Hayden
John.
Joe (Co-host)
Andrew Berry. I know.
James Deebo Harrison
We got Andrew Barry. We got a real.
Joe (Co-host)
That are smart and John Harbaugh is a smart man.
James Deebo Harrison
Hey, John, Go over there with your brother? Nope.
Joe (Co-host)
Come on to the land.
James Deebo Harrison
Just don't.
Joe Hayden
Don't go over there.
James Deebo Harrison
Listen, he don't like you.
Joe Hayden
I heard it through the grapevine, Debo.
James Deebo Harrison
Like the California Razors.
Joe (Co-host)
No. You know, that was the smartest thing I said in a long time.
Joe Hayden
That threw me. I ain't gonna lie. It kind of made me nervous.
Joe (Co-host)
Yep. Coming to the.
Joe Hayden
Made me nervous.
James Deebo Harrison
I ain't gonna lie.
Joe Hayden
A little bit. Yep, a little bit. You want John Harbaugh.
Joe (Co-host)
I want John Harbaugh for the Browns so bad. I would be. So.
James Deebo Harrison
So. So you don't mean they're dating him to go against us?
Joe (Co-host)
No, I mean, look, he already been going against.
James Deebo Harrison
That's why you ain't got a T shirt and hat. That's right there.
Joe (Co-host)
You just want them to keep no bro. All right, I don't care.
James Deebo Harrison
That's why you ain't got.
Joe (Co-host)
I'm gonna give me a hat and T shirt still.
Joe Hayden
Oh, my goodness.
Joe (Co-host)
Gonna go beat look, because.
James Deebo Harrison
Why would you put that out there, man?
Joe Hayden
They just fired hall ball, man.
James Deebo Harrison
Like, why would you put that? They don't make sense for you to.
Joe Hayden
Put that in the air.
Joe (Co-host)
It does make sense. It makes perfect sense. That's what we need if they want to be serious.
James Deebo Harrison
Oh, that just, like, kind of made me mad. I'm like, kind of.
Joe (Co-host)
Yeah, you know what? You know, that. That would. That. That. When I know you keep saying we.
James Deebo Harrison
Who is we? Because I ain't with you on that.
Joe Hayden
Huh?
James Deebo Harrison
We getting hardball. We ain't getting hardball.
Joe (Co-host)
The Browns are getting hardballed. Okay? That is what's going to happen, Joe. Yes, Debo.
Joe Hayden
They fired him over there in. In. In Baltimore.
James Deebo Harrison
Okay. Yes, they fired him over there in Baltimore. You know why they fired him over there in Baltimore?
Odoo Advertiser
Why?
Joe Hayden
Don't know why they fired him over there in Baltimore.
James Deebo Harrison
I will say this.
Joe Hayden
Todd Monkin, he said he didn't coach Lamar well enough. How do you feel about that statement, Joe?
James Deebo Harrison
You think he didn't coach him well enough?
Joe (Co-host)
Say he didn't coach Lamar well enough. When you looked at. I think I saw something where he was like 8 and 2 with Flacco in the playoffs, and it wasn't as good with Lamar. I mean, Lamar won MVPs, though, so Lamar was out there legitimately balling. You talking about just not getting him to the peak, the high of heights because he won a Super bowl with Flacco. And with Lamar through these years, he still hasn't done It. And Lamar's great player. Not even comparing. He's so much better than Flacco. But when you're looking at it, he's trying to say, did he coach him high enough to the Heights he won MVPs? They did not win any Super Bowls. So I don't. I can't knock Lamar like that. I'm not putting on Lamar at all. I'm looking at Jen Harbaugh. When the coaches, when the standard is super bowl, then I'm looking at him trying to say, you weren't able to coach this MVP player to. For us to win the Super Bowl. I can understand what he's saying. When they had Flacco there and they did win it, because, see, the defense led them when Flacco was there. I could hear people saying things like that. But in my perspective, I can see why he said it, though. If you have an MVP player, I can see why you wouldn't want to. But for me, as a. As anybody else, you just want to. I don't know. It's so hard to find a head coach. And now that head coach that you bring in, like Lamar Jackson has been playing to MVP level. So if you don't win a Super bowl, then how much longer, how much change, how much leash do you give this new coach? You know what I'm saying? Like, I just. I don't know how. Where they're going to go from there. Because Harbo is a great coach, in my opinion. He's been doing a great job the whole time. So them firing them, I'm like, ah. And then you say he didn't coach Lamar enough. Lamar one mvp. He's great. Like, it's just. They didn't get to that.
Joe Hayden
I think he only been there since, what, 23. So, I mean, as the old coordinator. So.
Joe (Co-host)
So what you think?
James Deebo Harrison
Where am I?
Joe Hayden
Where my. Where my.
James Deebo Harrison
Where my.
Joe Hayden
Stiller haters, Raven fans, I'm about to. I'm about to. I'm about to piss y' all off. Okay, I think this. What do you think? I don't think he didn't coach Lamar enough. I think that Lamar is in a position now. Work with me, if you will.
Joe (Co-host)
Okay.
Joe Hayden
Lamar is the great athletic talent, quarterback. Lamar is the greatest reason that they win in season to me, but I also believe he is the greatest reason. Reason that they lose in the postseason. Lamar is a absolute generational talent, Bruh, like athlete. But as far as the actual NFL quarterback position and what it needs and being able to effectively pass the ball, he's not doing that. When you look at Lamar's career, he is what, about 195 yards a game over his career. And I believe in that same time frame average, the average for quarterbacks in that same time frame of I believe it was whatever eight years or so is 245. So while he is a generational talent, he is a athlete. While he is the coldest thing smoking. As far as a pure quarterback, he is not even giving you average numbers. While you have quarterbacks, like I said before, like Allen, Prescott, Burrow, Stafford, these boys are doing 260 to 270 a game. And when you get into the playoffs and teams heavily focus in and take away what it is you do well, if you can't do both, you don't have a chance unless you have a dominant defense most of the time you have to have that one. You don't have to have that most of the time. You at least have to have a dominant defense or you're not going to win a championship. And if you just go back to 2000, okay, it's only been two quarterback. No, sorry. Three quarterbacks that have averaged under 200 yards a game passing that won a championship. Who you think those is, Joe?
Joe (Co-host)
I have no idea.
Joe Hayden
I didn't know one. You got to know one.
Joe (Co-host)
Who? Flacco?
Joe Hayden
Nope. 2000 Ravens. What was his name? That boy was 136 yards a game. Trent Dilfer was 136 a game. But why? They had a historically dominant defense.
James Deebo Harrison
Yes.
Joe Hayden
And guess who the other one was. Who? Take a wild guess. You can. You can probably figure it out by looking down stillers, Ben Roethlisberger, 198. Again, a dominant defense. The only one that didn't have a dominant defense was the 2001 Patriots. Tom Brady, I think it was 190 yards a game. But they was probably cheating. You know, I don't know.
James Deebo Harrison
I'm just saying. I don't know. But. Okay, all right, I'm sorry. But seriously, hold on, hold on.
Joe (Co-host)
Seriously?
James Deebo Harrison
Yeah, but yeah, I'm serious.
Joe Hayden
Like just go back.
James Deebo Harrison
Go Michael Vick.
Joe Hayden
If you, if you go back and you look at Michael Vick, Michael Vick is another generational talent at quarterback. Like they had horrible of times trying to stop this dude and you know, they could not stop this man for running. Like you go back to his before. Like he was. He was only 157 yards passing the game in his prime in Atlanta. He got better as he got older and you know, he started being able To. To rely on his passing game and he was able to stay healthy. So I think from that 2010-2012 timeframe in Philly over there, I think he was like 240, 245, something like that, 246 again. They went to the playoffs, but I think Green Bay knocked them out. In 2010, though, they actually won the chip. They beat us to bastards. Anyway, he was healthy for the most part. Now the person I think Lamar is more resembling, as far as how his career route is doing, is you got to go back even further, dude. Who you got first? Original Randall Cunningham, dude.
Joe (Co-host)
Okay.
Joe Hayden
He was the first quarterback that was generationally talented like that. But as he got older, he started getting injuries, started taking away his ability to be able to do the things that made him, you know, successful, impactful. And I think right now we're seeing that with Lamar. Like, what is Lamar in year eight, nine. And you know, he's getting a little bit of the injury, but so quarterbacks that play basically, you know, a second running back like you playing out, you. It's a higher rate of injury. Like, we know this and those, you know, those injuries, they're going to happen and that makes them less effective from, you know, what they're able to do. And you got a quarterback, you know, that's in a basically running back, like Derrick Henry position. Look at Derek Henry. Derek Henry is. Is getting into year, what, nine, ten, something like that. What year is Henry, man?
Joe (Co-host)
Probably on year 10.
Joe Hayden
Okay, so let's just say Derrick Henry is year 10. Derrick Henry in the off season is going through a rigorous training program.
James Deebo Harrison
Oh, yeah.
Joe (Co-host)
Oh, yeah.
Joe Hayden
Now you look at Derrick Henry at year 10 and people are astounded that he's able to still play at this level. They're astonished, bro. Why? Because he plays the running back position. Okay? And that is a physically dominating physical position because you will have to put out punishment. You have to take punishment, all that. And right now the Ravens have a quarterback that is basically playing their second running back, but he's not putting himself through the rigors of the off season to be able to go down in, down out, game in, game out in the off season to have his body ready to handle it. And to be honest with you, I don't think he can handle it. I don't think the position itself can handle it. And that's why you're so astonished. You get a guy in year 10.

Still doing it so big. So now that you're with Lamar, you're eight, nine and it's, you know, they're like, oh, the window was closing, da da da da. I believe so. It's not unless he starts to develop his pass game, I don't see it being something that is going to be conducive to him to be able to continue to play this way. Because that's a lot of punishment on your body when you're playing the quarterback position, but you're actually playing it as a running back half of the time.
Joe (Co-host)
I can see what you're saying, definitely, because you're not going to. He's not getting any younger, you know what I'm saying? Being able to lose from his rookie season to now his speed, like he's not going to get any faster than Lamar Jackson was when he came into the league. So you're not going to gain these steps. So protecting his body, making sure he does all of the treatments, make sure that he's able to be out there and going as fast as he possibly can. Because Lamar Jackson is an athletic quarterback. And once you start losing steps, that's going to kind of, like you said, take away from his game. The one thing I do want to say, though, Deebo, is for the last couple of years winning the MVPs and say these playoff games that he's lost.
Joe Hayden
Bruh.

MVP.
Joe (Co-host)
It's been a lot.
Joe Hayden
I understand.
James Deebo Harrison
MVP. Listen.
Joe (Co-host)
No, no, but let's say. No, no. Just say when he gets to these playoff games, the fumble by Zay Flowers, the drop of the ball by Andrews, the missed field goal that we just had. Like, he's driven the ball down. I'm just saying, like, he's not. It's a team game. Yes. I'm not sitting here. I don't want to bash Lamar Jackson. Like he's.
James Deebo Harrison
I'm not bashing him, dude.
Joe Hayden
I'm just giving you history. And history tends to repeat itself. And it hasn't repeated itself since 2005.
James Deebo Harrison
If you tell me that you're going.
Joe Hayden
To break history of when he. The thing they're got against him is.
James Deebo Harrison
He ain't got a chip, he ain't got a championship. Ain't nobody did it since 2005.
Joe Hayden
At the rate that he does it right now. As far as a quarterback in that position doing that job, it hasn't been done. It hasn't been done in over 20 years.
James Deebo Harrison
In a league now that is heavy pass in a league now that has more games. Like, why do you think they put these rules in place to try and protect these quarterbacks? Well, they doing that to protect them so they can have the longevity of these guys throwing these balls.
Joe Hayden
But when you start running the ball.
James Deebo Harrison
You lose all that protection. So you got to build your body to be able to play that game. As if you are going to run that ball. You're a running back now. You have to build your body for that.
Joe (Co-host)
No, I'm. I'm. I'm with you. I'm with you.
James Deebo Harrison
I know the dude in Washington, bro. What's his name? The little slim dude. Daniels.
Joe (Co-host)
Jaden Daniels.
James Deebo Harrison
He getting fired on.
Joe (Co-host)
He getting folded up? No, but Little. What's my man name? The quarterback for. For the. For the. For the Giants. He's running around the. The rookie that we seen getting hit on the sideline, running, taking unnecessary hits. So. No, I'm with you. That he definitely needs to be able to start protecting himself, like. And. Cause his game, that's his game. Like, Cam was in the same way, once you start getting older, and that's when we played Cam, I think when we hit his shoulder, that kind of messed him up. But once you start, if running is your thing, RG3, when he hurt his leg, it kind of just changed his whole game. Because if you don't, if you're not full speed, that's really what separates your whole game, which makes you. Your arm is definitely good, quarterback worthy, amazing. But you're that thing where you can run like a wide receiver and be able to literally run away from DBs, run away from linebackers, defensive ends. That makes you way more normal than you were before because you're moving a lot of quarterbacks. Can he say, oh, he can get there, but they're not moving like running backs, like slot receivers. When I look at Lamar Jackson, like, dude, when he got into the league his first couple years, he could play wide receiver. I feel like he can move and really get out of there on people. He could run 4, 3, 4, 4. So now we're just slowing it down. Being able to see like 4, 6, 4, 7. That looks a lot different than when you're out there running 4, 3, 4, 4. So we're speaking the same, same thing. I was just saying, for him getting to. I know what you're saying, the 200 yards passing, it's not as high. But I'm saying he's getting to the playoffs with these teams and a lot of the situations, I could say the game wasn't lost because of what he did in a lot of those games. Do you know what I'm saying?
James Deebo Harrison
I understand what you're saying, man. But again, I like to look back.
Joe Hayden
History tends to repeat itself or it does not repeat itself or whatever you want to call it. But when you look at it, it hasn't been done. It hasn't been done in over 20 years. And they don't have that dominant defense that they had. It's hard, you know what I'm saying? And then that's what I was saying to you.
James Deebo Harrison
I'm like, you're like, Lamar is worth the 75 million that the cap hip would next year. That's.
Joe Hayden
That's 25% of your hit.
James Deebo Harrison
Yeah.
Joe Hayden
I don't know for me if it is. If I'm the GM and I'm trying to build a team, team, because I.
James Deebo Harrison
Have a lot riding in him.
Joe Hayden
And I now know he's. He's getting older, he's. He's. He's getting more injuries, you know what I'm saying?
James Deebo Harrison
Like he's getting.
Joe Hayden
He's not able to. To do the same thing that as.
James Deebo Harrison
You get older, you know, you know.
Joe Hayden
How the game goes, bro. One of the biggest things that makes you what you are, you're now being taken away.
James Deebo Harrison
And yeah, you could play receiver.
Joe (Co-host)
Why?
Joe Hayden
Who tackles you? Dbs, for the most part, not linebackers.
James Deebo Harrison
D linemen, you know, like, that's different. When you're at that quarterback and now you're playing you. You might take a hit from a D lineman.
Joe Hayden
That's 340, 340.
James Deebo Harrison
You may take a. You may take a hit from a linebacker.
Joe Hayden
You know that.
James Deebo Harrison
That's, that's 240, 250. You know, like it's, It's a totally different thing. And you're talking, you know, especially when.
Joe Hayden
He first started doing it, dude was.
James Deebo Harrison
You know, he was shaking and baking, you know, knocking, giving everybody the spin move.
Joe Hayden
No, for sure, because, you know, you even.
James Deebo Harrison
And it's not even a fact of.
Joe Hayden
Him, you know, being like hit and hurt. He has, he's having soft muscle. Soft muscle injury issues. You know, that's, that's just where. And you know, weakness of. Of the opposing muscle that causes the other muscle to. To tear because you're not putting in that time to build up all that strength and endurance and all that over the off season. Because he's a quarterback. I'm guaranteeing you he's not out there running routes. I'm guaranteeing he's not out there doing cut drink.
James Deebo Harrison
He's not doing what Derek Henry is doing.
Joe (Co-host)
No. Okay. Yes. But you're right.
Joe Hayden
He's. He's out there. He's out there getting.
Joe (Co-host)
Yes, yes.
Joe Hayden
You know, just 20 of Derrick Henry or. Or whatever that may be at times now.
Joe (Co-host)
I feel it. He gotta start training like that then if he wants to, because, you know, it means not going. The speed is going to eventually go. So you got to definitely start keeping that training going. Yeah.
James Deebo Harrison
And then when you, you know, even the oc, when you have that quarterback.
Joe Hayden
You have that person that's that quarterback, your backup has to be that kind of person.
Joe (Co-host)
That's why Huntley makes sense.
Joe Hayden
But at that same point in time, if you don't have that backup, but it's kind of hard to keep that quarterback beyond his, his, his, his waning years, because I gotta have somebody that can do what he does as my backup. You can't go into training camp and.
James Deebo Harrison
Do two totally different offenses. For exact example, Joe Flacco. For Joe Flacco.
Joe Hayden
And a Lamar Jackson.
James Deebo Harrison
You can't go in there and do two different offenses at training camp.
Joe Hayden
You gotta go to one and make sure your backup can perform the other.
Joe (Co-host)
They did it at the beginning of the year before they put in. I forgot who they. What my man name was that the Ravens put in. Complete opposite of Lamar Jackson. Guy was. He came in there for like two games.
Joe Hayden
Oh, my God. I can't.
Joe (Co-host)
You know, I'm talking about. He came in there looking crazy.
James Deebo Harrison
He got bopped.
Joe (Co-host)
Yeah, he got bopped. He came out there looking ready to get bopped.
James Deebo Harrison
And then you're trying to tell your receivers, you're trying to tell your O.
Joe Hayden
Line that we're doing this now.
James Deebo Harrison
You done put in basically a whole new, new offensive scheme. Because what you did, all OTAs, all training camp, all preseason, we can't do.
Joe Hayden
Now because the person that's backing up.
James Deebo Harrison
My starter doesn't have the skill level.
Joe Hayden
Necessary to execute it.
Joe (Co-host)
We cannot. Cooper Rush. There it is. Cooper Rush was the one. And we said, cooper Rush can't be out there running rpo.
Joe Hayden
He's nervous, right?
James Deebo Harrison
Look at us, look at us, look at us.
Joe Hayden
Aaron gets out there and he does what he does, okay?
James Deebo Harrison
Now we get Mason Rudolph or whoever else was out there, and Mason Rudolph gets the same thing, right? Now we get Aaron to where he's like, hey, it's this, it's that. Do this, do that.
Joe Hayden
It's looking different now.
James Deebo Harrison
Why is it looking different?
Joe Hayden
Because a lot of it, I believe, is Aaron and his work with getting his receivers online to understand and be able to adjust to what it is that they need to do in each situation according to what it is they see and be able to know what they're seeing.
Joe (Co-host)
Do you know who I actually like Dildebo to now that he got to sit for the whole year? We haven't ever talked about Will Howard, though, the backup quarterback that played for Ohio State.
James Deebo Harrison
He got hurt, didn't he?
Joe (Co-host)
No, no, no, he didn't get hurt.
James Deebo Harrison
He didn't get hurt.
Joe (Co-host)
No, he just. No, no, no. We just have him as the backup. He's chilling. I think they let Mason just rise above him, but I'm loving he's been able to sit this whole year.
James Deebo Harrison
Thought he got hurt, dude.
Joe (Co-host)
Long story as well. He's on our team still, right? I just know, quarterback wise, I do remember him and I think him being able to sit there in those meetings, listen to a Rod, get some of this tutoring. He's a big body. I like. I like him. I like him.
Joe Hayden
Hey, get, Get Get.
James Deebo Harrison
Get a rod back after this, you know, after.
Joe Hayden
After this run. Hey, Joe, listen, I'm gonna go ahead and put it out there, you know, I don't care. I'll put it out there, man. Listen, listen. Saturday, Sunday is games, right? Look here, this is what I need to happen. I need the Bills to win and I need the Chargers to win. Okay, Then we gotta win. Oh, that bring the Bills back to us. We ain't gonna do that same bull that we did last time. No, that sent us. I don't want it to send us nowhere because I really want the Bills to go over there and do something. I mean, sorry. I want the charges to go over there and do something with. Because they already beat him once, I.
Joe (Co-host)
Believe something about Denver.
Joe Hayden
Yeah, do something with Denver and then that way we get the AFC championship again at home. We play far better at home.
Joe (Co-host)
You're trying to. So you're trying to. You're trying to get it.
James Deebo Harrison
I'm putting it in the air.
Joe Hayden
I'm putting it in the air, bro. I'm putting it in the air right now. I'm telling you right now.
Joe (Co-host)
So this is going. So what you're thinking, though, is either going to be real talk Chargers at our crib or us in Denver, like.
Joe Hayden
That mild high air. But I would. I would much rather.
Joe (Co-host)
I mean, Lord, they don't lose. That's what we're gonna have to go.
Joe Hayden
I hear, Lord, I hear. I hear you still a fan. I. That's what I hear, Lord. You know, I know I asked for a whole lot and I get things that I undeservedly get. And. And blessings that I shouldn't favor that I well undeserved of. But if you could. If you could find it in your heart.
Joe (Co-host)
But when we giving away them tickets.
Joe Hayden
Coach, we giving away those tickets this weekend, bro.
Joe (Co-host)
Okay, okay, okay.
Joe Hayden
This weekend it will be Saturday that we will give away the tickets.
James Deebo Harrison
Three. Three sets of two.
Joe (Co-host)
Yes, sir. Yes, sir.
James Deebo Harrison

Joe Hayden
You ain't even gotta say nothing. You ain't gotta say nothing.
James Deebo Harrison
All you got to do is go.
Joe Hayden
Out there and dog walk them the offense ain't that, you know.
James Deebo Harrison
Cj, go start talking about, I was.
Joe Hayden
Playing better when I was in high school. If y' all start jumping on his neck, y' all remember that? I was. I was playing when you was 180 pounds.
James Deebo Harrison
He said he was playing better in high school. Let's get him back to talking like that. You know what time it is, though? It's play of fade, presented by prize picks.
Joe (Co-host)

Joe Hayden
Is what I've been doing all year. Y' all ain't got. Y' all ain't got your boy over there on the side. He. He ain't gonna be able to get to me. They playing at home. Home game in Chicago. Dub. Bears, Swift go. Go for more. Caleb is gonna go for more.
James Deebo Harrison
What do you say, Joe?
Joe (Co-host)
This. I'm gonna play this one. This the easiest one you done made the whole year.

Joe (Co-host)

James Deebo Harrison
Wide receiver o line.
Joe (Co-host)
Yep, yep, yep. For sure.
Joe Hayden
What about quarterback Joe?
Joe (Co-host)
I'm rocking them with. Look, we got time. Like you said. I don't know what's gonna happen after the season. I like Will Howard.
James Deebo Harrison
Exactly. Hey, let's see what we trying to do. Let's see where we at.

Joe Hayden
And slow down that Texans pass rush. I don't.
James Deebo Harrison
I don't see the later rounds in.
Joe Hayden
The playoffs as being more challenging than this one.
James Deebo Harrison
Denver.
Joe (Co-host)
Denver. Denver for sure. Denver's defense. And this. Use this Houston Texans defense. That's why I'm not even gonna play.
James Deebo Harrison
That's why we need Denver to get up out of. We need Buffalo to get Denver up.
Joe (Co-host)
Come on. For sure. Because if we want to talk about the least line of resistance, that's what we're going for right there. D. Bo.
James Deebo Harrison
