We got a very another special guest after a getting back in the form made wake. He failed to make weight against Edwin Dolosantos. Now he came back and he ignited a five star of a dropped it dropped him with a body shot. It didn't hit him clean, but he had the accumulation of those body shots and those headshots had taken him down. And then he was like, hey, Devin Haney, let's make this happen. Here he is. Keyshot Davis. Keyshot. How you doing, bro?
C
I am amazing, bro. Appreciate it. Appreciate you, man.
D
Appreciate you for having me.
B
Nah, man. Appreciate you for coming on. So walk us through the fight. 14 seconds. I mean, I, I thought, I thought when they came, when they, when the doctor came up, the ringside doctor came up on the thing, I thought, and I told Ocho last night, I said, I think if it was round seven of eight, they probably would have stopped the fight because that eye was closed. But. But because it was round 12, they say, you know what, it's only three more minutes. Let's not, let's. Let's let him go ahead and fight. And with 14 seconds, you catch him with a body shot and stop him. So walk us through the fight. What was. Did the fight. Obviously you won, so obviously the fight went on. But what did, what did you see early on that made you think, you know what, I'm gonna win this thing in convincing fashion, honestly.
C
Like just my confidence in myself. I knew God put me in this position for a real reason, honestly, from the very beginning, from me changing everything around me. And just coming into this fight, I knew I was in this position for a real reason. And just coming into the fight, I knew I was confident. I knew I was going to win in convincing fashion, honestly. And it just showed up that way, honestly. And it's crazy because like I was telling my team, like I always dreamed to have like a 12 round last minute, like stoppage. Like I always dreamed of that. You know what I'm saying? So for my first fight, coming back, back off of this long layoff, man is. It's nothing but God for sure.
B
So seven five. That's Virginia. 757 Ericon is Virginia. That. Virginia Beach. That's Hampton work. What. What part of Virginia?
C
From Norfolk.
B
Oh, okay. Okay. The cell five. Well, obviously he's from Sweet Pea. Sweet Pea from that. What? He's from Hampton, right?
C
Sweet Peas from Norfolk.
B
So, okay, obviously you. Obviously he's from it, but you're probably too young to remember him fighting, but he was sensational. Known as the defense, the. The head movement. He was a. He was a showman, but he could get people out of there. How similar is your style? Because, you know, you had some. You know, you had some use. All business. And people like, I'm reading my timeline. People like, why is he looking like that, man? Why is he like. He, like, he all business, but you like, okay, I got this. I got. I got old boy.
C
I mean, honestly, man, I just came in that junk focus again. God hand was on me the entire week, the entire training camp. You know, he gave me that focus. Like, I got to give credit back to my Lord and savior, you know what I'm saying? Like, he gave me that type of focus. He gave me that type of determination to still in the 12th round, still trying to go in there and still stop him. You know, I wasn't happy with just the knockdown that I gave him in the 11th round, I'm like, nah, man. In the entire fight, I'm in my head, like, I'm going to stop him. Like, even the 12th round, I'm like, I'm gonna stop him. And my coaches was like, 30 seconds. So, like, when I heard that 30 seconds, bro. I'm like. I took a deep breath, like, all right, here we go. Like this. It gotta be this. You know what I'm saying? And thank God I made it happen.
D
Hey, what, What, What? What Are one of the reasons why you decided to obviously change your whole team coming into this fight and with your preparation, is that one of the reasons you were so confident coming in, knowing that you were going to win this fight?
C
I'm gonna be real with you, bro. I'm gonna just keep giving it back to my Lord and savior, bro. Like, yeah, once my. Like, my. The turning point, when I had. Within my layoff.
D
Yeah.
C
What really got me back into the ring, I was hurt, man. I was down. My. One of my real, real close friends had passed away. I call him my brother. Just 19 years old had passed away. And I was just asking God, like, you know, hurt God, like, give me something that could really just, like, bring the joy out of me, like, what's something that I really, really enjoy doing. Like, tell me. I want you to tell me this time. God. And boxing was in my spirit.
D
Yeah.
C
Box was in my spirit. So I was like, all right, God. Box in my spirit. So how do you want me come back into this game? How do you want me to do things differently? Like, for real? Because I was doing it my way the entire time, and no, my layoff had happened. So, like, so this won't happen again. God. How you want me to do this? And I. I just kept seeking them. He just kept answering my prayers honestly, and it led me to, you know, January 31st, amazing knockout.
B
Yeah. TFIMO. He lost to Shakur last night, but he mentioned a possibility of moving up to 147 if the. If the Devin Haney fight doesn't happen. Is that someone you like to fight?
C
Yeah, for sure, for sure. For sure. I'd love to fight Devin Haney. Me and Devin been had a little controversy back and forth for some years now. Honestly, I'll be real with you. And, you know, Bill and Haney been in my DMs, you know, DM me and stuff like that. So I already knew, like. I already knew, like, what they was coming to the fight for. I'll be real with you. They was coming to fight to watch me, for sure. And right st that I won in spectacular fashion. I feel like, you know, let's get it on. Let's fight. You know what I'm saying?
D
What. What was always the issue most of the time, you know, this is what the fighters. I mean, not the fighters. The fighters always wanted to see. See the great fights, but the fans would love to see this. What do you think is going to be in the way of making a fight? Keishan Davis versus Devin Haney? What can actually make that happen? Because there's so many layers that have to happen for a fight of this magnitude to happen. What do you think needs to do? I mean, it happened right away for.
C
Happening right away to. If it make money, it makes sense. Yeah. Be real with you. Like me right now. I'll be real with you. Like, I'm being real, both of y'. All. I'm in a position to where, like, I can stay at 140 and I can just go crazy at 140. I don't have to go up to 147 to fight none of them fighters.
D
Right.
C
I'm making the decision to go up to be great. You know what I'm saying? And as long as that respect level is there, as long as that is worth my time moving up to fight Devin Haney, I'm gonna fight him. If it's not worth my time, Keyshawn is going to make the right business decision so I can get in that position again so they will respect my name, you know what I'm saying? It's another champion out there. His name is Lewis Crocker. He's a 147 pound champion. Me and Eddie Hearns already been talking about him before Devin Haney even surfaced the platform, you know what I'm saying? And he's from the uk, so I would love to go to the UK and fight Lewis Crocker as well before I fight Devin Haney, but. Right, three fights is what I want to fight this year. So once I fight Lewis Crocker, my first 147. Yes. My first 147 pound fight Lewis Crocker, then of course I go fight Devin Haney.
B
Ratha.
D
Oh, that's live.
B
So it's. Are you just. Are you just looking for at 47 people with belts or are you trying to make the best possible fight?
C
I feel like the ones with the belts at 147 are the best possible fights. You got Rolly Ramirez, he's a name with a belt. You got Devin Haney, he's a name with a belt. Mario Barrio's about to fight Ryan Garcia, you know what I'm saying? And you got Lewis Crocker that fought for the vacant. So in my opinion, I feel like he's the only one that's kind of like, you know, in the way, you know what I'm saying? So I'm willing to move up to take that belt.
D
I like it.
B
I like that. I like that. My man, you're impressive last night. You definitely turned some heads. I mean, if people wanted to see action, people wanted to see and you gave them that. And so I don't really think you're going to have a problem at 147 getting those fights because people like an Ocho. And I was talking last night, the casual fan, because the hardline fans are going to watch boxing. You got to get those casual fans that's like, okay, when they hear Keyshawn Davis, oh, he gonna fight. Oh, it's gonna be some action. I can't miss him fighting. And that's what you want attached to your name. So congratulations on the fight last night. You were very, very impressive and I know that's what you wanted to do because the world was watching and you put on a show you showed out. And so now, hey, go make it do what it do.
C
So I appreciate y', all, man. Appreciate y'.
D
All.
C
And I'mma promise the fans he song is back and better, man. God got his hand all over me, man. And with God, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, you know what I'm saying? And I that my faith grew with this time off. You know, this time off really just made me a better person overall, you know, say I always could fight, you know what I'm saying? But now I got my. I got my spirit back in line, you know what I'm saying? The main thing is the main thing. I'm keeping the main thing. The main thing. And I'm back in better. The businessman's back, man. Be amazing. He's back.
B
That's. I don't know what it is. In the water in Norfolk and Hampton because you got yourself. You had rested. So, sweet pea, you got AI, you got Aaron Brooks. You guys have had a lot of talent come out of that area. So congratulations, man. Continued success. Hey, when that fight happened with Devin Haney or Crocker or whomever, Rolly, come back and talk to us.
C
I got you, man. Appreciate y' all having me, for sure.
D
All right, bro.
B
Appreciate you, bro. Have a good one. Will reportedly be one task to turning around the Las Vegas Raiders. According to Adam Schefter, after meeting Saturday with Las Vegas and Arizona Seahawks offensive coordinator intends to try to work out a deal to become the next head coach of the Oak. Excuse me. The Las Vegas Raiders. No deal can be finalized to after the super bowl. But Clint wants to coach the Raiders and they want him to be their head coach. Now it's only a matter of time before the two sides can formula formalize a deal. It seems to be the going rate is somewhere between five and seven years. You're probably looking at somewhere between eight and $12 million.
D
Kubiak would be 12, but okay.
B
Yeah. You, you, you like, you like? Because if I'm not mistaken, didn't the Cardinals already had the Cardinals hired? Mike? Yeah, right.
D
Yep. Mr. Floyd got hired.
B
But so. So you like, you like, you like this Clint Kubia?
D
I mean, I love. I love Clint Kubiak to the Raiders, but the whole problem is is the players. It's the situation, it's the quarterback. I mean, the uncertainty. Obviously, you know, Mendoza probably going to be the first one taken, but you need more pieces than just that, especially with Kubia coming from. It's easy for you to be able to do your job based on where you are because of what you have with your personnel. It makes your job and calling players or even being a head coach now coming to Las Vegas, it makes it very easy. But you're going to need those pieces that make your job easy. That's the only problem. That's the only, only issue. I see. Obviously Mendoza is going to be the first quarterback taken. The Raiders aren't passing on him. What are you going to do with Matt Crosby? Are you going to let Matt Crosby go so you can get some value back from him and put some other pieces around you on offense or maybe on defense? There's so many, there's so many pieces or so many, so many holes that need to be filled in Las Vegas before you can be a team that can compete, let in that division, let alone in the goddamn league.
B
Huh.
D
It's so many answers that need to be answered. I love the hire, I love the coach that you're getting. But what does he have to work with? That's the only issue.
B
I like it because they're probably gonna have a, a, a ish ton of money to spend. The cap is going up 22, $25 million. Ocho, they were probably already under the cap. So you get Mendoza and I don't have to give up. All I have to do is sign them. I don't have to give up draft capital now in free agency I can plug some things in receive. I'm gonna need a receiver is a potential that I could trade for A.J. brown if there's potential that there's a receiver on the mark. I, I'm just, I'm just throwing out scenarios.
D
I, I already told you what receivers going there and it make the most sense because he's every bit of what a raider is, but go ahead.
B
Yeah. Yeah. And so I, I, I think they're probably gonna have $70 million, $80 million in cap space. The question is, and you, you, you posed a very good question and we've been talking about it. What do you do with Crosby? Do I trade him and get the draft capital or do I keep it? That's, that's the question.
D
I mean allow him to go to, allow him to go somewhere where he can, he can contend. That's, that's what I say.
B
Yeah. Well, I'm sure somebody said to Max Crosby to the Ravens for Bateman in, in the first rounder. I'm sure, I'm sure the, the Ravens would jump on that with both feet.
D
That's a, that's a good one.
B
I Like that. I think it's going to take more than Bateman in the first round of, to get AJ to get the Max Crosby from the Raiders. Oh, that's just right. But I, I, like I said, I, I, I've known Clinton basically his whole life. He used to shag balls for, for when he was, I mean, he couldn't have been no more than in the mid-90s. It couldn't have been no more than 9, 10 maybe when I left and I came back. He's probably 13, so. And to see, it's always funny to see these kids, Ocho, to see him, to see Christian McCaffrey, to see what he came in because he was a little kid sitting on my, sitting on my lap at, at, at the super bowl, Super Bowl 33. And now to see that he's one of the best players in the NFL. To see Clint Kubak, to see Kyle Shanahan. We used to hold a cord for his dad.
C
I'm like, damn.
B
Well, once I'm old and two, it's good, it's good to see, it's good to see those guys and what they become. That's, that's great. But I, I do, I agree with you, Ocho. I do think I do like this higher. But at the end of the day, it comes down to, you can have the greatest scheme ever, but you better have somebody to be able to play in.
D
That. That's, that's the issue. That's the only issue. You got to have the right players at the right positions, and everything flows smoothly.
B
Oh, and Sam Donald sits one win away from a legendary comeback. Former Jets Mike McGown, who drafted him, spoke out for the first time since 2019. I was always kind of sad that Sam wasn't able to fulfill that potential in New York. That's where he started his journey, and in an ideal world, he would have finished it there. But if it wasn't meant to be, he had to go on his own journey to grow and develop in different places. It makes me feel good that he's fulfilling his potential. It's not necessarily vindication. In our business, when you see something and it turns out the way you envision it, it makes you feel good. I think every scout probably feels that way. The NFL continues to debate how much of a quarterback success can be attributed to the player and how much can it be attributed to the team. If Sam Donald wins the super bowl, who deserves the most credit for his comeback story?
D
For one, Sam Donald. In general, he, he deserves the most credit, obviously, because he put the work. Yeah, he's doing the work. And probably the Seattle Seahawks. The Seattle Seahawks is a well run organization. They are winning organization. They've been a winning organization from top to bottom for a very long time. They've always been in contention. They've won Super Bowls. They've been to two going to a third week. No they've been maybe the more than that. I'm just that I. That I can remember you know since, since I've been. Since I've been around. Obviously they've been.
B
This is their. This will be. They lost to the Steelers. They lost to the Patriots.
D
They're fourth. Yeah. I mean obviously okay. Winning organization in. In general. So the onus and where I always say it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter what round or what round you get drafted. The. The most important part is. Is where you go.
B
If not. Haha.
D
Yeah. And that. That's. That's exactly what happened. And obviously Sam Donald had to go through a journey in a sense you know going high to the New York jets was. Which had been an organization that had. Had. Hasn't done right by quarterbacks in a very long time and still.
B
Hell, they ain't done right by whole people and still.
D
And still to. To this day nothing is going right for them. And obviously he goes to an organization like the Seahawks and look what happens it sale Same same thing with Minnesota which I'm not sure how they let him out that. Out that door but you know God. God saw. Saw favor in him over in Seattle.
B
Great coaching, great a top to bottom organizational top to bottom. That's crazy. That's important and I don't think people realize how important. Sometimes it's hard to overcome dysfunction in an organization because normally it's at the top and it permeates itself throughout the building. So you can have the, the. The best coaching situation and with the. The best intentions but they'll just contaminate. Make everything a cesspool. And unfortunately that's what the jets are.
D
Damn.
B
And I hate that for my boy Ag. But.
D
They put you in situations that are not advantageous and want you to make a miracle. They want you to turn water into wine. Huh. They want you to take a loaf of bread and feed 40 man, don't get me started. But go ahead. They want to take two lo. Two. Wait is one loaf of bread or two loaves of bread.
B
A loaf of bread and two fish.
D
And they want you to. Yeah. Make a miracle out of it. Okay. It's only one of them.
B
Yeah. And he threw up his hand, said, no, I can't eat this. Y'. All. Y' all gonna have to call. Y' all gonna have to call my dad for this one.
D
Hey, come on, man.
B
Yeah, but it's. It's an unbelievable story. And I. I liked him. I thought it. You know, Skip and I, we debated a lot. I like Sam D. At the first pick in the draft, he went to the third pick. And, you know, guys, I mean, Baker had some success there early, and they fell out on Baker because Baker is who he is, and they didn't want that. And. And, you know, then it was Saquon, and then Sam Darnold went to the jets, and they never put him in a situation where he could succeed. They didn't put the pieces around him. He didn't get the support that he needed. The one thing that he got in, I think the best thing to happen to him, he got great coaching when he's in 49ers. Remember, he started at one game, but he got an opportunity to be under Kyle Shanahan and he got an opportunity to learn. And then he goes to Minnesota and he got great coaching and he got an opportunity to learn, and he played extremely well. And he parlayed that. And he goes to another stable, well, race, organization. And, you know, he got weapons. I mean, he had weapons in San Fran. He just didn't get an opportunity because Brock Purdy was there. Now he gets to go and he goes and he has Naylor and he has Hawkinson, he had Jetta, he has Aaron Jones. The offensive line is good. Boom. You see what he did. And then now he goes to a situation where they can run the ball, they play outstanding defense. He leave Minnesota, they played really good defense, but Seattle, I think defense is a little better. They can run the football with a K9. It's. Yeah. And I'm sure I drafted this guy. I knew where he could be. We, we, us, the jets, we just didn't have stability and the pieces around him for him to flourish. And it's okay to say that because it's the truth.
D
Hey, it's been that way. It's been that way for a while.
B
Look at Daniel Jones.
D
Woo.
B
He got the Indy, got. Somebody believed in him. Because sometimes you still. Everybody doesn't have the work. Everybody had somebody to believe in him, and he got the ending they believed. It's like, bro, we believe in you. We believe so much in you. We gonna pay you more than what we played. The starting quarterback that's already here that's how much we believe in you. So congrats. I mean it's gonna. It will be an unbelievable season.
D
Oh yeah, absolutely.
B
I mean you think about the guy that's been. He was with the jets and then he went to Carolina, he went to San Fran, he went to Minnesota and now he's in Seattle. Five teams and what happened? What year is this for him? Six or seven? Eight. You said 17. Yeah, yeah. So it'll be an unbelievable story. Five teams in eight years. And Harry is on the cusp of joining some very exclusive company guys that have won the Super Bowl. The Cardinals made it official on Sunday announcing they have signed have agreed to a five year contract extension with Mac with Mike LaFleur. LaFleur replaces Jonathan Gannon as the team's new head coach. LaFleur served as the Rams offensive coordinator for the past three seasons while he didn't call plays for head coach Sean Payton. LeFlore dead gang play calling experience as two in two seasons as a Jets offensive court as offensive coordinators. Ocho, you like this?
D
I like. I like it. One issue. Quarterback. What are we doing at the quarterback position? Receivers. Marvin Harrison Jr. Can we get him back on track?
B
Mike Wilson. Huh? Mike Wilson.
D
Oh yeah, yeah, Mike Wilson. But listen, he showed up. He showed up and showed up.
B
Okay, okay, okay.
D
Can we get Marvin Harrison Jr. Back to playing?
B
We got to like.
D
We know he can play, especially what we saw at Ohio State. Can we get that? Can we get his confidence back? Brother, Wilson is the real deal. He is the real deal. The only issue is what are we going to do at the quarterback position in Jacoby.
B
We got Trey McBride also.
D
Oh, he's the best titan in the game, huh? We can argue that. You can argue he's the best titan.
B
In the game, but again who you argue with.
D
But what are we doing at the quarterback position? I'm sure Jacoby Brissette was a good feeling in the sense especially from a statistical standpoint. If you look at his numbers. Even though they were losing.
B
Yeah, I don't know if I. He's my long term.
D
Now, he's not your long term solution, but he's something you would love to have in especially if he's one to. To be a veteran, a veteran presence for someone young. If that's you. If that's the route you go.
B
Right. So, so, so we got the Raiders. That's, that's, that's the only. That's the last job. Right. That's the only job that's left. But we think The Raiders are going to get filled by Clint Kubia so all the the head coaching vacancies will be be filled.
D
Oh yeah.
B
And it seems like the odd man out is Matt Nagy because he didn't get one of, he didn't get one of those jobs. Jimmy kimski a voice affiliatevoice.com first reported that Vic Fangio told the Eagles after the season that he was going to retire but for the conversation with the team resulted in Fangio agreeing to remain on the staff for the 2020 TWIX 2026 season. But Kimsky note that the teams has not confirmed anything and that wiggle room exists for Fangio to change his mind. Again. Multiple reports indicate that Fangio did the same waffling about a possible retirement after the Eagles won the super bowl last season. What you think it Ojo?
D
I don't know about that one. Huh.
B
Because I mean Jonathan Gannon, he got signed. Where is he going? Tennessee. He's somebody decorating.
D
He going, he going with Salah.
B
Asala or the Dolphins? Packers. Okay, the Packers. So he's the, he's the D.C. in Green Bay. The question is Jim Schwartz. He's upset that he didn't get the head job. Cleveland Todd Money. He's in Cleveland. Does he stay in Cleveland? Do they give him a bump in pay to keep him happy?
D
I think they'll do that.
B
Or does he go?
D
I mean why, why would you leave that defense?
B
God, I want to be the head coach.
D
Even if you're not the head coach, you can, you can, you can par your safe into a another head coaching job by coaching that defense. That defense will get you another head, get you a head coaching job.
B
Well he didn't give me a job last year. You got Todd Monkey.
D
Yeah.
B
Who got hit that, that coach got relieved of his dude.
D
I mean listen, I, I, I, I don't, I don't want to leave my for sure to see what's, see what's on the other side of that mountain because I know what I got with this defense right here. I know I got the, I know I got the, the leading, the NFL's leading, you know sack Defensive player of the year.
B
Unanimous defensive player of the year. He's probably going to get some MVP votes. He's probably going to be top three, top four mvp.
D
Yeah. I mean but I'm not, I'm not leaving that defense to go where for what? Because I'm pissed and I'm sure to make them happy. I'm sure that they'll probably bump his pay Up a little bit, you know, throw him a little 2,3 million extra. Go ahead.
B
I don't know.
D
Go ahead and take this with you. Go ahead and take this with you. We know you're upset.
B
I can see 500, maybe a meal. I don't think.
D
Okay, make it 15 minutes. Make it. Make it. Make it. Make it 1 5. Meet me halfway. Meet me halfway. But shoot, if I was Mr. Source, I ain't leaving that goddamn Brown defense. For what? To go where? Huh? To go where? I'm just curious. Where else would you go? It ain't like you going to coast the goddamn Seahawks defense. No, I ain't going to Costa goddamn Patriots defense. I ain't going to Costa Broncos defense. But I'm supposed to leave a top five defense because I'm upset because I didn't get the head coaching job? Absolutely not.
B
Yeah, because VJ's still there, so. Yeah, absolutely. You're right. Ocho. New York Giants head coach John Harbaugh is considering a couple of NFL head coaches for offensive coordinator. Brian Callahan and Cliff Kingsbury are among the candidates for the Giants job. Callahan was the head coach of the Titans for a year and a half and was fired during the 2025 season. Ocho Kingsbury was the head coach of the Cardinals from 2019 to 2022 and most recently the offensive coordinator for the commanders in 24 and 25. Ocho, who do you like to see for dart? Wendell Robinson if he returns? Malik Neighbors and Scat Pack. Sc.
D
Damn. Malik is. Is Malik. Ah, what. What Malik gonna look like?
B
I don't know. I mean, he did tear. I mean, look, Ocho, ACL is not the. It's. It's a serious injury. So. So, Chad, don't, don't. Don't take this wrong, but the way medicine is now and the way these guys come back, man, you don't even. You don't even know. If I didn't tell you, if you didn't know, you would have never known. Adrian Peterson had a knee. Had knee surgery. Well, you never would have known, but.
D
He'S the only one that's come back like that. When you watch other people that have had surgery and if you watch them run, you can always see a little gimmick.
B
What you call it?
D
Who?
B
Saquon.
D
Saquon towards ACL in the NFL.
B
Second year.
D
Damn. It don't look. It don't look like it at all.
B
Exactly.
D
Hoping Malik comes back.
B
It used to be Ocho. It look the way the medicine is now. They go in there, the little Small incisions. And whether it's Dr. Andrews, and I don't know how much he's doing, whether it's Neil, Ella Trash, or some of these other doctors, I'm not as familiar with all these ones that they have now because I've been removed from the game for two decades, so I'm not as familiar with the guys. But these guys are great. They're unbelievable at acls. And you. You don't know. They put that. They put that time in Ocho. Because the thing that an athlete does is that it knows what it takes. But they train. They're getting treatment five, six times a week. It's not the stuff that you'd like. An average person, they go to PT twice. Twice a week. These guys go in five days a week, and sometimes they go on Saturday and especially Ocho when the team is in town.
D
Yeah.
B
So you getting treatment and you hitting it after probably about a week. You got that. That knee is 120. You've been in that knee. You getting on that bike. You pedaling, you doing. Because that's how it was with my hips. Ocho, man, I had that surgery. I had my first hip surgery. I had that surgery. Ocho. I was probably back home by one. By one o', clock, I was back home. Two o', clock, I was in the walking circles in the driveway. Oh, yeah, Yeah. I was determined. No, Joe, I went and I went to. Went to treatment that Monday, man, I was lunging. They had me doing. Run. They had me squat. Yes, absolutely.
D
You were lunging?
B
Yes, I was doing stationary lunges.
D
Oh, no, wait. No weight, though. Just. Just body weight.
B
Just my body weight. Yep. Squatting.
D
Damn.
B
But I was a. Because, Ocho, before they let me leave, I had to walk up and down the flight of steps like, three, four times before they let me leave the hospital. Because, you know, you have surgery, you got to do two things. You gotta walk fresh and you gotta pee. They ain't letting you go until you pee. Mr. Shard, we can't let you go. I gotta go. Come on. I'm gonna get up out of here. I'll come over. I'm gonna go. Hey, she only tell him sleds. Like, he has to go. I said, nah, I'm. Hey, I'm ready to get up out of here. 90 minutes. Hey, the surgery was 90 minutes. I had to be there like six. They did the surgery like I say I had. I didn't go in. I didn't go back till about nine. I end up. Like I said, I End up getting home like 12:30, maybe one. But an hour after I got home, I was walking in my driveway. People say, hey, I thought that was you. I said, oh, man. Then I got to go inside. So I just walk through the house. I make a circle upstairs. Cause I had hardwood floors upstairs. I walk to the end, come through, go through the closet. I do that 15 times. I wait about an hour, do it again. Oh, I was determined. So with these athletes that. That are young, I usually talk about. I'm in my 50s, right? Mid-50s when I had the surgery. So imagine a 21, 22, 23 year old at Breeze. A breeze.
D
I mean, let me knock on wood.
B
For the 22nd straight year, LeBron James. Go James. The NBA announced the reserves tonight on NBC before James and his Lakers faced the Knicks in Madison Square Garden. The voting was conducted by the league coaches. Over the past week. LeBron was the last player announced at the league's oldest player and extended his record both overall and consecutive selections about another season. He has 21 consecutive starts. He has 22 consecutive selections. LeBron is super humbling. The coaches voted, right? So mad respect to the coaches and them seeing what the way. I'm still playing the later stages of my career and to be able to be an all Star means a lot to my family. People that have been following me, my career, and my LeBron faithful, they've been following my journey. And it's always rewarding, just from a humbling standpoint, to be able to be rewarded for the work that you put in. That's right. Go James. Committed here. It's unbelievable. I mean, he's averaging 22. What? 22, 6 and 6.
D
It's crazy.
B
I mean, he's. I mean, it's. It's. He. I mean, you're not supposed to be able to do this. Nobody has played this well this long.
D
Absolutely.
B
You just haven't. I mean, normally guys are playing, you know, 10 minutes a night, 15 minutes a night, bro. He's playing, you know, 30 minutes, 32 minutes a night, giving you 22, 6 and 6. Still shooting 50 from the floor.
D
Listen, we. We thought. We thought one of the, you know, some of the better fights that we've seen. You think about last night. Volunovsky fought Shakur for it. For it. The best fight that we've been watching for the past 22, 23 years is LeBron against Father Time. And we didn't even realize it.
B
Kawhi didn't make it. James Harden didn't make it either, did he? Damn. There Were some guys that. That possibly could have got in that didn't get in. Let me see. Hold on just a second, Chad. Let me see. Let me see. They got that list up. Ash. It, Man. Ant man, Jamal Murray, Chet Holgren, Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, Danae Avia, and LeBron James. Wow. So Shingoon didn't make it.
D
Hey, Shingoon be balling, boy.
B
Yeah.
C
So.
B
No Kawhi, no hard. No Shingoon Murray definitely deserved to make it. I got no qualms with that.
D
What. What a game at this year? Right there. Right at home.
B
Yeah, into it. At. At the Clippers Building. Into it.
D
That's. That's convenient.
B
Yeah, he ain't got to go far, Man. 22 times. Oh, man, he getting on up there with Willie Mays. I think Willie May. How many times did Willie Mays and Hank Aaron go to the All Star Game? I think Willie mays went like 25, 26 times. Stand the man. Bam.
D
BAM.
B
They had two All Star games from 59 to 62. So you can make two All Star teams.
D
Okay, okay, okay. So that. That double up your numbers.
B
Yes. So you might have eight All Star appearances in four years, But congratulations, goat. 23rd season, 22nd all star game. All right, it's time for our final save of the evening. It's time for Q and A. Kevin Norwood Jr. I got Ocho versus anyone in the boxing ring, aka James, Harrison and Boots. Well, I'm gonna steal LeBron Ocho's bust. Cut that gold ear off and have a thing melted down, and that'll give me a little something. Oh, you'll go ozzy to go. Let's tally how many times Ocho shadow boxes, man. Ocho like ll shadow boxing on the radio. Just don't know. They said they want to tally how many times you shadow box.
D
Hey, you know. You know what's funny? I. I mean, do the people in the chat understand I've been boxing the past five, six, one, two, three, seven years? They don't understand. Huh?
B
You don't understand?
D
I don't know. Hey, they think I'd be playing around when I. When I. You know, obviously, we have those that you know how much I love boxing. They come on the show, and I'll be like, hey, you want to spar? Do they rely with some of your favorite fighters that you. That you've watched? I've been in the ring with them, you know, really, really getting that work in. I. I enjoy it, so it's cool, you know, that's what I do. I challenge everybody at their respective craft. It don't matter what you do. You finna get this work in the chat. Y' all can get this work, too.
B
Whatever you do well, just don't challenge me and Joe and them.
D
Don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that. Because I felt bad for y'. All. I didn't. I didn't know. I wasn't familiar with what we were doing. So now that. Now. Now that I'm comfortable. Now that I'm comfortable and I got a better understanding on how competitive it is now I got the. I got to open up a can. Yeah.
B
Spurs legend, even inspired Shoe. Shoe with Molly Walk.
D
There we go. This is this. I'm the same person who've been in with Kayla Pant and ain't get Molly walk. Same person that been in there with Boots and then get Bollywalk. I've been in there with Shakur and Bud and ain't getting Molly Wap that. People just talking, man.
B
Sissy kid. What's up, UN and OO since OO wants another job to add to his 50, 11 jobs that he has already, why not be a wide receiver coach in NFL since that's his fortune.
D
Wide receiver coach in the NFL. It doesn't pay enough. Absolutely not.
B
Ocho R. Pruitt said Ocho played my bucks in 06, had six for 99 and a name. You remember that game?
D
Yes, I do. Six for 99 in the ale. Listen, I. I can only do so much. I'm only one man on.
B
I got an old school Bucks helmet with the pirate on the side. The cream.
D
Who gave you that, sir?
B
I do. I trade the hard. I traded Hardy.
D
I remember Hardy Nickerson. Hey, Hardy. Hardy played with.
B
He played with Pittsburgh. He went to Cal first. He played with the. He played with the Steelers first. And then he went to town trying.
D
To think who the other linebacker was with. Hardy. He played with me. Hardy Nickerson. Kevin Hardy. Kevin Hardy didn't play with Hardy, did he?
B
Kevin Hardy played at the. He played at Jacksonville, okay?
D
That's right. Kevin Hardy was in Jacksonville, okay?
B
From Illinois.
D
Yeah.
B
Him and Simeon Rice were on the same team.
D
That's right. That's right. That's right.
B
Trill Brown uncle love the show, Unc. You know, Ocho not playing you 5,900, you might as well take his foreign car like Snoop did. 50.
D
No, I don't do that. You ain't got to take nothing. I mean, listen, why would.
B
What he. Oh, yeah, he got a McLaren, don't he?
D
I'm trying to figure out as. As a chat. I mean, it's Black history Month. Why would. Why. Why would you suggest him taking some from another man? A black man at that? You know, I come in peace. I don't want no problems. I don't want no problems.
B
I want my money. I got you, Shakur. 85. Hey, get that cord.
D
What he said. Oh, the cord.
B
Yeah, you.
D
Hey, but that was so funny, boy. Every time I think about it. Every, boy. Hey, every time I think about. They. They saw the episode and had the nerd. Had the nerd to DM me. Like. Like we. Like, we could shake something all easy up, man, if you don't get up out my.
B
Hey, hey, Ocho. May God to do something.
D
Ocho, man, please.
B
Nah, don't mess that up with Cambodia, man. Cambodia. Good people dose 06. Ocho looking like Morpheus. Been here from the beginning and love the show. Dose Appreciate you, man. Thank you so much. I appreciate. We appreciate that. Support E Underscore Street Vikings only team to not draft a Pro bowler since 2022 and passed on Kyle Hamilton to draft Lewis and knee who has been cut. Dude can't evaluate talent. I'm not saying he. He didn't deserve to be fired, but you can fire someone and move on. We're not trying to sully the man's name, okay? He hadn't drafted a. A Pro bowler since 22. Okay, fine. This incident allegedly happened in 23. Why not bring it to the attention in 23? Why not bring the attention in 24? Why not 25? Why only after you fire him in 26 does this make the light of day. That's all we're saying. I'm not standing on a podium saying he didn't deserve to be fired. But I believe you can fire someone out without trying to sully their name. That's just me. Maybe I'm wrong, Chad. Maybe you think that, hey, that was well, and whatever happened, happened, and that's well with. But I don't. I don't. I don't get out like that. Smoke. Man, do you think you could talk to someone about putting the skills challenge on, man? Now, you think that it would be fun addition to add to the game. Salute Uno.
D
That'd be a dope addition. A dope addition. A dope, dope mold to add to the game probably next year. Listen, I'll bring it up in our next. Our next board meeting. I'm not sure how much weight I hold when. When requesting things be done to improve the game of Madden, but I definitely will bring it up. And it's a good one. Skills competition.
B
Ronnie M. Ocho vs. Putin. Francis comes back vs. UNK, who survives longer to get that 5,900. Tell Dana the book for the next card. Nope, nope, nope. Man, did y' all see how big Francis is? Francis Ngannou.
D
I don't care about how big he is, man. You got to get in there. You can't have that kind of mindset.
B
Put me on him.
D
Put me on him, huh? I got you.
B
Well, yeah, put me on him. My fighting days.
D

B
You know, Daddy love.
