You did everything that you've accomplished. But we're talking about right now, right? Because what you accomplished. So let me ask you this. What is those four MVPs, what have they done for the jets this year?

I remember. I remember Christmas I used to look forward to. Because, like, as the day progressed, all my cousins were going to come. Cause my mom, my grandma had nine kids. And then we're gonna watch, you know, watch the games that come on, man. I used to Thanksgiving and Christmas, man, those were some great times. I hate that it ended. And then Once my grandmother passed, we don't get together like we once did.

Thanksgiving has never been the same. You know, going to church consistently, week in and week out, whether you wanted to go or not, has never been the same. Having to sing the choir every Sunday, no matter what, whether you wanted to or not, it ain't been the same. Christmas time has never been the same. Even though now I've already started my own tradition with my family, and then it just. It just. Even with my kids and trying to do it the way my grandma did it, it's still not the same.

Cause even when, you know, I was away and, you know, obviously, you know, you play in Ocho, you ain't coming home for the holidays. And so, you know, I've just called home and all my uncles and, you know, getting on the phone, you telling everybody hi, you know, and so forth and so on, and asking when you coming back? You know, you. You miss that. You miss that. And you take that for granted when you're a child because you think that it's always going to be like this, like that.

Yeah.

But it ain't. It's not. It's not. It's not. And, yeah, you do. You definitely. You definitely miss that. You miss that. And you don't realize it then because you just take for granted. Ocho. Yeah, they. They. They were there every year because even after my grandfather passed, you know, still my grandmother. And so, you know, until, you know, the big. The big, big cousins, but for the most part, they would still. Still come by, at least until we got to, you know, even when I was in college, you know, I would come back for, you know, come back for the holidays, and, you know, my cousins would come over. But that was. Those were the good old days, Ocho. Those were the good old days.

I'm Somebody was good, man. It was good. Just everybody meeting up at Monty House. Obviously, my grandma. My grandma had two sisters marrying Aunt Vera. And when every. I'm talking about when everybody was here before everybody passed away. I live for them days, man. I live for them days just knowing I'm finna see all my cousins and everybody finna be there and the food is finna be on point. The food finna be on point every time. Damn.

Trudy Lawrence said. Shane. Ocho, since it's so close to Christmas, what is the one thing it be food, tradition, or activity that you have to do because it's Christmas.

Well, the only activity I like. I love Christmas music, but, you know.

I hadn't heard a lot of. They don't play Christmas music like they used to to Ocho.

Easy. And, you know, I grew up. I grew up about 15 miles from Claxton, which is the fruit fruitcake capital of the world. They produce more fruitcakes than any other place in the world. And my uncles worked there, three of them. And they.

Man, you. Man, you tripping, man. You bringing up fruitcake. We just talked about family and tradition not being the same. I haven't had fruitcakes.
