This year, we take one person from an HBCU and we let them see how the business works, see if there's something that they want to do. They want to produce, be on the producer side. They want to do graphics, they want to do editing, social, whatever the case may be. We bring them in and we try to give them behind the look of what it's actually like and what it entails in order to get into this business and let them see how much work actually comes along with this ocho. So that's. That's kind of what we do. I get people from time to time. Guys reach out from time to time and. And ask me questions. I don't volunteer information anymore.
