Coaching Client 1
When it comes down to C suites or bored, the insecurity will come out a little bit more and I will start this internal loop of second guessing and deciding when to speak or what to say. And then I end up either saying nothing or worse, kind of saying something I'm not very proud of.

I've asked for feedback about this and from my immediate managers. I get told that I need to work on my visibility. But more recently I'm doubting that the visibility is the real feedback that I need to hear.
Coaching Client 2
I don't have any of that natural drive to want to be the boss. I'm finding as I do this role, that I'm good at it in some respects. I guess part of it is, I don't know, do I want to really commit to this, to being C Suite?

Seeing it from somebody else's point of view is always such a huge help. When you have tunnel vision, you know, thinking that the way you do everything is the only way and the correct way versus what reality is.
Coaching Client 2
You've helped me get to a point where I can identify sort of the vague sense of dis, ease or discomfort that I've had around my role and look at resources and tools that I have at my disposal.
