Educated at Cambridge where he graduated with a First in Natural Sciences, he joined McKinsey & Co for 7 years, enjoying accelerated promotion. He left in 2000 to pursue a career in education and authored the Education Strategy for Tony Blair. Following this, he returned to strategy consulting in Education, joining the Parthenon Group and building the largest European Education strategy practice in Europe. When EY acquired Parthenon in 2014, he led the business, building it into the fourth largest strategy practice in Europe. Amongst his client work is strategy on the largest deals in European Education, and work helping universities become financially sustainable.“Thanks David. She previously graduated with a first-class degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) from Oxford as a Kwok Scholar. Outside of academics, Sharon was the Vice President and Treasurer of the Oxford Union, the first Chinese woman to hold either role, the Vice President of the Oxford Feminist Society, and a keen student journalist, having written for her own blog and for publications such as Asia Times and Hong Kong Economic Journal.
