What if everything you've been taught about hustle, pressure, and pushing through is actually the thing keeping you stuck?

In this episode, we're diving into one of the most powerful reframes I've encountered — and it comes from Wayne Dyer's The Power of Intention. The idea is simple but it will shake something loose in you: stress is not your natural state. Joy is. Peace is. Love is.

We have been conditioned — by culture, by the real estate industry, by social media — to believe that if you're not stressed, you're not working hard enough. That the anxiety you feel before a big listing appointment, the tension you carry around your income goals, the mental load of managing every single moving piece of your business... that all of that is just part of it. The price of ambition.

But what if it's not?

What Dyer points to — and what I've been sitting with — is that our ego is the engine of stress. The ego is the part of us that believes we are separate. Separate from support. Separate from abundance. Separate from the outcome. And when you believe you are separate, everything feels like it's on you to force, control, and manufacture. Your nervous system locks in. Your body starts to mistake the tension for safety. And eventually, the stress doesn't even feel like stress anymore — it just feels like you.

That's the part that stopped me cold.

Your body has gotten familiar with stress. It's been running that program so long that calm actually feels wrong. Unfamiliar. Even suspicious — like if things feel easy, something must be off.

But here's what I want you to consider: what if ease is not a red flag? What if peace is not laziness? What if you were designed to co-create — with the universe, with your relationships, with the energy you put out — rather than white-knuckle your way to every goal?

This episode is for the Realtor who is exhausted but doesn't know how to stop. Who has built something real but can't seem to enjoy it. Who keeps hitting the goal and immediately raising the bar before she even takes a breath.

You don't have to earn your way back to peace. It was always yours.
