Quick show business always, you know, good in terms of entertainment to derail the show immediately. Do we want to do coaching Carousel now or should we save Eric Morris and Jim Mora for later? Quick word. How about that?
C
Quick word.
A
Quick, quick, quick takes. Eric Morris, North Texas head coach, introduced as the next head coach of Oklahoma State. I saw that Eric Morris, former wide receiver for Oklahoma state, actually had two catches in the I'm a man, I'm 40 game. So we've really all come full circle in terms of Mike Gundy's replacement and keeping it in the family. Bud, what'd you make of this? This hire by Oklahoma State?
B
Yeah, I mean, look, Eric Morris has done a really nice job there at North Texas. Did a nice job at Incarnate Word before that. So I think it's probably a good hire. Like as Tom says, great hire. No idea if it'll work out. You know, I think it's probably smart to take Oklahoma State over Arkansas because I think it's just so much harder to win at Arkansas. And there's Oklahoma State, so probably a smart choice by him to go home.
A
Did you get the notion that that's what Eric Morris had in front of him?
B
Yeah.
A
Wow.
B
Yeah, I think Arkansas got turned down by Eric Morse.
C
So they're over two. Yeah.
A
Franklin, every coaching carousel has one school that, you know, comes out with some a little battered and bruised. Looks like it might be the Hogs. Dk, what'd you make of it?
D
Well, I was going to add. I mean, is there a possibility that Arkansas said, we're not waiting and Oklahoma State said, take your time, and that might have been a factor. Like, I think this is the best case scenario for everyone involved because as of now, North Texas is like, we want you to finish out what you started. So he's going to try to win a conference championship, see if he can get to the playoffs, and as soon as the season's over, then he goes. And Oklahoma State said, we're good with that, too. Like, we're fine. Go ahead, chase your dreams, chase your goals. We'll be waiting for you. I don't know if Arkansas would have said that. I don't know if that was a factor at all. And then the last thing I would add is that if it's a package deal, I probably like it that much better with Drew Messamaker, if he does indeed come with him to Oklahoma State. He's been awesome for him. Dude didn't play a snap in high school, didn't start in varsity, was a walk on. He's a great story. And then what I'm trying to figure out is what is lore and what is real. Because if you read Eric Morris is like, the articles that are coming out, like, I mean, it turns out he discovered Baker Mayfield, he recruited Patrick Mahomes. You know, he obviously had Cam Ward incarnate. And then he helped Drew Matier at Washington. Like, some of it I'm sure is true, but it's starting to get to that point where it's like, hey, we are really hyping up this guy. There is no doubt, though, he is an offensive mind who has done a great job with the quarterbacks he's worked with.
A
Are you Kyle Shanahan, Sean McVeigh or Mike McDaniel? That's what we need to know right now. Just because all of you are on the same, like, staff and. And had the same lunchroom, doesn't necessarily mean that you're all there. Tom, anything here or. Or on the Jim Mora side, as Jim Mora is going to be the next head coach out at Colorado State.
C
The Jim Moore one was more surprising, I think, than Morris taking Oklahoma State, because Morris was like, the name as soon as Oklahoma State came open, like, people were shouting Morris's name for that job. So I. I thought, like, I'd heard rumblings in the last few days that, like, Stanford and Jim Mora were kind of heating up. So for the Colorado State thing to break this morning kind of caught me by surprise. But, I mean, I. I think if you're Jim Moore, you've. You've coached in the NFL, you coached at UCLA, you've had a lot of success at UConn. Maybe you're just looking at Colorado State right now as it's an upgrade on what you have, because you will be in a conference, you'll be in the new Pac12 starting next season. And also, like, there's support there in the program for that football team. You're not, you know, competing with, like, Power 4 gigs as far as the financial support, but there is money and there's, you know, maybe less of a spotlight at a gig like that. You can kind of just show up, you know, coach some ball and try to win Some games.
A
One thought on the Eric Morris let him coach it out Danny that you were mentioning. I think it's great recruiting and advertisement for Oklahoma State. Oklahoma State Q score could not be worse. The value of that program is could not be worse. There, there's not been anything positive. So any success that Eric Morris and Drew Mester Maker have, whether it be this weekend or in the conference championship or maybe even making the College Football Playoff, every single time that team is on tv, they're going to put a little Oklahoma State logo there too. And we have not associated that logo with success in two years. So that could be something that is, that is a positive where I understand Oklahoma State's calculus in terms of letting him move forward. All right, enough of that coaching carousel. Let's recap Week 13 results on the locks pod Bud Elliott was a three and four week for you. Came home with a little pit plus two and a half. BYU, Cincinnati under 56 and UTSA U N I T Y something crazy about that building. Missouri plus 8, USC plus 10 and a half, Cal minus 2 and a half and UAB plus 22 were the losses. What'd you make of week 13?
B
Yeah, probably like the the one week this year I've been really frustrated. I like absolutely crushed in terms of beating the market moves. I mean a lot of these crossed like major key numbers and didn't get a winning record out of it. So that, that kind of sucks. Obviously like you know, our thoughts and prayers to the guys in the UAB stabbing at breakfast like that's you know, awful. But like, you know, Cal, we're on the right side of that move. Cross three Missouri we're on the right side of that move across a seven. You know, pit the good side of that move. I think we got the better of the BYU under move. Like you know, it happens. But I'm extremely happy as far as like to actually be ahead of those late week moves betting on Thursday. But three and four is three and four.
A
So three and four on the week has you at 66 and 66 for the season. Seven and four week. For me the wins were Missouri, Oklahoma under 42 and a half, Oregon first half minus five and a half Charlotte Georgia under 54, UTSA plus two and a half Notre Dame first half team total over 23 and a half SMU minus two and a half Texas A&M Samford under 59 and a half ended up taking a loss on Arkansas plus nine and a half. My Mercer Bears, as Bud mentioned earlier, decided they were going to make sure they would be healthy for the FCS playoffs. And after a frisky start in Jordan Hare Stadium, rolled on over. Auburn WINS Big. Utah -17 and a half obviously as they were lucky to escape with the four point win. Never really had a chance there. And then two lane. Temple over 55 and a half there was at the end of the first half. Did any y' all see this in Tulane? Temple it was last play of the first half. Temple's trying to do some, some dosy, do some ziggin zagging, some hooking and lateraling and then it ends up getting scooped up by two lane. Two lanes got nothing but green grass in front of them and oh no, turf monster ends up costing a touchdown right at the end of the first half. Could have been the difference, but we're not going to complain. Seven and four week for me has me at 75 and 65 on the season. Danny Cannell Five and three winning week for you. The wins were Oregon minus nine and a half, UNLV minus two and a half, Arkansas, Texas over 57 and a half, Charlotte plus 44 and a half. Kentucky, Vanderbilt over 52 and a half ended up taking a loss with Montana plus one and a half, Northwestern minus three and a half and Florida State. I'm sorry Danny, bad birthday present for you. What do we make of the week?
D
West off is right in the chat. Danny's heating up. That's right. We're going starting to heat up. It was very close. The Montana Grizzlies, they lost by a field goal. They were close at home. Northwestern won by three. Just missed that. The hook killed me. And I did not know that Tommy Castellanos was going to have a little vacation at Marshall island and Carter Finley Stadium because that was not a welcome spot as Devon Marshall went off in that game. Early interception set the tone. That was all she wrote. Yeah, that kind of spoiled the birthday for sure.
A
Five and three for the week has Danny at 60 and 64 for the season. Tom, it was a three and six week for you. The wins were getting in on the under 42 and a half in Missouri, Oklahoma, UTSA plus two and a half and Toledo minus 27 and a half ended up taking a loss on USC. Oregon under 59 and a half, Arkansas plus nine and a half. BYU, Cincinnati over 54 and a half, JMU minus 13 and a half. Minnesota, Northwestern under 40 and a half and Texas State team total over 37 and a half. What do we do?
C
I mean, things didn't go well. Texas State got Off to a slow start and then scored like 30 points in the second half. So had they started that game better? I probably get the win there and it's a little bit better of a record. But nothing, nothing I feel terribly about. But I do see a lot of people in the chat talking about how Chips got this wrapped up. I would like to remind the chat that it was week seven. I was up six units on Chip and a week later he was up a half unit on me after just one weekend. This competition is far from over.
A
Yeah, I mean I wasn't paying much attention to the adulation. I we don't let that rat poison get in here in this locker room. But I will pay attention to clarification. For those who are not aware, this week is not the final week of the competition, but conference championship week is the final week of this competition. Playoffs and real men would have it through the playoffs.
D
I'm just saying that's when the picture they should double. They should be worth twice as much in the playoffs.
A
Gimmicky, put it through the clown's mouth type competition. No, this is, these are worldly competitions. You finish at the top of the table after 15 grueling weeks, you're the champion. That's the way we do it. So yeah, there will be different competitions. Much like how Moneyline Sprinkles is a different competition. We'll have different playoff competition. And we used to do Bull nanza. I think we're just going to take it day by day with that one. I mean the rosters are day by day. We should not be held. You know the lines are going to have huge swings before kickoff. That will be a much more casual. We're not ignoring the non playoff bowl games, but it will be a much more casual a la carte approach to giving you our best bets and our thoughts on the non playoff bowl games. All right, let's get that out of here. Eyes ahead. Final game of the rivalry. Final game of the regular season. Rivalry week. It is week 14 and I ask you gentlemen, you already lock it up.
B
Let's do it.
C
Newest since 2005, the under in games between service categories is 40 dash 9 and 1.
D
Give me an over in this one as well. A little two for one special.
B
I was a sicko last week. Y' all were watching the good games. I was live betting the hell out of UL in Kentucky. My blue plate special.
A
Five star locks are coming. Five star master lock. Lock it. I love these locks. I'm, I'm, I'm living and Dying every.
B
Every point, every cover.
A
From the locking chair to your eyes and ears. And a reminder that locks are sponsored all season long by Cash App. Making money moves should be easy. And that's why there's Cash app. It's fast, safe, and honestly, just way more personalized than other apps out there. Our thanks to cash app for their sponsorship of the locks competition and the cash app cover three locks trophy, which, according to shipping information, should be. Should be showing up on Monday so we'll at least get to see what it looks like. Every. Should I do an unboxing on. Upon further review, we'll check it out.
C
It's not yours yet, Chip. We just discussed this.
A
It's.
C
I think it should be unveiled when we give it to the winner.
A
Okay, well, then I won't take it out of the box.
C
I thought you won't ever take it out of the box. Just get ready to ship it to my house.
B
Tom's coming.
A
All right, Tom, let's go. Thursday. What you got?
C
Nothing.
A
Nothing. No picks, no picks.
C
I'm just. I'm not making a single pick this week. I'm just gonna let you go over seven and slide into first place.
A
All right. For everyone who's here. Here for the audience and not just out for themselves. Danny, Bud, what do we. What do we. What do we like here in Memphis Navy? An American game on Thanksgiving night.
B
It is an American game. It is on Thanksgiving night. What was the best thing I could find here? I liked.
C
Shoot.
B
Where's the set? Oh, all right.
C
There we go.
B
I liked Memphis. Under 30, three and a half team total here. I. I think Navy can move the ball and hold it, and I don't think you're getting the 35.
C
Ah.
A
Okay. So tryptophan a trip Thursday night, kind of.
B
That is correct.
A
Yeah. Oh, man.
B
I like Tom. Tom get Chip all riled up.
A
That's a fascinating approach there, Nate.
C
I see this.
B
Tom's gonna get Chips so mad. Chip's gonna just, like, keep firing. He's gonna fire, like, 14, and I'm.
C
Gonna sit there with two plays the entire week. Go 2, 0 and pass, mister. 2 and 12 over there. Have you had a 2 and 12 yet this year, Chip?
A
I've had a 2 and 8.
C
Okay. I was really hoping you hadn't, because, you know, you're always good for at least one of those.
A
Yeah, sometimes two.
B
Yeah.
A
Friday, Egg bowl, Ole Miss, Mississippi State. Who's got a lock?
B
Do you think that he's going to actually announce, like, the day after the game?
A
It'll come out after. Like, it'll come out Friday after.
B
Yeah, I'm curious. Like, do you think he announces on game day? Like, how do you think he does this?
C
I don't know. All I know is if you read Brett McMurphy's article, you basic bees all chose LSU. I'm the only one that's going out there on a limb.
A
No, I told him Oklahoma State, but then he said, sent me a bunch of expletives in response. Like a sailor.
B
That's great.
A
But yeah, I said, he asked for my. And then he asked for a real one and then I said LSU after. After Oklahoma State was shot down.
D
But he's such a smart ass, so I'm sure he can take some of it back.
A
Oh, 100. Oh, 100.
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah. That's why I'm so. I'm firing at him. No, no lock from me here. What? Bud, Danny, anything on. On the Egg Bowl?
B
I. I think Ole Miss, like should just be able to run this ball a lot. Like. Like the Mississippi State lines of scrimmager are not really. They're not really any good. We do have an interesting take though, from our friend O. He's very happy. As you can imagine, nothing to see here down at Ole Miss, everything is normal. Lane and the players are locked in. How do I know this, you ask? Because Lane said so, and his word is solid gold. He would never leave a 101 or 111 playoff team for their rival before the season ends. In fact, no one on the planet would do that because that would be shameful. Meatloaf would roll over in his grave state. Plus seven and a half tooth emoji, lock emoji. All right. Largest emotional hedge of my life. I'm hoping that my bad luck picking Ole Miss games this year will help them avoid an absolute nuclear meltdown. And if everything goes completely off the rails and somehow Ole Miss loses his playoff spot because Lane quit on the best team he's ever coached, then I would like to bequeath our playoff spot to Vandy. Give me the doors. Plus three, lock emoji, tooth emoji, rat emoji. Oh, man, look at that. He's done.
C
Yeah.
B
Also, like last year's Ole Miss team was better, right?
A
No.
C
Talent wise.
A
Oh, defensively, yes. Offensively, I did not think they could run the ball effectively last year. It was a lot of, you know, our one, we had an amazing quarterback and an amazing wide receiver. I think they are a little bit more well rounded offensively. Defensively, undoubtedly better. But that's it?
C
No, I think they were better last year. Foreign.
B
I'm gonna go under 63 and a half.
C
Locking it up.
B
Yeah. I, I think Mississippi State has to try to run the ball here like their past game is, is nothing special. And I do the gold Miss will see the success that like literally everyone has had running the ball against Mississippi State and try to pound Lacy.
A
Like that. Anybody else got egg bowl?
C
I do not.
A
What about clean old fashioned hate in the big body bends? Georgia and Georgia Tech. Who's got a lock? Georgia. Oh, go ahead.
B
Okay. No, go over.
D
Give me.
A
I've got Georgia team total over 37 and a half.
C
Okay. Okay. So chips on Georgia team total over 37 and a half.
A
Yep.
C
And Danny, you're just on the plane over.
A
Yeah.
D
Was it 59 and a half.
C
Let's see what I can. Yeah, 59 and a half looks like the best I can do.
D
I could see Gunner Stockton throwing four touchdowns just like he does in every big game they play. And I think Buster Faulkner, I think Haynes King will be able to put up enough points to push this thing over. But I'd expect it to be. It'll be an entertaining game for a while. My wonder what's in the tank for Georgia Tech.
A
I also Georgia was gentlemanly with Charlotte last week. Right. Lot of backups, 35 to 3 final taking our time, just sort of going through. I wonder if after what happened last year we actually do see some rivalry edge in a little bit of teeth here and Georgia maybe takes a little bit of pride in moving the ball through a Georgia Tech defense that might let go of the rope. I mean they've been carved up a couple weeks in a row now. I don't, like you said, I don't think it's. It's an alignment issue. I think that they're just. The season's too deep for me to think there's going to be a quick fix. So yeah, I like Gunner Stockton to be able to have a lot of success. I like Georgia's offense to be able to go out there and. And put a little bit of a crooked number on the scoreboard. So I, I lean your way with the full game over 2. But my favorite angle here is to tackle the Georgia team total over.
B
I, I was leaning that way as well. I'm. My concern is more like I don't know what incentive they have to really pace this game. Right. And if Tech has some success on offense, they hold the ball forever. So I. Yeah, I no pick.
A
Anything. Tom.
C
Nope.
A
Okay. Friday night Austin, Texas. Texas A and M. Texas Longhorns. Big game, big stakes. The Aggies 110 and so close to finishing the regular season 12 0. So close to making the SEC championship game for the first time in program history. Win and you're in. All you got to do is go beat Texas. No big deal. On the road in Austin. Anybody got a lock? I do.
C
Yeah.
A
Okay.
B
Good. Tom.
A
Oh, A M. Okay. Oh, tight.
B
I. I just don't trust Texas offensive line. Like, almost all the good teams they've played have beat them up up front, so I don't see why A M wouldn't. I mean, I. I know, like, you guys know, I don't love Marcel Reed. I think he's like, very well managed and does some things very well. Like, probably not a superstar type guy quite yet, but, like, I just. The one real big weakness in this game I see is that Texas doesn't block anybody. So give me A and m, lay the two.
A
I'm gonna go over 51 and a half. I think that Texas A and M will be able to continue to score the way that the Aggies have been able to score. And excuse me, I think the Texas defense will be giving up points the way that they have each of the last three or four weeks. I think Texas A and M has the. The personnel to be able to do it in lots of different ways. And I. I think that if you are Texas, you've got to be able to tap into some of the things that were working. You're going up against a much, much, much different defense than what you faced at arc against Arkansas. But there is still enough talent for you to be able to go out there like some teams have been able to do against Texas A and M, hit a couple of explosive plays that if you can keep arch from. Like, you've got to scheme cash as how out of this game like you can. This Texas A, This Texas offensive line cannot be trusted to just sit back there and defend against Texas A and M's pass rush. But hey, if he has some turnovers, those are easy scores too, with short fields. So at 51 and a half just feels a little like slightly. Just a little bit low for a game that I think is going to be really fun with some big punches thrown by both teams.
B
We all know that the chat is saying, like, go less to Arkansas. Yeah, I texted a really good source on that and they said that is not done.
C
Yeah, there's some. There's a. Trey Shap is reporting it, but I'm gonna wait until you know, ammo and company do that. We all know chip is going 2 and 10 this week, and I think that the over in. In this game is one of the two wins he gets and it's going to be one of the reasons I go one and oh. So lock agreement.
A
Yay.
C
Play the damn music. Give me the children.
B
Come on.
C
For once, Chip is correct. I do think that the total is a little bit low in this one. I think that Texas A M will be able to move the ball against the Texas defense that is struggling. And I also think that Texas will be able to move the ball against this A M defense, which I don't. I think is good. I don't think it's great.
D
Yeah, I got a lock agreement too with. With Bud.
C
Yeah.
D
Going to lay it with A and M. Who do you trust more? I probably trust Marcel Reed a little bit more. I think they're both kind of similar. They both had their ups and downs, but I do think Marcel Reed's legs add another dimension. We talked in the big game breakdown. Texas A M feels like they have more ways they can beat you with that defense. So I'll lay him with the Aggies.
C
Do we want to. Do we want to go for the engagement? Who do you trust more, guys, Arch Manning or Marcel Reed?
A
Marcel Reed.
D
I think so too.
B
I think Arch.
C
Arch Manning. Arch Manning. Arch Manning.
A
Big Friday night slate. Beyond just those headliners, I've. Let's go ahead and get all the other Friday picks out there who's got some Friday locks. All right. I'll go ahead and get it started on at 12pm Eastern time on CBS. Iowa at Nebraska. And I'm a lay six points with the Iowa Hawkeyes, who I think are just going to beat the team that has not been as good as the Iowa Hawkeyes for much of this season. I. I was looking at this game. I'm trying to. Trying to factor in everything I know. Trying to understand that there is some rivalry hate here. But, man, it's really tough for me to ask for Nebraska's best ball. And I. I really think that Iowa is going to be dialed in for this one. So I like being able to get this under a touchdown. This is going to be an Iowa football game. It will not be a clear and easy blowout win. In fact, like a lot of games we've talked about recently, it could feel like a blowout. And I'm still sweating a cover based on Nebraska even having the ball in the fourth quarter at any time. But I still like what I'VE got in terms of quality. I'll take the Hawkeyes minus six points.
C
Last two years, this game has had a final score of 13 to 10 with Iowa winning on field goals at the end of the game. I don't know if you guys have seen the forecast for this one. It's going to be 33 degrees. It's going to have winds howling at 15 miles per hour. One team has a backup quarterback and is very run based ever since having to put him in. The other team has been very run based all year. Running their own version of a Big Ten option. Give me the under 39 and a half. And please, Nebraska, don't punt to Kaden Wetchen. Just leave him alone. Let's get this under because that is the only way Iowa can score.
B
I mean, I'm saying. So I'm going to lock agreement with Chip here, actually.
A
All right.
B
I don't. Have you guys seen this? Like weird or at least to me it's weird. Like Emmett Johnson, best back in the country image. Johnson like. Like high, like dark horse Heisman campaign stuff from Nebraska fans on Twitter.
D
No.
B
Are they trolling me with this? They tweeted me. They're like, where's the Emmett Johnson Heisman love? And I'm like, what? That? That's.
A
That.
B
Have you seen this?
A
Actually, that's a great bit. We should just start picking random. Find all conference caliber players.
D
He's good.
C
He's good.
B
Their offensive line sucks to like, like, so probably. He's probably even a little better than I realize.
A
But like, snap call. He's a top four running back in the Big Ten.
C
Yeah, he's. He's top four nationally.
A
Okay.
C
He's fourth per game.
A
Would you put him on like as a second team all American if you were filling out two running backs? Two running backs?
C
Yeah.
B
Potentially. Yeah, I think so.
A
Because like they're.
B
They're like, look what he's running behind.
A
Yeah, he's.
C
He's been that entire offense. Even before Raola got hurt. I was crying that they should hand it to him more, but they weren't.
D
I need to catch some people, so give me Nebraska catching six and a half at home. And all I needed to hear was Tom telling me. This does feel like a field goal type game. Late, windy, cold, ugly. Give me Nebraska.
A
All right. Anything else for Friday?
C
Don't believe so. I might have a Friday game on here and not realize it.
B
What did I have that I liked? It's still there.
A
It's a complex card with all the multiple Friday games.
B
But it. It is.
A
We're adults.
D
Yeah.
B
I'm gonna go ahead and take Kent state in the 5. I just can't lay points with.
D
With.
B
With North Illinois. That should probably be a sicko mode, by the way.
C
I'll get you a five and a half.
D
Look at that.
A
Perfect mode.
B
Let's go. I'm a little bit lower on some of the teams.
C
If things go wrong, they could be.
B
Like, that's kind of like sicko mode of a sicko mode. Yeah. With that offense, I just cannot be laying points.
C
Are you at all worried about, like, Northern Illinois giving a one last Mac game kind of effort here?
B
I. I think that is probably their primary motivation. Yeah.
C
One last time for the Mac on our chest.
B
Right.
A
I got.
D
I gotta play on Friday.
A
All right.
D
The duel in the desert. The Territorial Cup. Is that what it is?
A
Yeah.
D
Which one. Which one do they prefer? Duel and desert. Way cooler.
A
Territorial cup is traditional. Like, that's.
D
Jeff Sims. He's been playing pretty good for the Sun Devils, but he's going up against an Arizona defense. Probably doesn't get enough love. And I think Arizona State's defense can shut down Noah Fafida and company for Arizona. Give me a lower scoring game. Under 48 and a half.
A
I like that. To your point, Danny. Fun game. I don't. I could. You could tell me that Kenny and Jeff Sims pull this thing out and give themselves a shot to be able to make it back into the Big 12 title game. You could tell me that Arizona continues what has been some really nice play over the back half of the season. I could see either result. But lower scoring sounds right to me. Two teams that are better defensively, I think, than offensively. I'd agree with that.
B
Give me Broncos big bad boys plus three and a half.
A
Yeah. That's somebody who's seen the light.
B
That Boise. The team just doesn't score. So I think Broncos guys can.
C
Should I put it in the. In the DOC is BBBB plus three.
A
Yes. Be respectful. Not touching North Texas, especially in the wake of the news. Right. I mean.
D
Yeah.
A
I don't know. Could be. I don't know.
D
A lot of the guys. Guys could be auditioning.
C
I know it's fired up.
B
They want to get paid.
C
Like. Yeah. When you see the G5 coach moving up, I. I think that the players are kind of pumped for that more often than not. Especially now. Like Danny just said.
A
Yeah, we'll see. But no, no luck for me. That's. That is 3:30pm Eastern Time Game. Another fun one on CBS Sports Network on Friday. San Diego State at New Mexico. San Diego State short favorites there. That's another one to draw your attention to. Fun Friday. But those are the locks that we've got. And, and coming up on the other side, we turn our attention to Saturday, last full Saturday, the regular season. What are our best bets and more nukes? Coca Cola for the big, for the small, the short and the tall.
B
Peacemakers, risk takers for the optimists, pessimists for long distance love for introverts and.
A
Extroverts, the thinkers and the doers for.
B
Old friends and new Coca Cola for everyone.
A
Pick up some Coca Cola at a store near you. Let's review what we've got on the board so far. Bud Elliott taking the under 63 and a half in the egg bowl. That is Ole Miss and Mississippi State. For the uninitiated, he's taking Texas a M minus two. He's taking Iowa minus six. Then Kent State plus three and a half and Utah. Kent State plus five and a half. Utah State plus three and a half. I've got the Georgia team total over 37 and a half against Georgia Tech. Texas. Texas a and M over 51 and a half. Iowa minus six. Danny is taking the over 59 and a half in Georgia Tech. Georgia, Texas a and M minus two. Nebraska plus six and a half. Then Arizona. Arizona State under 48 and a half and Tom's got the under 39 and a half in Iowa. Nebraska than the over 51 and a half in Texas. Texas A and M. Let's take it to Saturday with some of the big games of the day starting at noon Eastern time. Ohio State at Michigan. We gave it a lot of attention in big game breakdown. We did not ask for best bets and now we do. So who's got a lock?
C
I do.
A
Yep.
C
Putting my proverbial money where my literal mouth is. Ohio State minus nine and a half. I don't, I don't care about the last couple years. It's a different Michigan team, it's a different Ohio State team. They've got the national title. They're not, you know, it's, I just based on what I have seen from Michigan this year, I do not think.
D
That they're going to be able to.
C
Score a whole lot of points against this defense. Nobody scores against this defense. The most points they've allowed all season was what, 18 points, 16 points.
A
Like, yeah, yeah, give me the Buckeyes to Illinois.
C
You said it.
A
I didn't put him in the playoff. Scored 16 points. Hang a banner.
C
I mean they've got four like incredible resume losses Indiana, Ohio State, Washington and Wisconsin. They deserve to be in lock credit.
A
All right.
B
Sometimes when streaks in that they end.
C
Loudly.
B
That'S not all like that's not statistically provable I I don't think but like just haven't been there for a couple of them. It's like oh all right like it's cathartic and they're like they're you know putting on them type thing. I think Jeremiah will play. He said on on Caleb Downs podcast that that he was good to go. I don't know about tape.
D
I can get this at ten and a half correct.
B
Yeah it's kind of all over the place.
D
Let's middle it then give me the Michigan Wolverines fight. I need to see it I need to see it before I believe it. You're right. They are the better football team. I think they could go on and win the national championship but there is a mental edge that Michigan has that Ohio State needs to get over that hurdle weather I think is going to impact this game. I think Michigan is more than fine to turn this into an ugly they're going to run the ball 40, 45 times. All it takes is maybe one Jordan Marshall run to squeak squeak out of there for potential big play might be all they need. Defense does concern me but I am very curious to see if those receivers go how they look when they go bud. We talked about this in the big game breakdown remember we were watching bmac we were watching the game out Jeremiah Smith does not look great. Kind of need to see that as well now if he's out in warm ups just crushing it looking totally smooth I will definitely be sweating this out but I will take Michigan and all those points.
B
I I I could definitely I mean obviously like I I understand the argument like all all these have have you know a number for a reason. You know the committee's really rooting for this weekend don't care Michigan or Mississippi.
A
State to make what easy so if.
B
Michigan wins I think they bounce Notre Dame and Miami and if Mississippi State wins then they bounce Ole Miss and they're able to put both in they don't have to actually make a hard decision right.
D
I don't is Michigan it'll be who have they beaten besides the biggest one of the seat begin but that's their only win. That would be it.
C
Yeah but if they get to the.
D
Big ten championship that's they would get in.
B
Yeah but Oregon would need to lose right?
A
Yeah Michigan still needs Oregon to. If Oregon, if Michigan beats Ohio State and Oregon beats Washington, it's Indiana Oregon in the Big Ten title game.
C
Yeah.
B
Yeah.
C
So I, I, yeah, I don't think Michigan winning guarantees them anything.
D
Right.
A
I want to know where Connor Stallions is right now.
C
He's probably on Twitter tweeting about what.
B
You'Re doing right now.
A
I'll tell you what we're going to do, men. We're going to go back out there, we're going to shut their asses up. If I could take an exacta for Ohio State's first offensive drive of the second half to be a touchdown, I think I might. But instead I've just got one of my favorite bets from the last couple years. Ohio State third quarter minus two and a half. Yeah, they might get spooked. They might try to man ball this thing in the first half and maybe Michigan does come out there and, and spring something. But I'll tell you what Michigan ain't going to do. Michigan ain't going to score a damn point. In the third quarter against the Silver Bullets. The Ohio State Buckeyes, the world famous Ohio State Buckeyes champions win the third quarter. Ohio State's championship caliber Buckeyes third quarter minus two and a half. Also in the noon eastern time window. Ranked on ranked as of Tuesday night. The Miami Hurricanes head to Acresher Stadium to take on the pit Panthers. Who's got a lock?
D
I'll take it.
A
Miami.
D
Give me Miami. It's under a touchdown, right?
A
You can get six and a half.
D
I'll lay them. I think Miami is closer to Notre Dame than they are to Georgia Tech. Right. I think they're the quality of opponent. I think that defense will be able to have some success against Mason Heintschel. I think they could have him similarly to what he was doing against Notre Dame where he's running around running for his life a little bit. And I think Miami similarly will be able to run the football. Pat Narduzzi is really good with what he can do. He can confuse Carson Beck. So I think they're going to try to run some of those running backs up in there, utilize their offensive line. Weather should permit that as well. And if there is a chance to run it up and they're only up by three and they're going to try to score, they showed that last week. They're going to try to do it again. They're going to very uncharacteristically for Mario Cristobal, they will try to get any extra Score they can. I'll take the Canes.
C
If we can get a quote card with no context of Danny saying Miami is closer to Notre Dame than Georgia Tech and then just put under Danny Canel, Florida State geography major, that would be great.
A
Were you. Were you a geography major?
D
I was not.
C
Do they geography majors?
D
I took a geology class.
A
I took too many geology classes.
B
Was that rocks for jocks?
A
Yeah, it was rocks for jocks at Chapel Hill. We had colored pencils.
B
Oh, gosh. All right. Got a question for you guys. Would you rather have an all star defensive line assembled from these teams? Boston College, Florida State, Syracuse, North Carolina State, Stanford and Georgia Tech or Miami's D line?
A
Miami Steel line.
B
Agreed. Miami's D line is better than those six teams combined, I think. Although it's close because the. The one nose guard for Syracuse is actually really good. Give me pit team total under 21 and a half.
A
Oh, good number, too.
D
Yeah.
B
Yeah. I. They didn't have a chance in hell to block Notre Dame. Miami's front's a lot better than Notre Dame's. I think they will just like ragdoll that pito line.
A
Hi, Eileen. Danny's obviously, I like that, but I'm. I just wonder pit. Did. Did Pitt use all of its bullets last week? You know, like, I just. It's been Notre Dame and it's been this Georgia Tech game, and now you gotta play Miami. It'll be. It'll be remarkable if Pitt continues to just have this. This. This well of late season success. They're 6 and 1 with Mason Heintschel, and they have just been rolling. So what?
D
Go ahead, bud.
B
Not to piss off pit fans, but, like, why does. Why does Bell and Heinchel not get like, the. The package deal coaching cycle hype that Eric Morris and his guy do? Like, they're doing it at a higher level.
D
I was just gonna ask if they're going to be able to keep those two. Like, I was literally what I was going to ask you, and I don't know if they do.
C
South Florida could become an open.
A
I don't know. I mean, if you're Pat Narduzzi, you do not want to lose. You know, you. You felt like you found them, right? Because you got Cade Bell from Western Carolina, Des Reed from Western Carolina. You've been.
B
I'm not saying he should go. I'm just saying, like, it's a little weird how the. I don't know, like, the differences in hype.
D
Coaching coordinator. Don't you think that's the difference Yeah.
B
I think that's true. But yeah, yeah.
A
Also, Kate Bell didn't recruit. Didn't recruit Patrick Mahomes or Baker Mayfield. Or Baker Mayfield. That's right. Then 3:30pm Eastern time, big time on CBS has Big Ten title and college Football playoff implications. The the Oregon Ducks trying to close out the regular season with a win against their rival, the Washington Huskies. Who's got a lock.
B
I thought about it, but hold on.
A
What are you thinking?
B
I was thinking like, like. No, I was thinking Oregon.
A
I just.
B
I don't know what Washington. But like, Washington did hang tough with Ohio State for a while. They just kicked a bunch of short field goals after they drove it. I'm gonna pass. This is definitely a game. I think you could get some craziness in. Like, the fact that Oregon has overcome the lack of receivers against Iowa and USC does not mean that they're guaranteed to do so, you know, in every game that they don't have them.
A
Yeah.
B
Is Washington focus. Like, is Jed Fish getting this Florida job?
A
I think. I think Washington is focused on this game. I think so.
D
Okay, I'll take the Ducks.
A
Take the Ducks.
D
I'll lay the six and a half. It's under a touchdown, right?
C
Yep.
D
Yeah, I think they're really good. I think they could be a dangerous team if they do get healthy in the playoffs. They're one step away. Dan Lanning, all the stuff coming out about the wearing black for the funeral for the Trojans, he's gonna have this team in a tizzy. And I do think they can run the football pretty successfully. And I do think even without all of their receivers, they got some young guys that are still pretty good. And Sadiq is really a good weapon. As we've talked about. I think Will Stein's really good coordinator. I think Dante Moore is a better quarterback. I like the Ducks here.
B
Do you think he got that wearing black from Scott Cochran?
A
No, the wearing black to a funeral even goes back to like all sports. Like, how many times have it's game six elimination game. The NBA team is walking in through the tunnel. Like they're getting. Coming in through the, you know, players entrance and they're wearing black suits. Why are you.
B
I was thinking, like, I'm wearing a.
C
Chips locks title right now.
B
Yeah, he was. Oh, look at that. Messaging. Just like, you know, he. He was. He was on like Saban Kirby staffs. Scott's the guy that got hot mic'd in O8.
A
Yeah.
B
When they went and beat Matt Stafford. Yeah, exactly. Okay.
D
I like it from the chat Maybe we should make a Kenyan Sadiq for Heisman. I mean, you know, I'll tell you.
B
What, he's a better case than Emmett Johnson.
A
Now Kenny and Sadiq is not getting enough Heisman Trophy love.
B
Agreed, agreed, agreed.
D
Agreed with that for the Ducks account.
A
Lean under here. The not a lock though because we just have so many unknown injury developments that are going to happen between Wednesday at 11am and Saturday when this thing kicks off at 3:30. But I think that the way that Oregon has been handling its business and sort of the way that they are built defensively along the line of scrimmage. I lean towards the under here but no lock as of as of Wednesday here this afternoon you can watch that game 3:30pm Eastern time, 12:30 local on CBS, America's most watched network, the network of stars. You can stream it on Paramount plus a mountain of entertainment. You know Diego Pavia, he's not getting enough Heisman Trophy love. You know, Vanderbilt at Tennessee Gay game has not had stakes like this in quite some time because even when James Franklin had Vanderbilt really rolling, I felt like Tennessee was so down in the dumps at that time that there wasn't. Tennessee wasn't even feeling, you know, extra chesty about it. So who's got a lock?
B
Balls.
A
Balls.
C
Yeah.
B
I think they probably looked at what Auburn did and said we could spread those guys out and throw it all over. It was a bad, it was a bad matchup for them last year as well. You know like I think Vandy scored early in that game and the Tennessee just poured it all on. So I, I mean Vandy's a much improved team. I think they're a lot better team but I just don't think the matchup is good for them.
A
This is a disrespectful total to families in America. You know, 65 and a half on Thanksgiving weekends. Are you, are you, you trying to make everybody dizzy out there? Come on, let's move at the pace, move at the pace of the audience. Hate to see it but you betting it? No, I'm making more commentary on the game for the purposes of someone who might want to be listening.
C
Listen, right. I have to document it. I'm just making sure God their panties in a bunch over there today.
B
Tom's looking for any kind of little like gets bet. Just hyper vigilant bro.
A
Then Alabama has to go to Jordan Harris Stadium to take on the Auburn Tigers. It is the Iron Bowl Saturday night is the second biggest game behind Illinois Northwestern for your screens and all across the country. But first, let's get to the Iron Bowl. Who's got a lock? First half, under 23 and a half. Buddy, I think it's gonna be kg. I think that the. What have we said all week? Don't turn the ball over. Don't turn the ball over. Don't turn the ball over. Don't give Auburn short fields. Just take care of the football. You're the better team. You can win the game. I think that's a tight, tight start type message. And so, yeah, I'll be going under. First half, under 23 and a half in the Iron Bowl.
B
Lay them with the Tide. Five and a half comfortable with that. I mean, we can believe that Auburn's offense is like totally fixed based on one game against Vandy, but I don't believe that. I just think it was a really good matchup and Coleman made some incredible plays and I just, I think Auburn is a decent.
A
Yeah.
B
Ish football team. Look, like I said, I upped Bama's power rating after they played Oklahoma. They almost doubled them up in yardage. They moved the ball really well. They, they dropped a punt and they allowed to pick six. Like, if you play that game again and like, you get a normal amount of turnovers based on how the ball was moved and how the ball was stopped. This line is north of 7, so gonna go ahead and bet it.
A
Anybody else?
C
I like both your plays.
D
I'll take, I'll take Auburn.
A
Oh.
C
Danny's just trying to fight everybody today.
D
I mean, somebody's gotta make a move this weekend. I do think Auburn's defense could provide some issues for Ty Simpson. Last couple games he's come back to earth. He was so good all season long under pressure. It's been kind of exposed a little bit. I think it could be a similar type game. I think it might be lower scoring. And then I think, all right, this could be a field goal game. Plus it's the Iron Bowl. It's at Auburn. Like this is their last stand for DJ Durkin. I think they show up and you mentioned Cam Coleman just making a couple plays. That might be all it takes is a couple big plays. I do think the wrinkle of Deuce Knight could provide some problems as well.
B
Can I double bet one here?
A
What you want to get?
B
I want Bama minus three in the first half.
C
Oh, yeah, you're rocking them both.
B
Yeah, I, I think they come out. I, I think they come out hard with Deborah and, and, and he just, he schemed some stuff up like early and they put it Away early like rocking chair.
A
Love that. I was on CBS Sports HQ with our friend Haley Sutton earlier today, and she reminded me of the 2021 Iron bowl, where Bryce Young needed four overtimes to be able to get past the Tigers. Two years later, Jalen Milroe needed fourth and 32 or fourth and a mile, as I remember Brad Nestler's great call, 2025. We'll see if it's going to be that close, if they can tap into that magic once again.
C
How was Haley handling the Eric Morris news?
A
Oh, she's. Yeah, she said don't mean green forever. I mean, she wants to see them finish the job and make the playoff. You know, I think that for the long, lengthy history of North Texas football success that they have to lean on, anything that gets a trophy in the trophy case is going to be fine. If you lose your coach along the way, I think the sense was still pride when we were. When we were talking about it. Coming up on the other side, we open up the entire Saturday card the rest of our week. 14 locks, money line, sprinkles and more nukes. Back here on the COVID 3 podcast. Go ahead and get things. Get things started out in Provo. UCF team total under 14 and a half.
C
Where'd you get that from?
A
BYU? UCF.
C
I'm just saying. I'm not. I'm surprised by that play. Why? Because that's literally in my six pack this week. Lock agreement. There's your second win, buddy. Congratulations. Just wasn't expecting to hear that come out of your mouth, you know, just.
A
Got to get it on the sheet before it moves.
C
Can I. Can I allege that you are reading the six pack before it's published in an effort to keep me from coming back against you?
A
No, I've actually got documented notes as of last night for our top 25 picks that can show that this work was done on Tuesday evening.
C
Have you seen UCF's offensive numbers on the road?
A
I have.
C
They are legitimately horrific on the road. No, it's a great play. I'm proud of you. Good job.
A
We want winners.
C
Blind squirrel.
A
All right, Danny, where you want to go full card on Saturday available.
D
I will go to Baton Rouge. Oh, no. This is in Norman, right? I'm trying to see Norman.
C
Yeah, Norman.
D
Yeah. What's the total?
A
36 or something? It is 36 and a half.
D
Give me the under. I mean, the tomb tells you all you need to know. This Oklahoma defense is otherworldly. I don't think LSU's scoring many points. On that, that defense. But I also feel like Oklahoma is in. Let's just get to the playoffs and then we'll maybe figure out our offense then. I saw one too many three and outs in the second half. Once they get that lead, they are going to sit on it.
C
I don't have the number in front of me. I will say small sample because we really didn't start seeing totals this low until last year. Typically when they get this low, the over is like 60%.
D
Oh, I ain't nervous, I ain't scared.
A
How, how, how many does everybody have left at this point?
B
I'm gonna go ahead and take LSU plus 10 and a half. I mean, look, LSU held Bama to 5.5 yards of play in. In Tuscaloosa and Oklahoma held in the 5.4. Like they both basically did the same thing, the Bama, except oh, you got got turnover. Like, you know fortune. I know they force them. I get it. But also like, if it was just that easy, you would have done it against Ole Miss, but you didn't. Right. So there's a huge random element in that. So I'll take the ten and a half. I think they can both make. Make the opposing offense look really ugly.
A
Take that.
C
I have five plays left on my car.
B
Whoa.
A
I've got like three to four.
C
Maybe you guys are all big game hunting over here. I'm digging deep. I've got for the value.
A
Oh, go ahead.
C
We'll start with. Let's see, which one do I want to go with first? I'm going to go with an over. Let me see. I want to make sure the number hasn't moved though. Can I. Oh, man. No, wait, there's one left.
A
All right, cool.
C
Give me the over. 51 and a half an army UTSA. We've talked about UTSA at home for some reason. An incredible team at home compared down the road. But we didn't talk about as much is that the over is 50 in UTSA home games. And more than anything, the average UTSA home game, they're averaging 50 points themselves and the game is averaging 75 points. So I understand army is Army. They're going to slow it down because of their option attack. But I also think UTSA will be able to move the ball very effectively against their defense. And I think Army's going to score enough points of their own to push this one past that total.
B
I mean, this has been a wild game a couple years in a row. Like was it last year, two years ago they were like, yeah, Frank Harris is going to play. And everybody who knew is like, guys, Frank Harris ain't playing. Right. Two years ago, and it was still a shootout.
A
Yeah.
B
Even when Harris didn't go. Yeah, that's probably a good play. Tom, I'm not gonna steal your play. Unlike some on this show.
C
Unlike some people, I will.
B
I will tip my cat.
D
That.
B
That is a. That's a quality play, brother.
C
Peeing down their leg, worried about their lead disappearing. Bud's got integrity.
A
What did I. What did I copy?
C
You stole the UCF play. We discussed this, like, two minutes ago.
A
Ucla, D, E, A, D. UCLA is dead serious.
B
Yeah.
A
USC team total over 41 and a half. If you think Lincoln Riley's gonna have some fun scoring some points in this rivalry game in the Coliseum, you're damn right he is. I. I think the Trojans are going to be able to pick their number, and I think that number is 42 or higher. So you see USC team total over 41 and a half.
C
You're not worried that Lincoln's going to want to show they can play physical Big Ten football?
A
No, I'm not. Again, to spend too much time watching that Washington UCLA game come out with all kinds of opinions, and it's mostly that UCLA is D, E, A, D. So let's go, Trojans. Fight on. All right, bud, where you want to go?
B
To the Commonwealth Cup. Give me the Hokies +10.
A
All you got to do is beat Virginia Tech. Come on.
B
Like, unfortunately, Cam Robinson out with an acl that's, like, UVA's best defensive player by a mile. Kid's a stud. Like, seriously, like, cool guy, too. Like, I hope he gets better. You know, Tech has shown some fight in recent weeks, and they're not quit. And I'll go and take the 10. That's a big number to cover.
A
Yep. From the Commonwealth cup to the Governor's Cup. Boy, this is a hazmat game if I've ever seen one. The Governor's cup, for those who haven't picked up, is Louisville against Kentucky.
C
Yikes.
D
That is toxic.
B
Did you hear who McElroy said would be the. The target for Ole Miss if. If Lane goes to LSU or Braum. Yeah, Brahm.
A
Yeah.
C
Makes sense.
D
Yeah.
A
Under 47 and a half has Matt, Saturday.
C
I can get you a 47.
A
Okay.
C
Half.
A
All right, Danny, what you got left?
D
I got a couple left. Let's go. Give me SMU minus 13 and a half at Cal. I think Rhett Lashley, I think his squad. Different scenario than last year. They control Their own destiny. I think they're pretty good football team. I think they're getting right at the right time. I do wonder where Cal is right now mentally. Just losing Justin Wilcox. Kind of seeing the off season right around the corner. SMU a lot to play for. I think they get it done. Let's keep it up there in the same region of the comp of the country. Mr. Geology Major here.
A
That's geography. Geology is rocks. Geography is maps.
D
I know what it was. No. So I will go. That was good.
C
I will.
D
I want to see Andrew Luck interviewed on the sideline again. And I want to hear him call out, ball, Ball.
B
Ball.
D
That ain't Syracuse walking through that door. That is Stanford, who is still fighting and clawing away. That is too many daggum points. Give me Stanford in those points against Notre Dame plus 33.
C
Lock agreement. Oh, yeah. I Guess Chip's winning three games this week.
A
Dude, 33.
C
We're starting with a 33 nothing lead and they're fighting. Yeah.
B
Do you know. Do you can do those like. Like those hookup bets like the if then. Like if Miami Moneyline then lay it with. With the Irish? Oh, just for style points.
C
Yeah.
A
Points.
D
Style points too, though.
A
Yeah. I mean, you could. You could beat this team soundly and still not cover 33.
B
That's true. But you. If Miami somehow loses to pit or looks like crap against Pitt, there's not a lot of incentive to run this up.
C
Right.
B
Unless other things have happened during the day where you're like, shoot, we really got to try to get a home game somehow.
A
Right.
B
You think Notre Dame is close enough to where they can actually get a home game?
C
Yeah.
A
Yes.
B
Okay, then. Yeah.
A
Home game is eight. They can get to eight.
B
Yeah, I think so, too.
A
Yep. Okay, I got one left.
C
I have three.
A
I go, Tom.
C
Bad situation. Talked about it earlier. Went against Bud last week. I'm hoping it goes my way this week. Give me Tulsa minus seven and a half against uab. And then. Should I just finish out? Yeah. All right.
B
Our.
C
Our. No boys are broken, bruised and battered.
D
Screw you.
C
They've got to watch all their little ACC compatriots do the thing they've wanted their school to do. Meanwhile, they're sitting there. They gotta watch Norvell for another year. They're. They're canceling their podcast because of it. They're just defeated. I want you guys to know that we are a family on this show. I support you. Give me Florida State +1 1 1/2.
A
Oh, let's hear that. Tomahawk. Chop, Tom. Oh.
C
And then in the interest of being a homer even further. North Carolina's playing this week, right, Chip?
A
They are.
C
Nobody cares. We're going to go to Illinois Northwestern, where Illinois is coming off of a 27:10 loss on the road to Wisconsin. But that was a bad matchup because if you've watched Illinois all year long, their offensive line has struggled against good defensive lines. Wisconsin has a very good defensive line. I don't think Northwestern does against teams like this. Illinois has been fine. Northwestern defensively has struggled stopping the pass. That's the one thing Illinois's offense does very well. Give me Illinois -7. I think I could still get it. Let me check. There might be up to a hook. I don't know. Nope, there's still seven. Oh, there's a six and a half. Thank you. Illinois might have six and a half.
B
Gonna fight you on the Florida game.
C
Fight.
B
Fight.
C
Fight.
B
Fight.
C
Fight.
B
I. I think ball can have a field day running the ball on this defense, so I. I don't think they're gonna be able to make lagway. Throw it.
C
I can get you a minus one. Okay, so let's third it.
B
I don't know.
A
Tulane, Charlotte, under 50. Why?
D
Yeah.
A
You just gotta win and then you're gonna have to play the next week. Why? Kirby laid the blueprint. 35 to 3 is fine. Big number. All right, that's it for me. Who's got locks left?
D
I got one more. Okay, the old oak and bucket is on the line. Give me Perdue and all those points. 28 and a half. Indiana off a buy. A little rusty, maybe coming out of the gate. But then once they get a comfortable lead, they want to get healthy for the Big Ten championship game. Purdue's last hurrah of the season. Give me all those points.
C
I just worry about them trying to win. Fernando, a Heisman.
A
Danny is super dialed into this one. This is a Friday game, Danny. So it's Friday. 7:30.
D
You said anywhere on the board.
A
Yeah, I know. After we had done the. Any more Friday logs?
C
No, no, no. There's a lot of Friday games this week. It's hard to keep track of, but that's true.
A
Yeah, no, I. I like where your head's at right there. Okay, One last call. Last call. No, no. No last plays. All right, let's review what we've got on the board for week 14. Bud Elliott has Egg bowl under 60. Three and a half. Texas A M minus 2, Iowa minus 6. Ohio State minus 9 and a half. Utah State plus 3 and a half Kent State plus 5 and a half Florida minus 1 Alabama minus 5 and a half Alabama First Half minus 3 Tennessee minus 2 and a half LSU plus 10 and a half Virginia Tech plus 10 Pitt Team Total under 21 and a half I've got Georgia Team Total over 37 and a half Texas Texas A&M over 51 and a half Iowa minus 6 Ohio State Third Quarter minus 2 and a half UCF Team Total under 14 and a half Stanford plus 33 USC Team Total over 41 and a half the Louisville, Kentucky under 47 Iron Bowl First Half under 23 and a half and 2 Lane Charlotte under 53 and a half Danny's on Georgia Tech Georgia over 59 and a half Texas A M minus 2 Nebraska plus 6 and a half Michigan plus 10 and a half Arizona Arizona State under 48 and a half Stanford plus 33 Oregon minus 6 and a half Auburn plus 6 and a half LSU, Oklahoma under 36 and a half SMU minus 13 and a half Miami minus 6 and a half Purdue plus 28 and a half and Tom's on Iowa Nebraska under 39 and a half Texas Texas A M over 51 and a half Army UTSA over 51 and a half Ohio State minus 9 and a half UCF Team Total Under 14 and a half Stanford plus 33 FSU plus 1 and a half Tulsa minus 7 and a half and Illinois minus 6 and a half and let's see, take a breath and those were the locks Sponsored by Cash App. As you heard me say at the top of the show, new Cash App users can use our code and get free money. Use our code cover 3. Send $5 to a friend within 14 days and you'll get $10 right in your account. Thank you to Cash App. And coming up on the other side, our Money Line sprinkles for week 14 and more nukes. Back here on the COVID 3 podcast. And this Moneyline Sprinkles segment is brought to you by FanDuel. Play your game. All right, Last week in the sprinkles we saw Bud bring home a little NC State plus 180. Couldn't bring home Colorado State or Ball State for chip, you get Pitt +120 and NC State +180. Maryland and Florida can't get the job done. Danny takes Wisconsin and Cash is 260 against Illinois, Kentucky, FAU, Cincinnati not so Tom gets pit and Stanford ball and then Maryland, Georgia Southern and Sam Houston aren't there. That has Bud currently out at 18 and 29 plus 22.87 units. Danny, 10.17 units with 18 correct sprinkles. Tom down 6.95 units with 15 correct sprinkles. Chip down 16.92 units with 14 correct sprinkles. Bud, what we doing? Where are we sprinkling?
B
All right, we'll go from small to big here. Nothing that I really love Friday, so we'll just go to the Saturday card. I kind of agree with the spread on tcu, Sensei. I think TCU has better players. Like, when they play their game, they're better than Sensei is. But Give me Cincy +155, because TCU does not consistently show up. And if they don't show, then I'm gonna go ahead and enjoy my 155.
C
All right.
B
They're deciding to keep Mike Loxley. I'm getting plus 165 with Maryland here in a game that I have is basically a coin flip. So go ahead and give me the Terps.
C
Wait, what's the first one? I'm sorry. I missed it.
B
Sensei plus 155.
C
Sensei plus 155. And then Maryland. What was the number?
B
Maryland plus 165.
C
Sorry.
B
No problem. Give me. This is big. I know. Give me rice plus 2100. Like, USF has not done a great job playing this, playing some of the option stuff. I don't think Golash to Arkansas is done. My guy said it's not done. But, like, with those reports swirling out there, are we sure we get a prime effort from USF here? I don't know. Rice plus 2100. I just think it's overpriced.
C
All right, that is what I got.
B
Yeah. That's all I got.
D
Danny, I got a theme to mind because of the lesson I learned yesterday from Tom Fornelli. What do you do on rivalry weekend?
C
You throw. I don't.
D
I got one. I got one. You throw out the record books. So give me Mississippi State, the Egg bowl, all the chaos surrounding Ole Miss.
C
Plus 240.
D
Would you have 240 plus 240.
A
Yep.
D
We've seen this team come close the last two years. Is there one more swing, Adam, where the third time is the charm. Give me Georgia Tech. Knock off Georgia plus 460.
C
I get 480.
D
Oh, even better. I like your book better than mine. Just to get a win on the board. Give me Arizona state. What's that? Plus 106 against Arizona.
C
I get you plus 110.
D
And then lastly, all I need Is like, I think three of these to hit out of five. Give me Michigan. Give me the Wolverines for the fifth straight year in a row.
A
Wow.
D
To knock off Ohio State 3. And if you want total chaos, give me the Auburn Tigers in the Iron Bowl. Give me all those home dogs and rivalry games. Throw out the record books and see what happens.
B
I would also give Chip a loss in the win totals that we are still waiting on.
C
200 on Auburn.
A
All right, Tom.
C
I've got a lot because.
B
He'S trying to catch me.
C
No, it's because it's rivalry week and we're throwing out the record books because none of it's. So I like Danny. I am also on Mississippi State +240. Like Bud, I'm just gonna go outright with big Broncos, big bad boys and take Utah State plus 150. I'm gonna go to Austin. I'm gonna take Texas plus 115. I locked up Ohio State minus nine and a half. I would never bet Michigan plus 10 and a half. I would just take Michigan straight up because the only way they're covering is if they win. So also give me Michigan +350. It's gonna be cold in Pittsburgh. You guys are worried about defensive lines. I'm worried about the Hurricane Chevron being school out there. Give me PIT plus 225.
B
Governor's cup.
C
Favor.
A
Yeah. Wrong team.
C
Favored plus 135. South Carolina. Doesn't look like it's in a great spot these days. Clemson plus 120.
A
Oh, God, Clemson is a dog. Yeah.
C
My doors. Because they're not our doors, apparently. Bud. Bud's taking Tennessee. Give me Vandy +135. Husky Stadium. Tough place to play. Dan Lanning knows that better than anybody. Give me Washington +230. Virginia Tech. That's all it stands between the who's in the ACC championship. Give me tech plus 300. And then James Madison. Yes. Watch those rankings come out last night.
B
Yes.
C
Saw once again they weren't there. A little deflating. Also Coastal Carolina, not the same team these weeks that they were at the beginning of the season. Give me coastal plus 1200. And chip.
A
Yeah.
C
USC scoring 42. Huh?
A
Oh.
C
I guess that means UCLA scoring 45. Did you not consider the fact that maybe UCLA just did not give a last week? Maybe they had something bigger in mind. Maybe they've been saving it up for USC to finish this term on a high note with this interim coaching staff. Bruins plus 11. 50.
A
Utah State plus 145. Washington plus 220 Coastal Carolina plus 1200 to round it out. All right. Good week. And those were the Moneyline sprinkles brought to you by FanDuel. Play your game. Thanks for everybody for hanging with us. With the adjusted schedule again, we've got the Thursday night, you've got Memphis Navy Friday, big loaded day.
