Emily Breeze, who is one of the most distinguished fitness instructors in Charlotte, NC, was the winner of our very first PODCAST FOR THE PEOPLE vote.

We want to run things differently than other podcasts/interview shows as we care about what stories you guys are interested in hearing.

We opened up the polls on my Instagram page and were overwhelmed with the amount of votes and, to be honest, we were not shocked when we saw the votes for Emily Breeze start to roll in!

Her large community showed up in droves to vote for their favorite fitness instructor into the poll position, beating out the likes of NBA superstar Stephen Curry and professional Bellator fighter, Mike Chandler.

Emily, who is a former CrossFit Games competitor, is most recognized for her efforts of showcasing elite level workout videos while having a "basketball belly" during pregnancy.

Her efforts haven't come without controversy, though. As the internet can be a harsh place and she is no stranger to receiving hurtful comments from the internet trolls online.

However, in this podcast, Breeze eludes to what "HEALTH IS WEALTH" means to her as she stays focused on her fitness goals as well as serving her online fitness community amongst the noise.

There is one thing for certain in this podcast, Emily Breeze is a force to be reckoned with and when she puts her mind to something, this tenacious mom of 3 is going to accomplish it!
