After that, we'll head to Texas, where a young girl's daring escape from captivity unearthed a living hell of torment and abuse she endured for months. Both cases are rife with unanswered questions, so let's get into it. She's got a beautiful face and a reputation that's got the attention of the LA County Sheriff's Department investigators looking for this woman, Adva Lavi, an adult model.

Before we get into our main cases today, I want to bring up another case I came across in July 2024. The Mountain View Police Department opened an investigation after a victim came forward saying that he had been drinking with Franklin. Enrique Sarseno Orla woke up feeling woozy and later found he'd been sexually assaulted, which was confirmed by forensic testing. Another man told police that Franklin was his barber and that while having beers at his place, he lost consciousness and later discovered he had been sexually assaulted as well. These reports help establish a pattern Men would share drinks with Franklin, pass out, then wake up injured in his home. Authorities believe Franklin may have assaulted more than 60 men dating back to 2018 or possibly even earlier, though the current charges cover at least 19 men. So far, investigations allege Franklin recorded many of these assaults and had video footage showing victims in an unconscious or semi conscious state. It is also alleged he is HIV positive, which prosecutors say could lead to enhanced charges based on potential exposure of unconscious victims. I'm so proud of all the victims who came forward and I'm glad that men are feeling more comfortable talking about their experiences and bringing awareness to male victims of sexual assault. And for other men, it might be shocking to hear a barber roofing his friends and assaulting them, but the reality is that men are more likely to be raped by another man than falsely accused of rape. Franklin was initially arrested in August 2024 on sexual assault charges and posted bail for $250,000. However, before his court appearance, he reportedly fled the country to Guatemala and remained a fugitive until his extradition back to the US in October 2025. The current formal charges include 43 felony counts of sexual assault against at least 19 men. Prosecutors are considering adding more charges as they continue the investigation. As more information is uncovered about this case, we'll make sure to bring you all of the major updates on our socials at Crime House 24. 7. Our first story today covers a few high profile burglary cases in la, but the investigation is still in its early stages because the woman authorities are looking for is nowhere to be found. 27 year old ADVA Lavi says she was the first Israeli woman to have a top performing OnlyFans account. As ADVA's following grew, so did her greed and her willingness to try and take her followers for everything they are worth. As of October 8, 2025, ADVA officially went offline and on the run. Now authorities are asking for help from the public to track her down. So how did Adva become a wanted woman? To understand that, let's start at the very beginning. Adva Lavi was born and raised in Jerusalem, the capital of Israel, to an Orthodox Jewish family. Her dad, however, was a lot more traditional than her mom, which ended up causing problems in their marriage. And when Adva was just three years old, her parents got divorced. Adva remained close to her mom, but it appears her dad had the final say in how she was raised. She was not only required to dress conservatively, but her father went so far as forbidding her from speaking to boys. So naturally dating and a boyfriend were also obviously off of the table. To make sure she followed these rules, Adva was sent to an all girls boarding school. Even into her teen years, Adva prayed three times a day, studied the Hebrew Bible, and observed Shabbat every weekend. Every Saturday she refrained from using electronics or driving a car. For a while, none of this bothered her because it was all she knew. But when she gets to high school, she realizes it's not the life for her. Adva loves her family and friends and respects the culture they're all living within, but she can't help but wonder what else is out there. To find out, she does what many of us do. Whenever we have a question, she goes online. Adva starts researching what it's like to live in different countries, and pretty soon she realizes she could have a lot more freedom to explore her identity and try other lifestyles in the United States. But before she can embark on this adventure, Adva's got to live up to her obligations at home. After she graduates high school, she begins her mandatory two year service with the Israeli Defense Force. She heads off to basic training and realizes it's a lot like boarding school. She shares a living space with about 20 other young women and they all have to follow a rigid schedule. However, the IDF is a lot more intense than boarding school. If Adva breaks one rule, like not keeping her M16 rifle clean enough, she has to do push ups or some other physically demanding punishment. It's a lot for anyone to go through, but at the same time, all of the discipline helps her become stronger, both mentally and physically. Adva is lifting and running every single day to train and gains a sense of ownership over her own body. And once she's done with basic training, Abda becomes a fitness trainer for the Air Force Command Unit, which sends paramedics onto the battlefield in helicopters to rescue and treat injured soldiers. While she's in the idf, Adva also meets her first boyfriend. She says she loves nerds, and as a computer technician, her boyfriend fits the bill perfectly, which also makes it hard for her to refrain from physical intimacy. Even though Adva's beginning to find more independence, she's still living in a very traditional, conservative culture. For the first nine months, she and her boyfriend don't even kiss each other. But eventually she can't take it anymore. She really wants to know what it's like to have sex. So she starts begging her boyfriend, and soon he can't resist his feelings either. This is typically an intimate and happy experience, but instead they're both racked with guilt afterward. They've been taught their whole lives that having sex before marriage is extremely shameful. These feelings become too much to bear, and eventually they break up. What makes this especially sad is that they ended things because they were afraid that their parents would find out. And in the end, they did. Adva's father was pissed and allegedly even wanted her to undergo surgery to repair her hymen. At this point, Adva realizes she can't give up the independence she's gained. She's tired of living up to other people's expectations and wants to live for herself. And she feels like she can't do that if she stays in Israel. But there's one place where Abba thinks she can finally forge her own path. The United States. So after she finishes her two years of service in the idf, she moves to New York City. And when she gets there, she realizes just how much she's capable of. She's got no solid plan, only has $200 to her name and barely speaks any English. But if the IDF taught her anything, she it's that she can achieve whatever she sets her mind to. She obtains a visa and moves to New York City. She said that she loved that people in New York are used to newcomers and are always willing to help her, something I haven't heard many people say about New Yorkers. But she is a beautiful woman, so I'm thinking that may have something to do with it. A lot of the time Adva will google a picture of whatever she's trying to learn the word for and show it to the person she's talking to so they can teach her. Adva uses her people skills to land a job as a commercial flight attendant, which she loves because she doesn't have to look up cities anymore. She can just visit them herself. Adva documents her adventures on Instagram. In most of her posts, she's in full glam or poolside in a bikini, and she racks up over 500,000 followers. She loves being herself and she also loves being admired for it. Eventually she starts exploring other sides to herself as well, like her sexuality. While visiting Los Angeles for work, she meets a man named Nick and they start dating long distance. But the distance is hard and when Covid tanks the flight industry and she loses her job, she decides to move to LA to be closer to him. Now they can be physically intimate all they want, but at the same time, Adva doesn't want to limit her sexual encounters. She wants to try all kinds of new things with all kinds of people, including other women. So she and Nick have an open relationship. Sometimes they date other people separately, but they also use Tinder to find women to have threesomes with. However, life in LA isn't all about having fun. Now that Adva is not working as a flight attendant anymore, she she needs to find another way to earn a living, and since she already has a large social media following, she leverages that into a modeling career. Modeling agencies often reach out and offer to represent her, but Adva likes being in control of her own business, especially when a photographer tells her she could be making a lot more money by expanding into other markets like OnlyFans. If you're not familiar with OnlyFans, it's a social media platform where users can pay a monthly subscription for photo, video or live streamed content, but it's best known as a source for explicit adult content. Adva might be open minded, but she's still not super comfortable with the idea of joining OnlyFans. That's when the photographer tells her she doesn't even have to post anything overtly sexual. She she doesn't even have to show her face. She could just sell photos and videos of her feet. The more Adva thinks about it, the more she starts to think maybe it's a good idea. After all, she's already posting pictures of herself in bikinis on Instagram for free. So in late April 2020, she opens an OnlyFans account under an alias and begins posting pictures and videos of her feet. Pretty soon Adva is pleasantly surprised with how much money she's making. Within a few months, she saved up enough to invest in cryptocurrency, buy a car, and even buy a house from feet pics. She also treats herself to clothes and jewelry. By now, Adva's starting to wonder how much money she could make if she shows her fans more of herself? What if she shows full nudity or even reveals her actual identity? So that's exactly what she does and she's an instant sensation. A big reason for this is because Israeli news outlets catch on to what she's doing. And this is a double edged sword, because even though it gets Adva a lot of attention and new Onlyfans subscribers, there's also a lot of backlash from the more conservative communities in Israel. People start reporting her Instagram posts and her account is repeatedly taken down. Adva has to continually adapt to the heightened scrutiny because no matter what she does, she's not going to change people's opinions, not even the people she's known her whole life. Her high school friends who have gotten married tell her they don't want her anywhere near their families. On top of that, Adva's dad tells her he's completely disowning her. He sends her a text message calling her a disappointment and says he never wants to talk to her again. All of this weighs pretty heavily on her. But Adva's mom helps her remember what's important. She asks her daughter if she's happy, and Adva realizes that she is. She's going to do this because she wants to, and it's making her a lot of money. Her OnlyFans channel is blowing up and the platform is her main revenue stream. And now Adva seeing dollar signs and people aren't just tuning into her feed, they're sending her DMs offering to pay her or buy her gifts in exchange for personal content. Adva doesn't accept all the offers, just the ones she's comfortable with. Still, she quickly realizes that posting more provocative content allows her to charge more, a lot more. So Adva starts pushing the envelope even more. She invites her boyfriend Nick to join her, and for the first time, she has sex on camera. As the business continues to grow, Adva expands onto another platform, Twitter. It might not seem like the logical next step, but on Twitter, Adva connects with men who have a fetish with being financially dominated. I had no idea about this whole world until I saw a TikTok post on it, but it's pretty wild. These men call themselves pay pigs and basically pay women to be mean to them. Most of them don't even ask for content in return. They just want to spend money on a girl. Naturally, Adva jumps at most of these opportunities. Some men pay for expensive manicures, while others bankroll extravagant vacations. Some of Adva's followers even set her up with generous monthly allowances. After a lifetime of being told what to do, Adva feels completely liberated and in control. She sets clear boundaries and ground rules with her followers, which also factors into her decision to start meeting up with some of these men. In real Life, some of ADVA's regular customers begin soliciting her for escort services. The terms of their agreements are always laid out ahead of time, and she never agrees to do anything physical that she's not actually comfortable with, and she never asks her customers for more than what they've offered to pay her. However, when she starts visiting their homes, she realizes there's a lot more for the taking. Adva decides that if she wants something, she doesn't have to ask for it, she can just take it. And she begins robbing her customers blind. The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department hasn't disclosed exactly what she's been accused of stealing, but Adva allegedly robs at least 10 of the men who hired her, and in early October 2025, one of them finally catches on and calls the police. By October 8, officers from the Los Angeles Police Department begin investigating her. But when they try and bring Adva in for questioning, they can't find her anywhere. All of her online activity has gone cold. For a woman who loves to travel and has many military training, she could be anywhere in the world. Meanwhile, as Adva evades detection, even more accusations come to light. At least two LA based small businesses, including a skincare spa and a clothing store, have accused her of robbing them, with losses totaling about $10,000. On top of that, the host of a popular podcast, Access Vegas Live, who interviewed Adva during a special episode covering the 2024 elections, has accused her of stealing from other guests during their recording session. Allegedly at the 45 minute mark of the episode, Adva just got up and went to the green room, and for the next 45 minutes after that, she reportedly went through the other guests bags and stole cash and credit cards, which she then used to go on a shopping spree with. Authorities haven't said what charges Adva might be facing once she's caught, but they are looking for additional victims. The LAPD asks that anyone with information on Adva Lavi call them at 818-374-9500. They say she drives a black Porsche SUV and a white Mercedes Benz sedan. Our next story involves the heartbreaking and harrowing tale of a young girl in Montgomery County, Texas who tried to escape a horse horrifying situation only to find herself trapped and tormented again. In the end, the girl made a final, courageous escape and now two women have been charged for all of the unthinkable abuse they put her through. Authorities are keeping their investigation tightly under wraps, but let's unpack everything we do know. On September 28, 2025, a 911-dispatcher in Montgomery County, Texas receives a chilling call. A 12 year old girl has been found gravely injured and looks like she hasn't eaten in days. The girl says she's been held captive for months and that she escaped. The dispatcher can hardly believe what they're hearing and when officers arrive on the scene, they're just as shocked. The girl is in even worse condition than they feared. She is emaciated, covered in cuts and bruises, and has a gash on her head that's bad badly infected. She's rushed to the Texas Children's Hospital and after receiving emergency treatment, officers are able to speak with her. More official documents refer to the girl as dm, so that's what we'll call her here. The more DM tells the officers, the more disturbed they become. She's from Honduras, and in early 2025 she's living with her uncle somewhere near Houston, Texas. Reports haven't said where her parents are, how she ended up in her uncle's care, or how long she's there, but one thing we do know is that he is anything but a loving guardian. The entire time DM is at her uncle's house, he is sexually abusing her. Eventually, she turns to someone she thinks she can trust, a woman named Brenda Garcia. Brenda is 38 years old and her daughter is friends with DM's uncle. In March 2025, DM tells Brenda what's been going on and asks her for help getting out of her uncle's house and finding somewhere safe to stay. Brenda tells DM not to worry. She can come live with her and her sister, 37 year old Tanya Garcia, at their house in Conroe, a small city about 40 minutes from Houston. DM is finally getting out of the nightmare she's been living in, but she has no idea that she's about to step into another one. After DM relocates, the state realizes they don't know where she is. Eventually, Child Protective services contacts Brenda, who they know is acquainted with the young girl. And Brenda tells CPS officers that DM moved back to Honduras to live with her mother. But it's a total lie. In reality, Brenda doesn't want authorities catching on to what's really going on. Their household is a complete, complete hellhole. Every day, the Garcia sisters subject DM to all kinds of violent sexual and physical abuse. They tie DM up with zip ties and beat her with cords, sticks and a spiked belt. They cut her with scissors, choke her with a belt until she nearly passes out and take nude photos of her, all while telling her she should die. And on top of all of this, they are starving her. Their abuse goes on like this for months, until one day, DM breaks out of the restraints and flees from the house before calling help. When investigators speak with the medical staff at the Texas Children's Hospital, they learn that DM's injuries are consistent with everything she said. And on October 3rd, when the officers finally obtain arrest warrants and race to the house that DM says she flew fled from, they find Brenda and Tanya inside. Both women are arrested and charged with felony injury to a child and unlawful restraint. Brenda also faces a charge for invasive visual recording. She's held on a $280,000 bond and Tanya is held on a $200,000 bond. And when they speak with police, the sisters deny everything. They call DM psychotic and they say she's lying and that her injuries are self inflicted. Officers with the Montgomery County Sheriff's office already know that's a lie. And when they obtain security footage from inside the Garcia home, as well as the text messages on the sisters phones, they have even more evidence that they're the ones who are lying. They'll face trial in Montgomery county where they could be sentenced to life in prison. And personally, I think that if you pretend to provide a safe space to for a child that is being sexually abused and then you proceed to sexually and physically violently abuse them, you should definitely be spending life in prison and hopefully even get some prison justice to get a taste of what you did to that poor, innocent girl. So far, no court dates have been made public. For now, many unanswered questions remain, like what motivated the sisters, why they took photos of dm, and how DM was forced to fend for herself in the first place. I also think the uncle should be charged, and I hope he is charged for his sexual abuse in this case as well as of this recording. DM was taken to Texas Children's Hospital and is being well cared for. While authorities have made it clear they intend to keep the details of their investigation under wraps for now, we'll bring you all of the major updates as they're released.
