Tara wasn't too worried because she thought it might be her son's friend, Taylor Schabusiness, leaving. She got out of bed and noticed that the basement light was on. Curious, she decided to go downstairs to see if her son, 24 year old Shad Thyrion, was still there or if he had left with Taylor. Upon reaching the basement, Tara searched for Shad but couldn't find him. Just as she was about to return upstairs, something unusual caught her eye - a black five-gallon bucket placed on the floor right next to the staircase, concealed by a towel. He was there to perform a welfare check on its inhabitants and his body cam was on and recording as he pulled up to the quiet home. Fifty one year old Lisa Guy had been a no show to her place of employment that morning, and it was very out of character for her, especially since she was retiring the following week and her friends at work had planned to take her out to lunch to say goodbye and wish her well in her next chapter. When she hadn’t arrived for work her supervisor Jennifer Whited was so concerned she called the police and asked if they could make sure everything was okay with Lisa and her husband of thirty one years, Joel. What law enforcement would find in that house would indicate that everything was most certainly not okay.
