Last week everyone was freaking out because Saylor sold 32 bitcoin. Today we're discussing Saylor buying 1.1 million more. And that's exactly why most people miss the real story.
Co-host/Analyst
Check this out.
Host
The biggest bitcoin story isn't the crash.
Co-host/Analyst
It's what happened during the crash.
Host
Strategy just suggested they could raise enough
Co-host/Analyst
capital to buy 1.1 million more bitcoin. Think about that. Then it got even crazier. According to their CEO Fung Li, they believe they can outrage SpaceX's 80 billion dollar IPO. Not a startup, not a crypto company. SpaceX, one of the most valuable private companies on earth. More Bitcoin than most nations could ever hope to acquire. And that's on top of the 843,000 bitcoin strategy already owns. Enduring a crash while markets were panicking, one of the largest bitcoin holders on earth is discussing its next phase of accumulation. That's the disconnect. Most people see a falling price. The biggest buyers see a growing opportunity. And strategy isn't the only one. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant said the strategic Bitcoin reserve is moving forward and the United states already holds 329,000 bitcoin. And the new bill calls for acquiring 1 million more. UAE sovereign funds now hold more than a billion dollars worth of Bitcoin. Charles Schwab, which oversees roughly 12.6 trillion in assets, is expanding its Bitcoin framework. Meanwhile, the first Federal National Mortgage association back mortgage using Bitcoin just closed. The buyer kept their bitcoin. They didn't liquidate, they didn't sell. They bought the house and kept the asset.
Host
Now think about what all this means. The doors keep opening, the buyers keep arriving. The supply stays the same and yet the conversation is still dominated by the price. That's why so many people keep getting Bitcoin wrong. They're focused on the chart. They ignore the trend because the trend isn't the price. The trend is about ownership. Who is getting the bitcoin and who is keeping the bitcoin? And who is trying to acquire more. That's where the real story is. The recent ETF outflows have convinced many people the demand is fading. But another explanation is emerging capital isn't disappearing, it's. It's rotating. Some investors are chasing the AI stocks, others are chasing short term narratives. Meanwhile, the strongest bitcoin buyers continue accumulating. That's why every major correction creates confusion. People assume lower prices mean lower conviction. And often the opposite is true. The weak hands leave, the strongest buyers get more aggressive. And that's exactly what we're seeing now. Because if Strategy is seriously discussing raising more capital than SpaceX during a sell off, what do you think happens when the panic ends? And what do you think happens when institutions, governments, corporations and sovereign funds all start competing for the same finite asset again? Because bitcoin supply didn't increase, the crash didn't create more bitcoin. It only changed who was willing to sell it. And that's why this story matters. Not because Bitcoin fell, but because some of the biggest buyers in the world still want more. A lot more. So here's the question. If strategy can raise enough capital to buy over 1.1 million more bitcoin, who exactly plans to sell it to them? Now, this might be the most bullish thing said all week and almost nobody is talking about it. So check this out. Strategy CEO Fung Lee just said they could outraise SpaceX's $80 billion IPO this year. That's over 1.1 million more Bitcoin. Here's a video clip.
Strategy CEO Fung Lee
Look at what we did in March, look at what we did in April, and look at what we're doing in May here in the US where largest. And we are the largest issuer of equity, period, right? And we issued $23.2 billion this year. Year to date, we're again the largest issuer of equity in the US. $13.7 billion. We're 10% of the entire equity capital markets. And some of you might be thinking, okay, how long is this going to last for? Because SpaceX is going to IPO next month and they're going to raise $80 billion and they'll be number one. Yeah, they'll probably be number one. Can we catch them this year? It'd be difficult, but it's not out of the question.
Host
Very interesting. So yes, Strategy did sell 32 bitcoin. Few days back, markets panicked. In fact, we're still crashing. We just touched down at a new low since October of last year. Same month we hit the all time high, we also hit a low and now we just hit a new low. However, this is the next phase of accumulation. Naturally all these large pools of capital are to be able to buy bitcoin at a discount, literally 50% off right now and acquiring another 1.1 million Bitcoin on top of the 840,000 that they currently have, that's going to put them close to having 8% of the entire supply in the hands of one entity. That's crazy and scary at the same time. Then also think BlackRock, they have almost 800,000 Bitcoin. They were above it and they sold a bunch, which I'll share with you. There's outflows here from their ETF but they control close to 4% of the Bitcoin supply.
Co-host/Analyst
Now we have the United States of
Host
America Bitcoin Strategic reserve bill proposing purchasing
Co-host/Analyst
200,000 or acquiring in a net neutral way 200,000 bitcoin per year over the
Host
course of five years.
Co-host/Analyst
That's another 1 million bitcoin which will be absorbed from the market. And that's only a few entities. You start figuring the rest of the sailor copycats the bitcoin treasury plays. There's now like 200 of them. Also consider the game theory effect with nation state accumulation because once United States starts moving forward with that bill, I think it's going to motivate the other major nations across the world, the Chinas, the Russias and all that. And then you have the sovereigns. Just a lot of capital will start flowing into bitcoin. But a big piece of that they have to have access. And access comes from the Clarity act which is expected to pass this summer. And guess what, we're in summer right now. So I think we have some major tailwinds amongst us. But let me know your thoughts.

Welcome Bitcoin Fam to the number one Bitcoin pod. Today's pot episode 2359 is June 4, 2026. Now check this out. Bitcoin is now below the fire sale territory for the second time in four years.
Co-host/Analyst
Ultimately meaning this is an excellent buy the dip opportunity.
Host
In fact, Fed Chair Nipinator just gave
Co-host/Analyst
us the Nipinator Liquinator indicator, which means an excellent time to buy bitscoin. Take advantage of it. It's BOGO. Buy one, get one. I mean, would you rather buy a full Bitcoin, for example, today at 63 or at 120? And the ironic part is, most people would rather buy it at 120 because for some odd reason, nobody likes buying bitcoin when there is a major dip. Everyone says please go lower bitcoin so I can buy more.
Host
And then as soon as it goes
Co-host/Analyst
lower, everyone starts panicking, oh my God, should I sell everything? That's the typical logic in the market because investors have it backwards. But that's normal. It's human emotion. And that's why things are that way.
Host
Exactly. Fifteen years ago today, Bitcoin was trading at $15. Let that sink in. Fifteen years ago today, 15 bucks per Bitcoin, Hal Finney said. Every day that goes by and bitcoin hasn't collapsed, increase is the chance of bitcoin's eventual success and justifies a higher price. Now we all know Hal. Rest in peace. He's the one who received the first bitcoin transaction. He's a legend in the space. And he also prophesies Bitcoin one day being $10 million per coin, which within a week of the launch of bitcoin, which is pretty crazy to fathom as well.
Co-host/Analyst
We've come a long ways.
Host
Bitcoin has survived 10,000 arbituaries from the lamestream media. Nothing has changed. We also have a lot of influencers today saying bitcoin's dead.
Co-host/Analyst
It's the worst investment.
Host
I should just stick with gold or silver or stocks. We'll see what happens in the end. I haven't lost my faith in bitcoin. The supply dynamics have not changed. There's still 21 million that can ever exist and we already know there's an estimated 2 to 4 million lost and gone forever. And between just a few entities I referenced earlier, that's millions or more absorbed. So this is the ultimate scarce asset. There's no other form of money that has a true finite limited supply. And that's what makes bitcoin so different and so special. But anyways, here's the update.
Co-host/Analyst
BlackRock outflows hit $2.24 billion, 3119 Bitcoin worth 1.9 billion and 121,000 Ether worth 320 million exited over the last 10 days. So naturally this guy is partly responsible for the sell off.
Host
But then again he holds the largest IBIT or it's called IBIT, the Bitcoin ETF is for BlackRock, the largest asset manager in the world. And it says here they just moved another 5200 bit coin. We're 325 million and 20,000 E to Coinbase prime the last 30 minutes. So Coinbase prime is a custodian, but they can also be dumping it through there. So, you know, a lot of speculation, but more than likely they're playing a significant role in this selloff and that's to be expected when the institutions are involved. There's pros and cons.
Co-host/Analyst
Pros, they're buying a bitcoin but when
Host
they hold such a large supply, the
Co-host/Analyst
con is they dump it. It drastically impacts the market and the price action which we're witnessing right now.
Host
Now while you were scared, the UAE sovereign funds now hold over a billion dollars in bitcoin.
Co-host/Analyst
The oil money is buying the dip.
Host
There's large pools of capital out there
Co-host/Analyst
in the Middle east. There's the oil money.
Host
We also have Iran now using bitcoin as strategic infrastructure for the straight of
Co-host/Analyst
Hormuz where You can pay in Bitcoin because they can sanction you, your favorite
Host
stablecoin, including Tether usdt, which in fact
Co-host/Analyst
they hit the freeze button. The US government called up the tether team. We need to freeze some tether from these terrorists. 377 million frozen, just like that. Guess which currency doesn't have a freeze button. Check this out.
Host
The recent $4 billion in Bitcoin ETF outflows reflects capital rotating into AI investments,
Co-host/Analyst
not weakening bitcoin fundamentals.
Host
And if you look at the stock
Co-host/Analyst
market, I'm not a fucking stock guy. I don't pretend to be, but right now the Dow's at like an all time high. I forget the woman with the blonde hair that was covering up for Epstein. I think her name was Bondi or something like that. She's like, who cares about the victims? The Dow is 50,000. I think I heard this morning the dow is now 52,000. So stocks are continuing to surge and that's why people are very excited about stock market right now, because crypto is dumping while the stocks are going up. Doesn't really make a lot of logical sense, but that's the market, you know what I mean? And so we know for a fact a lot of the capital is rotating out of crypto and into AI stocks because AI is one of the biggest industries fastest growing, just like the Internet was once the fastest growing in like the 1990s. Then came Bitcoin and now AI is the, the new frontier, Bitcoin and AI.
Host
And it's only going to continue to grow. So naturally people are witnessing some incredible gains there. And now we know where the money is flowing into. So Treasury Secretary Scott Besson tells lawmakers he looks forward to collaborating on the strategic Bitcoin reserve. Quoting him here, we're proceeding with all deliberate speed, making sure we use best practices and things will be durable for the future. Here's a clip.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant
For 25 years the US has been asleep and under President Trump's leadership, we are moving forward very quickly on that. And part of that is our Digital Assets Initiative. The strategic Bitcoin Reserve is something. This is new technology, this is new ground. We are proceeding with all deliberate speed. And I look forward to the Clarity act being passed this summer.
Host
There you go. Looking forward to Clarity act passing this summer. The two big things are the Bitcoin Strategic Reserve bill which is moving forward. It passed Congress already, so it's moving to the Senate, into the House and if it passes, it gets signature, gets the signature of Trump and then that gives The United States, the ability to stockpile massive amounts of Bitcoin beyond just confiscation which they currently have, like I think it's 329,000. Stockpile another million for starters and that put them at 1.3 million in holdings. And that can spark the revolutionary nation state game theory with countries across the world and then also the Clarity act expected to pass this summer. It's a very high probability. And once that happens, that allows the banks and the institutions that aren't really allocating right now to do so. Because right now the crypto market and bitcoin, very nascent, very small market in the grand scheme of things because the total addressable market in the world of all assets is north of 900 trillion. And if just a small percentage of that capital starts allocating into Bitcoin, that
Co-host/Analyst
would be drastic and would send bitcoin
Host
parabolic new all time highs.
Co-host/Analyst
How high she goes we shall soon see. That's the excitement for the summer. I know right now it feels like a bummer, but understand what's happening behind closed doors. Now breaking news, the first Federal National
Host
Mortgage association back mortgage using Bitcoin in the US just closed using Coinbase.
Co-host/Analyst
The home buyer said we closed on our home and my bitcoin stayed intact. We didn't have to liquidate, didn't have to time the market. Now Bitcoin backed loans are a major product. There's a massive demand for it. Eventually I think Fannie Mae just had their first one. I don't know if that was in correlation with this one from Coinbase, but it's happening and it'll be the way of the future because I don't know if you've bought a home before. I've purchased I think in total now five properties. It's a pain in the ass purchasing a house, the documents, you know, that's why I despise borrowing money to buy a home and that's why I use
Host
the bitcoin back loan to purchase this house. But at the same time you got to understand the risks. There's definitely counterparty risks and things can go south if you're in a position where you're not able to pay back the loan or if the market crashes and you don't add more collateral, you get what's called a margin call and you can get liquidated and they take all your crypto. So it's very risky. And I don't recommend bitcoin back loans for people unless you have a significant amount of income coming in to pay off the loan and or add more collateral if the market starts crashing. So keep that in mind. So I'm telling you from firsthand experience, a lot of people that borrow against their bitcoin get liquidated. Today's episode of Bitcoin News Alerts is

This is breaking 12.6 trillion dollar Charles Schwab explains why their entire framework for investing in bitcoin is because it's backed by energy. Brand new video clip.
Charles Schwab Representative
We know for the best miners, those that have the cheapest energy costs and the most advanced fleets of asics, they produce bitcoin at about $60,000 per bitcoin. It's important to think about what this has done historically in deep bear markets for those top producing miners, their cost of production has served as a bottom the average miner. Today it costs them $95,000 to produce Bitcoin. They have higher energy costs, they have less efficient asics and so they temporarily shut down operations when it becomes less profitable.
Host
Very interesting. As you know, Charles Schwab is launching massive trading to their clientele, which is massive. They're worth $12.6 trillion. But good conversation there. I didn't even realize those numbers that
Co-host/Analyst
they claim it's on average $90,000 for a miner to produce a bitcoin right now that's a problem with the bitcoin
Host
price sitting in the low 60s. And even if you have the most efficient mining equipment, the best asics, it still costs 60,000. So if bitcoin drops below 60 not going to be a good look. And that will obviously start cascading more liquidations and put a lot more pressure on the market. And so we'll see how this all plays out. Also Jim Kramer just said and there's actually a video clip of this but I'm not sharing it today. But he did say sailor murdered bitcoin. He repeated it on CNBC Inverse. Kramer has spoken.
Co-host/Analyst
Sailor will end the bare market personally.
Host
We shall see.
Co-host/Analyst
Now for our ret heart of the day, this guy's name, Nick o'.
Host
Neill.
Co-host/Analyst
Maybe you've seen him before.
Host
I'll give you the context. Nick o' Neill says bitcoin narrative is dead and has no real use case
Co-host/Analyst
anymore and that he can't even explain
Host
why he still holds it.
Co-host/Analyst
Check this out.
Nick O'Neill
Can't make a transaction on bitcoin in any reasonable period of time is not anonymous, so it doesn't help you protect yourself from the institutions who can track you. So what exactly is the benefit of bitcoin at this point? So why the hell should he be holding bitcoin? I own five of them. Only because other people, I have other friends that are like, yo, this is going to go up. Bitcoin, where the technology sucks and it's probably going to get hacked by Quantum in the next seven years because bitcoiners can't get their act together.
Host
Well, wowzer scoop. I want to know your guys's feedback to today's Retard of the Day. I don't really have much feedback to share. I kind of laugh listening to this. At least it wasn't as sad as yesterday's Charles Hoskinson.
Co-host/Analyst
It made me want to cry.
Host
It was just depressing. This is basically the bullshit being spread in the market. And this is only exasperating. More fear, uncertainty and doubt.
Co-host/Analyst
It makes me believe he must have purchased it higher than what he has it at. And now he's like pissed off. Why the fuck are you still holding 5 bitcoin if you have no faith in it? Because your friend says it's going to go up. Is this the level of retardation it's come to? Because my friend says it's going up, I hold it. But it's the most bitcoin. So how can you speak so passion passionately about the market like you understand it and then say, well, my friend says it's going up. That's the only reason I hold it. If your friend told you to jump off of a bridge, are you going to listen to your friend there, Nick?
Host
I love Retard of the Day. It's everyone's favorite segment.
Co-host/Analyst
The comments don't lie.

Episode 2359: "Bitcoin Crash Accelerates Institutional Accumulation"
Date: June 4, 2026
Host: Bitcoin News Alerts
Theme: Institutional and nation-state Bitcoin accumulation intensifies during market downturns, challenging mainstream panic narratives.
This episode of Bitcoin News Alerts dives into the paradoxical surge in institutional and governmental Bitcoin accumulation amid a sharp market crash. While headlines and retail sentiment panic over falling prices, the show highlights behind-the-scenes moves from major entities—corporations, sovereign funds, and even the U.S. government—stacking vast amounts of BTC. The conversation’s core message: Ignore the noise and price dips; pay attention to who’s accumulating and why.
"Every day that goes by and bitcoin hasn't collapsed, increase is the chance of bitcoin's eventual success and justifies a higher price." – Host quoting Hal Finney [09:39]
| Timestamp | Topic/Quote | |---------------|-----------------| | 00:52 | Saylor/MicroStrategy plans massive new Bitcoin acquisition | | 01:14 | MicroStrategy CEO Fung Li on capital raise exceeding SpaceX IPO | | 02:34 | Institutional accumulation outpaces price focus | | 04:28 | Fung Li's video clip on equity issuance and Bitcoin buy ambition | | 06:04 | U.S. Bitcoin Strategic Reserve plan: 1M more BTC in 5 years | | 08:51 | Co-host: "Excellent buy the dip opportunity" | | 09:39 | Hal Finney quote and fifteen-year price history | | 11:07 | BlackRock ETF outflows and market impact | | 12:49 | ETF outflow narrative busted: capital rotating to AI | | 13:51 | U.S. Treasury Secretary on Digital Assets and Bitcoin Reserve | | 16:04 | First Fannie Mae/Bitcoin mortgage using Coinbase custodian | | 18:00 | Charles Schwab: Bitcoin mining costs, implications for price floor | | 19:39 | "Retard of the Day"—Nick O’Neill's anti-BTC take |
The show closes reinforcing that massive entities are accumulating BTC at a discount while retail panic dominates headlines. Price is transient, but the supply squeeze from sovereigns and asset managers is the real macro trend. The hosts encourage listeners to watch what the biggest players are doing, not what people are saying—especially in turbulent times.
"If strategy wants 1.1 million more Bitcoin and the United States wants 1 million more Bitcoin, who exactly plans to sell it to them?" – Host [21:19]
