Wayfair Every style, every home, Everybody's brave. Until bitcoin cuts in half. Then you find out who was full of Michael Sailor is under attack. So I just bought the dip so I can double my stack. But on a serious note, Sailor is under attack again. Bitcoin is down over 50%. We hit a new cycle low. Strategy is bleeding. The critics are celebrating. The headlines are brutal. Everyone knows bitcoin is finished. It's done. Stick a fork in it. I've seen this movie before. Every single cycle. The louder the fear becomes, the closer bitcoin gets to changing everything. Right now, social media is flooded with the same narrative strategies. Preferred stock is trading well below par. Bitcoin has erased over half its value. Billions have disappeared from the market. And Peter Schiff says Sailors defrauding investors. Others are calling him criminal and one of the worst investors of all time. They're saying bitcoin is over. They've written the obituary. And yet this is exactly what every bitcoin bear market has looked like for first they attack the price. Then they attack the companies. Then they attack the people. Eventually they attack anyone who still believes. Conviction becomes embarrassing. Buying becomes irresponsible. Optimism becomes a joke. Until the cycle changes. Most people think bitcoin bull markets begin when prices start rising. History suggests the opposite. Bull markets begin when nobody wants bitcoin. That's when the long term holders quietly accumulate. That's when the weak hands finally surrender. And that's when fear reaches its maximum. Sailor recently addressed the volatility directly. He wrote volatility tests every capital structure. It also Tests something far more important. Your conviction. Anyone can say they're bullish when bitcoin is making new all time highs. The real test comes when your portfolio is deep in the red. When every headline tells you you're wrong, when friends tell you to sell. And when social media laughs at anyone still buying. That's where fortunes have been made historically. And that's just a fact, Jack. In fact, that's a sexy little bitty black Jack. Not because fear guarantees higher prices, but because fear forces investors to decide whether they actually believe the thesis they claim to believe all along. Bitcoin has survived exchange collapses, government bans, mining bans, bank failures, endless media attacks and multiple crashes exceeding 70%. And every single time obituary writers eventually disappeared, Bitcoin didn't. Today feels different. Because every bare market feels different. That's what makes them effective. Fear convinces people that history no longer matters. Until it does, the investors who usually win aren't the ones who perfectly predict the bottom. They're the ones still standing when everyone else gives up. Today's headlines may look terrifying, but history suggests they often appear right before the next chapter begins. The biggest opportunities don't arrive when people feel comfortable. They arrive when everyone is convinced bitcoin is dead. Every cycle. That's exactly how the bottom feels. Think this time is different? Let's find out. Strategies STRC hit an all time low today of $71.76 and now has an effective yield of 16.03%. It is now 28% of the off from par is supposed to be around $100. That's why you have so many panicking. Especially those with the very low conviction. They're now calling Michael Sailor a criminal because they're underwater. He's not a criminal when you know everything's good but he's all of a sudden a criminal cuz they're in the red. So Sailor responded today on X he wrote volatility test. Every capital structure strategy remains focused on Bitcoin. Disciplined capital allocation, credit quality and long creation. We appreciate our investors and will continue to execute with transparency and resolve. And you can tell Sailor's not getting much sleep. And this was at 4:16am time stamped right here. So that's Sailor's response to what's going on right now. Also Samson Ma. I want to talk to Samson. Suggest strategy can sell 25000 Bitcoin to BSTR and an over the counter deal. This is Adam Back's company making BSTR the world's second largest corporate Bitcoin holder with 5521 Bitcoin. He compared it to selling a classic car and wanting the new owner to take good care of it. Now we all know when Sailor purchases bitcoin he does it over the counter so it doesn't impact the price. But what happens when he sells it? I think he should also do over the counter so it doesn't affect the price. I think Samson has a great idea here and that would make BSTR the second largest holder of Bitcoin 21. They're currently the second largest corporate holder so they would then be shoved down to number three and the number two spot will go to bstr. If they do that, do you think this will happen? Do let me know. Today's episode is brought to you by Cash App. One thing that's interesting about Bitcoin is that most people only think about it as an investment. But Bitcoin was originally created to be money, something you can actually use. Bitcoin is often talked about as an investment, but it was built to be used with Cash App. You can actually do that. Today is Friday, June 26th, 2026. Now check this out. Bitcoin has officially now lost over half its value, down 53% in eight months, erasing over 1.33 trillion from its market cap. And this is the lowest market cap we have seen in quite a while. The Bitcoin market cap is $1.2 trillion, so more money has been erased from the market than currently exists inside the entire bitcoin network. But back to this chart here you can see back in October of 2025 that's when we hit the peak. You can see the market cap is close to 2.5 trillion then. And that's when we hit the all time high of 126 3. Then you can see the Trump tariff trade war fears triggering risk selloff, massive selloff. And then we had the macro shock leverage long liquidations drive the cascade lower then the Iran war. Middle east tensions added to the geopolitical pressure and then the oil spike. Horu fears the border de risking hit crypto. And as we're at right now just at roughly 1.2 trillion. Bitcoin drops below 60,000 hitting a new cycle low of 58,000 even. Let me know how low you think the price action will go. And do you look at this as the end of the world. Bitcoin's dead. Or a strategic opportunity to stack more bitties. Holl at your boy. Now this Justin. Tom Lee just warned on national TV that everyone not buying bitcoin and crypto right now will miss out on the parabolic gains. A massive wave of crypto adopters is about to come online. Every asset is going to be built on a crypto rail. He says it's going to be slow and then sudden. This is brand new clip from cnbc. And also note his Ethereum position with Bit Mine right now is down over ten and a half billion dollars. But here's Tom Lee.
C
In the future they're going to be trading stocks and very likely, as Robin has pointed out, you're going to be trading it on a crypto platform. It's a tokenized stock. I mean look at what happened with oil trading over the weekends. That's all using crypto Rails. Crypto is a little hard to understand and people don't like to be deal with wallets. But young people, which is the next generation of users are really big adopters. For instance, BlackRock is tokenizing almost every asset. Almost every asset is going to be built on a crypto rail.
A
Slowly, then suddenly. First and foremost, kudos to Tom Lee. You comb your hair for your TV appearance this time. That's a big step in the right direction. I agree. Slowly then suddenly. And he is right regarding the crypto rails and even BlackRock world's largest asset manager. They're suggesting allocating 1 to 2% Bitcoin into your portfolio. And and also they just recently launched a brand new bitcoin Income etf, the first of its kind. So they're expanding, launching new products during this crash. It's not just a bitcoin thing. Every major hard asset right now is a bleeding. Gold is down 29%, silver down 52% and bitcoin down 53%. Here's the chart right here. Yeah, for the first time in a long time, gold just dropped under 4,000 an ounce. Silver's at roughly $58. And Bitcoin today sitting above 59,000. Check this out. Bitcoin holdings by countries. US is pole position 328,372, followed by everyone's least favorite country, China. And I can talk because I used to live there. They have 190,000 Bitcoin and the UK has 61,000. Who will win the race to 1 million Bitcoin? And others that got to get honorable mention. El Salvador. They've been smashed buying a bitcoin every day, you know, relentlessly. So salute President Bukele. They now have 7694. The UAE has 6420. You know, we got to respect the 420. The Kingdom of Bhutan close to 5000. Kagistan 3500. North Korea 83. Taiwan with 210 and Finland with 90. If I was a country and I only had 90 Bitcoin, I'd be embarrassed to share. That's all I'm saying. But the bigger picture is the bitcoin game theory. If the United States follows through with the bitcoin strategic reserve, the that means they're going to acquire 1 million Bitcoin on top of the current 320,000, which would put them at 1.3 million and they'd huddle for 20 years. And I got a very interesting theory regarding the US Government's shadow bitcoin accumulation playthrough strategy. And this is actually an intriguing concept because it's been in the back of my mind for a long time. You know, I've been saying that, that the United States will eventually confiscate all the easy to collect Bitcoin through the ETFs and strategy, all the traded companies. And if they were to do that, they would easily get their 1 million bitcoin because black rock alone has close to 800,000. And of course strategy has like 870,000. So add all that up and all of a sudden the United States can have probably close to 2 million bitcoin at the rate they're going. If they were to confiscate all the Corporate bitcoin holdings and all the rappers and all the ETFs and things of that. Which leads me into this next clip where Marty Bent says I'm not saying I believe it, I think it's plausible, but that strategy is the strategic reserve. And he goes on to share whether strategy is the US government's shadow bitcoin accumulation play. I haven't even watched this yet, but this is how I think. I'm a conspiracy theorist by nature because every conspiracy I've ever learned about turned true. I'm just saying. But check this out. This is very interesting.
D
One of my favorite theories out there. I'm not saying I believe it, I think it's plausible. But that strategy is the, the strategic reserve. If you wanted to tinfoil geopolitical game theory game and you didn't want to tip your hat to your adversaries about your, your accumulating, the way in which you're accumulating bitcoin, you have a company in the public sector, excuse me, the private sector, via a public equities vehicle, accumulate as much bitcoin, it'd be like what, one and a half days of QE right now.
A
There you have it. What are your thoughts on that? What if the US just confiscates the entire Bitcoin strategic reserve amount of 1 million. They can do it pretty effortlessly. Not saying that's going to happen. I pray that doesn't happen. That would completely up a lot of and it wouldn't be a good look for the government. But then again, 1933 Goal Seizure Act. There's nothing new under the sun. History tends to rhyme too often. And that's why I say it's important to properly self custody or Bitcoin because only then is it not confiscatable. You know what I mean. Anything corporate on the balance sheet can effortlessly be taken away by the forces of evil who run this shit show. Why do you do that? If your Uncle Sam you can just print. Well that's the thing. There's many ways for them to strategically acquire Bitcoin in a net neutral way, which is in the proposal. It has to be net neutral. It can be through confiscation, which they have been doing for a very long time. That's how they got the 320,000 bitcoin they currently have. They can print US dollars and just trade the dollars, the worthless fiat. They print out of thin air for the hardest asset known to mankind. They can swap their gold reserves. They can trade their T bills. There's a lot of Viable strategies to acquire it. I'm worried some governments might make hardware wallets illegal one day. Exactly. You think like a champion because that's been in the back of my head for a long time too. That's why I encourage you guys to buy multiple hardware wallets and maybe one day they will be illegal and they'll be banned. They fear self custody. That's the biggest threat to the powers that be. They don't mind you keeping it on Coinbase. They can control the exchange, they can control the login. Right? Nacho keys. Nacho cheese. However, self custody, no one knows it even exists. And that's the brilliance behind bitcoin. So if you're lacking trust in your government and you don't trust them as far as you can throw them, it may be wise to buy a couple of dozen hardware wallets, keep them as gifts backups, because there may come a day where they're no longer available. I'm just saying I'm thinking into the future when bitcoin's worth millions of dollars. Now for Retard of the Day, my favorite segment. Peter Schiff says I believe Sailor has legal exposure not because of his high risk strategy, but because of his promotion of STRC to risk adverse retirees who sought to preserve principle and his baseless pie in the sky bitcoin price predictions used to entice investors into buying mstr. And let's read some of the comments Tinos wrote. You aren't any better than him. You're both two opportunists selling their strategies. One is digital, the other is physical. To each their dooms and shines. Peter responded not even close to the same. Sailor even encouraged people to mortgage their homes, borrow on their credit cards, leverage their businesses and sell organs to buy bitcoin. Well apparently Shift doesn't have a sense of humor. Now the ironic part. Peter Shift's the one that got his bank shut down here in Puerto Rico. But he loves running his mouth and he says strategy is a Ponzi and ultimately MSTR is going to zero. However, he was unwilling to bet that bitcoin will go to zero when Pompliano recently challenged them in the bitcoin gold debate. Hopefully you guys check that out. But anyways, that's Peter Schiff for you. We'll we have another influencer here by the name of Jacob King. He wrote to understand how dumb Michael Sailor is. He started investing in Bitcoin at 11,000 and it's currently 60,000. But he's down a whopping 15 billion more than anyone else on earth. He will go down as one of the worst investors of all time. Now let me know if you agree with that or if you disagree and you think he'll end up becoming the greatest investor of all time. Because it seems like it's going to be one way or the other, greatness or nothing. You decide. Let me know. Today's episode of Bitcoin News Alerts is brought to you by Progressive Insurance. Also, there's this video clip. Saylor freaks out after being asked where his MSTR money will come from. The question I'm trying to get to though is like with in 25, like you launching the Preferreds, which I think are really interesting product, does that change the playbook for all these other companies and how do they now compete against you? Now you have the Preferreds as well.
E
Again, I take issue with your question. It's an ignorant, insulting, myopic question. Why do you, why do you frame things that way? We're not competing with each other. That's like saying, well, you know, like I heard my neighbor bought bitcoin and I bought Bitcoin, there's not enough room for both of us to buy bitcoin. We're competing with each other. What's my name? My neighbor's got to buy another crypto asset. Like we're not competing with each other. Danny. That's the ignorant part of the question, right? That's what I take issue with now.

Speaking of retard of the day, I'm hands down nominating this guy by the name Nick o'. Neill. He claims Saylor told invest investors to hold the bag while we dump on your head. Sailor has best merch the name of bitcoin and bitcoin holders and true believers by taking advantage of them and ruining them and he repeatedly calls Sailor criminal. I'm not gonna play this entire five minute clip. He wrote an open letter to Sailor. But I did watch, like half of it, as much as I could bear to watch. And then I responded here. You bought the company voluntarily because he says in the video that he just purchased STRC in the 80s and now it's in the 70s and now Saylor's a criminal. So I put. Now you're trying to convince everyone else it's a criminal enterprise because you're underwater. Take responsibility for your own investment instead of throwing a public tantrum like a crybaby. I mean, not a good look, Nick. And someone wrote here, meanwhile, this guy promotes meme coins. Can't make this stuff up. But anyways, I'm going to play the 20 second clip saying, I didn't say that we wouldn't sell our bitcoin. I told you not to sell your bitcoin. I told you to hold the bag while we dump on your fucking head. And you have besmirched the name of bitcoin and bitcoin holders and true believers by taking advantage of them and ruining them. So it already depegged from $100 strc. You invest in the 80s thinking it's going to go back up and then it continues to crash. And now you're a little crybaby bitch loser. That's why you're tart of the day, Nick o'.
C
Neill.
A
Man, this GU guy's like a damn Simpson character. I know. It's like, grow a pair of balls, Nick. You lose, you lose. Stop investing in mstr. If you if it's a criminal organization, just invest in bitcoin. And he bashes bitcoin. He's a coiner. He does promote meme coins. And SBF was the greatest investor ever. Yeah, apparently if he wouldn't have went to prison and got served a 25 year sentence, he'd have a net worth of over $100 billion. But unfortunately, he was running a Ponzi scheme and he got busted. I am worried some governments might make hardware wallets illegal one day. Exactly. Simple question. Buying, hodling or panicking? Let me know where you stand in the comments down below. Host: JV (Bitcoin News Alerts)
Co-Host: Fed Chair Nipinator
In this cycle-defining episode, JV digs into the chaos surrounding Bitcoin after a staggering 53% drawdown, the market’s ongoing panic, and the media’s renewed attacks on Michael Saylor and major BTC holders. The episode explores the cyclical nature of Bitcoin’s boom-and-bust psychology, institutional reactions, conspiracy theories about government accumulation, and community responses to the FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt). Amid market carnage and headlines proclaiming Bitcoin “dead,” JV focuses on the conviction needed to survive these times, the lessons of history, and the possibilities of what comes next.
