It's good. I feel like I already got the motherhood thing, but it's just. She makes it really easy for me too, because she's. She's very chill and yeah, all of them.

I feel like her and Tofi has got to be like the chillest one ever and still chill. Like, I feel like toffee. I have still yet to hear Tofi cry. I feel like I always say that, but I'm like, I have never heard Tofi cry genuinely.

Even her. I feel like I haven't heard her cry out loud. I've heard her like, whimper, like, if she's not being rocked. Yeah, because she likes being carried and things like that.

My fertility tip of the day or my advice is get a routine down for your newborn.

[Bretman Rock]

That was your tip last time.

Oh, can I share my routine then or something?

[Bretman Rock]

Yeah, maybe share your routine, because I think you said that. Get your routine down, like, done, like, as your fertility before. So would you like to tell us your routine? Maybe they can. Maybe they need an example?

Yeah. Okay. Let's just say for breastfeeding, my routine is like every two, three hours I feed her and then like in between when she's sleeping, that's when I get to do things, you know. But by the time, like by that time you get a routine down, like that's when you start doing routine of your house and then start doing yourself, like your skin care, taking a bath. I know, it's like. I know it's like easier said than done, but it really is. It really is about routine. And like my routine is she wakes up around. She wakes her around 4, but she's early. Yeah, she wakes. She sleeps throughout the whole night though. If I go to sleep at 8, then I have like a good sleep, you know. But I do still kind of like wake up every two, three hours. But she's usually up like around four. Like just. She's not like crying or anything. But I noticed that she's up and she's like, you know, just looking around.

And then after that she goes back to sleep and I wake up around seven or eight to feed and then she goes back to sleep. And then that's when I. That's when I make breakfast or I do my. My face. I mean my skincare, my hair care, whatever, whatever. Go downstairs and then make breakfast, clean the house, whatever I need to do, come back, feed the baby again, put her in her rocking chair. And if I need to do other things.

Yeah, yeah. I feel like you're on an airplane mode now where you're just like. You're kind of just doing it automatically.

Yes, yes, yes.

She's just doing it on the go.

Wait, so the last time you were here, she was still in your stomach? This is the first time the world, or the world of the baddest radio is seeing Ms. Alay. So I think it's only fair that we go all the way back to January 31st or December. Oh my God. No. She's a New Year's Day baby.

Oh yeah, New Year's Eve. She was born December 31st. What time?

I feel like all your kids birth is probably all like mixing up into one birth in your head.

Like, oh my God. It's so crazy because like every Single time. Like, when all the kids are with me or.

Or, like, all four of them.

All four of them. They're with me. I just, like, I always mix up their names. Or I'd be asking Clay, oh, wait, how old is Ezekiel? Or Winter's birthday?

Or, like, oh, wait, now, you see, my mom, like, doesn't even. I feel like at one point, I didn't. I had to quite ask myself if my mom even knew my name, because she would just say every other name but mine. I was J. R. For so long, and she'd call me Mai, too. And I'm like, I. Anyways, so now you see why mom gets, like, all her kids confused. Because, like, even with all your kids, they're all so close of age. They're probably, like, all the same kids in your head.

I'm like, wait, so going back to December 31st, how was your delivery? Like, because I feel like I've talked about it here, but I want you to talk about your delivery, because I always. I literally mentioned how easy it was for her, but I need you to actually know from her mouth.

[Princess May]

So I went in around 11. I just want to say shout out to Catherine because she took care of me with Sophie when I went. When I went to go deliver this cute little baby when I was in labor. So I went around, like, 11, I started to feel contractions, and then it was really bad. Like, oh, my God, the worst contractions I've ever felt. Like, from all of the kids.

[Bretman Rock]

Really? She was the worst one.

[Princess May]

Well, my contractions was not the worst.

[Bretman Rock]

I know, I know. But, like, she was the worst one. She's not even the biggest one.

[Princess May]

Well, she was coming in hot girl. Because I went from 2 to 4, 4 to 6, 6 to 10. Like, and I didn't. They.

[Bretman Rock]

So, okay, so she was coming.

[Princess May]

Yeah, she was coming. So I was already. I was only at 2. So I got a membrane sweep the day before that day. Actually, I got a mem. Membrane sweep that day, around in the morning.

What is a membrane sweep? Do they stick us something in your.

[Princess May]

No, they. The doc. Your ob, like, sweeps her. Like, she, like, on the outside. Ye. No, she goes in your vagina.

And then she, like. And she makes you getting fisted.

It's also so funny that, like, when Cleo was born, like, we had to make sure everything was safe for her like she had like a net over her always. Her hands were always covered, her hair was always had oil. Cuz my mom. And then now the more kids she has, the more we're like, we just be flinging them around like. Like no one was allowed to kiss, hug, touch clay or like she's like, carry her. Anyways, anyways.

So yeah, I went in around 11 at night and then after that I had asked for epidural. No, I had asked for fentanyl.

What is that?

Like the drug to like come, like calm me down and I don't feel it. Oh yeah, like medical fenal.

Like, you know, obviously you're not like, can you get me some weed?

My dealer is actually on his way up.

Yeah. They're like, oh, do you want like a fentanyl? And I was like, yeah.

I want to say I saw like dizzy and then I woke up and I felt the contraction because it only. I think it's only half an hour or like an hour. And then I woke up and then they felt. They. They touched me and I was already at 4cm. But then they're. They're. What is that the epidural person? What. What do they. What do they call them?

[Princess May]

Did you say md?

Md? I don't know. I don't know. I don't even know what an epidural is.

The epidural is like goes in.

Your anesthesiologist.

Yes, that one. The anesthesiologist. She knows the anesthesiologist. Yeah, her. Them. They were. I was. They only do it upstairs where. Where they usually do it. I was still downstairs because they're waiting for me to.

I remember this part for like a certain number for my. Oh my God, I can't even speak.

Bitch. Because you're not. You're trying to remember at the same time as you're saying.

Yeah, so. And then, So I had asked for another one, another fentanyl. So they gave it to me. And then while. And then the. And then The. What's his name again?

What's the anesthesiologist? Yeah, girl, hurry up. I'm like, I'm so tired. I'm like, thank you. Your delivery was, like, shorter than this story. Honestly, princess, I was.

I'm trying to explain to them.

Oh, my God. So when they gave me the fentanyl, I was, like, so drowsy. Drowsy. I was so drowsy. Then the anesthesiologist, girl, just.

Yeah. He came in and I was like, okay, you need to stand. You need to, like, get up. And, you know. But I'm like.

You're like, I'm high.

I'm like, what do I do? Like, and then, like, I was so scared, I guess I was, like, rocking myself. And he's like, oh, you, like, you need to, like. Like, sit up. Yeah, like, you're yelling at me. I'm like, bro, I'm in. Anyways, so he gave it to me. And then after that, they put me in the upstairs, and then I'm in. In the delivery room now. I don't feel. That's why I was making all those videos. I was making all those tiktoks. I was like, you know, I was just chilling, calling everybody.

Didn't even know you were high as those videos, girl.

No, I. I just didn feel anything, but I. I wasn't feeling anything. And my water didn't break yet. And then I fell asleep. I slept for, like, a good two. Two hours. And then I. Then they always. They kept asking me if you feel it in your butt. Like, if you feel any, like, pressure. Pressure on your butt, like, in your butt area, like, let us know. That's probably the baby, like, pushing down or, like, you know, whatever. Whatever. I'm her, so I've been feeling it, but then I was asleep, so I was, like, just kind of ignoring it. And then after that, I was like, oh, I feel something in my butt. Like, I feel like it's coming out. And then I was like. And then I touched myself. Like, I touched. And then I felt the head.

Oh, my God.

I felt the head. And I was like. I felt it. And then I was like, oh. Like, I kept calling my nurse.

And then you're like, is that her hair or mine?

[Princess May]

I called the nurse, and then the nurse came, and then I was already at 10cm. She was ready to come out.

And she literally came out before the.

Doctor was there, right?

[Princess May]

Yes, before the. Well, the doctor Came in and then she was like, hold on, because somebody else is in the other room giving birth. Giving birth that she needed to. The baby was already almost out, I guess. And then. So when she came back in, that's when they were like, they kept calling her because the. My Olle was already like, like this dangling on my vagina.

Yes, yes.

Oh, period. She was already halfway out when the doctor came. Damn. So she was like juggling.

What was she gonna do.

Yeah, the nurses there was like all the nurses there.

But then if I. They told me not to push. Like, don't push it. Like, but then if it. But if you can't control, like, not pushing, just let it go. And I was like, I'm not even pushing anymore. It was just sliding down. And then that's when the doctor came. And then she had no gloves, nothing, because the baby. Because Ale was just going down.

She was like, I need to see 20, 25. That's what she wanted.

It was. I thought it was so beautiful. I woke up to the video and I was like, I was just a.

Yes. Alile has been the easiest for me because, like I said, I got the routine down. All of the mistakes that I. I've done in the past, I've, like, already, like, corrected them and, like, you know, and stuff like that.

Oh, okay. So for me, I feel like I went to the doctors twice already because of, like, the contractions and stuff like that. But don't go too early because they're gonna tell you to leave because I came in 2 centimeters. Like, I went three times.

And I was having contractions, and then they're like, okay, well, it. If it doesn't progress for the next hour or two hours, they're in the hospital. I wore Robert Wan, obviously, and it was from his homecoming collection, which Brian and I fell in love with. I got so many compliments from everyone and my Glambot 8. During the award show, I sat by my girl Quinn, and that had to be the highlight of my Oscar. Honestly, truly spending it with someone who started this dream with you, Remy, Alicia and Ali. And I also went to go get Sunny Angels and Labu Boos the night before. And I also opened them up at the Oscars, which I think deserves an Oscar on its own. See? Yeah, I was just at the Oscars last week, y'all. It was so much fun. I feel like people forget to tell you that it is a lot of, like, movie magic, because I was like, why am I getting ready at 8am right now for the Oscars? Because you would think the Oscars are filmed at Night Nugget. They're filmed at 4, 8, 4pm in the afternoon in Hollywood. And it's a lot of, like, like, press and stuff like that. So, like, when I did get there at like, 1:31:1, 1:30, I was like, what am I going to do for, like, two hours and a half? Yeah. I was like, wait, what are you talking about? My product of the weeks are these ceramic bowls that were sent to me by a follower. Her name is Michaela and she lives in Nova Scotia, Canada. And I thought I was buying one bowl because she told me that she wanted to send me the urchin bowl, which is this one. I use this one to make all of my matchas and it's just so cutesy. It's so fragile though. I don't want to break it. But it's been my favorite Chawan bowls because I just like the intention behind it. I like that it's from you guys. And she surprised me with so many things. I paid for the bowl, but she sent me a mug, another chawan bowl that was more smooth, and then two candle holders that were like the most beautiful, like coral inspired candle holders. I have them, like laid out around the house and I didn't want to bring them because I didn't want to crash it on top each other and like break it because I did already kind of nick this one right here. I don't even know why she was.

But yeah, they're my favorite and I love it because it's from you guys. So thank you so much. And I also told Michaela that I would be talking about it, so thank you, Michaela. And she also sent the best. And I'm already like on my last two uses of it, but she sent Nova Scotia maple syrup and it's so good. Princess. Do you like matcha?

I, I wanted. Yes, I do like matcha.

I don't really, like, I, I like, I don't really like coffee, but I, I, they say that matcha is like a little less like, you know, caffeine.

Yeah.

So because I like, get jittery with coffee and then like, it kind of anxiety. Yes. And then it gives me anxiety. And then after that, like, I fall asleep and then like, I have a headache.

[Bretman Rock]

I like matcha because it's gradual energy. Like, it's, it gives you, like, it's not like in your face energy. This one is gives like I have energy throughout the whole entire day and I don't have, I don't crash at night. Like, you know what I mean? Like you don't crash. I don't because. And everyone will tell you that's been around me. Like I usually crash around noon because I wake up so early, I do so much in the morning, I drink so much coffee in the morning, doing so much. And then by 12, I'm like I'm ready to retire. I'm ready to call it a day. I did everything that I need to do. All my homework's done. But the green tea matcha, I. I'm not crashing. So I have energy throughout the day.

And like I need that.
