The discovery came from username tbor on x. This comes as ChatGPT rolls out improvements to chat recall and dictation. In other OpenAI news, CFO Sarah Fryer defended the company's compute heavy investments, noting that revenue tripled to $20 billion in 2025 alongside 3x year over year growth in AI infrastructure reaching 1.9 gigawatts of compute. OpenAI shifted from just working with Microsoft to multiple providers for better scaling and efficiency. Fryer highlighted diversified revenue streams, ChatGPT subscriptions, ad and commerce supported free users and developer APIs with plans for licensing and outcome based models. Amazon plans to end commingling across its fulfillment network on March 31 and and update barcode eligibility rules. Brand owners with a brand representative role in brand registry can use manufacturer barcodes without applying Amazon labels, but resellers will be required to apply Amazon barcodes even if products already have UPCs. Items without manufacturer barcodes will require Amazon labels for all sellers. Amazon says it can now maintain fast delivery without commingling because sellers keep more inventory close to customers. Open source search engine for shadow libraries Anna's archive is facing new pressure in the U S. After losing control of its.organd.se domains earlier this month, a federal court in Ohio issued a default judgment and permanent injunction against the site's operator for scraping and publishing OCLC's World Cat Database. OCLC dropped its damages claim and instead secured an order barring Anna's archive and any third party intermediaries from storing, distributing or encouraging the sharing of WorldCat data. The injunction is expected to be used to push hosting and domain providers to take further action. The acting leader of cisa, Madhu Guatemakola, took steps last week to remove the agency's chief information officer, Robert Costello, with a reassignment. But senior Department of Homeland Security political appointees intervened and halted the movement, officials say. Gautamakala approved the decision without warning others, prompting reported internal backlash. Politico notes that Costello is seen internally as one of the agency's top remaining technical leaders. Xbox Cloud gaming may be set to get ad supported access this year, targeting users who buy games but don't subscribe to Xbox Game Pass. The feature was spotted in early launch messaging showing one hour of ad supported play per session, though it's not clear if this is just a test or a full rollout. Microsoft reportedly views this as a way to expand cloud gaming in regions where hardware costs are high while also keeping Azure Compute busy. The rollout would come alongside broader expansions in Asia, Africa and India. And finally today, Disney's Zootopia 2 has grossed $1.7 billion worldwide after eight weekends, surpassing Pixar's Inside Out 2 and becoming Hollywood's top grossing animated film of 2025.
