Every week I get my listeners to send in their own embarrassing teenage tales in hopes that it can make us feel a little better about ours. So since all of us don't have one of the greatest rappers of all time as a dad.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Oh thank goodness.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
My husband does have a tattoo of your father by the way.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Yeah, we gotta get my dad to sign his.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
That would be amazing. I want us to take a listen to Nicole.
Danielle Fishel
Hi Danielle, and any of our guests listening. This is Nicole from California here. My story was when I was around 13 or 14 and I just started wearing makeup and I kind of taught myself how to do it just so that I could cover my acne. And I'm sure you and other teen beat listeners remember how thick and cakey face makeup was back in the early 2000s. Well, my face makeup routine was three full layers. A layer of liquid foundation, then a layer of concealer, then a layer of powder foundation. Well, one day I was out to dinner with some family and we were saying goodbyes. I go to hug my uncle and my chin grazed his shoulder and left a large orangish tan mark on his white shirt. I saw it right away and prayed he wouldn't notice until he was gone and didn't know where it came from. Well, almost as soon as I finished that thought in my head, my dad pointed out the mark to him and this led to a 30 second banter between them that felt like hours to me as they made jokes about where it could have come from. And they never once brought me into it. So I'm not sure if they truly didn't know it was me or if they were just trying to diffuse it and laugh it off. Either way, I was super embarrassed about it and now I'm over 30. And I've gotten much better with face makeup, but yet I still worry about leaving foundation on someone's shoulder when I give them a hug. So there you go. Hope you enjoyed the story. I've been loving the podcast, and I hope you all have a great day.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
100. Well, as a guy, I gotta be like, yeah, every now and then, you know, you get in trouble.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Absolutely.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
And if you don't remember everyone that you hugged, like, yeah, well.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
And at events, we, you know, we're all full glammed and everybody's hugging. You're hugging so many people. You're on a red carpet. And if you're hugging before your red carpet now, you've got face makeup all over. You're like, ruin my suit, my jacket, whatever. It is such a mess. I literally just this morning thought to myself, do I need to start getting dressed before I do my makeup? Because I do my makeup, then I go to put my T shirt on and it touches my chin or under. And then the collars of my T shirts all have makeup on them. But I don't want to have to get dressed before my makeup.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
I had to give for espn. Me and TJ wore suits because we're professional.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Yes.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
And, yeah, I put my whole suit on before I started greasing my hair and did all that just because I didn't want to touch anything.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
I know. You've got it right. That is the right thing to do. Although we did talk, this just recently, about how you didn't get glam this morning. You had to wake up 4am right.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Like some savage.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
What is this? Are you a commoner?
Bowen Yang
Come on.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Exactly.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
No hair, no makeup, all by yourself. I know. Well.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Oh, well, I do have an embarrassing moment like hers.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Please tell me.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Think about it. I don't know if anybody remembers. I'm sure they do because it's still around. But when I was in middle school, it was a new wave hitting the teenage youth.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Okay.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
It's called Axe Body Spray. Oh. Everybody had to have, you know, their favorite Axe Body spray that they put on because the commercial made it look so successful.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Yep.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
And, yeah, I remember I had my. My can of Axe Body Spray. Now, you're supposed to have this little top that comes with it. You're a kid. Who cares?
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Yeah. We don't need those.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Yeah. I remember coming into the classroom,
Kal Penn
it
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
was either science or art. It was the Bungalows. They all started looking the same in your memories.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Sedimentary rocks.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Yes. We were drawing sedimentary rocks and art. But, yeah, through my backpack, where my Desk was not thinking anything of it. And so we're going on, and we're reading, taking notes, and I keep hearing somebody. I'm looking around like, who's doing that?
Danielle Fishel (Host)
No, you shush.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
So I'm, like, looking like, nobody's shushing me. And then sh. And then realize that, oh, my God, the teacher evacuated the whole class because it is thick in there. Cause, like, the whole can. My backpack's wet. Like, I can't take it to any other class. Cause it's just this bag of Axe, like, homework ruined.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
It just smelled like the axe ate my homework.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Like a uber bad man. Yeah, it was whack. And I'm just embarrassed. Cause, like, yeah, it was me.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Yeah, that's it.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
It was me. That was me, the Axe guy.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
That was me.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
There's no hiding it because it follows you all day because you have your
Danielle Fishel (Host)
backpack only all day. I was gonna ask if it's like, a skunk. Like, no chance.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Let me bring it in the house. That's a rap.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Exactly. Throw that away.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
We will get in front yard and shot it. Yep. So, yeah. Shout out to Axe. Oh, my gosh.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
When I was a kid, the big popular cologne was Drakkar Noir.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Oh, yes.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Of course, still to this day, there is something about Drakkar Noir that makes me go, is there a teenage boy around? It's a little weirder now for me to think that, but at the time, I knew there must be a teenager. That and cold water.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Oh, Carnivore. I know that. I don't know. Cold water.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Oh, cold water Cologne was. That's the. That's the cologne of the Michael Goldman, who was the boy everyone had the crush on in junior high. Shout out Michael Goldman.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
It's like the first thing you get. Like the first drink you get wasted on. You can never have that drink again.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Peach knobs.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Yeah, but Cardi Limo. Never again. Never burn it all.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
No. Yeah, exactly. Even if I even catch a whiff of something peach, I'm like, oh, well done. I know most people are surprised to learn what OCD really is, because pop culture has spread the idea that it's just about being super neat and organized. But that's not accurate at all. My husband has ocd, and I can tell you it is so much more than that. Real OCD is a serious condition where you get unwanted, distressing thoughts called intrusive thoughts. They're stuck on repeat in your mind, often focusing on people or things we care about, like relationships, identity, or character, making them hard to ignore. And then you feel driven to do certain behaviors called compulsions to try to make the anxiety stop. This obsession and undying desire to make it go away can completely derail you for decades. Jensen ruined his own life and the happiness of those around him purely because he couldn't make the repeated worry go away. But he'd eventually learn it doesn't have to be that way because OCD is one of the most treatable mental health conditions. Once you get the right kind of specialized therapy. OCD needs ERP therapy. That's exposure and response prevention, which is proven to be the most effective treatment. Regular talk therapy isn't recommended and can actually make OCD worse. NOCD is the world's leading OCD treatment provider and all of their licensed therapists specialize in ERP therapy with no CD is 100% virtual, covered by insurance for over 138 million Americans and includes support between sessions so you never have to face OCD alone. Kal Penn
Hey, everyone, it's Kal Penn. I'm the host of Irsay The Audible and iHeart Audiobook Club. This week on the podcast, I am sitting down with Ray Porter, the narrator of Andy Weir's audiobook project, Hail Mary Massive sci fi adventure about survival and science and what happens when you wake up alone, very far from Earth.
Ray Porter
I really had to make a decision because I caught myself getting that frog in my throat and starting to get teary as I'm narrating some of these sections, and it's like, okay, yo, yo, yo. Is this indulgent? And I really thought about it. I was like, no. At this point, it would kind of be betraying the trust the author and the listener have in telling this story if I don't go through it. But there's places in this book that deeply, emotionally affected me, and I left it on the mic. That's great, because it served the story. People will say like, oh, my God, I cried at the end. It's like, yeah, dude, me too.

Danielle Fishel (Host)
Let's talk about a wrestler who wears makeup. Can we talk about Danhausen?
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
All right, he's not here.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
He's not. We're not gonna get cursed.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
He's the most powerful man in the company right now.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Are you kidding me? I know.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
He just cursed Stephen H. This whole thing might come down.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Really? This whole place?
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Yeah. Like, yeah, he cursed Stephen A. I don't know.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
This morning.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Yeah. I don't know what he's gonna do.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Oh, no.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Yeah. It's a wrap.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
I know.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Nate's done. He's finished. Yeah, it's a wrap. So, like, that's some real stuff, I believe.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
I mean, I would have thought he had been cursed before his first pitch, but that 100%.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
What have you been doing? Right? Yeah. Stephen A.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Makes sense. Maybe the curse is gonna fix him, right?
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Oh, my God. That would make me so angry because I've been so mad at Stephen A. For so long. He just blames everything on LeBron lately. So anything. Like, whenever I get my order wrong, I just blame LeBron steps in a puddle with some socks on. LeBron's fault. It's just LeBron's fault. Yeah, Stephen. Anyway, yeah, Dan Hown I rocks with Dan Housing. Pretty tough.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
I don't know if you know this, but I have my own wrestling figure called Danielle Housen.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Oh, you're winning, dude.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
I have been on the Dhausen tip for a long time, and I know how to do the Danhausen makeup. I did the downhouse and makeup myself.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
There.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
There's my figure. It's a real figure. I'm gonna get you one. I have some at home, so you didn't ask. I don't know that you want one, but I'm gonna get you one.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
I would look.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Yes, I would love one. Exactly. You've been cursed. Have you seen that Danhausen got a blimp. Yeah, he got a blimp this year.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
He's becoming so powerful.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
I mean, really, it's happening. The meteoric rise is when I saw
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
him stop a referee from counting three. It's over. What's stopping him from doing whatever he wants, bro, I need the boogeyman and, like, all type of supernatural people to come stop him.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
I know. My kids want to be him for Halloween now.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
You know, men want to be him, Ladies want to be with him.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Yep.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
He's done housing. God bless you.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
You have a daughter?
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
I do.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Do you stay up at night worrying about the future years where she is interested in makeup and.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
No, because it's here now and pisses me off because I don't know what to talk to her about.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
How old is she?
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
She's eight.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Okay.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Going on nine in August. She'll be like, daddy? They were like, yes, snookums. And she'll be like, can you take me to Sephora? And I'm like, oh, my gosh, no,
Danielle Fishel (Host)
no, I can't do that.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
I don't know. Because you're gonna buy something that, like, why did you let her get this? And I can't let you get hurt on my watch.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Right.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Do that at your mom's house.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Exactly.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
I don't know nothing. You want a basketball? I'll buy you a basketball. And yeah, she's learned that, like, this isn't dad's department.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Uh huh.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
I'm here for, like, when she gets in the car after school. First of all, don't call it school.
Danielle Fishel
Okay.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
So how was work?
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Okay, Great. I love that.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Do you need me to kill anybody?
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Aw.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
She's like, aw. No. And it's because what happened at camp. These two little ankle Biters. All right. These demon children hid my baby's water bottle. And immediately she's upset about it. And she's telling me because I'm like, how was work? She goes, good and kind of bad. I was like, kind of bad.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Why?
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
What happened? These girls were hiding my water bottle. And so it's quiet in the car and I go, do you want me to kill them, Daddy? No.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
And I'm like, too far.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Hold on. All right, my bad. Never run into this. And so, like, it made her laugh. Have. Yeah. So, like, that's been like our thing. And. Yeah, man. I like. It's hard being a girl, dad. Like, teaching a girl to like. Because you guys, combat is mental warfare by a little boy. Be like, push him.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Yeah.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Shut up.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Yeah.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
You know, it's whatever. But like, ladies, it's like, y' all gotta be like, sly.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Yeah.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Because like, a full on fight is like a whole thing, but, like sly. So I like, I gotta like, teach her like kid one liners that don't have curse words.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Yes.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Deal with ladies.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Yeah.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Like, this girl told her she didn't like her shirt. And then I was like, tell her next time just be like, oh, my God, I forgot to care, and walk off.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Right.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
It'll crush her. Yes. She has this friend. I'm put you on blast. She has his friend named Julia. I love Julia because Julia is my dog.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Oh, I love it.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
There's this girl that she didn't want Jordan to be friends with.
Danielle Fishel
Okay.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
The little girl was getting into an argument with a separate little girl. Little girl number three told little girl number two, I hate you. Oh. I was like, oh, my God. But then Julia goes, don't worry, I hate you too. My God. Cursing people out at a fifth grade level. So I'm like, we gotta keep her on the side.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Absolutely. Julia, now that you work for espn, you need her. Those are the kinds of clean comebacks you need.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Yeah. It's weird being a girl, dad, because I can't. I gotta. I gotta like, ask my mom, like, what? Like lady warfare sometimes. Well, she. All in all, she's like. She's got a lot of friends, got good grades, took her to Hawaii because she had a great report card. I was wonderful.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
That is wonderful. I'm also, if you don't mind, I'm gonna steal from you. I'm gonna start asking my sons if they want me to kill people for them. I really. I am.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Because you want me to kill them.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Shall I kill them? Because it's funny you say that when I was a kid. One of the. My mom. I had a mouth on me as a kid. It's amazing. It turned into a podcast, and I would really talk back and get in trouble, and my mom just didn't know what to do with me. And my mom and I had gotten into a fight, and I was in my room, and I was upset and crying, and my dad came in to talk to me about it. And I thought the fact that he was coming in to talk to me meant that I had been. He was siding with me. Like, obviously, he feels bad for me. And so he came in and he was like, I need to talk to you. And I was like, I. And I said, I hate my mom. And he said, okay, I'll get you another mother. What? And I was like, wait, what? And he was like, yeah, no, I get it. You hate her. I don't want you to hate your mom. I'll get you another mother. And then he got up and walked out, and I was, like, scared to death. Wait, wait, wait. No, no. I actually don't want another mother. And I, from that moment on, had to then reel it back. Like, I'm not gonna say things I don't mean. I'm not gonna.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
What a move.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Yeah. I'm not gonna do that, because this is. This was shocking. I just wanted to vent a little, you know, let it out. And so it's funny you say that, because. Yeah. To have the. To bring it down to a realistic level, like, no, dad, it's not that bad.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
It's not that crazy.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
It's not that crazy. Cause sometimes I think I just say things to my kids when they tell me how awful something is. I say, well, then maybe don't hang out with that person anymore. And that doesn't give them the satisfaction. They want to know that I will.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Mom's tripping.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Mom is insane. My mom would kill somebody for me. I want them to, you know, I would go crazy. Absolutely. I really wanted to have a daughter. I. When I wanted to have a boy and a girl. My. I'm a boy and a girl. Not. I am. I have a brother is what I'm trying to. I don't know where I went with. I am a boy and a girl.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
I thought you were drowning.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
That was awesome. I have a boy and a girl. No, I mean, I have a brother. I don't even. Okay. I've also been upset since 4. Just so you know. But. So it was really hard when I found out I was gonna have two sons. I knew I was Gonna have two kids and not have any more. But now when I hear some of the stories about, like, the psychological warfare, I think, you know, I think I'm okay.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Yeah, man.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
My kids just wanna beat each other up. And I am also athletic, so I'm fine with that. Like, I'll wrestle you. I will take you down.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
That's great. And having a girl, any new trend, I have to go find that. She has so many Stanley Cups. It's like, Wayne Gretzky does not have this many Stanley Cups. Squishies, poppets, Anything that smells like anything, right? The Sanrio, the hello Kitty people, they owe me so much money, dude. Like, I want a card, some sort of membership or something. And I, like, I can't stand it because it's nothing that I know, right? Like, there's nothing that I'm like, oh, yeah, this is dope. It's just like. Like parts of the store I would never go to, you know?
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Any chance you could get her into wrestling? Figures.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Hold on.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Okay.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Because when she was about five, a magical moment happened. She saw Bianca Belair.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Yes.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
She saw Alexa Bliss. And she goes, daddy, I want to do that. I said, are you serious? I put her behind the living room curtain so fast cued the music. She came out on her little karaoke machine. Can't cut a promo to save her life, but we're getting there and, you know, talk to the people of whatever town we were in. She whooped my sister's ass for half an hour. Yup. I was the referee. There might have been a couple of mishaps, but, like, yeah, she won. And now whenever, like, it used to be, like, whenever the ladies were on, she. I'd see her. People see her peeping. But it was earlier this year where I was watching wrestling and I know I can hear a second screen of wrestling happening. Like, I can hear, like, it's just off.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
The volume is off.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Yeah. And behind the couch, she's on her iPad watching CM Punk. Drew McIntyre, hell in a Cell. And my sister goes, it's her fourth time watching that match. She calls it. She calls me and says, auntie, what's the match with the blood?
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Oh, that's what it is.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
That's what it is. She. Her favorite match. Yeah.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
I was like, wow, that is so great.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Yeah. Little does she know. Feels pretty cool.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Feels pretty amazing. That's so cool. My kids also can't cut a promo. My. My. My four year old takes, picks up the mic and he goes, You're stinky.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Oh, my God. I'm throwing up in the audience.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
I'm stinky. We could do better. Let's come up with something else. I'm the best wrestler.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Yeah, right. And she was like, you think you're gonna win, but you're not.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
I don't.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
All right. We're getting there, though. Like, we're getting there. We're getting there.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
We gotta get them together. I have almost 7 and almost 5. If we can get your 8 year old to teach my 7 and 5 year old how to do promote. Yes.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
She could be their manager. Yes. We run in a.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Okay. I absolutely love this. Okay. Thank you so much for being here with me, man.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
I loved it.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
This was a real pleasure chatting with you, talking with you.

All I need in my life is to randomly run into you at the Topanga.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
Topanga Mall.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
Yeah. When I was a kid, I used to wish whenever I take the Universal tram that I would see a celebrity like a minion. One day, one day I had a meeting at Universal and the tram went by me, and I was like, damn it. Those people just lived my dream that I've been waiting for my whole life. Right.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
You've made that happen for them.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
But, like, I don't want to be that guy that I was waiting for. So I have to run into you at Topanga.
Danielle Fishel (Host)
I don't know what you do on the weekends, but I spend all of mine either at the baseball field or at the mall.
Danielle's Dad (Guest)
I will make a scene.
Danielle Fishel (Host)

I'm U.S. transportation Secretary Sean Duffy. We all seem to be in a rush these days, from work to driving our kids around. But when you're behind the wheel, please do not speed. A few minutes saved by going faster is never worth the risk. So follow the speed limit, enjoy the drive, maybe bring some snacks for the kids, and know that along the way you're getting quality time with your family. Paid for by NHTSA.

Host: Danielle Fishel
Guest: O’Shea Jackson Jr.
Release Date: April 24, 2026
Podcast: Teen Beat (iHeartPodcasts)
This episode of Teen Beat features Danielle Fishel in a candid and playful conversation with actor and rapper O’Shea Jackson Jr. The theme is nostalgic, light-hearted, and centers on the awkwardness and triumphs of growing up—specifically through embarrassing teenage moments, parenting stories, and pop culture memories. The conversation flows from makeup mishaps and middle school perfuming disasters to parenting dilemmas and a shared love of wrestling.
Listener Story: The Makeup Mishap
O’Shea’s Turn: Axe Body Spray Disaster
Blast from the Past: The Cologne Wars
Wrestling Fandom and Parenting Crossroads
[14:17] Danielle and O’Shea gush about the character Danhausen and discuss wrestling’s hold on their kids.
Danielle and O’Shea joke about encouraging their children to develop pro-wrestling “promo” skills, admitting their kids’ taunts are hilariously pedestrian.
Girl Dad Challenges
Danielle shares a story of her own father’s reverse-psychology when, angry with her mom as a child, she shouted “I hate my mom” and her dad responded, “Okay, I'll get you another mother.” This forced her to reconsider her outburst.
Both hosts reflect on how parenting bonds form via inside jokes and playful loyalty to their kids.
Danielle Fishel (on red carpet glam):
“At events, we, you know, we're all full glammed and everybody's hugging. ... If you're hugging before your red carpet now, you've got face makeup all over. … It is such a mess.” [05:32]
O’Shea Jackson Jr. (on Axe disaster):
“My backpack's wet. Like, I can't take it to any other class. Cause it's just this bag of Axe, like, homework ruined.” [08:15]
Danielle Fishel (on Drakkar Noir):
“There is something about Drakkar Noir that makes me go, is there a teenage boy around?” [08:55]
O’Shea Jackson Jr. (on raising a daughter and Sephora):
“Can you take me to Sephora? And I'm like, oh, my gosh, no… I can't let you get hurt on my watch.” [16:44]
Danielle Fishel (on parental loyalty):
“My mom would kill somebody for me. … I want them to, you know, I would go crazy.” [21:36]
The episode is relatable, funny, and warm, with Danielle and O’Shea trading good-natured jabs and sharing vulnerable moments. They blend nostalgia, pop culture references, and authentic reflections about parenting and adolescence, inviting listeners to both laugh and reminisce along with them.
Danielle thanks O’Shea for his time and encourages listeners to check out his other appearances and projects, hinting at further WWE/wrestling conversations on "No Contest Wrestling." As the episode closes, the feeling is one of camaraderie, honesty, and comfort found in sharing and laughing at old teen wounds together.
