I am calm and at peace with the world around me. My mind is clear and my body is relaxed. I release all tension from my day and embrace tranquility. I am worthy of restful sleep. Each breath I take fills me with peace. I let go of all worries. They drift away with each exhalation. I am wrapped in a cocoon of safety and calm. I know that rest is an antidote to stress. I am in harmony with myself and the universe. My thoughts and feelings are positive. I am surrounded by a calm energy that soothes my soul and brings a restful sleep. I choose to fill my evenings with positivity and calm. My place of sleep is a sanctuary of peace and relaxation. I am safe and I let go of all fears. With every moment I feel more relaxed and at ease. I am grateful for this day and welcome the quiet of the night. My body knows how to rejuvenate itself and prepare for the day ahead. While I sleep, I am deserving of this time of rest. I forgive myself and others allowing peace to fill me up. My mind is free of clutter. There is space for calm. I embrace the silence of the night which brings deep rest. I am centered, balanced and grounded. Calm flows through me with every breath I take. I radiate peace, exuding calm Wherever I am. I am in control of my relaxation and well being. I let go of the past and look forward to a restful night. My sleep is a time for healing and restoration. I am filled with with contentment as I make way for sleep. Each night is a new opportunity to rest well. I allow my body to relax completely.
