Diasporic
Traditional views of history often focus on one community, during one moment, for one period of time. Some histories, however, transcend these familial, geographical, and chronological boundaries – and must be examined that way. For Tani and Joey, this is what it means to be Diasporic. Tani Washington, an African-American, and Joseph Eberle, a Jewish-American, represent two of the most globally recognized Diasporas. Through challenging conversations and candid interviews, these friends investigate the socio-political experiences that have shaped their communities.
