Completely unexpected. Andrew and Tristan have been traveling the world for three years without incident. And every now and again, we'll go into a country and they'll have a question about this outstanding TACA warrant, which is a warrant from the European Union, and we explain the situation. They pull relevant documents, we give them whatever we carry on us, and they say, oh, yeah, you guys are telling the truth, and they let us go. So. But, you know, this time, something more nefarious, something more foul is at play. And that's evidenced by the fact that my guys have been in solitary confinement for the past. What day is today? The past 11 days?

So he wasn't arrested. What happened is when they arrived, Ron DeSantis got on stage and spoke about them in very ignorant fashion. I don't even think that he realized that they were they. That they are American citizen. So he gave this big speech about how Andrew and Trista were not welcome here, meaning Florida. And How. That they were going to open up an investigation. How DeSantis and James Uthmeyer, the state attorney general, we're going to investigate them and see what hooks that they can get into them to make their life hell. We, of course, mocked him and wiped the floor with him because of that. Andrew and Tristan had shown up here in South Florida for the specific purpose of. Of, number one, participating in the defamation lawsuit that we're litigating in Palm beach, and number two, to conduct business because they need to make money. So Ron DeSantis had, as we say, egg on his face. He looked like the complete midget moron that he is, and he's had an axe to grind ever since. And, you know, we are. I've spoken to many people in Washington and in Palm beach, in Tallahassee and in Miami, and this guy's fingerprints are all over it.

When Trump was running for office, whether you love Trump or you hate Trump, the allegations became so many and so egregious, and they reached back so far into the past that everybody just knew it was bullshit, right? And a lot of us took up for Trump at great personal expense. When I voted For Trump in 2016, I was an Obama guy. Before then, I was a part of the liberal establishment in New York. I lost friends, I lost relationships, some that were 10, 15 years old. I lost employment opportunities. You name it, I lost it because I stood on principle and I believe that he was the best guy for the country. I obviously litigated all that stuff during January six when I led the charge on that. And we defended Trump a second time during even more, even arguably times that were more difficult and more unpopular after the insurrection narrative was proffered to the public in 2021. We stood by him. We fought for him during very inconvenient times. I even had an attempt on my life because of it. Right? So we stood with. With Trump because it was the right thing to do. I don't agree with everything Trump says or does, but he's the best guy for our country as far as I'm concerned. Again, you don't have to agree with Andrew or Triston, but if you can, if you can stand with Trump, who's on the record, Saying grab him by the you know what, and having 90 something charges against him and blowing some of those trials and losing and saying, at the end of the day, look, it's a hit job, it's a stitch up job. We all know that this, this did that. They're out to get me and you could still, he could still win in a landslide victory because his messaging and because what he wants to do for our country is more important. The people should see this the same way. It's no different. It is no different. After Trump goes some of the two, two of the most powerful and famous guys you have online to continue the war forward for the America first movement and the pro masculine movement is, of course, Andrew and Tristan Tate.

They don't have any access to any devices, but they have access to their attorneys. So, you know, you don't have to be a genius to figure it out.

I remember the first time you came on the show over two years ago, you talked about solitary confinement and how unethical it was, right?

Yes. Yes, it is. It is torture. Solitary confinement is banned in, like 16 states. It's banned in the European Union and many other countries. It should only be used in the most extreme and egregious situations. You bring a guy in like Hannibal Lecter type, he's not safe to himself, he's not safe to the general public. There are other guys who go to jail and they just want to be alone, right? So they actually request it because they can't function, never mind in society. They can't even function within the economy of a prison system. So they need to be so fine in those situations. Those are the limited exceptions. But anytime you have limited exceptions, bad actors use it as the rule to justify hurting whoever they want. And, you know, prolonged solitary confinement is 15 days or more of captivity, and Andrew and Tristan are in 11 days. Prolonged solitary confinement under the Nelson Mandela rules is a, is a bar none on its face, violation of your human rights, of your human Rights, your human dignity, your constitutional rights, and your rights under every country in the world who's worth its soul. So the fact that these guys are going to be in past 15 days is the objective reality is, is that the human rights are being violated despite the fact that they've never even been convicted of a crime. It's, it's, it's horrible.

Yeah, I thought that was odd. Have you ever seen a non violent person go straight to solitary after they got arrested before?

Only in the January six cases. Well, here's what I'll say. Sometimes, often when you go into the federal prison system and other prison systems, you go through what's called a classification process. And sometimes they have to put you in administrative segregation, which is a fancy name for solitary for a day or two in order to make sure that you're not crazy, in order to make sure that you're not diseased, in order to make sure that you're not detoxing, and you need to go to the infirmary. But once the classification process is stopped, you're normally let into general population, you're released from solitary confinement. And that of course hasn't happened here. And this is what I mean. One of our mantras with Andrew and Tristan's case since day one is the process is the punishment. They use the process to deprive you of your liberty in violation of your due process rights. What does due process mean? In criminal cases and in proceedings where your liberty is at stake, you have to have a hearing, you have to have your day in court before you can be deprived of your liberty. When they put you in a cell, before you've been deprived of your liberty, especially in solitary confinement as a mere detainee, it's a clear violation of your constitutional human rights. And that's what's happened here.

Yeah, I was pretty shocked with the way he's been treated in there. He's saying no water, very little food. I guess I was naive to the American prison system. I thought ours were better than third world countries. But it sounds like it's even worse than Romania's prison.

The American prison system is one of the worst prison systems in the world. It's very, very bad. They're drinking shower water in a five by seven cell. If that, they don't have a, they don't have a chair. Right. So if, if, if, if Andrew wants to sit down, they have, you know, you've been to a city, whether it's New York, Dallas, Miami, in front of the buildings, they have sort of these, these, these black Metal blocks that keep people from driving bikes and vehicles in. They have like a concrete stubborn. You can sit on that if you want, obviously. Who the hell wants to sit on that? Andrew 6:3, Tristan 6:5 respectively. And the beds aren't big enough. I'm 6:1. The beds aren't big enough for me. They're certainly not big enough for you. So Tristan's got to sleep like sitting up half the time. Yeah, it's horrible. They don't have the ability to turn the lights on and off. There's not proper ventilation. They've been out a total of three days since they've been in. So they've been out three days. They've been given one hour each day. So that's a total of three hours over the course of 11 days. That's, that's, that's inhumane. It's disgusting. It's wrong in terms of access to commissary communication with the outside world. They haven't been given it. It's only us. So we're here. I'm right across the street. Walk over to the jail. Both myself and co counsel over here, we're going to see them twice a day, every day to check in on them. And you know, we're not going to disappear until, until the, the war has been won.

I can't believe this is legal. Has anyone tried like suing this prisoner in the past?

This prison's been sued. All you got to do is Google FDC Miami Federal Detention Center Miami in conditions of confinement and lawsuits and it'll pop. It'll pop up all over the place. You know, when you are an indigent person, a poor person, when you are a minority person, especially if you're black or Latino in this country, you routinely go through horrible shit in the prison system. And because you don't have a platform and because you don't have the money or the lawyers to speak out to advocate, nobody really ever hears their story. But if you just Google this prison and if you Google other prisons like it, but since this is FTC Miami, you'll see some stuff just from a couple months ago where people like this place is hell on earth. My, my father, who's an immigrant who's lived in this country for 20 years, was just picked up and now they're threatening to deport him to wherever and hold. Holding him here with murderers. How is that? How is that okay? It's not okay. So the system, especially the federal and the state system, the government, especially with the prison system, doesn't have an appropriate check on it. Checks and balances. So unless there's, like, a lawyer or a team of people really going after it, nothing really happens. These people suffer in silence. And sometimes when you're a person of note or celebrity, like Andrew and Tristan, they do it even worse to you because, you know, they get to go home and tell their buddies, I tortured Tristan Tate tonight. And that's just. It's bad. It's bad all the way around.

Yeah, sure. What did you think about the actual arrest video? Those went pretty viral by the marshals. It seemed pretty unorthodox. Right.

Look, the marshals showed up hard body. They scoped out the area. I went down there and I checked out the area. I interviewed people. I took pictures before they threw me off the property. The marshals were in the building when they went there. So they worked in conjunction with the people at the event. It was either the people who were hosting the bare knuckle boxing. I. Probably not them, but certainly, you know, if it wasn't them, it had to be the people who are running. Running the property there. So the U.S. marshals were you sort of, you know, VIP. You know, you go to the UFC, you go to the back entrance right there at the T Mobile Center. Right. You don't necessarily go through the front or power slab, whatever it is, if you're a vip. So you go to the back, and usually you just get whisked in. And we had. Once there was one place they wanted to go through, but they made us go through a secondary location, and it was sort of a choking point. And once they got it to that point, marshals came in from around the corner and from in the building. They did everything but paratroop down from the roof. They were there, they were waiting. And, you know, it's unfortunate. It's bad for everybody involved. I believe Andrew and John Jones were supposed to host it. Jon Jones had to host it by himself.

No, no, I wasn't with him. Nope. Nope. I was at home in New York. My mom and dad had come up for. To spend a month with us and, you know, children's babies, parties. Got a couple of my two. I got four kids, my two sons. Their. Their birthdays are in the summer, so everybody was up for that. And I got the call, and I was like, oh, I gotta go. I haven't been home since the 18th.

This has to be the most stressed you've been in a while. I'd imagine.

Yeah. You know, it's. Look, I've been here before. January 6th. January 6th. I wound up getting an apartment in D.C. and living there for three years because I was there for so much. Back and forth to New York. Now I'm back and forth to Miami. I've been back and forth to Romania, Dubai. It's stressful because two guys who I know love and appreciate are suffering tremendously a block from me. And there's not, you know, if I can go in there and bust them out, I would, but, you know, I got to do. I got to do it this way.

What are some important dates for people to keep in mind? What are. What are the latest things that are going to happen here over the.

August. August 5th. Our papers are due. August 10th, I believe the government's papers are due. And then August 13th, we're going to argue bail. The United Kingdom has until September 16th to produce its documents for the extradition. Our position is this. They've been accused of some pretty bad things, but none of the accusers have been identified. We just have. We have ghosts, we have phantoms, and we have the names of a prosecutor and a member of the Crown Prosecuting Service. And in England who hates the brothers, they've long been on the record saying they hate them and they've got an ax to grind. Without more, they'll walk on extradition. They just. They have to provide something else. Their position is going to be, we don't need to provide you anything under the treaty. Our position is going to be, that's nice, but you need to make a sufficient probable cause showing here in the United States in order for them to go, and you haven't done that. They're not going to give their papers probably to the last day, because they're just going to be scumbags about it. So our position at the bail hearing is going to be, look, there's no reason for these guys to sit in solitary confinement for, you know, 60 days. This is insane. Let them out. They've been traveling the world for the past three years. They have conditions under which they've been released in Romania. It doesn't matter if they're in Australia, Antarctica, the North Pole, they make. They fly back to Romania every month to check in, and they've never missed a beat. The government's going to say there are flight risks. We're going to say that's a speculative analysis. Normally that's something you forecast. We had three years of compliance in Romania saying that they're not a Flight risk. You had every reason to let them out and no reason to keep them in, especially given their conditions of confinement. So, you know, for those reasons and so many more, we'll be asking for their release.

It's so crazy to me that someone could just charge you or accuse you for grape or essay and they could stay anonymous. Like, that blows my mind.

That's England. That's not here. And the thing is, is there's a pattern that's been going on for years. In England, they were accused of SA a long time ago. And in England, when you're accused of essay, the phone, the government will take the phones of the accusers as evidence. So they went through the girls phones and they found, basically, let's extort Andrew Tate. And they declined to prosecute. They closed the case in Romania. The girl from Florida who went to Romania was there for six days, you know, after she found out that she wasn't going to be Tristan's one and only love. And Tristan had, you know, a bunch of girls over there. She accused him of human trafficking. We dug into that and we sued her for defamation. We've survived motions to dismiss, and we're in discovery because defamation claims is meritorious. It means to some extent that we have already shown a case that she was lying. So there's a pattern of women trying to extort these men. And that's not unique to Andrew and Triste. It's part and parcel to being a successful man in the world that we live in today. To your point. So you can be accused of these types of allegations at any place, at any point and at any time, and if you don't have a competent attorney who's willing to fight for you under controversial circumstances while simultaneously protecting your reputation, you're going to be in trouble. And that's why they use this as a mechanism to extort men, because sometimes the men will just rather pay than deal with it. And when they don't, this is what happens.

Absolutely. Yeah. And you and I both know how hard it is to win a defamation case. So the fact that you passed that already is huge.

Yeah, man, we're doing great. And they know, they know we're, you know, we haven't lost the material hearing in that case in three years, so it's not looking good for the other side. I can't, you know, I'm not forecasting for the judge or saying anything improper about the case. But, you know, my educated guess is we know. I think we're going to come out on top in that situation. And, you know, they want to rob us of that opportunity because of, you know, the scumbags who are in the United Kingdom and the people. Let me make this very clear. And the American government who hate Andrew and Tristan Tate's message, it's not so much about anything they've done. They can't stomach the fact that these guys say what they say and do what they do and have so much love, admiration and respect, and they don't come from the upper crust of society. Society. So there's a group of cosplaying Republicans, some men, mostly women in the White House and in Washington, who dress up and pretend to be conservatives, but they're some of the most hardcore feminists you could ever meet in your life. And they absolutely hate Andrew and Tristan.

And Andrew defended Trump, and during very, very difficult times, he could have just went the other way and made his life easier, because it would have been easier during that time. But he stood up for Trump. He called Trump America's last great hope and has been on the record saying that if Trump loses, the world is over. And he celebrated Trump's victory, and he's been. Because Andrew is pro Trump, he's pro America, and he's pro male and human rights and pro free speech, and those are the things that Trump is and has been and hopefully still remains to be.

No. Right now, the policy is don't touch this. There are, of course, elections coming up, and, you know, Top Blanche is going to be confirmed soon. There are. There are elections coming up in D.C. and in D.C. it's. It's the place of favors in political capital and politics. And in politics, one of the rules is, what have you done for me lately? And number two, what's going to happen to me if I help you? So, you know, it'll be interesting to see how things shake out. But if things don't work out with bail or with extradition, the boys can't be extradited without the Secretary of State signing off on that. The Secretary of State is, of course, Marco Rubio. Right. Look, Marco Rubio has A son who plays football in college in Florida right Now, one allegation against his son and his son's life is over. Right? That is how quick. And we've all seen that. We saw it play out with the football players. Player at USC who lost his entire life was subsequently exonerated. Trevor Bauer and the MLB and all these other players, they're targeted on a regular basis because of who they are, who they're connected to. So, you know, you know, you're setting a standard here. You're either going to say that this is okay for men to be extorted, or it's not. Free speech either stands or it doesn't. We stand with American citizens in times of convenience and inconvenience. And the Constitution applies to everybody or nobody. We would never extradite somebody to North Korea knowing that they were going to be executed. And we shouldn't extradite Andrew and Tristan Tate to the United Kingdom knowing that they'll be executed as well. Because, make no mistake about it, they want to lock them up in some horrible prison and make sure that they get murdered every time somebody likens them or compares them to Epstein. Which what they're doing is they're saying these guys are so bad that they deserve to be put in orange jumpsuit and hung in their prison cells. That is fundamentally evil and wrong.

No, no, it doesn't really work that way. In the federal system, we have to prove special circumstances. If we can prove that, then we have to come up with a place for them to stay. And the numbers kind of doesn't really matter. It's that if the. If the judge says yes, we'll have everything lined up, you know, in terms of where they need to be, supervision, house arrest, whatever it is. All that stuff's already been squared away by our team. Right now we're working on drafting up the motions to get them in by the fifth. But, you know, one of the unfair things about the motion drafting process is, you know, how can we attack properly if we haven't been told what the hell's going on?

But, you know, I mean, look, think about the Julian Assanges of the world and the Snowdens. Every, every time there's a situation like this, governments tend to make the wrong decision. I hope they've learned from Snowden. I hope they learn from Assange. Freedom fighters and whistleblowers are an important part of society and they should be protected. They shouldn't be betrayed or raped over the coast for doing what's, what's the right thing?

I think, I think that there's a gentleman who was fast tracked and promoted from Jacksonville, Florida into the Department of Justice. Duval, something like that. I can't remember his name right now. You know, he's a conservative guy, but he's a DeSantis guy. There are lots of DeSantis people at work here in the federal DOJ and in the state police. These are law enforcement agencies, state and federal. We work together hand in glove all the time. They have various kinds of joint task force. Everybody who, who I have spoken to, and I've spoken to some high level people and some high level operatives, they all said that this was that Andrew and Tristan are pawns at a much higher political game and sure they're going to serve him up to the uk, but the decision as to whether or not to extradite them, which is a Rubio Trump decision, is what they're trying to force to make it hard for Trump. But Abe Hamade will be the first guy to say, hey, count him among the men and women who spoke first. Why do I say that? Because it's the other counterpart, a woman, a female congressman. She's a. I can't remember her name, but she's a nut job socialist psychopath feminist who hates America, hates men from Arizona. Has subsequently called for Baron Trump to be investigated for his ties to the manosphere and so on and so forth. So, oh yeah, it's all over the place. So here's the thing. If, if President Trump and Marco Rubio, who have children who are young, are thinking that they, they may be thinking, oh, after this, I make the right decision, I do this, I get rid of them, I'll be safe. They're coming for your children. They literally sing songs about it. How we're coming for your children. And if you think, if you think that they're not going to come for your children when this is all said and done, when you're not out of office, well, they just show their hand. But, you know, this time, something more nefarious, something more foul is at play. And that's evidenced by the fact that my guys have been in solitary confinement for the past. What day is today? The past 11 days?

Of, number one, participating in the defamation lawsuit that we're litigating in Palm beach, and number two, to conduct business because they need to make money. So Ron DeSantis had, as we say, egg on his face. He looked like the complete midget moron that he is, and he's had an axe to grind ever since. And, you know, we are. I've spoken to many people in Washington and in Palm beach, in Tallahassee and in Miami, and this guy's fingerprints are all over it.

And a lot of us took up for Trump at great personal expense. When I voted For Trump in 2016, I was an Obama guy. Before then, I was a part of the liberal establishment in New York. I lost friends, I lost relationships, some that were 10, 15 years old. I lost employment opportunities. You name it, I lost it because I stood on principle and I believe that he was the best guy for the country. I obviously litigated all that stuff during January six when I led the charge on that. And we defended Trump a second time during even more, even arguably times that were more difficult and more unpopular after the insurrection narrative was proffered to the public in 2021. We stood by him. We fought for him during very inconvenient times. I even had an attempt on my life because of it. Right? So we stood with. With Trump because it was the right thing to do. I don't agree with everything Trump says or does, but he's the best guy for our country as far as I'm concerned. Again, you don't have to agree with Andrew or Triston, but if you can, if you can stand with Trump, who's on the record, Saying grab him by the you know what, and having 90 something charges against him and blowing some of those trials and losing and saying, at the end of the day, look, it's a hit job, it's a stitch up job. We all know that this, this did that. They're out to get me and you could still, he could still win in a landslide victory because his messaging and because what he wants to do for our country is more important. I remember the first time you came on the show over two years ago, you talked about solitary confinement and how unethical it was, right?

Yes. Yes, it is. It is torture. Solitary confinement is banned in, like 16 states. It's banned in the European Union and many other countries. It should only be used in the most extreme and egregious situations. You bring a guy in like Hannibal Lecter type, he's not safe to himself, he's not safe to the general public. There are other guys who go to jail and they just want to be alone, right? So they actually request it because they can't function, never mind in society. They can't even function within the economy of a prison system. So they need to be so fine in those situations. Those are the limited exceptions. But anytime you have limited exceptions, bad actors use it as the rule to justify hurting whoever they want. And, you know, prolonged solitary confinement is 15 days or more of captivity, and Andrew and Tristan are in 11 days. Prolonged solitary confinement under the Nelson Mandela rules is a, is a bar none on its face, violation of your human rights, of your human Rights, your human dignity, your constitutional rights, and your rights under every country in the world who's worth its soul. So the fact that these guys are going to be in past 15 days is the objective reality is, is that the human rights are being violated despite the fact that they've never even been convicted of a crime. It's, it's, it's horrible.

Only in the January six cases. Well, here's what I'll say. Sometimes, often when you go into the federal prison system and other prison systems, you go through what's called a classification process. And sometimes they have to put you in administrative segregation, which is a fancy name for solitary for a day or two in order to make sure that you're not crazy, in order to make sure that you're not diseased, in order to make sure that you're not detoxing, and you need to go to the infirmary. But once the classification process is stopped, you're normally let into general population, you're released from solitary confinement. And that of course hasn't happened here. And this is what I mean. One of our mantras with Andrew and Tristan's case since day one is the process is the punishment. They use the process to deprive you of your liberty in violation of your due process rights. What does due process mean? In criminal cases and in proceedings where your liberty is at stake, you have to have a hearing, you have to have your day in court before you can be deprived of your liberty. When they put you in a cell, before you've been deprived of your liberty, especially in solitary confinement as a mere detainee, it's a clear violation of your constitutional human rights. And that's what's happened here.

Yeah, I was pretty shocked with the way he's been treated in there. He's saying no water, very little food. I guess I was naive to the American prison system. I thought ours were better than third world countries. But it sounds like it's even worse than Romania's prison.

The American prison system is one of the worst prison systems in the world. It's very, very bad. They're drinking shower water in a five by seven cell. If that, they don't have a, they don't have a chair. Right. So if, if, if, if Andrew wants to sit down, they have, you know, you've been to a city, whether it's New York, Dallas, Miami, in front of the buildings, they have sort of these, these, these black Metal blocks that keep people from driving bikes and vehicles in. They have like a concrete stubborn. You can sit on that if you want, obviously. Who the hell wants to sit on that? Andrew 6:3, Tristan 6:5 respectively. And the beds aren't big enough. I'm 6:1. The beds aren't big enough for me. They're certainly not big enough for you. So Tristan's got to sleep like sitting up half the time. Yeah, it's horrible. They don't have the ability to turn the lights on and off. There's not proper ventilation. They've been out a total of three days since they've been in. So they've been out three days. They've been given one hour each day. So that's a total of three hours over the course of 11 days. That's, that's, that's inhumane. It's disgusting. It's wrong in terms of access to commissary communication with the outside world. They haven't been given it. It's only us. So we're here. I'm right across the street. Walk over to the jail. Both myself and co counsel over here, we're going to see them twice a day, every day to check in on them. And you know, we're not going to disappear until, until the, the war has been won.

This prison's been sued. All you got to do is Google FDC Miami Federal Detention Center Miami in conditions of confinement and lawsuits and it'll pop. It'll pop up all over the place. You know, when you are an indigent person, a poor person, when you are a minority person, especially if you're black or Latino in this country, you routinely go through horrible shit in the prison system. And because you don't have a platform and because you don't have the money or the lawyers to speak out to advocate, nobody really ever hears their story. But if you just Google this prison and if you Google other prisons like it, but since this is FTC Miami, you'll see some stuff just from a couple months ago where people like this place is hell on earth. My, my father, who's an immigrant who's lived in this country for 20 years, was just picked up and now they're threatening to deport him to wherever and hold. Holding him here with murderers. How is that? How is that okay? It's not okay. So the system, especially the federal and the state system, the government, especially with the prison system, doesn't have an appropriate check on it. Checks and balances. So unless there's, like, a lawyer or a team of people really going after it, nothing really happens. These people suffer in silence. And sometimes when you're a person of note or celebrity, like Andrew and Tristan, they do it even worse to you because, you know, they get to go home and tell their buddies, I tortured Tristan Tate tonight. And that's just. It's bad. It's bad all the way around.

Yeah, sure. What did you think about the actual arrest video? Those went pretty viral by the marshals. It seemed pretty unorthodox. Right.

Look, the marshals showed up hard body. They scoped out the area. I went down there and I checked out the area. I interviewed people. I took pictures before they threw me off the property. The marshals were in the building when they went there. So they worked in conjunction with the people at the event. It was either the people who were hosting the bare knuckle boxing. I. Probably not them, but certainly, you know, if it wasn't them, it had to be the people who are running. Running the property there. So the U.S. marshals were you sort of, you know, VIP. You know, you go to the UFC, you go to the back entrance right there at the T Mobile Center. Right. You don't necessarily go through the front or power slab, whatever it is, if you're a vip. So you go to the back, and usually you just get whisked in. And we had. Once there was one place they wanted to go through, but they made us go through a secondary location, and it was sort of a choking point. And once they got it to that point, marshals came in from around the corner and from in the building. They did everything but paratroop down from the roof. They were there, they were waiting. And, you know, it's unfortunate. It's bad for everybody involved. I believe Andrew and John Jones were supposed to host it. Jon Jones had to host it by himself.

No, no, I wasn't with him. Nope. Nope. I was at home in New York. My mom and dad had come up for. To spend a month with us and, you know, children's babies, parties. Got a couple of my two. I got four kids, my two sons. Their. Their birthdays are in the summer, so everybody was up for that. And I got the call, and I was like, oh, I gotta go. I haven't been home since the 18th.

Yeah. You know, it's. Look, I've been here before. January 6th. January 6th. I wound up getting an apartment in D.C. and living there for three years because I was there for so much. Back and forth to New York. Now I'm back and forth to Miami. I've been back and forth to Romania, Dubai. It's stressful because two guys who I know love and appreciate are suffering tremendously a block from me. And there's not, you know, if I can go in there and bust them out, I would, but, you know, I got to do. I got to do it this way.

What are some important dates for people to keep in mind? What are. What are the latest things that are going to happen here over the.

August. August 5th. Our papers are due. August 10th, I believe the government's papers are due. And then August 13th, we're going to argue bail. The United Kingdom has until September 16th to produce its documents for the extradition. Our position is this. They've been accused of some pretty bad things, but none of the accusers have been identified. We just have. We have ghosts, we have phantoms, and we have the names of a prosecutor and a member of the Crown Prosecuting Service. And in England who hates the brothers, they've long been on the record saying they hate them and they've got an ax to grind. Without more, they'll walk on extradition. They just. They have to provide something else. Their position is going to be, we don't need to provide you anything under the treaty. Our position is going to be, that's nice, but you need to make a sufficient probable cause showing here in the United States in order for them to go, and you haven't done that. They're not going to give their papers probably to the last day, because they're just going to be scumbags about it. So our position at the bail hearing is going to be, look, there's no reason for these guys to sit in solitary confinement for, you know, 60 days. This is insane. Let them out. They've been traveling the world for the past three years. They have conditions under which they've been released in Romania. It doesn't matter if they're in Australia, Antarctica, the North Pole, they make. They fly back to Romania every month to check in, and they've never missed a beat. The government's going to say there are flight risks. We're going to say that's a speculative analysis. Normally that's something you forecast. We had three years of compliance in Romania saying that they're not a Flight risk. You had every reason to let them out and no reason to keep them in, especially given their conditions of confinement. So, you know, for those reasons and so many more, we'll be asking for their release.

That's England. That's not here. And the thing is, is there's a pattern that's been going on for years. In England, they were accused of SA a long time ago. And in England, when you're accused of essay, the phone, the government will take the phones of the accusers as evidence. So they went through the girls phones and they found, basically, let's extort Andrew Tate. And they declined to prosecute. They closed the case in Romania. The girl from Florida who went to Romania was there for six days, you know, after she found out that she wasn't going to be Tristan's one and only love. And Tristan had, you know, a bunch of girls over there. She accused him of human trafficking. We dug into that and we sued her for defamation. We've survived motions to dismiss, and we're in discovery because defamation claims is meritorious. It means to some extent that we have already shown a case that she was lying. So there's a pattern of women trying to extort these men. And that's not unique to Andrew and Triste. It's part and parcel to being a successful man in the world that we live in today. To your point. So you can be accused of these types of allegations at any place, at any point and at any time, and if you don't have a competent attorney who's willing to fight for you under controversial circumstances while simultaneously protecting your reputation, you're going to be in trouble. And that's why they use this as a mechanism to extort men, because sometimes the men will just rather pay than deal with it. And when they don't, this is what happens.

Yeah, man, we're doing great. And they know, they know we're, you know, we haven't lost the material hearing in that case in three years, so it's not looking good for the other side. I can't, you know, I'm not forecasting for the judge or saying anything improper about the case. But, you know, my educated guess is we know. I think we're going to come out on top in that situation. And, you know, they want to rob us of that opportunity because of, you know, the scumbags who are in the United Kingdom and the people. Let me make this very clear. And the American government who hate Andrew and Tristan Tate's message, it's not so much about anything they've done. They can't stomach the fact that these guys say what they say and do what they do and have so much love, admiration and respect, and they don't come from the upper crust of society. Society. So there's a group of cosplaying Republicans, some men, mostly women in the White House and in Washington, who dress up and pretend to be conservatives, but they're some of the most hardcore feminists you could ever meet in your life. And they absolutely hate Andrew and Tristan.

And Andrew defended Trump, and during very, very difficult times, he could have just went the other way and made his life easier, because it would have been easier during that time. But he stood up for Trump. He called Trump America's last great hope and has been on the record saying that if Trump loses, the world is over. And he celebrated Trump's victory, and he's been. Because Andrew is pro Trump, he's pro America, and he's pro male and human rights and pro free speech, and those are the things that Trump is and has been and hopefully still remains to be.

No. Right now, the policy is don't touch this. There are, of course, elections coming up, and, you know, Top Blanche is going to be confirmed soon. There are. There are elections coming up in D.C. and in D.C. it's. It's the place of favors in political capital and politics. And in politics, one of the rules is, what have you done for me lately? And number two, what's going to happen to me if I help you? So, you know, it'll be interesting to see how things shake out. But if things don't work out with bail or with extradition, the boys can't be extradited without the Secretary of State signing off on that. The Secretary of State is, of course, Marco Rubio. Right. Look, Marco Rubio has A son who plays football in college in Florida right Now, one allegation against his son and his son's life is over. Right? That is how quick. And we've all seen that. We saw it play out with the football players. Player at USC who lost his entire life was subsequently exonerated. Trevor Bauer and the MLB and all these other players, they're targeted on a regular basis because of who they are, who they're connected to. So, you know, you know, you're setting a standard here. You're either going to say that this is okay for men to be extorted, or it's not. Free speech either stands or it doesn't. We stand with American citizens in times of convenience and inconvenience. And the Constitution applies to everybody or nobody. We would never extradite somebody to North Korea knowing that they were going to be executed. And we shouldn't extradite Andrew and Tristan Tate to the United Kingdom knowing that they'll be executed as well. Because, make no mistake about it, they want to lock them up in some horrible prison and make sure that they get murdered every time somebody likens them or compares them to Epstein. Which what they're doing is they're saying these guys are so bad that they deserve to be put in orange jumpsuit and hung in their prison cells. That is fundamentally evil and wrong.

No, no, it doesn't really work that way. In the federal system, we have to prove special circumstances. If we can prove that, then we have to come up with a place for them to stay. And the numbers kind of doesn't really matter. It's that if the. If the judge says yes, we'll have everything lined up, you know, in terms of where they need to be, supervision, house arrest, whatever it is. All that stuff's already been squared away by our team. Right now we're working on drafting up the motions to get them in by the fifth. But, you know, one of the unfair things about the motion drafting process is, you know, how can we attack properly if we haven't been told what the hell's going on?

I think, I think that there's a gentleman who was fast tracked and promoted from Jacksonville, Florida into the Department of Justice. Duval, something like that. I can't remember his name right now. You know, he's a conservative guy, but he's a DeSantis guy. There are lots of DeSantis people at work here in the federal DOJ and in the state police. These are law enforcement agencies, state and federal. We work together hand in glove all the time. They have various kinds of joint task force. Everybody who, who I have spoken to, and I've spoken to some high level people and some high level operatives, they all said that this was that Andrew and Tristan are pawns at a much higher political game and sure they're going to serve him up to the uk, but the decision as to whether or not to extradite them, which is a Rubio Trump decision, is what they're trying to force to make it hard for Trump. If Trump and Rubio say don't extradite, DeSantis uses this when he runs and he says, look, he defends this type of guys. Or if Trump and Rubio do extradite, then they run and they spin it some other way. And they don't protect American citizens, they don't protect free speech. So this is designed to hurt them in the midterms and to hurt them in the forthcoming election in 2028. Oh, yeah.

But Abe Hamade will be the first guy to say, hey, count him among the men and women who spoke first. Why do I say that? Because it's the other counterpart, a woman, a female congressman. She's a. I can't remember her name, but she's a nut job socialist psychopath feminist who hates America, hates men from Arizona. Has subsequently called for Baron Trump to be investigated for his ties to the manosphere and so on and so forth. So, oh yeah, it's all over the place. So here's the thing. If, if President Trump and Marco Rubio, who have children who are young, are thinking that they, they may be thinking, oh, after this, I make the right decision, I do this, I get rid of them, I'll be safe. They're coming for your children. They literally sing songs about it. How we're coming for your children. And if you think, if you think that they're not going to come for your children when this is all said and done, when you're not out of office, well, they just show their hand. They just showed their hand immediately. Day one, we're going to come for Baron. Investigate them. That is them saying that the war is forever, it is endless, and it'll never stop. So if they think that they're safe going forward, and if they think that they can do this without us, I just don't know what they're smoking. We have some of the most powerful voices online on the Internet, everywhere in the world. We're grateful to be aligned with the current party who's in power, but, you know, the idea that we could willingly be turned over to some despotic regime who wants to punish these guys for free speech is un American and unconscionable. And I for one, hope it doesn't happen.

This is freedom against despotism. It is the United States versus the United Kingdom. And if you're America first, whether you're a Republican or a Democrat, you gotta ride with the Constitution of the United States. And you gotta make sure these guys don't get sent to a European uk, a gulag with a. With a. They lock them away and they throw away the key simply because they say men should be men and women should be women. Give me a break.
