So what happens is, is why it's so good for sleep is because our brain tries to figure out the bandwidths that are pinging it at faster speed and faster bandwidths, faster waveforms, so they don't get in these deeper twilight sleep. They go into twilight sleep, they don't get into the deeper restorative sleeps. So you're not getting into delta theta sleep as much because of all the electricity in and around your home. But then when you put the grounding bag in your environment, it allows you to get grounded. It creates a coherence with all the other waveforms and you start to get in those deeper sleep states. So animals love it because they can hear these waveforms that most humans can't hear. It's at that frequency that is disrupting our sleep, but we just don't hear it and they can. Really? How does it do that?

Because their radiation, their ionized waveforms.

So it basically depolarizes us chips away at our vitality, our life force. But the sterility is one thing. I mean, Sean, think about a laptop. Yeah, let's put a battery with a router over your reproductive organs. That's a recipe for fertility. I don't think so.

You think those chips work on those devices, like anti EMF chips on the laptops and phones?
Sean
You know, I'm not a fan of manufacturing frequencies to overpower the other modified frequencies for EMF protection. When you're doing em for rife machines, for healing, for sound beds or PMFs for short term healing they're great but for EMF protection they get overrun. They they don't work if at all or for very long and they get overrun. And so the nature has the most incredible healing potential and we're one with her resonance. So nobody does it better than nature. So that's what we do. We just look to nature.

Down through meters you can get a Milagauss meter and meter electricity and Sean. Those meters are measure the speed of the waveform in 50 to 60 waves per second and when we're in a Delta or theta brainwave state will convert everything to a wave per second. So you understand it. We're about one or below one to eight hertz or waves per second. When we're in that deep restorative rapid eye movement, the REM sleep and Then so electricity is just a little faster at 50 to 60, but it's a one directional waveform. And so it's still disruptive, it causes a vibration. Dirty electricity is the second level and that is in the 4,000 to 100,000 waves per second spectrum. But that measures the static in your home and in amps to volts. And so if you have a dim switch and it's attempting to give you the level of lighting you're requesting, there'll be static in that line. And that's what the dirty electricity does, that causes static. Then you go into the wireless spectrum, which is the third spectrum. Essentially electricity and magnetic are the first ones, I lump them together. But then the third would be wireless signals. And wireless are all everything. The smart meters and the all smart devices, wifi, all the cell tower satellites, they're in the millimeter wave spectrum at 50 million waves per second on up into the billions of waves per second.

Holy crap. So that's just entering your body?
Sean
Entering. What happens is it enters your biofield, which affects the chemistry of our body. So as Bruce Lipton will say, you can't have energy in your body. We can't have chemistry without energy. So it's the biofield first, our energy field, which goes out every direction, about 6 to 8ft. We won't have chemistry if we didn't have that. So it's basically affecting our energy field because it's a one directional waveform. It's different than we're made on scalar waves that distribute equally in every direction. And then that messes with the chemistry of our body.

Wow, that's insane. And is that disrupting hormones, everything?
Sean
It's an endocrine disruptor for sure. What we're seeing the first levels is Dr. Martin Paul will say EMFs disrupt the voltage gated calcium channels. And those are four big words to say. That's a gateway for your cells to derive energy. So if that's disrupted, you have cell and DNA damage. You're letting positive calcium into a negative cell. That's not good. And then it'll break down. The body breaks down an array of different ways. The three levels I share them as is level one is all cognitive. So lack of focus, memory, anxiety, headaches, behavioral challenges. Sleep is probably the biggest one that our grounding bags help with. And then you go into level two would be what we saw in the Havana cohort, which was the first attack of US embassy workers on foreign soil with microwave radiation. And so that's more severe, non trauma concussion symptoms, nausea, vomiting, Muscle twitches to seizures, rashes on the skin, bloody noses, ringing in the ear. And then you go into the bigs. Cancer, suicide, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, and which is now type 4 diabetes. They're saying it's the next level of diabetes.

And then cardiovascular disease, and then obviously what we said is infertility.
Justin
Right. And that's a big one. Infertility and miscarriages. A lot of those lately.
Sean
Definitely scary stuff. Yeah. Anyone looking to get pregnant, stay away from the emf. And especially if you do get pregnant, avoid being on wireless devices and driving electric cars, especially for the first two trimesters.
Justin
Right. But if you have this bag, will that offset some of it?
Sean
Yeah. So that's the whole thing is we're here. Yeah, We're. We're. This is the week of the all the tech.

Yeah. So CES is in full swing, and this technology is not going away. So these products are meant and designed to first learn a proximity and usage protocol with technology, but then coexist with it. I think there's something in there that just messes with the food.

Yeah, they're dehydrating it. It's. It's radiation. It's literally ionized radiation. So it's killing all the molecules in there. So it's creating a thermal effect from the inside out, which destructures water and it dehydrates it. So I'm already seeing. And I'm a performance coach, soon to be naturopathic doctor. I'm already seeing epidemic levels of chronic dehydration with our professional athletes.

And so everybody's already there. I think the whole. As a whole, our entire population is chronically dehydrated. From a few different things. Lack of hydration, lack of quality hydration. Obviously the radiation in our environment and then, and then the next element would be the chemtrails. They're the. With barium and strontium and barium dehydrates our fascia. So the way to counter it is to get silica back in your system and diatomaceous earth, get the good minerals back in your system.
Justin
Wow. What foods have. Have those in it? Silica and stuff?
Sean
Well, you can get silica in homeopathic pellets. Human Garage makes a great supplement that you could take as well.
Justin

Yeah. Gary Lineham. And I mean their products are awesome. That's fantastic. And you can, you can get a lot of minerals from the plants.

Yeah. I take electrolytes but now there's some concerning things with some of those brands they're finding heavy metals in the electrolytes.
Sean
Yeah. And I'm not too concerned with that in a big way. Some of the salts they're saying, oh there's heavy metals that. Well, there's heavy metal compounds in most of our ground and most of the soil. They're naturally occurring. So that's the thing. It's. It's what levels of them would be the concerning question and are they inorganic? And I have a feeling most of the salts like the Celtic Sea salt, I've taken that for years. I don't feel it has the too high of a. Of a metal count. Even though it's been these, you know, these salts are being touted as that.

I saw that video.
Sean
Well, muscle test people and I'll get two granules of the, of the salt and I can rehydrate someone. They. They test strong instantly and they're not. They wouldn't be testing that way if it weren't benefiting them positively.
Justin
That's good to know because that video did scare me. I think it was Dr. Pompa. Yeah. With the Celtic Sea salts and it was like metals in it so I stopped eating it. But you're sounding like it's pretty safe.
Sean

So it's super clean and good. And. And if you want to structure something, you could tap on the bag or that'll restructure anything. But you just gotta. You gotta find spring water that's natural, that has minerals in it that's alive. And what happens is, is it goes. When you're going through springs, it's going through a Fibonacci sequence as it's flowing. So it has structure to it. And what we're talking about is this radiation destructures that. And then our bodies don't know what to do with it. And so there's a typical honeycomb shape to these things that. That our bodies just are like, oh, they grab onto it.

Yeah. A lot of people get sick when they travel. Is that from the excess radiation?
Sean
You think, well, that's what I'm calling for right now, definitely. And I want everyone to be aware of that. It used to be people would think that, oh, I'm in an airplane full of a lot of other people. It was the germ theory, you know, process that. That mentality. And from Tom Cowan's work, the contagion myth, the book he wrote on it, and it's been Bishop versus Pasteur, like, years, 100 years of. Of information. We know that that's not true. So now I'm saying, everybody, let's really look at our environment. And when you understand what your environment is, you'll have a better understanding of how it affects the chemistry in your body. So during 2020, during the middle or beginning of all the nonsense that started, Tom just. He basically was at a medical conference. This is Tom Count. He's a medical doctor. And he said. They said. He said, do you guys want me to comment on this. This Covid thing going on now? And he said, yeah, please. So. So he said, okay, if you're all studying Dolphins and for 30 years, they're the healthiest ever, and all of a sudden, in 2020, are you going to say, and they all get sick in 20? And you're going to say, did that dolphin give that dolphin a virus? Raise your hand. Like, almost everyone raised their hands. And then the next question he asked, would you say. Or would you say there is a genetic mutation this year? And he tried to preempt a few people from raising their hands, but they still did. And he said, no, that would be stupid. It's not. Genes are going to break down at this date. And he said, or would you say who polluted their water like there was some massive oil spill, and then they all got sick. And that was the aha moment for all the doctors. So now let's equate dolphins environment to the ocean, to our environment to the air. And then understand when we're in an airplane, Sean, and it's an encapsulated area and you have 100 plus people turning on their cell phones all at the same time, that's 2.45 gigahertz. That's 2.45 billion wave per second of a one directional waveform. When we do well with 1 to 13 of a unpolarized waveform and you multiply that times the number of people, our bodies are going to adjust. And what we're seeing is diabetics. Their glucose will spike 200 points just like they ate massive amounts of sugar. So we're getting this diabetic effect 24,7 from having this in our environment because it's messing with our cortisol and it changes the glucose levels of our body.

That's crazy. So are these able to travel? Are you able to travel with these?
Sean
Yes. Yeah. In the, in the U.S. you, you can carry them on and you actually take the inner bag of crystals out, go through TSA with the, with the window showing the crystals and tell, tell them you have crystals and they let you right through. In Mexico, you're not allowed to travel with minerals. Really? No, you can, you can't carry them on. You can check them.

Oh, wow. I wonder why they do that in Mexico. Mineral smugglers.

I have no idea.

That's interesting. Yeah, whenever I travel, I get a little runny nose. I get sick. I always wondered what that was from.
Sean
Yeah, I believe it's from. I mean, they're the air filtrations. They're getting pretty good on the airplanes. I just believe it's from the environment and, and of radiation. And our bodies are adapting. So the first thing to acclimate on time changes is to get grounded by nature. For sure. That's going to be one of the first things. But recharge your body because we've never been ready. We're basically in a microwave oven.

Right.
Sean
I mean for however many hours your flight is and with bad lighting. So yet we want to create that coherence within our environment. So I travel with some grounding bags. I'll build up my life force and vitality before I go.
Justin
Yeah. Does airplane mode actually do anything you think?
Sean
Oh, yeah, definitely. Well, the proximity, they have this absorption rating, the SARS absorption rating. So the closer the proximity phones are to you, the more damaging they're gonna be so every inch away from your body. They are the better. So something is on airplane mode. It's not always looking for you to communicate or something to communicate with it. It's gonna have a less of a, of a millimeter wave spectrum for you.

Let's talk about the facial recognition. The first day I met you, you had me do this test and it blew my mind.
Sean
Yeah.
Justin
Explain what happened.
Sean
Uh, Sean. So, yeah, we. I was exhibiting at a conference at a 4M and then you came up and, and I said, let's muscle test you. I want to show you some stuff. So anyone that has seen me at the conferences and I lecture and do health conferences all around the country constantly. And my whole protocol is to see if you've lost polarity in your body. Eyes, teeth, thymus, or intestines. And those are the four weak links for the body. And then we use a grounding bag as a succussion technique, which is called the tapping protocol, where I tap on it and then cover your thymus, which is your upper chest, or your teeth or the eyes or intestines. And that'll literally, we're talking energetically, the people that can feel energy. You'll start to go through this subtle detox of stuck EMF or radiation in your energy field. And so we flush that out and then you feel absolutely incredible because the reason you feel crappy is because you're full of toxicity. So the next step that I do is I have people hold up their cell phones and I say, do you have facial recognition? And a lot of people are saying yes. And I said, well, hey, I'm going to get you to turn this off because what they're using is infrared radar. And, and I, I'll muscle test someone, which is applied kinesiology. It's a reflex of the body. So I'll have you put your arm out. If you're strong with something, you're gonna hold strong. If something's weak on you, your body will show the reflex of weak. So I had the phone, your phone pointed up to your face, and the second the facial recognition tried to figure out your eye movements and your face, you went weak.
Justin
Yeah.
Sean
And then I said, okay. I flipped the phone pointing away from you and held it up to your face, but pointing away and you held strong, flipped it back towards your face, and you were weak again. And so that is just. It's radiation, you guys. It's radar. That's what they're using to track airplanes 250 miles away.
Justin
Wow.
Sean
We don't Want that in that close a proximity of our face. So we're going to see and we're already seeing macular degeneration at record levels. And then I believe it's going to start to really mess with skin. So we'll start to see more face skin cancers than we've ever seen. Because you're having such localized radiation on your face.
Justin
That's scary. Yeah, it's in every, I don't know if Android does it, but iPhones for sure.
Sean
Well, what they're, what we're seeing now, Sean, is, is this trend in electric cars. And they'll do for the self driving modalities. They'll basically say hey, keep your eyes on the road. If you look down for a few seconds, they'll, they'll ping you because they have infrared radar looking at your eyes and face the entire time you're driving to keep you awake. And they're saying to keep you awake but they're rating the crap out of you.
Justin
Holy crap.
Sean
Plus you're sitting on a massive battery which is going to give you 18 lower testosterone. I mean the whole thing. But I, I, I want to stop the industry in its tracks right there and just say hey, please. Combustion engine, you know, vehicles. Just because electric cars are moving into that space to prevent people from falling asleep, please avoid doing it because I don't want radiation directly pointed at me. That the irony is that's going to make you even more tired.
Justin
Wow. Is there any way electric vehicles can work, you think? Or do you think the it's impossible?
Sean
No. I'm the number one least fan of, of electric cars. It is my biggest button. It's a fad. The infrastructure is not there. It never will be. For a government to say stop using electricity or use less electricity and then to make everybody in California use more electricity to use the vehicle. Electric vehicle. It makes zero sense. And then the third factor is, is the health factor, which is we had a colleague test military, special forces and these guys, the guys and girls driving electric cars, he threw in a variable for that. It was, they had 18% lower testosterone across the board. This is a healthy young demographic showing that. So imagine what it's doing for everyone else.
Justin
18% is no joke. That's a lot.
Sean
Yeah. So you give someone a Covid shot that's 20% lower testosterone. You give someone an electric car, that's about 20. You're going to take a really healthy person, make them really sick really quick.
Justin
Oh my gosh, that's crazy. Yeah. And they're banning the Light bulbs that are supposed to be better for you, right?
Sean
Yeah, yeah. Incandescent light bulbs. So again, it's that circadian rhythm we do so well with nature's resonance. The Schumann resonance is a healing pulsar. That's 7.83 hertz. We rev at 1 to 8 when we're sleeping. For our athletes that are in the flow state, they're 8-13 Hz. That's an alpha brainwave state where they can't miss in their sports. We're so one with nature's resonance of these unpolarized waves. When we're getting zapped with all this radiation in the billions of waves per second, it takes us out of that realm and really affects our performance.
Justin
That is nuts. People got their phone in their pocket. They got the AirPods. They got the WI FI router next to them.
Sean
Yeah. I mean, you're all. Those are recipes for disaster. Let's see. Let's look at an AirPod. You have essentially an airway canal directly to your inner ear with a localized antenna and radiation in your inner ear. That's going to cause acoustic near ear challenges. And wow. So much more. And the studies have already shown it. They're already showing it. Bioinitiative.org Some thousand studies. Children's Health Defense does thousands of studies. The California Department of Public Health hit a study showing about cell phones and how they cause acoustic nerve challenges. And they were sued by a Berkeley professor. This is a dozen years ago. This stuff isn't any new information. It's just hidden. And now the challenge is, is we're relying on our health. Sean from the fcc, which is not a health organization. And then more importantly, they're saying, yeah, green light telecom. Well, telecom doesn't care about our health care. And probably the biggest challenge is I have these meters. We have. I have so many meters because I've gone into homes for about a dozen years to meter homes, because I was one of the first to identify what the stressors were and then go into your environment to see and show you with a meter. Because the meters can. They're designed to meter those specific levels of waveform emission.

So when you're going. When you're pointing a one directional acoustometer, which will measure 2.45 billion waves per second about. And you point it up to your cell phone. Now the meter meters out.

I cannot even find a meter that can tell me the exact level of emissions of my cell phone because they keep turning them up to such strong levels.

Oh my.

Gosh so how in the world do we know what these cell towers are emitting? Outside of homes and schools and churches.
Justin
I'm hearing some very concerning things about 6G. So yeah, it could get scary.
Sean
Well, let's look at these. Let's go back to the wave per second. What's 4G? 2.45 GHz. What's a gigahertz? Well, it's a billion wave per second. What's megahertz is a millions of way per second? What? What's you know, a terahertz is trillions away for a second. So 4G is 2.45 billion waves per second. 5G is what?

60 to 90.

Gigahertz. That's 60 to 90 billion waves per second. Guess what telecoms allowed to go up to how much? 300 gigahertz.

So you're right, we've only begun this journey. And that's why now more than ever, it's a necessity to get grounded by nature and to start to develop usage and proximity protocols.

Wow, that is nuts.

It's wild.

It's blowing my mind that they allow this.

It's wild. Well, the reason is, is 1996 we set procedural levels, our government did, of what's ionizing versus non ionizing. So something creates a thermal effect. It's ionizing, it oscillates your cells and then it says hey, it raises the temperature just like that microwave does. That was disrupting your health. And that's not okay in the industry. So. But they're not taking in consideration the technology growth, the exponential growth every month or two over the last 30 years, that's changed. And now the, the close proximity to it. They're not even re looking at any of this now. So that's what's really concerning.

Well, the government's always reactive versus proactive, we know that. But now it's just a matter of how, how long it's going to take to show some regulation, right?
Sean
Definitely.
Justin
That's scary.
Sean
Well, we have to put it on ourselves to educate ourselves now. Now we understand this whole physics thing. We just gave you a lesson. In a wave per second, it's either one directional or it's unpolarized. Distributes equally in every direction and then it's either really slow or it's really fast. And so that's basically it in a nutshell. Now everyone can understand like, hey, now I know why I'm not getting great sleep with my phone on next to me at the head of the bed. So why don't I go ahead and put my phone on airplane mode, maybe charge in the other room, put the wifi on an outlet timer so it goes off when I'm sleeping. Or even go to the extent that of what I do and we do for our family is we have the electrical panel and we got an electrician to put a timer on the panel. The electrical panel that shuts the electricity off in our bedrooms.

So the game we're playing, Sean, is to get the resonance of your room and your home as low and as slow and as close to nature. So everyone at work, start to hardwire your devices.
Justin
Yeah, I need to get that WI fi timer. That sounds useful.

Oh, that's like being. That's like a farmer being insured from, you know, the manufacturers. Monsanto of glyphosate. It's that bad?

Yeah, that's the sign. I didn't think of it that way in my head. I was trying to save Money. But they were probably tracking me and scanning my body. Whatever.

Yeah. And your insurance will go up if you drive faster. All these things, the tracking, tracing, controlling. We got to get out of that whole mode and decentralize.

Yeah. And I feel like all this stuff is disconnecting us from spirituality as well.

Definitely. It's taking people away from knowing how they feel. And that's the biggest thing. You got to get back to knowing how you feel. Because it feels really good to feel. And I know you're not a big drinker. I'm not. I love feeling. I love getting the stoke on in the ocean, jumping into cold water. I love knowing how my body feels, waking up, going, okay, I jumped out of bed this morning. This is how it feels to feel good or get a good workout and feel good. Numbing ourselves or being radiated into dehydration and fatigue and having device tell me when to eat, when to sleep, how many steps to take. It's. It's. That's going the wrong direction.
