John
I'm sitting beside a doctor on an airplane, and it was a psychiatrist. And I said, how many people have you seen reversed? He said, none. I said, what? I said, In 30 years, you've never seen anyone get on medication and get off? He said, no. I thought, this can't be true. I went into the Vanderbilt psychiatric ward and I asked for the head of the Vanderbilt psychiatric board. And I said, I want to ask you a question. I said, how long you been here? 22 years. I go, how many people have you seen get off medication? He said, none. Okay. Now I'm alarmed because first of all, I realize again, the medical system, they never want them to get off. It's like, no, let's just keep them on. Once we put them on, we got a client for life. A lot of bodybuilders are dehydrated. Every bodybuilder, if you measure them on the day of a competition, they're probably 30 pounds low of their hydration, which is why 50 to 70 competitive bodybuilders drop dead every year. When you take the hydration out of your organs, guess what? You die.
Sean
Okay, guys, we got John on the show. Today we're gonna talk hydration health, mental health, all sorts of fun topics. Thanks for coming, man.
John
Hey, I'm so excited to be here. Sean.
Sean
Yeah. You got a crazy story, so I can't wait to dive into it, man. What's your protocol called for those that don't know it?
John
Yeah. So this is a 88 day intracellular hydration protocol. So it's all about getting hydration inside of a cell.
Sean
Right.
John
So we've all heard, drink more water. Right. Everybody's drinking more water. You know what that creates? Free exercise. Run into the bathroom. Everybody's just peeing a lot more because it's not getting inside the cell.
Sean
Yeah.
John
So this protocol is all about getting it inside the cell.
Sean
And that's the key, Right, because everyone's out here trying to drink a gallon a day, especially in Vegas. Yeah. But you need to retain it. It's like taking supplements.
John
Well, you do. You know what? And that's my story, is I did that for 10 years, drank a gallon of water every day for 10 years. And then when I went to go measure my hydration, which at the time cost $11,000 for the machine to measure your hydration. Yeah. Well, you know, it's kind of ironic. It's the number one health measurement that we all need to know how hydrated am I, but yet no doctor ever measures it. They take your blood pressure they take your A1C cholesterol, all that. They never measure your hydration. So anyway, it cost me 11,000 bucks. I measure my hydration after 10 years of drinking a gallon of water a day. 20 pounds low. 20 pounds low of hydration? How's that even possible? And it's because of this. That's what allowed me to create this protocol, was our cells are hard like this table, you know, they're hard like a glass marble. And we drink a gallon, it just goes right off and right into the toilet. So we got to get it inside the cell, got to get that cell to open up, be porous like a sponge.
Sean
Right, and you figured that out?
John
I figured it out, yeah.
Sean
That's important. I need to measure mine then. I'm curious where I'm at. Is that cheaper than 11,000 these days?
John
Well. Well, thankfully it is. Yeah. Thankfully, the technology, you know, has improved, and we actually FedEx all of our clients a device to measure it. Everyone needs to know that number, though.
Sean
Yeah, I'm gonna do. We're gonna talk after this about that.
John
All right.
Sean
So you found out you're £20 under. What did you do from there?
John
Yeah. Well, so from there, you know, then I realized, well, wait a minute. If I'm 20 pounds low and I'm drinking a gallon a day, the whole world's probably 10 or 20 pounds low. Right. I'm thinking, you gotta be kidding me. How's this even possible? And that's when I learned that, you know, the cell has two membranes around it, you know, and through oxidative stress and just time and, you know, just living life, they become like glass marbles. The cells are like a glass marble. So I realized, well, you know, our cells don't start that way. You know, they're very pliable and porous. When we're little kids or babies, you know, it's like, well, how do you get your cell back to that? And so that's what. That was my whole impetus to drive me to create a protocol to transform at the cellular level. And so that's when I did a bunch of research, created 88day. That's one of the cellular cycles of a human body. And I created this protocol which allows the cell to open like a sponge and the hydration to get in. So very measurable. And I just watched mine keep going up. Now, interestingly, when you think of 20 pounds, you'd think, well, did your weight go up 20 pounds? Did not. Didn't go up one pound because I was gaining hydration. But at the same time my body was transforming.
Sean
Wow.
John
I lost all my visceral fat. I lost all my subcutaneous fat. And guess what muscle's made out of, Sean? 75% water. Water. 75%. So it's three times more important how much hydration we have in our cells if we want our lean muscle than it is our protein or even our exercise regimen.
Sean
Wow. So if you just fix this, you can look more muscular?
John
Well, not just look more muscular. You can be more muscular and you could be way stronger.
Sean
Holy crap. Just from fixing your water?
John
Yeah.
Sean
That's crazy. I never connected the dots on that because everyone's always like, take creatine, take protein powder, take amino acids, take electrolytes.
John
Yeah. Well, the big connector for me was the fact that first of all, just think of, you know, if you're building a house, right? You got to have a concrete for your foundation.
Sean
Yeah.
John
And so, but. But if you don't have any concrete, you know, you know, you're not going to build a foundation. And same way for muscle.
Sean
So.
John
So the foundation stone of all lean muscle and not just size, but for strength. You know, the strength of a muscle comes from the amount of intracellular hydration that's inside that muscle.
Sean
So I'm sure all the best bodybuilders have figured this out too, then.
John
Well, interestingly, no.
Advertiser 1
Really?
John
No. Interestingly, no. So I work with a lot of professional bodybuilders and, you know, super champion, you know, bodybuilders. I'm in Orange County, California. It's kind of bodybuilding capital. You know, all those guys there. A lot of bodybuilders are dehydrated. And the reason they're dehydrated is if they take all their hydration, you know, out of their body. So they build as much muscle as they can, but then they take out the hydration so that their muscle shows up more. So pretty much every bodybuilder, if you measured them on the day of a competition, you know, they're, you know, probably 30 pounds low.
Sean
Geez.
John
Of their hydration. Which is why 50 to 70 competitive bodybuilders drop dead.
Sean
Oh, my God.
John
Every year.
Sean
Every year.
John
Every year.
Sean
I didn't know that.
John
50 to 70 of the best looking people on the planet, Right. Those guys look amazing. But when you take the hydration out of your organs, guess what? You. You die. You know, your organ stops functioning, your liver fails, your heart fails, your kidneys fail.
Sean
But you got me drinking water.
John
He's like, I'll have a drink right now.
Sean
Well, out here in the, in the desert, I think it's easy to get even more dehydrated, right?
John
Yeah, no, it's definitely easier in the desert. However, once you get the hydration inside your cells, think about it. No, it's inside, so it's. It's not outside the cell. So when you're in the desert, you have extracellular hydration. You keep drinking water, it just keeps going out.
Sean
Right.
John
And it keeps radiating. Right. Because it's so hot here. And man, it is hotter.
Sean
Oh, yeah.
John
So the heat radiates, you lose your hydration, but if it's inside your cell, you don't lose it.
Sean
Like, that makes sense.
John
You keep it 24 7.
Sean
Yeah, that makes sense because there's people running 100 mile races in the desert, like David Goggins.
John
Yeah.
Sean
So they must have it inside their cell.
John
Inside the cell, yeah, or else they
Sean
wouldn't be able to run.
John
No, that's nuts.
Sean
Going back to lifting real quick, though, you benched a lot of weight. I. I got to ask you about this. Over £500. Is that true?
John
555.
Sean
Holy crap.
John
14 times.
Sean
That's 14 times.
John
14 times.
Sean
So that's not even your max, or is that one set?
John
No, that's 14 times. I don't know what my max is because I have no ego. So. So I've never done a one rep max in my life.
Sean
You could probably hit over 600, though.
John
I don't think it's safe to do that because I'm not trying to impress anybody, you know, other than my wife, you know.
Sean
Well, 555 is pretty impressive, but.
John
But that just sort of happened over time and again because of this intracellular hydration. So I just kept getting more hydrated. I kept getting just a little bit stronger, you know, as time went on. And then one day, some guys at the gym were just like, john, good night, man. That's like a world record. And then I did come home to my wife. It's like, hey, baby.
Sean
No, that might be for your age.
John
No, it's actually for any age.
Sean
555.
John
Yeah. No, well, 541. It goes by weight class for world record. So at the time, 180 pounds. I'll just say 180. But for 200 pounds and under, the world record is 5. 541. Wow. For one rep.
Sean
So you beat it.
John
And so. So I thought, well, 555 is a way cooler number, you know?
Sean
Get this, man, is Guinness and Guinness Book of World Records, man. Get them over to your gym, document it. I'm trying to get a podcast world record.
John
Hey, let's go.
Sean
We could do our same day.
John
Hey, hey, you could do it. Well, I will tell you what I did though was I did not want to hurt my shoulders. You know, once you get over about 400, £400 on a bar, you know, some of the people out there that are listening, lifters will know this. You actually get a wobble in the bar.
Sean
So much weight. Yeah, yeah, my cousin tore his pack. Yeah, I think he was benching like 200, 300 or something.
John
Yeah, well, and again, so, so when they, when I went to go do the world record, I said, look, I'm not willing to hurt myself. And they told me do it on a hammer strength because it's still a free weight machine because it doesn't give you any leverage. So I said, well, give me a hammer strength. Let me see if I could do it on a hammer strength, you know,
Sean
so that makes sense.
John
So, but that way you, you have a little more stabilization in your shoulders.
Sean

John
up But I whipped out 14 reps. And Julius Maddox was there.
Sean
Well done.
John
You know, Julius. Oh, no, Julius is. He is the strongest man in the world. He benches 782.
Sean
Holy crap.
John
Now he's 440 pounds.
Sean
Still insane.
John
But Julius, he said something to me afterwards which kind of gave me a revelation, you know, he said, john, he said, that's like one of the greatest feats of strength I've ever seen in my life. I said, Julius, you do 782, man. It's 555. He goes, John, I'm 440 pound, right? He goes, I'm not even doing double my body weight one rep. He goes, you just did triple your body weight. 14 reps. He goes, that's amazing.
Sean
Yeah.
John
But this was when the science of intracellular hydration is a direct tie to this. Because just think of the power of if a fire hose is laying flat, there's no water in. Has no power. Right? But you hook that thing up to a fire hydrant and you put the water through it. No, a fire hose could, you know, push a human down the street. But that's what intracellular hydration does to a human muscle. No, it just creates, like this super power, like the power of a hydrogen bomb inside your muscle. And that's why my strength just kept going up. A little more. A little more.
Sean
A little more, A little more. Well done, man. That is insane. Because there's guys taking, like, steroids and all that, and you're outlifting them.
John
Oh, yeah. Let me just quickly say, I don't take testosterone. I don't take peptides.
Sean
Wow.
John
No hgh Nothing. No intracellular hydration. Because people ask me all the time, like, how are you doing that? And I am 65 years old, by the way.
Sean
Crazy. Yeah. People are taking peptides, man. It's the number one most searched term in the world right now.
John
Yeah, well, it is. And I totally get it. You know, I mean, people are desperate, right?
Sean
Yeah.
John
And peptide is an easy. It's an easy, instantaneous, you know, result.
Sean
Yep.
John
But I'll tell you something fascinating. Guess what intercellular hydration does all by itself. It activates your body's natural peptides. So everybody already has all these peptides. They're taken outside in. They already have inside their body.
Sean
Right.
John
So if they would just activate their intercellular hydration, they wouldn't have to take one peptide outside in.
Sean
I mean, you're living proof of that.
John
Yeah, absolutely.
Sean
Yeah.
John
Yeah, everybody. And same thing with GLP1, by the way. The body already has GLP1. You just have to activate it through intercellular hydration. So people really don't ever have to take one GLP one. They don't have to take one peptide. And even on testosterone, it's the same thing. When your cells are optimized, it creates a balance and allows your body to communicate. So you're an amazing communicator, right, on your podcasting. Well, think about it. That's really all. The whole cellular system is like a giant communication network.
Sean
Right.
John
But if you. If you smash the building when we're doing this podcast, we can't communicate very well because the building is smashed.
Sean
Yeah.
John
And that's what happens to cells. When cells lose their hydration, it's like they're smashed. Now they can't talk to each other. When they can't talk to each other, they don't produce the testosterone. Or for girls, progesterone or estrogen. They're supposed to. So all hormone optimization is tied directly to am I dehydrated or am I hydrated? And so we've had young men, we've had old men, you know, their testosterone. They did this cellular health protocol. Their Testosterone went up 500 points.
Sean
Holy crap.
John
All natural. All natural. They never took a shot. They never took a pill.
Sean
I've been taking so many supplements trying to get mine up.
John
You know, this is. This is the easiest way at any age.
Sean
Yeah, I'm gonna try this 88 days. So that's basically three months.
John
Yeah.
Sean
I gotta dedicate towards this. Yeah, I'm in.
John
Let's go.
Sean
I'm in. Yeah, I've been taking. Because I'm at like 520. I got it up to like 575 with supplements, but that's not like that high, you know what I mean? For my age.
John
Yeah. So this would be fun. You know, we could circle back in 88 days.
Sean
Yeah, we will. We'll do a part two once I start. We'll do three months. We'll do another pod and see where I'm at.
John
No, that'd be super cool.
Sean
Yeah.
John
And I'll just say publicly. Yeah. I'd be shocked if you don't go up at least 200 points.
Sean
Damn, that's a lot. At least that can. That is noticeable when you're up 100, 200 points.
John
Yeah, it is.
Sean
You know what I mean?
John
Yeah. Well, and I'll make another. I'll make another bold statement, and your strength will go up 50%.
Sean
No way.
John
In 88 days.
Sean
I need that. I'm trying to be Dunking the basketball even stronger than I am right now.
John
Come on, mighty man.
Sean
Yeah, I, I could take some strength right now, you know. That's huge. As a man, obviously I'm excited.
John
Yeah, yeah. Do you know I've even had professional athletes. So I've got NFL football players, NBA, Major League baseball. You know, these guys spend a million dollars a year, you know, on their whole health regimen, but they hear about this stuff, right? And it's usually the world record. You know, when they hear about that world record and then they, you know, they all think, I'm 40, 45 years old. And they find out that guy's 65. He did that.
Sean
You don't look 65.
John
They're like, Holy cow.

Sean
Please, for the love of everything good in this world, stop with Mint.
John
You can get premium wireless for just $15 a month. Of course, if you enjoy overpaying, no judgments. But that's weird. Okay, one judgment. Anyway, give it a try.

Oh, yeah, I just did it. Yeah, I was just before I turned 64.
Sean
Holy crap. What's your testosterone level at?
John
Yeah, you know what? I don't even check mine, okay? I don't even check it.
Sean
You don't care about it?
John
I don't care.
Sean
I mean, you could just tell you're healthy just looking on you.
John
Yeah, you know what I really don't like? I don't know what my weight is. I don't know what my body is.
Sean
You don't know what your weight is?
John
No, I don't know what my body fat is. I don't. You know, I just know for myself. It's like, hey, if I feel great, if I feel great, that's all I care about. And it just so happens when people do this protocol, you know, I tell them, look, you're gonna feel great now. You are gonna have some side effects. Yeah, you know, you are gonna look great. You know you're gonna gain lean. By the way, again, I'll make another claim right here in 88 days. You'll gain ten pounds of solid muscle.
Advertiser 1
No way.
John
Way.
Sean
That's three pounds a month.
John
Ten pounds of solid muscle.
Sean
Do I have to lift every day, though?
John
No, I'm gonna give you. You're gonna have to lift 20 days, 20 minutes, four days a week.
Sean
That's not bad at all.
John
20 minutes. And by the way, you don't, you don't have to even go to the gym. I could give you two exercises to do at home.
Sean
Body workout.
John
Yeah. So you could do it at home or you can go to the gym either way. But you'll gain 10 pounds of solid muscle.
Sean
That's amazing. I've always not hated the gym, but kind of like didn't look forward to it because you have to lift for an hour. And I never really liked that, honestly.
John
Well, well, good. Well, you're going to love this then. And again, it's a little bit humorous. Yeah, yeah. The first time I worked with an NFL player and I told him what we're going to do, he said, well, what do you do? Because it was so simple. I said, no, we're just going to do these two exercises two days a week. So just four days. And he's like, well, what do you do? I go, what do you think I do? What I'm teaching you to do.
Sean
Those are the best teachers though. As simple as it sounds, when you're learning from someone, you want to learn from someone that's actually doing what they're teaching.
John
Yeah, yeah, but this really works. And it works for your whole life. And obviously the, the result speaks for itself. I can't wait.
Sean
I mean, you got some crazy testimonials. We'll talk about a couple of them. 92 year old client, talk about that one.
John
Yeah, yeah. So I, I love this. So, you know, I'll give, I'll give the wife her credit too. So this couple comes up to me, Shawn there, and, and they said, hey, we'd love to do your protocol. We heard such great things about it. And I'm kind of looking at them, you know, I go, how old are you guys? They said, we're 92. They said, well, can we do it? And I said, well, I'll make a deal with you. I said, you guys have to promise not to die on me, so that'd be bad for my marketing. They said, hey, we'll stay alive as long as we can. I said, okay, cool. So they start this protocol. Well, this guy, I got him doing the two exercises. Well, then in between he starts doing this rowing machine, you know, because for whatever reason, he thought that was cool. So next thing you know, he. This guy gains more than 10 pounds of solid muscle at 92 years old. So now he's got this muscle. He's doing his rowing machine. So he enters the Tennessee 70 and over rowing championship. He wins at 92 years old. So now he qualifies to go to Boston, Massachusetts, for the National Rowing Championship. He wins.
Sean
No way.
John
He wins. He's 92, 70 and over for the whole nation. And he's all ticked off. I'm like, joe, why are you ticked off? I said, your wife already told me that you won the thing. He goes, john, I missed the world record by 12 rows.
Sean
Oh, insane.
John
What a 92.
Sean
What a crazy story. I. 92. A lot of people can't even walk at that age. This guy's rowing.
John
No, he's. No, he's rowing at a world record pace for 70 and over.
Sean
That is insane. Wow. So you've outlifted a NFL player. This guy probably lifts all day, every day, and you're outlifting him.
John
Oh, you know what, it's funny. I mean. Well, I won't put it up there because I don't want to, but. No, I look like a Oompa Loompa, you know? I mean.
Sean
I mean, those guys are like 300, 400 rounds.
John
No, no, he's like 340.
Sean
Yeah, yeah.
John
No, he's like 340. I just look like a little Oompa Loompa standing there.
Sean
That's insane, man. I mean, you're doing something. If you're doing that with an NFL player, you're outlifting him. You know, that's what they do for a living. Yeah, you're just a regular dude.
John
Yeah, yeah.
Sean
And you're twice his age. Three times his age. I'm sure that woke him up. So there was a medical study you were working on, and something happened where they stopped doing it. Could you explain that story?
John
Yeah, so. So this was kind of my wake up call, Sean, that unfortunately, you know, the medical system is not for us. You know, they're not for us. They're really not, but I never wanted to believe that. I'm a very positive, very optimistic, you know, person. And. But, man, this was a wake up call for me. So I had a bunch of people in a hormone study, and I put them all on my protocol, you know, 88 days intercellular hydration. And so whether it's men, you know, men, their testosterone all went up totally naturally with no hrt, no supplements, nothing. Theirs went up Women that had hormone issues, whether they had, you know, menstrual cycle issues or just all kinds of female issues that they had at 130 patients had 130 success stories.
Sean
That's a lot of patients.
John
Everybody did amazing. And then I got excused from the study. And so a doctor calls me the next day. He said, john, I'm sure you're wondering why you're excused from the study. I said, wondering. I said, did you see my results? I said, I have 130 perfect scenarios. I said, every person optimized everybody's hormones, completely, balanced all their issues completely. He goes, well, that's why they kicked you out. He goes, john, this study was to prove no. If you're a man, you got to have testosterone. If you're a woman, you got to have hormone replacement therapy. I said, no, they're trying to prove that's what you have to have. No, you skewed the result.
Sean
And wow. So you were too good.
John
You got the left foot of fellowship. Dang.
Sean
So your results were too good. They were like, no, we can't have this.
John
Well, look, at the end of the day, again, this was my wake up call, you know, and look, especially for your generation, Sean, I mean it, you know, if I can just speak like from a, just a truth heart, like I'm a pure scientist. I don't care what the truth is. I just want to know what it is and then share that with people. And for your generation, you know, I mean, they want you guys, they don't want you strong, they don't want you fit, they don't want you powerful. They don't want you to be independent thinkers. I mean, the whole system is so rigged against Gen Z. It really is. I mean, it's like you guys have like a bulldozer coming at you. Of everything that's in this world right now is to stop. Especially you as a young man. For young men. They don't want you to be powerful. They don't want you to be innovative. They don't want you to be successful. They want you to be a zombie. They want you to be compliant. And you guys have to realize, hey, no, we're in a war here. No, the system is truly against us. And we have to rise up like warriors and we have to have strategy so that we don't get bulldozed over and we fulfill our destiny.
Sean
There's a lot we're fighting against. So financially we can't afford houses. It's like five times. What, when you were growing up, when you Were my age average. House we can't afford. Public education is terrible and we're actually getting dumber. IQ is dropping. Test scores are getting lower. For the first time in history, all the distraction with technology, you know what I mean? Health is getting worse. Everything's getting worse for our generation.
John
Well, and let me tie in this. Intercellular hydration. Do you know that your brain, your brain is 80% water?
Sean
Wow.
John
80%. If you lose one. 1%. 1%. You guys can go research this on AI. If you lose 1%, you are mentally disabled. 1%. At 10%, you could lose half your neurotransmitters and brain synapses.
Sean
Wow.
John
That's how impactful just hydration is to a human brain. So the number one thing that your generation can do, hey, let's make sure we have hydration in our cells, in our brain. So our brain is fully optimized. So we get to use every aspect of all of our God given intelligence, our God given drive. But think about this. If they had one master plan, it would be to dehydrate you guys. If we can dehydrate these guys, they will be walking zombies. They're only going to have half their brain going on and they won't even know what hit them. They won't know that we just bulldozed.
Sean
It does seem like that could be a plan. With these AI data centers, the tap water being infiltrated with whatever's in there, microplastics.
John
Everything in our daily life is basically designed to dehydrate us. So just imagine this is for me. Look, this was 1997 when I was £20 low. Yeah. So I was £20 low even all the way back then, drinking a gallon a day. Wow. What is going on in our world that we could just be living normal? You know, this is before all the food additives and everything that they put in.
Sean
Jeez, you could argue that people are
John
30 pounds underweight now inside their cells. Yeah. So I want to quickly just share with people that it's not about your weight, it's this measurement of intracellular hydration. And so again now, and by the way, I just want to encourage people that look, when you gain intracellular hydration, you gain lean muscle, you lose visceral and subcutaneous fat. You're stronger, you're more brain powerful. There's not one negative thing that can happen with that. And as far as sickness goes, it super boosts your immune system. So again, it's like picture the fire hose. Your immune system when it's active so it's like, just picture like a bunch of, you know, Doberman pinscher dogs. Like if you had 10 guard dogs, all Doberman pinschers and somebody opens your

John
They just go, well, that's what happens with cellular hydration and the immune system. No, as soon as one bad germ comes in, it's like, no. All those healthy cells, they go crazy like Dobermans and they just knock it out.
Sean
Interesting.
John
But when we're dehydrated, it's like they're not attacking. Let the burglar just come on.
Sean
Because there are a lot of autoimmune diseases with my generation too. Have you seen that?
John
Yes, yes. In fact, there's a young man you know your age, brilliant guy, lives in Los Angeles. He's a great digital creator and looks amazing. Tall, lean, you know, sharp guy, just like you. But he had these horrible autoimmune disease and so he came and said, hey, you gotta help me, man. He said, I feel like I'm dying of these autoimmune Disorders put him through this protocol. 88 days, completely 180. His health.
Sean
Wow.
John
Completely 180'd his health.
Sean
That's insane.
John
His parents lived, like, in South Dakota, really? And they, they literally called me up and said, you know, crying, like, oh, my gosh, you changed our signs?
Sean
Because he probably had it his whole life.
John
Yeah. They said, no, we, you know, we've never been able to fix this. We spent hundreds of thousands of dollars. They said, you do this 88 day protocol? No, his life has changed forever. Wow.
Sean
How much of the protocol is diet related? Do you switch up people's diets?
John
Not much. Not much. I'm not a big believer in diets.
Sean
Really?
John
No.
Advertiser 1
Wow.
John
You know, first of all, it starts with die.
Sean
That's not the best start.
John
Well, here's the reason why is diets are not sustainable. Because every one of us is born with these things in our mouth called taste buds, right? And food tastes good, and we want to eat stuff that tastes good. And so the only two things I tell people while they're getting healthy is cut out your sugar, cut out your white flour.
Sean
White flour?
John
Yeah, just white flour, but not flour.
Sean
Is that bread or white flour?
John
That's only white bread. White bread, yeah. So listen, I tease people. The keto diet became a big thing in my generation. You know what the keto diet was? The Atkins diet. It's the same diet, so it's never changed. By the way, I tell people Jesus hates that diet because he said, give us this day our daily bread.
Sean
Jesus wasn't Paleo.
John
He said, give us this day our daily bread. He was not into that keto. He was not into that keto.
Sean
He ate fish.
John
Well, he did. He ate fish. And when the prodigal son came home, they killed the fatted calf. So I know he believed in eating beef.
Sean
Oh, okay.
John
You know, so he definitely believed in beef. Definitely believed in fish. You know, and. And again, I'm. I just want to encourage people this. That look, no, there is no magic diet. The key is when we have intercellular hydration, we're basically creating like a river of living water running through our body. So I can tell you, I eat real food. Like, I live in Southern California. We have In N Out Burger, man. That's really good.
Sean
So good. You know, we have it here too.
John
Okay, good. So. So I eat In N Out Burger.
Sean
Really?
John
Yeah. Yeah.
Sean
So I eat seed oils.
John
I eat chick fil A. No, I. I eat every week, at least once a week. I have a double sausage, double pepperoni pizza. Yeah, no, I eat real food.
Advertiser 1
Real food.
John
And. And people walk up to me all the time and go, dude, I saw you on tv. I know who you are. What are you doing eating that? And I say, I built my house. So I teach the principle. Build your house. I mean, Sean, if you build a house right, how many times you have to build it?
Sean
Once.
John
One time.
Sean
Yeah.
John
Then you maintain it. So once we build it, now, we're just in maintenance phase. Mow the grass, change a few light bulbs. And so when we really get healthy at the cellular level. No. Your autoimmune disorder is gone. If you have food allergies, they'll reverse.
Sean
No way.
John
Nobody is gluten intolerant. Nobody. This really. This is my true opinion. No one is lactose intolerant. Nobody is gluten intolerant. And I would challenge any. Anybody.
Sean
So even if you have the gene, break the mthfr.
John
Absolutely. Absolutely. So I'm telling you, in my experience of 29 years of helping tens of thousands of people, and thousands of them came and said, no, I'm gluten intolerant. I'm lactose intolerant. I said, well, let's see. In 88 days, if you're gluten intolerant or lactose intolerant. No. 99% of the time. And now my experience is 100%, by the way. Yeah, but I'll say 99, just to be safe. There's an off. But 99% of the time, all that is. No. You have dehydration inside your digestive system, so your body is not optimized. Your body cannot break down the gluten or the dairy just because it is malfunctioning because of dehydration.
Sean
That's definitely me. I've always had gut issues.
Advertiser 1
Always.
John
Until now.
Sean
Until now. Yeah. No, I've literally tried everything. I've tried kombucha, tried prebiotics, probiotics, eating more vegetables, but nothing's really done the trick, you know?
John
So. So, Sean, you're just like, this amazing guy. You know, Jesse's his name, and. And he's like, you guys, like, six. Six?
Sean
Yeah.
John
You know, super lean. But guess what? He had all these digestive issues that were just destroying his whole life until now, you know, Then he did this protocol. He has not had an issue since. So I'm excited for you.
Sean
No, I need that, because whenever I travel, it's an issue. Yeah, it's a big issue. I need to fix it. We're gonna get started on this thing. We'll include A link. Right. We'll have a little discount code for people that want to learn from you and learn this protocol.
John
Yeah, no, absolutely. Cool.
Sean
So check that, guys. For sure. We'll include that in the video. Right now, a big trend is electrolytes. I know I brought it up earlier, but now they're finding out there's, like, heavy metals and stuff in it. What's your take on electrolytes? Do you even take those?
John
Well, no. Again, I'll just say this. This is. You know, I have all these sayings, you know, realize I've been helping people 29 years now. It's been a long time. And I will just. Just share a little bit of my backstory is. Yeah, yeah, because I really. I started out in banking, you know, so I was a banker for many years and, you know, had a great career in that, but I had my health issues. So I was bone on bone in my knees. You know, I had, you know, gut issues. I had high blood pressure, you know, brain fog. You know, I just had. I had the banker belly for sure. My waist was 10 inches bigger than it is today, so. But a suit will cover it really well. But I tried everything. For 10 years, I was taking $1,000 of supplements a month. Thousand a month. And you know what I call that? Expensive pee. Because I was just peeing those supplements out because I didn't realize, you know, those rock hard. You know, I was hitting my rock hard marble cells, and I'm just peeing out a thousand dollars a month in supplements just right down the toilet. I'm drinking my gallon of water a day. I'm doing everything they said to do. I tried 10 different programs. I mean, you name it. You know, back then, Zach and I tried, you know, Weight Watchers, and, you know, I tried all this kind of stuff and every supplement, none of that stuff worked. None of it was sustainable. Well, then when I discovered this and did this, no, this really worked. And so imagine all these people saw me and they thought, oh, my gosh. And it wasn't because I lost weight, because I looked healthier. So they're all coming up to me going, john, what in the world? What happened to you? What happened to you? So I started helping people. Well, for 11 years, Sean, 11 years, I helped several thousand people. Just like on the side, I still wasn't making, but I helped several thousand people. And every person that came to me would ask me, can you help me with an autoimmune disorder? Yeah, can you help me with irritable bowel syndrome? Can you help me with diverticulitis? Can you help me with my testosterone? No matter what they asked me, I had one answer. For 11 years, I don't know. Let's see. That's all I said. Because I'm a truth teller. Never going to give someone false hope. So for 11 years, I don't know. Let's see. But after 11 years, Shawn, I realized every single person reversed.
Sean
Holy crap.
John
Every single one.
Sean
Just from water hydration?
John
Just from intracellular hydration, getting it inside the cell. So then I changed my answer. And I would say I 100% even
Sean
like crazy ones like Lyme and Lyme disease, Crohn's disease.
John
No. You name it. No. You could go on my website and click testimonials and drop down. I don't pretend to be a tech guy, but I have six terabytes of testimonials.
Sean
Jeez, that's a lot. I know how much that is. That's like, I think, a few hundred podcast episodes.
John
Yeah. So anyway, it's tens of thousands of clients, but any disease you could name, we've probably reversed it a thousand times, you know, no matter what it is. Including all the irreversible ones.
Sean
I don't believe in irreversible anymore.
John
No, I hate that word. Good. Well, good.
Sean
Because I know doctors use it and they diagnose you and they say irreversible, but that's half the bottle right there when you're believing it.
John
Well, interesting. We're sitting in Las Vegas. So I was speaking, you know, at a convention here. A doctor walks up to me, a famous doctor here from Las Vegas. He comes up to me and he said, I'm so perplexed listening to you talk. He said, you're so cavalier with all of these audacious claims.
Sean
Classic.
John
That you're making here. He said, I personally have irreversible kidney failure. He said, the top six doctors in America all have confirmed totally irreversible. I can just manage how fast it declines. He said, but you probably would tell me you could reverse it. And I said, well, well, Dr. Taylor, I said, we're standing in Las Vegas. So how about this? I go, I'll bet you a million dollars I can reverse it. And he just sits there. He goes, just because you said it like that. He goes, I'm going to do your protocol. He said, but I know you have a money back guarantee. You're going to have to refund my money. I said, well, we'll see. I said, I wouldn't bet on that. Well, Guess what? You can see his testimony on the front of my website.
Sean
No way.
John
Wow.
Sean
That's a legendary story.
John
He reversed. No, he reversed. Everything is reversible. I have never seen anything and when I say anything, no, I mean anything that is not reversible. Wow. I've seen people with multiple sclerosis in a wheelchair. Now I have videos of them running a 5k.
Sean
Holy crap.
John
I got a guy that was a quadriplegic. I got video of him riding a three wheel bike and his lives out here neighborhood. I mean it is so joyful to get to give people real truth and real hope of something that has a 29 year track record and has helped tens of thousands of other people in just 88 days.
Sean
Man, 88 days, three months you got to devote to this. Mental health issues too.
John
Oh, no. I'm so glad you brought this one up. So again, all I have is stories of real people. But I'll first of all just say, you know, help thousands of people. Listen, as many as 20% of everyone is on a, is on a psychotic medication.
Sean
I think for my generation it's even higher than that. Okay, I think 40, but yeah, go ahead.
John
Okay, so, so whatever. So think of this. So 20, you know, two to four out of 10 people, they're taking a medication and why. So there's eight areas of your brain. Think of it like eight bedrooms in a house. So you got or eight rooms in the whole house. You got eight rooms in there. Well, if you lose your cellular hydration, you're losing your connectivity. The cells can't talk to the size of the brain. And that's really stressful because it's like trying to drive your car with two tires, right? I mean the car will, you could still get down the road, but there's going to be sparks flying, the concrete's getting torn up. That's a mental health issue. No, now you only have a few parts of your brain that the lights are even on. It creates anxiety, it creates depression, it creates stress, it creates mental disorders. Because why? The real root cause of that is one thing. It's cellular dehydration. And again, I'm just going to tell you a real story. So when I first heard about mental disorders and I started, and I'm sitting beside a doctor on an airplane and it was a psychiatrist and I said, well, how many people have you seen reverse? He said, none. I said, What? This guy's 30 years. I said, in 30 years you've never seen anyone get on medication and get off. Wow. He said, No, I thought, this can't be true. So I was flying to Nashville, Tennessee. I went into the Vanderbilt psychiatric ward, and I asked for the head of the Vanderbilt psychiatric ward, and I said, I want to ask you a question. I said, how many people. How long you been here? He said, 22 years. 22. I go, how many people have you seen get off medication? He said, none. Okay. Now I'm alarmed because first of all, I realize again, the medical system, they never want them to get off. Yeah, they don't want them to get off.
Sean
They make money off it.
John
No, it's like, no, let's just keep them on once we put them on. No, we got a client for life here. We got a client for life here. So I took a young man. I took a young man, you know, maybe a year younger than you, and I said, I want to, you know, I want somebody that, you know, when they put them in, you know, they have to stay mandatory 14 days or whatever. So I take a young man the day he gets out, and I take him to my house and I put him on my protocol, and he was permanently disabled. Was mentally permanently disabled in the state of Tennessee. Took him to my house, put him on this 88 day protocol. Guess what? 88 days later, he gets a job as an assistant manager at Smoothie King. Today that young man has a wife and four kids.
Sean
Wow.
John
And nobody would ever know.
Sean
That's insane.
John
He was a disciple.
Sean
He was permanently disabled.
John
He was permanently disabled. And now he's not disabled. And now he's living a full life, and he's married with four kids and has an amazing life.
Sean
Dude, that one hits deep because my dad was in a psych ward for a bit. It's a dark place.
John
Yeah, it is a dark place, but they want to take your generation to a dark place. They want to get them on those meds early and make them think they can never get off those meds.
Sean
Hundred percent. They were trying to put me on meds in elementary school for my adhd. Isn't that crazy?
John
No, that is crazy.
Sean
And that's common, I heard these days.
John
No, it's so sad.
Sean
Yeah, they're putting high schoolers on antidepressants, Xanax and all that stuff. It's terrible. Man, I can't wait to start this, though. You got some amazing stories. We'll include the testimonials in the video as well.
John
Awesome.
Sean
Anything else you want to close off with here?
John
Well, just again, for your generation, you know, if I can, because I have eight kids.
Sean
Well, Done.
John
I got six. Six boys and two girls.
Sean
Beautiful.
John
I got, I got five a little older than Gen Z. I think that's millennial, right? You know, so I've got twin 11 year olds and a 14 year old still at home. But if I could just speak from a father's heart, it'd be to encourage your generation, you know, that, hey, there, there really is hope. But, but you have to have an action step like you, you guys can't sit back and just wait. Nothing's going to change until you make a change.
Sean
Agreed.
John
Nothing's going to be different until you guys do something different. And so this is, this is your moment, you know? You know, only you guys can make this country great again. Really, I mean, it really is. It's on your generation. You know, eventually those baby boomers are, they're all going to die off, you know, baby boomers will be gone. The greatest generation, you know, that, which is the one before baby boomers, they're all going to be gone, you know. No, it's up to you guys, you know, to step up. And the number one thing, look, is if you don't have your health, you got nothing.
Sean
Got nothing. No amount of money.
John
No, no, look, Steve Jobs, you know, Steve Jobs did not live to see his company become a trillion dollar company. Steve Jobs did not live to walk his children down the aisle or be at their weddings or, you know, had the coolest cars, had the coolest houses, had the coolest company, you know, maybe ever. Didn't even live to see it because he took his eye off the ball. You know, people spend money on their car because they want to look cool on their house, because they want to impress, you know, coolest clothes, they want to dress to impress. But the most valuable thing any of us have at the end of the day, it's our health.
Advertiser 1
Health.
John
It's one of the only priceless things all day.
Sean
Well, John, this was great, guys. Stay tuned for part two. I'm going to look like a new man. I think next time we see each other.
