Your body's not hydrated properly. Your internal systems are always under a low line level of stress. Everything's stressed when you're not properly hydrated. And then that triggers all the other stuff. Your baseline and your foundations have to be strong first before you start building on anything else. And if your foundation is, you can't win. You can only go so far. Right. And that's going to crack and then everything comes down.
DSH
All right, guys here with Krish, been trying to set this one up for almost two years now, man. It's been perfecting the formula for the water.
Krish
That's right.
DSH
Yeah. We got a perform H2O here. Could you explain what this water is, why it's special?
Krish
So what makes it special is our frequency technology. So my partner developed this tech, spent about 10 years, 12 and a half million dollars developing the frequency tech. And basically we put it on every bottle. So there's a like a sticker on every bottle and that has our frequency tech embedded in it. And what it does is it consistently energizes the water and improves the solubility and keeps all the minerals and electrolytes and like molecule and ion form. So when you drink the water, it's actually more bioavailable and you actually absorb it better.
DSH
Wow.
Krish
Yeah. So clinically proven superior hydration.
DSH
And there's a big need for good quality water these days.
Krish
I feel like, bro, like it's crazy how like basically most people are chronically dehydrated because everything they're drinking, even if it's a good quality water, is kind of energetically dead. And so the minerals and electrolytes at a nano level will crystallize. And when you drink it, you can't absorb it. So they're just like not able to absorb what they're putting in their body.
DSH
Even spring water?
Krish
Yeah. I mean, spring water is great if you can get it right from the source. But even then, like, not all of them, of course will crystallize, but so you're still getting some hydration, but it's not what your body needs.
DSH
Yeah, I know with food it's the same issue, right.
Krish
It's crazy with food. So if your body, especially like with gut health, that's the big thing now, right. And that's where the absorption happens. And unfortunately, most people's gut health are just not great. So it's not what you're putting in your body, it's what you can absorb. So I think like actually creating a baseline with your hydration with the water to get your internal Systems working properly, and then that'll actually help your gut health with your digestion. It's a big key for it.
DSH
Dude. I've been taking gut health seriously lately because I feel like growing up, no one talked about it.
Krish
No, nobody knew. Really? Nobody knew about it. It was like, you know, just like, drink, drink your water, eat your vegetables. And nobody's like, okay, is this actually being absorbed into my body and what am I getting out of it?
DSH
100 now they're finding out so much about the gut, it's crazy.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
They're finding out like, it's 75% of your dopamine comes from there. Right. It's basically your second brain.
Krish
Exactly. Yes. Yeah.
DSH
It's so important.
Krish
Yeah, I agree. Yeah, it's. And. And it's great that the science is coming out where we can actually understand what we need for our body to be, you know, successful and happy and healthy and all those things, you know? Yeah.
DSH
Your gut controls your emotions too.
Krish
Absolutely.
DSH
Yes. If you have bad gut health and you're cranky and moody.
Krish
Yeah. I mean, it throws everything off. Yeah. And just like, even feel like how. How bad you feel, like when you just have a cold, for example. But if you have consistent bad gut health, you're just never good. You're never in a place of, like, calmness or, like, feeling secure or feeling happy whatsoever.
DSH
Yeah. Yeah. I think a lot of people with mental health conditions should look into, like, trying to treat gut health issues. I think it would help their mental health.
Krish
Oh, yeah, Big time.
DSH
Big time. There.
Krish
There's a balance between your mind, body, and your feeling, Your energy, spirit, whatever you want to call the energy that runs us. And. And if they're not in alignment, like, there's no. There's not actual true health there.
DSH
Yeah, for sure, man. Well, I'm glad to have some water back at the studio, man. We ran out a few months ago.
Krish
That's great. I bought a bunch of cases for you.
DSH
Let's talk about SEOs. I know this was like a trend for a bit. So is this still a pretty, pretty popular thing? Irish CMOs?
Krish
It is pretty popular. Yeah. So that's our newest product, the Irish CMOs. And what the cool part of it is that that also has the frequency technology on it. So we got the sticker on the top of the bottle there.
DSH
Yeah.
Krish
And what that does is it's program specifically for the ingredients to increase the bioavailability of the ingredients. And so that actually, when you eat it, you actually absorb it more. Exactly what we were Just talking about.
DSH
Yeah, because CMOS has a ton of nutrients, right?
Krish
Correct, yeah, lots of nutrients. And we've got a couple other ones in there. So we got the CMOS bladder rack and burdock root and they're all supposed to be like very good for like gut health and immune health and all that kind of stuff.
DSH
Nice. So you're doing water and supplements?
Krish
Yeah, bro. Verticals, Lots. Yeah. Getting there.
DSH
What's moving the best right now?
Krish
Well, the water. We. We did a little bit of a push online, but we're really pushing for brick and mortar on the retail. So just getting into distribution there. But the supplement line we just launched like in this last 30 days. Engaging all our ambassadors. Get on board now. Really pushing the online for the supplements.
DSH
Water's a tough game.
Krish
It's a tough one, bro.
DSH
Cuz shipping it costs as much as the actual bottle.
Krish
Exactly, yeah. So shipping cost makes. It makes the online part of it a very difficult scenario. Like you don't really make money. So that's why brick and mortar is really the. The way to go.
DSH
Yeah, yeah. And these are heavy, right?
Krish
Yeah, they are.
DSH
So if you want to ship a case, it costs good amount?
Krish
Yeah, absolutely.
DSH
Yeah. It's a tough game, man. Not a lot of brands can. I think that's why there's kind of like a Monopoly.
Krish
There is actually. Yeah. It's. It's the beverage industry, as I've learned. So I'm not a beverage guy technically, you know, but I got into the space because I knew it was going to be a heavy lift. But because we have something that nobody else has on the planet and the efficacy and we've got the clinical trials, the hydration studies, everything backing and the actual true science backing what we're doing, it's really like, okay, we can actually blow this up and make it pretty cool.
DSH
I can't wait. Yeah. People need to take water seriously, not just drinking. But dude, I just got these powerful filters installed in my house. Right. Oh my gosh. It's night and day difference. Because there's uranium in the top water in Vegas.
Krish
Oh my God.
DSH
Levels of it.
Krish
That's crazy.
DSH
Yeah. There's a site, we'll link it in the video where you can look up your city's like levels and what's in the water. Most major cities are, dude. Really? Yeah, it's bad.
Krish
That's crazy. I had no idea. I didn't know. I. The first time I heard about E. Yeah, because like, Yo, Area 51, we.
DSH
Are kind of close.
Krish
Close.
DSH
Yeah. I think it's like epa.gov but we'll link the exact site it's concerning. Wow. Yeah, I don't. I don't think I'll ever drink top water again.
Krish
Yeah, it's. It's tough, bro. Now, like, and here's the problem, too. Even with spring waters, you're like natural spring water, but where is it coming from exactly? A lot of. It's kind of like, obviously. And then if this is coming from that source, unfortunately, the environment and the way things are going on the planet, everything's getting contaminated with whatever. So stuff that used to be a nice, clean spring water is not so clean anywhere. So that's why, like, when. When. When we did this, I'm like, okay, how can I make it so I can be like, the best, the cleanest, the most bioavailable? So basically, I can source water from anywhere on the planet. Reverse osmosis. So I purify it, then I remineralize it, then we put the sticker on it, and I now have the best water on the planet anywhere.
DSH
Yeah, it's always purified.
Krish
Yeah, yeah.
DSH
There's different types of water I. Purified, distilled.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
What. What's purified, exactly? Like, you take out all the.
Krish
It's kind of the same thing. So you're taking literally everything out of the water. All the contaminants, all the. But you're taking all the minerals and stuff away, too.
DSH
Got it.
Krish
So you should never drink distilled or purified water because it'll literally pull all the.
DSH
All the.
Krish
All the minerals out of your body. So that's why we remineralize it. Well, like basically mirroring a very perfect spring water and then put the tech on it to keep the energetics.
DSH
Got it. Yeah. My water pick, I use distilled.
Krish
Yeah. Well, so that's okay. But you'd have to remineralize it. So like. Like mineralized drops or something like that. You really need that for hydration.
DSH
Yeah. I switched to the water floss because, you know those picks.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
I had a dentist on. And you're just spreading shit around your mouth.
Krish
Yeah, yeah.
DSH
Those don't actually floss your face.
Krish
Not good.
DSH
Yeah. So be careful. The picks. Yeah, they're so convenient, but.
Krish
Right.
DSH
You're making your. Your bacteria worse.
Krish
Exactly. Yeah.
DSH
So get the water pick. But you use the right water, though.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
Don't use tap water.
Krish
Yeah, don't. Yeah, yeah. So I think with the pick. Yeah. If you're not ingesting it, if it's just for the pick, then you're okay. Like distilled water. Cuz then it's just a clean water. So that, that's okay.
DSH
Well, a lot of water gets absorbed in your body when you shower too.
Krish
Yeah, it does.
DSH
I think it's a pint.
Krish
Is it? I. I didn't know.
DSH
I didn't know. Okay, we'll fact check it. But it's around a pint for 10 to 15 minutes.
Krish
That's crazy.
DSH
So get a filter too, bro. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Krish
That's crazy.
DSH
Don't be getting uranium body.
Krish
Yeah, right.
DSH
You spent millions developing this tech, right?
Krish
Yeah, yeah. So my partner spent about like I said, 10 years and 12 and a half million dollars developing the frequency tech. And what's cool is that the applications for it are crazy. So we can program whatever frequency profile for outgoing that we want. Because it sounds like space magic, but we literally take the energy that's in the air, that's our battery source. It hits the technology activates it. And then we can program for outputting. So for the water, the sticker on the bottle is a completely different frequency profile than the bladder from the iris. Cmos. Right. That's a completely different frequency profile. So we have a lot of really cool stuff we can do.
DSH
I love that, dude. I do frequency healing on my house.
Krish
Oh, that's great.
DSH
Yeah, there's a company called Leela Quantum Tech.
Krish
Okay.
DSH
I don't know if you've heard of them, but they're a sponsor of the show just to disclose. But they can just heal you from a distance. Dude, that's so crazy.
Krish
Yeah, yeah. Well, I mean we're all. Everything's frequency and like people are waking up now to be like, okay, it's not just kind of like woo, woo, you know, like charge your crystals in the moonlight, you know?
DSH
No, it works, bro. I was skeptical at first. I mean, I think everyone would be. Of course we're not taught this growing up at all.
Krish
No, not at all. You're like is there's zero education around what's actually happening with our bodies.
DSH
Yeah.
Krish
And I think that's good for the, the big pharmas and the whoevers to just like, okay, we could just take advantage of this and just keep pumping people full of pills where if you shot a frequency into somebody that would like make them better.
DSH
Yeah, yeah. I think that's the future of medicine.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
I think frequency healing and non invasive procedures.
Krish
Yeah. Like the red light therapy, all those, all those things are all like different wavelengths of frequencies. Right. Whether it's Light, whether it's sound, whether it's whatever.

DSH
Red light's nuts. Nuts, bro.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
Have you seen Brian Johnson's new sauna study?
Krish
I haven't seen the new one.
DSH
Okay. Like, a couple weeks ago, but basically he tested to see what would be removed from his body if he did 30 days of SA.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
And the microplastic level went down like a. Oh, really? I think it was from Red Light Sauna.
Krish
That's awesome. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, and that's the big thing, like, when we talk about, like, plastic and plastic bottles. So, like, for us, it's an almost unnecessary evil to get it to grand scale. We'll come out with a glass bottle later. But, Michael, they're. They're in everything. Everything. Yeah. Clothing. Everything you want to touch is made from some sort of plastic. So we can't. But. So that's great. He found a way to kind of get.
DSH
I mean, even the glass bottles. The cap.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
Apparently has a lot of plastic. Yeah. Losing battle for all they're saying. When it gets hot out and it melts a little bit, it's actually worse than the plastic.
Krish
Oh, really?
DSH
Oh, God.
Krish
That's crazy.
DSH
So you can't win anything. It's. We're living in this environment, and you can't just put yourself in a bubble. Yeah. You kind of just have to detox.
Krish
Yeah. I agree. I agree. Yeah, we're.
DSH
We're.
Krish
We're kind of stuck unless we're living. And even if you Live out on a ranch and doing whatever. There's still environmental issues that like. So yeah, yeah, we're going to just battle it. Battle is the best way we can. Yeah.
DSH
Now, before all this, you had lot of success in business. You built some, some big companies, right?
Krish
I've done a few cool things.
DSH
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Eight figure companies. You did construction for 20 years. You were in the cannabis space when that was blowing up.
Krish
Y.
DSH
So you're good at identifying the, the trends.
Krish
Yeah, I've been. It's a, I think a balance of really hard work and then you get luckier kind of the harder you work sort of thing. And yeah, some, just, some, some good decisions, a lot of bad decisions along the way, but some good decisions that have got me to where I am today.
DSH
I feel like timing is. Do you think you can predict it or do you think you were actually lucky and you kind of just hit the nail?
Krish
A bit of both, I think. I think just being smart about a few things and having smarter people around me to kind of guide you on a few things and there's some luck involved. So I think it's like a kind of a bit of a combination. Yeah. But I think there's a formula to it as well. If you, if you kind of sit down and make it work.
DSH
I agree. Yeah. I think the wellness industry is going to be a main focus for me next year. I'm going to figure out how to insert myself more into that because at the A4M conference, dude, there was like 10,000 people.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
700 exhibitors.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
Up like 50% from last year. I think health is a new wealth.
Krish
Absolutely. Well, I think health has always been the actual wealth, but people have. Haven't paid attention to it. And I know so many people with a ton of money that are miserable or their health is suffering and like, what's the point of having all your money if you can't enjoy it?
DSH
That was me.
Krish
You can't enjoy your life.
DSH
That was me in my early 20s.
Krish
Really?
DSH
Yeah. Had millions. But physical health was. Didn't go to the gym for three years. Had no relationships or friendships. It was awful.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
And there's no point in living like that.
Krish
Yeah, I agree.
DSH
There's actually studies. If you're isolated, you live way less.
Krish
Yeah, that's true, that's true. I think there's a study with like rats and cocaine or something like that that, you know, the, the rats that are, that are actually social with each other won't take the drugs. They'll just, they're just like happier or something. I don't know. I read it somewhere.
DSH
Like, there's all sorts of wild rat studies. Yeah, yeah.
Krish
You know, absolutely. Yeah. But that's the main thing. I mean, we listen, we all balance. Like, there's no really, really real. If you're building crazy stuff, there's really no balance. You're always an imbalance and it's just management of that. But you can't let it tip too far to one side. Like, you had to like, okay, like, you know, I didn't work out for three weeks. Okay, let me, let me like ramp that back up and try to find a system of functioning that works for you. But sometimes it just gets crazy and you can't, so.
DSH
Agreed. Also, founders sacrifice more than average. So like I was filming at a 4m and there's this test you could take that measures your biological age. And this lady Alina, she's done tens of thousands of tests, so she has a lot of data.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
And founders age way faster than the average person.
Krish
Yeah. You know, I think, I think it's to do with their stress levels for sure. That's, that's, that's probably the main source. And then that balance, because when you're stressed, you're already getting up. Right. And then you have to like, you get the time management of actually looking after yourself instead of all the other stuff you have to look at.
DSH
Agreed. Because the stress causes inflammation. Inflammation is the root cause of all disease.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
So if you're not constantly trying to keep inflammation at bay, like, I just had a bunch on my blood work, so.
Krish
Oh, wow.
DSH
I'm trying to tackle that. I think as guys we put the stress.
Krish
Bro, this is your foundation really hydration.
DSH
This house with inflammation, bro.
Krish
If your, your body, if, if your body's not hydrated properly, your, your internal systems are always under a low line level of stress. Everything's stressed when you're not properly hydrated. And then that triggers all the other stuff. So this is like, that's why I started with the water product. Maybe even subliminally or just kind of knowing from my sports and martial arts background or whatever that that your, your baseline and your foundations have to be strong first before you start building on everything else. And if your foundation is up, you can't, you can't win. You can only go so far and that's going to crack and then everything comes down.
DSH
That's good to know. I did have some dehydration on my results too. They said I was dehydrated.
Krish
You know, you should do. Drink, drink the boxes I gave you and then go back. They'll be like, yo, what did you do?
DSH
Have you died before and after your blood work?
Krish
Well, I personally haven't yet, but I want to. We want to, like, probably as we go along here, either partner with or do some kind of wearable or something like. Like a whoop or something like that that measures all the biomarkers for people when they're actually drinking. Cool.
DSH
I love measuring. I think a lot of people are guessing, but I try to be very analytical with it. With blood work. I have a sleep tracker.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
I'll count my steps.
Krish
You know, I love that. Yeah. That it'll be. You know what? It'll be interesting to see if you just like, drink just our water for a week and see how the biomarkers work out.
DSH
Yeah, I'll let you know.
Krish
Yeah, like. Like the clinical trial that we did, almost 90% of the athletes, not only did they not dehydrate when they were drinking the water with the technology on it, but they rehydrated so much quicker that they were. That they were more hydrated at the end of their workout than when they started. Which is like, unheard of. Unheard of. Yeah.
DSH
I gotta keep these by my sauna.
Krish
Yeah, absolutely, bro.
DSH
Absolutely. I love the sauna. Yeah. But sauna definitely dehydrates you.
Krish
Oh, yeah, for sure.
DSH
And coffee.
Krish
Yeah. And. But that's. It's actually. It's actually good for you because it's like making you sweat all the stuff out now. You have to get rehydrated for that pro. Proper cell health process to happen. But there, it's really good for you. Yeah.
DSH
What are you doing out here in Vegas this week?
Krish
You're the main draw. Come see my boy honored. Yeah. Come see what's up.
DSH
You guys got business out here though, right?
Krish
I. I do.
DSH
I'm.
Krish
I have a. Some good friends out here. Some other business stuff that I'm doing out here as well. Nice. I have another company called Last Shot that I'm invested in. It's like a really healthy hydration drink.
DSH
Last Shot.
Krish
Yeah, last Shot. And it's like a. Like, it looks like a Red Bull size can, but. But just like really good for you and no, like, bad stuff. So I invested in that company a few years ago, and then I got my partner here, so I come see him and push out with that. He's helping with some of the distribution on. On our product now. But yeah. And just like, come to Vegas and Come chill out for a little bit as you get away for a bit.
DSH
Let's talk best and worst investments.
Krish
Oh, you know what? I think the worst investments have been in people.
DSH
Okay.
Krish
You know, a lot of my problem in life, people say, what's your weakness? I said, I've been too nice a lot of the time.
DSH
You are a very nice guy.
Krish
Too nice and some. And a lot of the time too trusting. And unfortunately, whether people mean to or not, I've had both scenarios. They fuck up that trust and that niceness, and a lot of them take it for weakness, which I'm like, why? Like why. Why are you doing that? Just like I'm. I'm being nice to you, I'm looking after you, I'm taking care of you, all these things. And then you have to just like, you know, bring the samurai sword out and be like, sorry, buddy, like, what are you thinking here? And I think that's been. That's been a big. Learning a lot of lessons and sharp learning curves for me is just like the balancing, the being. Being a good person and being like, trusting and nice all the time. But then life isn't nice or trusting. You know, people are unfortunately going through their own stuff and going after their own things, which is fine. But you can't be abusing people as you're doing that. Right. Using each other is fine. We got to use each other and benefit one another and all that stuff. It's a healthy thing to use your contacts and use your people. I'm here for however I can help anybody. But when you start abusing people, that's when I agree.
DSH
There's a fine line. It's something I struggle with too. I used to be the nice guy finish last. Classic people pleaser.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
And then you see these billionaires get such a negative stigma how they're all dicks. So it's something you got to balance. Right. I think you need to wear both hats at times.
Krish
Yeah, I agree. Yeah. Keep the. Keep your heart nice and soft and lovely, but have that armor around you that, that you can like, go to battle every.
DSH
Yeah. What's helped develop my armor, I think, is having a good girl by my side. That's great, Lena. That really helps.
Krish
I love that.
DSH
Cuz I think it's easy to. Just. As men, we're. We're running so fast.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
You need someone to keep you kind of grounded.
Krish
It's true. Yeah. Yeah. That it helps to have. Whether it's a girlfriend or family or just a right circle around you. I think that's very important for us as men because we need to have that something to fall because we're fighting all the time and you need that cushion behind you to be like, give you the massage and give you some love and just say you're going to be okay. And we, we need that balance in our life.
DSH
Sure, man. I can't wait for my massage. I saw you get.
Krish
I. I'm excited too. Yeah. Yeah. They shocked me up on the. The shock wave there.
DSH
Shout out appeal. You know, he's a great dude. Met him at a com a 4m last year.
Krish
Oh, really?
DSH
Yeah. This is why I love going to conferences, because you meet friends, you meet business partners. It's important to get out the house, you know?
Krish
Absolutely. I mean, that's honestly how I built my brand. The last, heavily, three, four years after, after Covet, I was, I was here before in la, before COVID I mean, that's when we were going to launch. Then we kind of shut it down while Covid happened. And the last two to two and a half years, that's what I've been doing, just building relationships up. So, like, it's funny when I'm out in LA all the time, I'm born and raised in Vancouver, so I have to go out. I'll see a couple people here and there. Now I'm out in la, it's like Chris Gregory. I see everybody I know and that's just from building the relationships.
DSH
And that's how I'm in Vegas now.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
It's been four years here, but now when I go somewhere, I'll usually run.
Krish
Into someone I love that. And literally that's how we met. Through relationship. Relationship. We met at one of the events. I forget. It was Aspire in la.
DSH
Right.
Krish
Something. Yeah.
DSH
I think we met at my event after.
Krish
Oh, that's right. That's right. That's. That's how it happened.
DSH
And that's a hack, guys. Host your own events. It's actually cheap. If you could pull it off. Right. If you know people that own venues, bars, you could just say, I'll do a profit split. I learned this from Dan Fleishman and just. Even if it's 20 people, dude, that's how I started. Who cares? Don't worry about the quantity. Now I get like a thousand. But yeah, I started with 20 people at my first event. That's awesome. Yeah.
Krish
So we want to start doing that, like specific because I've. I've sponsored a bunch of events and like, you know, bring the water or depending on you Know, we did the sports illustrator thing for super bowl one year and all that kind of stuff. But I think doing our own now, we've got some cool spots in LA to use.
DSH
That's the way to do it, bro. There's a toy drive. Dan Fleishman is having a charity toy drive at Raider Stadium today.
Krish
Yeah, yeah. I'm actually gonna head there after. Yeah. So I hit my buddy Dave up. He's like, I'm not in town. Go, go represent. Yeah, okay.
DSH
I went. Last year was great.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
Run a five below after this.
Krish
Okay.
DSH
Get some stuff for the kids. Giving back's important too.
Krish
Nice.
DSH
That's a frequency.
Krish
Yeah, absolutely.
DSH
Being giving. Oh, yeah, yeah.
Krish
100.
DSH
I think you get that back.
Krish
Yeah, absolutely. You generate that good energy around you and it's very. It's very sticky.
DSH
Yeah. It's noticeable. Even if people watching this don't have money to give, I would just give some time.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
When I was in high school, I would volunteer at the dog shelter I love, you know, just walk dogs and dude, it brought me so much happiness.
Krish
Yeah. Yeah.
DSH
Crazy. Yeah. Just from walking a homeless dog or a sheltered dog.
Krish
Yeah. Dogs are the best too, so. Yeah, they love that.
DSH
Yeah. I got my dogs drinking the best water, bro.
Krish
That's great.
DSH
Yeah. I don't mess around.
Krish
I love it. That's great.
DSH
The filter. I just installed the average. So they have the filter in a dog shelter. He also owns a dog shelter that. The guy that owns the filter company.
Krish
Okay, got it.
DSH
Average lifespan of their dogs is 17.
Krish
Really?
DSH
And he attributes it mainly to the water.
Krish
Yeah. I mean, that's crazy. And makes sense, honestly. Right. You don't even think about that because you're feeding the animals.
DSH
A lot of owners give their dogs tap water.
Krish
Yeah. Yeah.
DSH
And you look at the average lifespan of dogs now compared to like our grandparents parents, it's like in half.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
Sometimes a third.
Krish
Yeah, yeah. It's like everything you're putting in your body, it's like they're. They're the same things. They're just like little cuter versions of us.
DSH
Yeah.
Krish
So you got to give them good stuff.
DSH
For real, dude. Even human male lifespan in the US is 71 now.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
It's less than our parents generation.
Krish
Really?
DSH
Yeah. So we're actually unhealthier statistically.
Krish
Well, I believe. I believe that. Of course. Which is crazy. Yeah. Yeah. The stuff where, especially in North America, the stuff that we're manufacturing, food wise and stuff that they allow compared to like Europe and other places is crazy.
DSH
Yeah. Where do you like to travel to these days?
Krish
Mostly it's just for business, so my. My normal junk. So I'm Vancouver, Canada, born and raised. So I got, you know, mom and dad there, my dog's there, I got some. My cannabis businesses are up there, so I spend time there. But la, second home, so I spent a lot of time in la and then wherever, meetings or business, I gotta go Nice, too.
DSH
So I heard Vancouver has good Asian food.
Krish
Yeah, bro.
DSH
I mean, I've never been there.
Krish
Yeah, it's crazy. You got to come up here.
DSH
Yeah, I want to go officially invited. I want to do a food tour over there.
Krish
Yeah. Yeah, it's pretty crazy.
DSH
What's some big events out there? Maybe I'll schedule a trip next year.
Krish
Oh, man, I'm so out of touch with what happens even in my own city. I was just like, you know, even concerts come into town. Like you don't know about friends of mine, they're like, oh, so. And so perform last night. I'm like, oh, I was in town. I had no idea.
DSH
So locked.
Krish
Yeah, yeah, it's so locked in.
DSH
I was scared to go there during the pandemic. Has it picked back up, though?
Krish
Oh, yeah, it's picked back up. You know, nothing's really the same after pandemic, so. But things are starting to open up and yeah, the food game there is great. I'm. Some of my very dear friends are of Asian descent.
DSH
Yeah.
Krish
Actually help build and design some really cool guys. Yeah.
DSH
So you got hot pot is my weakness. Yeah, I heard the hot pot.
Krish
Yeah, we got some wicked spots, bro. Wicked spots.
DSH
Saying, yeah, food is like, top three important things in my life. I love that because growing up, I didn't eat out that much.
Krish
Okay.
DSH
You know, my mom cooked a lot.
Krish
Okay.
DSH
So now it just brings me so much happiness. I love that. Yeah. And it's very connecting.
Krish
Oh, yeah, for sure. Food is great. It's. I think it's a. It's a love language as well.
DSH
Very much so.
Krish
I've been very blessed. My mom's like the, like, literally the best chef on the place.
DSH
Yeah.
Krish
When you come to Vancouver, you'll come home for a meal. Oh, you like, blow your mind? Yeah.
DSH
What type of cuisine, bro?
Krish
She can cook anything.
DSH
Oh, she's versatile.
Krish
Indian. Because I'm Indian. Indian, Chinese, Italian, you name it. She'll be like, oh, what do you guys want today? Like, okay. And she whips it up. Yeah. And. And even when. Because I. When I'm home, I have mom and dad with me and It'll be like, you know, like will fell in the way m Meatloaf. And I just like yell ma. She's just like, okay, what do you want, bro? It's the best.
DSH
That's bomb.
Krish
Yeah.
DSH
I love food, by the way.
Krish
Oh yeah?
DSH
Yeah.
Krish
Okay.
DSH
When I'm sick, I get. I order like the spiciest curry.
Krish
Yeah, just like burn yourself out.
DSH
Yeah. Clears me out. Oh my God. Have you been to India?
Krish
I have, yeah.
DSH
I want to go, but I keep seeing mixed things about it. Is it pretty okay when you go?
Krish
We'll go. And we've got all the people. They're very, very well connected.
DSH
You need to know the right people.
Krish
Yeah, yeah. It's good to know the right people. And we have all like, we can go as. As five star as you want or. Or dummy.
DSH
I just don't want to get sick because I've seen these tick tocks of.
Krish
You have to be careful. Like. Like even when I go, you. You kind of forget sometimes. Or there'll be ice in the water.
DSH
Or you're.
Krish
I don't know. You gotta. You gotta be my. Very, very mindful of what you're eating because there's so much out there.
DSH
Yeah. Bali's like that too.
Krish
Y.
DSH
Or there's a word. People get sick as in Bali, though.
Krish
I know that. Yeah. Yeah. They call it, I think in. In they call it deli belly or deli belly. Oh, my God. Yeah.
DSH
So it's the tap water that's the issue out there.
Krish
Yeah, the tap water is one for sure.
DSH
You got to have these out.
Krish
Oh, yeah, for sure. Like this is one of the plays to go international. But yeah, we need these. But yeah, it's just like. But even like food, if it's. Yeah, I think if, even if it's washed with the tap water, then you. Right. And then so like fresh salads depending where you are. Because some of the like five star hotels, they'll have the right filters and all the. But you got to be. Yeah, you got to be careful. Damn.
DSH
Yeah, well, it's still on my bucket list. I'm. Next year I'm going to take the show international. Okay. I haven't done that yet, but been on the. Dude, I've been on the phone with Dubai, Saudi Arabia.
Krish
Dubai will be great for you. Yeah, I mean they do all this stuff already. It's perfect fit.
DSH
Yeah. I've never been, but I've heard great things.
Krish
Yeah. I went like early 2000s, so I haven't been since. Everything's blown up so I got. I'm due for a trip back.
DSH
Oh yeah, we'll have to go out there together then.
Krish
Yeah, yeah, let's roll.
DSH
Else, dude, what else are you working on?
Krish
This is the main thing. I mean I have like, I got into the. I mean, getting into the film space now executive producing some film. My cannabis stuff is still running. We have a very cool biotech company that I've had for many, many years that I've a founder of that actually my partner is running now. That's. We have a collidal glacial clay deposit up in British Columbia and that's going extremely well. So we're going to that. We got some cool things coming up with that. So, you know, kind of like the octopus fingers in a few things but like 90 to 95% of my times on building this company, nice surrounding myself with the right people and brought some really great people on board. I got brought amazing guy Anthony Turturro on board as my president of the company and he's been killing it for me. He's grown some big stuff. So just bringing all the right people together.
DSH
Perfect. Yeah, we got a link and a code dsh, right?
Krish
Yeah, that's right. Yeah, we'll get it. We'll get it lined up and get you all the back end sorted out. Cool.

Guest: Krish Sidhu (entrepreneur and creator of Perform H2O)
Host: Sean Kelly
Date: January 7, 2026
This episode dives into the often-overlooked importance of hydration, gut health, and bioavailability with entrepreneur Krish Sidhu. They unpack the science behind Krish’s innovative water brand, the misunderstood nature of hydration, health trends, business lessons, and the wellness industry’s evolving landscape. The conversation ranges from the technicalities of water quality and frequency technology to candid stories of business pitfalls and the value of relationships.
(00:00–01:28, 15:27–16:07)
Krish highlights hydration as the core of well-being:
“Your body’s not hydrated properly. Your internal systems are always under a low line level of stress… Your baseline and your foundations have to be strong before you start building on anything else.” — Krish (00:00)
Chronic dehydration is common, even among those drinking so-called high-quality or spring waters, due to issues at the molecular level.
Host and guest discuss how poor hydration can lead to cascading health issues, including stress and inflammation.
(00:33–01:04, 07:04–07:15, 08:14–08:55)
Perform H2O features a “frequency technology” sticker on each bottle, said to energize water, improve solubility, and keep electrolytes in their most absorbable form.
“Clinically proven superior hydration.” — Krish (01:04)
The tech cost over $12 million and a decade to perfect, and involves programmable frequency profiles unique to each product.
(01:39–03:15)
“Nobody knew about it. It was just, ‘drink your water, eat your vegetables.’ Nobody’s like, ‘Is this actually being absorbed into my body?’” — Krish (02:10)
(03:32–04:13)
“It’s programmed specifically for the ingredients to increase the bioavailability…” — Krish (03:49)
(04:18–05:14)
(05:25–07:46)
“You should never drink distilled or purified water because it’ll literally pull all the minerals out of your body.” — Krish (07:04)
(08:14–09:57, 11:03–11:52)
“Everything’s frequency and like people are waking up now…” — Krish (09:09)
(13:10–14:41)
“There’s no point in living like that [isolated and unhealthy].” — DSH (13:56)
(14:41–15:32)
(18:05–19:28)
“The worst investments have been in people…a lot of the time too trusting.” — Krish (18:18)
(20:23–21:48)
(22:17–22:44)
(23:03–23:38)
“Average lifespan of their dogs is 17…he attributes it mainly to the water.” — DSH (23:06)
(24:16–26:07)
(26:07–28:29)
On Hydration as Foundation:
“Your body’s not hydrated properly. Your internal systems are always under a low line level of stress…And if your foundation is f***ed, you can’t win. You can only go so far. And that’s going to crack and then everything comes down.”
— Krish, 00:00 & 15:27
On Gut Health’s Impact:
“It’s 75% of your dopamine comes from there. Right. It’s basically your second brain.”
— DSH, 02:23
On Business Hardships:
“The worst investments have been in people… and a lot of the time too trusting.”
— Krish, 18:18
On Relationships & Success:
“Host your own events … Even if it’s 20 people, dude, that’s how I started. Who cares?”
— DSH, 21:28
On Charity as Frequency:
“That’s a frequency…Being giving.”
— DSH, 22:20
This episode challenges listeners to rethink basic health principles—start with hydration, scrutinize what’s really absorbed into your system, and don’t underestimate the value of genuine networks, giving, and continuous self-measurement.
