To shoot back. And I think he shot one. He got one. So it was just crazy. And so he actually had the audacity to ask me because he vacated early, he terminated his lease, which in any lease agreement, if you terminate early, you don't get your deposit back. And he had the audacity to ask for his deposit back. He's like, I got robbed and.
Podcast Host
All right, guys. Savannah Storm. Here we are in Vegas. It's a new year.
Savannah Storm
Hi.
Podcast Host
You excited for this year?
Savannah Storm
I am. I'm really excited. I love the start of a fresh year, you know, new goals and just, you know, new. I always try to better myself every single day, so I'd like to see what I can. What I can crush this year.
Podcast Host
You have any New Year's resolutions this year?
Savannah Storm
I do. I do. I. I don't really like to share them because I feel like sharing your goals before they're reached creates, like, an evil eye and blocks your blessings.
Podcast Host
I actually agree with that. I stopped sharing my goals recently.
Savannah Storm
And you know what? People are like, well, that's crazy. Well, no, you share your goals after you reach them, you know, so then people are happy for you. And the ones that aren't happy, well, let them not be happy. At least they can't block it. Yeah, I truly. I'm super spiritual, so I believe in, like, the evil eye and, you know, just like, don't block your blessings before they happen.
Podcast Host
No, I 100% agree with that. I used to flex a little bit when I was younger and dumb and, like, I stopped doing all of that.
Savannah Storm
Yeah, I honestly, I try not to either. You know, I've seen some bad things happen to people for flexing.
Podcast Host
It's not worth it.
Savannah Storm
It's not. It's not. It's just I like to be humble, you know, and I. My house is like. It is like my. My safety zone, you know, it's like. It's So I go for my tranquility and my peace. And it's just like. It's not to share with the world.
Podcast Host
Absolutely. You got crystals everywhere in balance.
Savannah Storm
I do. I do. My moon waters. I do my moon waters. Yes.
Podcast Host
What's up?
Savannah Storm
Like, every full moon or new moon, you set a bottle of water outside. You write your intentions on an index card, tape it to the water. The new moon, like, feeds the water energy, you know? And then the next day, prior to drinking your water, think your water show gratitude because it sends energy to the water, the vibration. So it sends energy to the water, you drink it, and then it says that you're drinking your goals. Like, you're drinking the energy and the energy from the new moon.
Podcast Host
That's interesting. I just.
Savannah Storm
Oh, sorry. And putting your crystals out around the water actually charges the crystals. Every full moon charges the crystals.
Podcast Host
I've heard that.
Savannah Storm
Yeah.
Podcast Host
I just bought sound bowls, actually.
Savannah Storm
Me too.
Podcast Host
Really?
Savannah Storm
I did. You can look at my Amazon account. I just bought them. I love. I actually attend a lot of sound bowl healing ceremonies with Rooted Lounge here locally.
Podcast Host
I need to look into that Rooted Lounge.
Savannah Storm
It's downtown, and they also have cacao ceremonies. They have special tea ceremonies.
Podcast Host
Caca.
Savannah Storm
Yeah.
Podcast Host
Is that a psychedelic or.
Savannah Storm
Cacao is like, the raw. Like, chocolate. Like, raw cacao. And drinking it in pure form has a lot of, like, healing benefits.
Podcast Host
Really?
Savannah Storm
Yeah. Yeah. Look, check out Rooted Lounge. They have some really, really cool ceremonies. I'm super spiritual. That's cool.
Podcast Host
One of my favorite stores in Vegas is Herbally Grounded.
Savannah Storm
Me too. That's where I go for everything.
Podcast Host
Yeah. I literally messaged them yesterday on Instagram.
Savannah Storm
Are you serious?
Podcast Host
Yeah. The founder's coming on. I'm, like, nerding off.
Savannah Storm
Oh, that's awesome. I go there, the one on Eastern, so I'm always there. I'm super, like. I have a super hippy side to me. I'm like an onion. I have my extravagant side, my glamorous side, then my hippie side, where I've done, like, ayahuasca. I do kambo regularly. Wow. I have hoppe at the house. Habe hop a. Yeah.
Podcast Host
I don't know what that is.
Savannah Storm
Here's form of tobacco that's preyed upon for many, many years by shamans. It's grown in the Amazon, and you basically hold your throat and you blow it into each nostril. And what it does is it clears any panaya, which is dark energy.
Podcast Host
And.
Savannah Storm
And it's kind of like a reset. So when it comes to spirituality, I really try to stay grounded. Grounded and in my own, you know, in my own energy.
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Savannah Storm
Especially being in, you know, the adult world. The sacred exchange of sexual energy is, it's real and you take on other people's traumas and you take on, you know, energy from them. So I really, really try to stay grounded and, you know, release any negative energy that doesn't serve me. Or is that not or isn't my energy?
Podcast Host
Yeah. My buddies in the adult industry and he got some Reiki healing done.
Savannah Storm
Oh yeah.
Podcast Host
And the girl said there was like eight souls attached to him.
Savannah Storm
Yeah. And I believe sexual partners, I believe it. And it's true. Entities, entities also come through drinking alcohol. That's what if you have a locked.

Savannah Storm
Because you are allowing different spirits into, into your soul and, and typically it's dark entities that attach themselves to you and it's easy to to get these and a lot of people don't know how to read them.
Podcast Host
Wow.
Savannah Storm
So also bathing in dead sea salt. That rhythm or reds negative energy as well. There's a lot of like things that I try to do and I have my house crystal gridded.
Podcast Host
What's up?
Savannah Storm
Crystal grid. It is every entryway or point of entry in your home. So like bedroom doors, garage door, front door, sliding doors. I have. Gosh, I can't think of it.
Podcast Host
Oh, is it Selenite?
Savannah Storm
Yeah, Selenite.
Podcast Host
Yeah, we did that too.
Savannah Storm
Yeah. Yeah. And it's good for like, you know, protecting your home and certain rocks and corners too. I'm just super spiritual.
Podcast Host
I did not expect this out of you.
Savannah Storm
Yeah, a lot of people don't.
Podcast Host
Yeah. Not to generalize but like people in your industry, like you don't really see this in the adult industry.
Savannah Storm
I've done a lot of work on myself. I have a lot of self awareness. I'm not perfect by any means, but I want to be the best version of myself and I want to be, if I'm going to do real estate, I want to be the best realtor I can be. If I'm going to perform, I want to be the best performer I can be. You know, I want to be the best partner to who I'm with. I want to be the best version of myself. And you have to have a lot of self awareness and a Lot of working on yourself.
Podcast Host
Absolutely.
Savannah Storm
And doing ayahuasca, that really opened my eyes. You know, ayahuasca was so intense.
Podcast Host
Yeah. What was your big takeaway from that?
Savannah Storm
Oh, my gosh. Other than crying for 12 hours straight. And I was called to go back up and drink and drink seconds. Ayahuasca is the mother plant for healing. And, you know, there's. She just opens your eyes. She goes in and everyone's experience is going to be different. She goes in and she goes through your roots and she kind of mends your roots, like where you need healing. And so you purge. In order to heal, you must go through. You go through to heal. So what that means is you go through the pain and that hurt again and you relive it. And reliving that is. Is the only way through it. You have to heal from that.
Podcast Host
Wow, that's deep.
Savannah Storm
It was intense.
Podcast Host
Yeah. A lot of people. Well, yeah, I bet a lot of people don't want to accept their past. They kind of just put it to.
Savannah Storm
The side and you'll never heal. And you'll never heal if you don't work through it. Just like, like ibogaine is the father plant. And that is the only known cure for like, heroin addicts, methamphetamine addicts. And they won't obviously legalize it here in the States. You can go down to Mexico or you can go to Costa Rica, you can go other places and. And do this with shamans. But there's, you know, here on Earth, whether you're spiritual or you believe in God or whatever, you may believe in everything you need to heal yourself and your body is here on Earth. Like, we have all of the healing properties we need. Go to the ocean, go to the forest, put your feet down, ground yourself. Like you. You can feel it.
Podcast Host
Absolutely. I'm big on holistic remedies. Yeah, I try not to take any pills. I had to take a, like an Advil the other day.
Savannah Storm
I don't believe.
Podcast Host
And I hated it. It was my first one in like 10 years.
Savannah Storm
Yeah. And then like the color coding on it, that. That's poisonous. You know, it's like, I don't believe in pharmaceuticals whatsoever. I do a lot of intravenous medical grade peroxide and that cleanses your blood.
Podcast Host
Wow.
Savannah Storm
I just did an ozone colonic the other day, which. That goes in, kills parasites, worms, and see, sometimes I'm coming out.
Podcast Host
Damn. I need to try that out.
Savannah Storm
Yeah. Healing waters.
Podcast Host
Ozone colonic. I've heard of colonics.
Savannah Storm
I've never heard ozone the ozone goes in, and it also repairs red blood cells and stem cells.
Podcast Host
Wow.
Savannah Storm
So it actually goes in and it does a lot of repairing. So I'm. I read a lot. Like, I really do a lot of. A lot of work, like, from the inside out.
Podcast Host
Yeah. I can tell this is. This is serious stuff you're doing.
Savannah Storm
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And it's a. I like to share because a lot of people are like, oh, she's probably just a hot girl that just wants Botox and this and this. Well, I like to maintain my beauty, but I also cleanse the inside as well.
Podcast Host
Yeah. Botox has been controversial lately.
Savannah Storm
It has been. Yes. I did not know that.
Podcast Host
It shuts off certain emotions.
Savannah Storm
Yes. That. And also, like, some receptors to the brain, they said, too. I was shocked.
Podcast Host
That's scary.
Savannah Storm
I know. It's so scary. But I'm like, oh, my God, can I live without my Botox? Oh, man.
Podcast Host
I mean, it's like.
Savannah Storm
And I know people can say, well, that's heavy, like, hypocrisy. But like I said, I'm not perfect at all. But I do try to be. I'm probably healthier than 99 of people.
Podcast Host
Probably. Yeah.
Savannah Storm
Yeah.
Podcast Host
I mean, I remember when breast implants were big. They're still pretty big.
Savannah Storm
Yeah.
Podcast Host
Like, now they're finding out the health issues.
Savannah Storm
So many health issues. So many health issues. And I have autoimmune, too, so I'm, like, super sensitive to a lot of things.
Podcast Host
Wow.
Savannah Storm
I do have breast implants.
Podcast Host
Did you start feeling weird after you got them? Like, kind of sick?
Savannah Storm
You know, I got them relatively young. I got them. I believe I was 19. And I've always, like, in, like, my 20s, I always, like, suffered from different sicknesses and different things, and doctors would just. It's crazy. They just prescribe.
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Savannah Storm
Antibiotics, antibiotics, antibiotics. And it wasn't until, you know, later I realized I was fighting Candida.
Podcast Host
Whoa.
Savannah Storm
Candida. Which is severe, severe fungus, which would cause, like, bloating in my face, bloating everywhere, inflammation. And that's when I got really big on, like, cleansing my blood, doing the ozone colonics and doing, like, the oxygen hyperbaric chambers, and just a detoxing. And the best I've ever felt is, like, detoxing, Watching what I eat, watching. I don't. I haven't had a soda in over 10 years.
Podcast Host
Nice.
Savannah Storm
Yeah.
Podcast Host
Yeah. Oxygen chambers are awesome.
Savannah Storm
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, all of this stuff works, guys.
Podcast Host
No. 100% works. I had a TBI.
Savannah Storm
Yeah.
Podcast Host
I fix it with oxygen chambers.
Savannah Storm
I believe it. I believe it helps inflammation. So many people are inflamed from. You eat breads here. You go to Europe and have bread. The bread here, you're gonna bloat. You're going to. Because of the ingredients, all of the processed stuff in there, you know, But Europe, it's like the ingredients over in Europe, you look at a Doritos bag, you go to McDonald's and it's crazy. The difference.
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Savannah Storm
How drastic.
Podcast Host
I just looked up this morning, there's 19 ingredients in McDonald's french fries.
Savannah Storm
Yeah. That's crazy.
Podcast Host
It should be one ingredient.
Savannah Storm
It should be a potato.
Podcast Host
Two ingredients with salt, I guess.
Savannah Storm
Well, three, because the grease. So the grease, salt. Yeah. The oil and then the potato.
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Savannah Storm
Like, it's wild.
Podcast Host
But there's 19 consuming these disgusting.
Savannah Storm
Yeah, yeah.
Podcast Host
And your space, you gotta be healthy, you know?
Savannah Storm
Yeah.
Podcast Host
You gotta perform.
Savannah Storm
You have to. I always say, like, you want to put cheap gas in like a Bugatti. Your body is your Bugatti. Your. Your body is your vessel. You have one, you know, so why not take care of it?
Podcast Host
Yeah. How do you balance both industries at the same time? Real estate in this.
Savannah Storm
Well, I'm a workaholic. I. I go to sleep thinking about work. I have goals. I. So prior to getting into the adult industry, I was, I have a name here, selling luxury, luxury real estate, like high end homes. Also I was working with the developer, selling lots in like McDonald Highlands and these prestigious communities. And I was selling to, you know, the typical wealthy man, single, wants to go buy his $20 million home or, you know, and a lot of girls in the adult industry of models, dancers, porn stars, you know, I sold some pretty big names. I sold Sophie D, Carmen Karma, Natalia Starr, Rena Scott, and. And I, you know, they seen my success and they seen, wow, she just bought this. She owns this. I had my own real estate portfolio of like Airbnbs and rentals. And so they would come to me. I'm a woman they like, you know, trust, you know, they would trust me with their money and advice. And then between doing that and then OnlyFans, I realized, oh, my God, I love performing too. And I'm already selling. So the point of that is I was already selling to, to that genre of people. So it really, it hasn't affected real estate at all. I don't focus on real estate as much, but I will always be licensed.
Podcast Host
Yeah. Well, it's good for networking too.
Savannah Storm
Oh, yes, yes. So I would hold a lot of, like, red carpet events. I've held some big events at Like Christopher vu Model Homes, $5 million homes. Blue Heron, $15 million homes. I did a lot of charity events for the veterans, also the animal foundation. So I did a lot of big things in real estate. And I actually, you know, I built my brand and, you know, I have a picture of me holding up my first million dollar check. You know what I mean?
Podcast Host
I love it.
Savannah Storm
So. Yeah. So real estate is something that comes natural to me. That along with interior design.
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Savannah Storm
So it goes hand in hand and it's something that I'm good at, but I'm, you know, I'm kind of like a perfectionist.
Podcast Host
I love it. There was an incident at one of your properties.
Savannah Storm
Yeah.
Podcast Host
No one's ever seen side of the story.
Savannah Storm
No one. And I never shared my side of the story. Actually, this is going to be my first time sharing it.
Podcast Host
Wow. And it's been a while since that happened.
Savannah Storm
Couple years, actually. Actually, no. It happened this time last year.
Podcast Host
Okay.
Savannah Storm
So January of 2023, I turned to one of my homes in a prestigious community called McDonald Highlands. Guard gated. A lot of pro high profile names live in there.
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Savannah Storm
And I rented it out to a well known YouTuber. His name's CJ. So cool. Maybe you've heard of him.
Podcast Host
Yep.
Savannah Storm
And renting it out to him. And one morning I wake up, he's in the hospital. He's like, savannah, I'm in the hospital. The detective's gonna be calling you. I was like, wait a second, you're in the hospital? Why? And why is a detective calling me? Like, how am I involved in this? And he's like, well, the home was broken into. I was robbed and I got shot. I was like, holy crap. Like, what the. Immediately I head over to the house. Sure enough, detectives, police, they said, you don't want to walk in there. I said, well, I'm the owner. I have to obviously walk in and handle and see, you know, deal with my homeowner's insurance. And wow. There was puddles of blood, gunshot holes in the wall, throughout the, like, furniture, everywhere. It looked like there was someone had died in this house. It was insane. Well, how does one get into McDonald Highlands, a beautiful guard gated community? It was four or five suspects from Compton. They came, it was set up, they hiked the back of the mountain. Well, cj, so cool is a lot bigger in person than I think he appears on his YouTube, which I think he has like 9 million followers. So he sleeps with guns under the pillows and the nightstands. He. Even when I rented the house, he Told me he had all these guns and asked if I was okay with this. I didn't think anything of it, but he failed to tell me that every house he lived in prior to mine had been robbed.
Podcast Host
Wow.
Savannah Storm
Never told me this. So Henderson police get involved, which they're amazing. They end up catching the victim or not the victims. They end up catching the robbers, these people. And they had dropped a backpack full of cell phones and stuff, and apparently they were going to communities and robbing. Well, how they found the house is he thought he was untouchable living there. And on one of his YouTube channels, he said the address to the house.
Podcast Host
Whoa.
Savannah Storm
With it being a rental, all you need is the address. And then it comes up on Google images, you know, And I had a mural of my face, huge on the wall and a bunch of purple Venetian plaster so the house stood out. So, you know, you say that if you really want to hurt someone or get into anything, you. You're accessible. It's accessible. They hiked the mountain. They went in. They were planning on killing him.
Podcast Host
Wow.
Savannah Storm
He got shot four times in both of his legs. But what they didn't expect is he was going to come out with a huge gun and shoot back. So he shot back at them. Scared the living daylights out of them. They ran so quick back out the back door that they dropped their. That had all their cell phones and everything in it, which was the evidence needed to catch them.
Podcast Host
Wow.
Savannah Storm
Well, the only thing that they got away with was his Lamborghini key. So what they were going to do was try to kill him, take his jewelry or take whatever, probably get in the Lamborghini and drive out through the gate. Luckily, he's alive, he's walking, he's not paralyzed. Nothing happened like that. Thankfully, he's good. They got caught. But I asked him, I said, cj, please don't take this to the news. I said, it would be so difficult for me to like, resell the house, rent the house after this. Like, this is traumatized. This was traumatizing for me, mind you, I dealt with the homeowner's insurance. I had everything repaired back to normal. I mean, you have to understand, this is a million dollar home, you know, And I've never dealt with this, so I was traumatized myself. And not only did he take it to the news himself for clout to make another YouTube channel, he goes and makes a rap video talking about the shooting in my house and posting it all over the Internet. So, I mean, after that, and then I had an NBA player In after that. And there was incidences with that. I was like, you know what? I just want to sell the house. I was like, I'm done. I don't want to rent this house out anymore. It was a traumatizing experience. I mean, paddles of blood, like his bloody footprints up and down the stairs in every single room. Cause he went through every corner looking for these guys with his guns to shoot back. And I think he shot one, he got one. So it was just crazy. And so he actually had the audacity to ask me. Because he vacated early, he terminated his lease, which in any lease agreement, if you terminate early, you don't get your deposit back. And he had the audacity to ask for his deposit back. He's like, I got robbed in your house. I said, you got robbed in my house because you told nine people, nine million people on YouTube, your address. You flaunt your chains, you flaunt your diamonds, you flaunt your cars, you flaunt your money. And you expect not to have haters. Haters that are going to want to come in and do this. This is why I don't fault anything that I have. And then it was just like the audacity. And then you make a rap video about it, then you call the news, and then you want your deposit back. I was like, you traumatized me as well. I'm the one that had to deal with this cleanup. I'm the one that put the house back together. You know, it was just. It was a lot.
Podcast Host
That's crazy.
Savannah Storm
And then he tells me that every single house has been robbed. And like, is this what you do for clout? Like, is this how you get clowns?
Podcast Host
I wouldn't want to live like that no matter how much money I got either.
Savannah Storm
That was terrifying. So, yeah, it was. You know, and I kept my mouth shut. I don't like to shame people or bad mouth people, but it was messed up. And the way he went about it, it was just. It was. It wasn't right.
Podcast Host
Yeah, that's wild.
Savannah Storm
It was so crazy.
Podcast Host
So you got to really vet who, like, you rent your place out to.
Savannah Storm
Yeah. And I was managing it myself. And I was like, it was a very high end property. I mean, the rent wasn't cheap by any means. You know, Like, I was building. I. I lived in the home first. And I decided when all the team players, like the Raiders and everyone started moving to Vegas, I said, wow, Las Vegas does not have any luxury rental properties. Let me capitalize on this. I'll rent My house out. I'll go live in a different house and I'll start building my dream home. So I capitalized on all the athletes and everyone. Like, I had Dejounte Murray rented the house. You know, so I had some pretty big names in the home. And you wouldn't think that at a certain price point in a certain community, you would have these crazy experiences, but.
Podcast Host
Yeah, especially get guard gated, too.
Savannah Storm
Guard gated. It was guard gated. Beautiful, unobstructed city views. I mean, super modern.
Podcast Host
And Henderson's actually one of the safest towns in the country.
Savannah Storm
Yeah. Oh, their police, they come and stand. They come within five minutes, they. You know, I actually made friends with a few of them from this incident. So I was like, hi, it's me, Savannah. But, yeah, it was insane. So right now, my real estate portfolio, I've kind of sold off some of my rentals because I was so traumatized. I still have some Airbnbs, but I kind of want to reinvest somewhere else right now because I was just. You know, when I start investing into real estate again, which I always do, I will be sure to have a property management company manage the property, because that was. I've never experienced anything like that. And that's how I started off my year last year.
Podcast Host
Wow.
Savannah Storm
Oh, no, it gets even better. So after that, I decide to go on a vacation. So I'm like, oh, I want to take my honey and I. We're going to go to. It was a little island, Eleuthera, off of the Bahamas, and get this beautiful villa. And I was like, I want to go swimming with the pigs. I need a break. I am feeding the pigs, and a big pig comes up because I didn't know how to have my hand flat and nearly took my finger off. I have a scar. Isn't that insane? Last year was a crazy year. Like, I will say that. Like, I felt like that energy with that house, like, was just, like, coming down. It was bad. It was bad. I had to do a lot of detoxing of it. I was like, cleansing.
Podcast Host
Yeah, you need a ayahuasca trip or something.
Savannah Storm
Yeah. That was right after the shooting happened. And then I got picked by. Attacked by a pig. I was like, oh, my God, what's going on? Geez.
Podcast Host
Well, life is always kind of cyclical, right? Like, there's gonna be good and bad.
Savannah Storm
It is. It's your perspective, though, and it's how you look at it. I didn't cry. I didn't go get stitches. I took a shot at Tequila. And I said, we're not gonna ruin our trip. And I'm like, I'm a tough cookie, though.
Podcast Host
I love it.
Savannah Storm
Yeah.
Podcast Host
Well, this year's a new year. You got ABN's coming up.
Savannah Storm
Yeah.
Podcast Host
You're nominated, right?
Savannah Storm
I'm nominated for X Biz. Yes. Favorite new performer of the year. I've only been performing for eight months.
Podcast Host
Oh, that's it.
Savannah Storm
Eight months.
Podcast Host
Wow. Not even a full year yet.
Savannah Storm
Not even a full year. I'm at over 70 videos.
Podcast Host
Holy crap. You're grinding on it.
Savannah Storm
I'm grinding again. Always. Yes. I've shot with some really big names in the industry. I've shot with Brazzers, Vixen, Naughty America, New Biles. And I'm pretty proud. You know, my name has just been growing in the industry, and I'm excited to be so new. Not even a year. Already on my way to 100 videos and nominated.
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Savannah Storm
And even if I don't win, I'm just appreciative to be nominated along so many talented people, because performing is much more than what a lot of people think that it is.
Podcast Host
There's a lot that goes into it. It's a full day shoot, right?
Savannah Storm
It's a full day shoot. You have your directors. I mean, with Vixen, I was on set for, I believe, almost 10, 12 hours. There is, like 15 people on set. I had someone buttoning my buttons, and I was fixing my hair, my makeup. I had my stylist. I mean, it's like really being on a. On a movie set. They had a guy in charge of the fog machine. Like the smoke machine. Yeah. I love it. I love it. I love being in front of the camera, and I love performing.
Podcast Host
Are you ranked yet on the leaderboard?
Savannah Storm
I don't know. I don't know. I know, like, every company has, like, a rating system. Like, New BIOS tells me I'm almost a 10 out of a 10 for my. Their viewers and the fans, and they keep calling me back. So I fly to Arizona a lot.
Podcast Host
Nice.
Savannah Storm
Yeah, I put my all into it, you know, I really. I really strive to. I go to work, I work and I go home, you know, and that's my. My happiest is working and going home and being with, like, my family.
Podcast Host
No partying or.
Savannah Storm
No, not really. I mean, I do go out and attend events a lot. Just like I'm hosting at Sapphire for. For Avians. And I. I'm a big socialite, but I. I try not. Not to drink, really anything. A glass of wine here and There and nothing crazy. Like, I like to be in bed typically before like midnight. I mean, I'll stay out, worst case till 2 or something. But I like to go home and wake up early. Yeah, yeah.
Podcast Host
I'm the same way.
Savannah Storm
Yeah, I'm really like, I'm a. I'm the hot nerd. Like, you don't think I'm a nerd, but I love to read and I love to like, educate myself and. Yeah.
Podcast Host
What type of genres do you read?
Savannah Storm
Right now I'm reading the Art of Communication. So it's about properly communicating, learning not to speak over somebody and learning to listen. To listen.
Podcast Host
A lot of people need that book.
Savannah Storm
Yeah. A lot of people listen to answer. They just want to get their point across. They just want to hurry up and say their point without really listening to what you have to say and taking it in and then responding appropriately. They say that hypothetically, you're upset with me and you're enraged and you're yelling. Okay, I'm gonna sit here. I'm going to let you get that rage out and then I'm going to respond with love. And when you respond, coming from a place of peace and love, you generate that love feeling to where now you don't want to be angry anymore. But now if I respond back in the same manner, you just, you know, we're yelling and freaking out and then that's my response. Then it's going to be like a war of like, who can speak over the other one. So when you come from a place of love and compassion, the response is better from both ends.
Podcast Host
That's great advice. Yeah. Rage against rage rarely works out.
Savannah Storm
It doesn't ever work. I have first hands experience with that because I used to have a problem and I'm not perfect. I still, you know, speak over someone. Sometimes I'm like, oh, crap, I did it again. But I'm aware of it and I'm trying to work on it.
Podcast Host
That's the first step, that awareness. Some people aren't even there. Yeah, they won't even be aware of their yelling or whatever.
Savannah Storm
Yeah. A lot of people weren't put here in this matrix system to evolve. You know, there's certain starseeds and certain people here that will evolve and certain people that haven't learned their lessons yet. And it's just not meant for them to evolve. So I think it's up to that person, like if they want to take on their healing journey or not. When you do that comes enlightenment and healing and then you evolve.
Podcast Host
Yeah. Because you're just going to repeat the same life, Be stuck in the same matrix.
Savannah Storm
Yeah. And in different forms. Because I believe in reincarnation.
Podcast Host
Same. I've done past life there.
Savannah Storm
Yeah. Really? Oh, that's awesome. I believe in it. So I have tattoos. Like, I have the Catholic cross right here, and then I have the Buddha here. And a lot of people are like, well, that's hypocrisy. That's hypocritical. That's this. That's on. I said, no, it's not. I said, we are all one. You know, we are all one. No, I believe in different forms of everything. You know, I lead more with spirituality, and I listen to a lot of Neville Godard, Joe Dispenza, and so that is like, more like spiritual and like science. But I believe that, yes, we all believe the same thing. We all believe that there's something, whether it's the universe or God or whatever it may be, but it's one something.
Podcast Host
Absolutely. Have you seen the theory on birthmarks?
Savannah Storm
No.
Podcast Host
So do you have any birthmarks?
Savannah Storm
I have a little one. Right. Tiny right here.
Podcast Host
So some people have bigger ones. And apparently that's how you died in a past life.
Savannah Storm
Oh, really?
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Savannah Storm
I never heard of that.
Podcast Host
Yeah, it's pretty interesting.
Savannah Storm
I've done a lot of studying on blood types. So I have a rare blood type.
Podcast Host
What's your blood type?
Savannah Storm
A negative, which is the rhesus factor, is negative. So an RH negative woman as myself can't procreate with a positive man.
Podcast Host
Whoa.
Savannah Storm
And if you do, you are injected with something called the rhogam shot. If you do not get this rhogam shot, your body, the woman's body, will essentially destroy the baby because it's known as, like a foreign invader. With the RHOGAM shot, it does help a certain percentage that you will not miscarry the baby. But majority of women that carry a positive baby, they come out with problems. So also, I've been reading a lot and looking into procreation, the different blood types. Like, oh, are we different species? Because it's just like, what is it like a donkey and a goat meeting? They're not supposed to. Right. And it creates. What is it, like a mule? And it's the same thing with two humans. A negative and a positive are not supposed to procreate.
Podcast Host
Wow.
Savannah Storm
And yeah. So that's why there's something called a RHOGAM shot.
Podcast Host
I need to find out my fiance's blood type.
Savannah Storm
That is interesting. That's huge. Yeah. So a lot of negatives RH negatives are from a small village in Spain and it's called. Oh, man, I can't. Can't remember it. And we all have similar characteristic facial characteristic traits.
Podcast Host
Interesting.
Savannah Storm
Yeah.
Podcast Host
What's the trait like?
Savannah Storm
Like cheekbones, light eyes, like fair skin. And we all resemble each other. Almost like alien.
Podcast Host
Like, wow.
Savannah Storm
Yeah.
Podcast Host
So you're part alien?
Savannah Storm
I am.
Podcast Host
Are you a starseed?
Savannah Storm
I am.
Podcast Host
That's cool.
Savannah Storm
Yeah.
Podcast Host
I know a few stars.
Savannah Storm
Yeah, it's I. And I am. I'm very intuitive. Like, I can feel things and I know things and I don't know how or why I know them. And I just. It's a feeling like I have the strongest sixth sense.
Podcast Host
That's cool.
Savannah Storm
And I've used that in my life. Like, I'll give it. I'll share an example of manifestation and the things that I believe in. I believe in the proper way. For manifestation is the law of assumption. First, you have to live in the end as if you already have your desired fulfillment. Like your life is already the way that you want it to be. But you have to feel these feeling so deeply and know it without a doubt. You assume it's already yours. With the law of assumption comes the law of attraction. The universe has no other way but to you attract this. Then because your mind doesn't know the difference between reality and figmentation, it doesn't know the difference. So your mind is so strong and so powerful, you start to attract your thoughts. So if your thoughts are, I drive this Bentley, even though you might be driving a Honda, but you get into that Honda every day and you visualize you getting into your Bentley or whatever it may be that you want, you are now attracting that. And the universe has no other way but to give you that one way or another. Yeah. It's not about working harder, it's about working smarter and learning to train your brain and program your brain to attract the lifestyle that you want. I always say you are the creator of your own life.
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Savannah Storm
You know, if you don't like something, change it.
Podcast Host
I'm big on manifestation. I'm doing vision boards tomorrow night.
Savannah Storm
Oh, I made one.
Podcast Host
Oh, yeah? Yeah. I do them every year. And I always look back at the, like, December 31st. I looked at the one I made on January 1st. Everything came true.
Savannah Storm
Yeah. And it does. I'll give you a story real quick. I was 16 years old and pregnant. I didn't have a pot to piss in and I didn't have a dollar. I was working at Sonic Burger, and the father of My baby was an underground laborer, like, digging dirt, like, to lay the pipes, the water pipes. Okay. I would say, take me around and show me the houses you're building. Well, at 16, he drove me around these $800,000 homes, and I just fell in love. And I said, I will have that one day for my daughter. And he kind of was like, okay, how are you gonna manage that? And I was like, don't doubt me. Don't doubt me. 21 years old, I bought that same exact house. I called him. I said, come meet me at this address. And I gave him a key, because I never stopped knowing and assuming that that was already mine. And so I attracted it. And one way or another, I bought that house at 21. And that's how I started my real estate portfolio.
Podcast Host
That's impressive.
Savannah Storm
Yeah. And I ended up paying it off cash and then pulled out the equity and flipped and bought more, and I monopolized, and that's how I built my real estate portfolio. Starting at 21, I read all of LegalZoom, I incorporated myself, and then here I am today.
Podcast Host
I love it. Let's go. Well, what's next for you, Savannah?
Savannah Storm
You know, I want to buy a jet.
Podcast Host
Yo. I did not expect that answer.
Savannah Storm
I do. I do.
Podcast Host
G4.
Savannah Storm
I wouldn't mind starting with something small, even, like a citation 10. Yeah, something small that I could charter out, use when I want to. I already priced gasoline I'm big on. When you're not using something, rent it out, profit off of it, let it pay for itself.
Podcast Host
Right?
Savannah Storm
You know?
Podcast Host
Yeah. You can actually make jets profitable if you write it off in a certain way and you charter it out, like, a couple times a week.
Savannah Storm
Exactly. I wrote off my G wagon from real estate because I weighed a ton, and that's what I use for work. I mean, there's so many. I'm writing off my pool because I tore a muscle in my arm, and I got a prescription for pool therapy.
Podcast Host
Whoa.
Savannah Storm
So I'm able to write off a percent of my pool. I'm very creative. I'm a businesswoman.
Podcast Host
That's awesome. I'm trying to figure out how to write off my wedding.
Savannah Storm
Yeah, well, I have a great cpa.
Podcast Host
It's like a hundred grand.
Savannah Storm
I believe it. Oh, my goodness. I believe it.
Podcast Host
People have done it, too.
Savannah Storm
No, I'm sure there's a way. There's a way to. You know, you just have to get creative. You know, I try to be as creative as possible and think outside the box and.
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Savannah Storm
With street smarts. And book smarts. It's worked out.
Podcast Host
I love it. Well, we'll. We'll link your stuff below. Thanks for coming on.
Savannah Storm
Yeah, thank you for having me.
Podcast Host
Absolutely. Check her out, guys. Peace.
