Well, not as excited as some people who have less information. But the bottom line is that it's, as I've said in a number of talks I did here, it's a 12 step process that we're in the process of trying to. It's an addiction program that our culture is addicted to a scientific, logical, positivist worldview. Right now, with the national security state in charge in the United States, you know, two political parties warring with each other and, you know, nation states warring with each other.

You know, battleships being, you know, moved into the Middle east with nuclear weapons and, you know, bombing going on with Russia bombing the Ukraine, you know, Israel just having, you know, massacred tens of thousands of people. And at the same time, there's UFOs appearing all around and pressure being put on to Congress to reveal what the information is or to find out what the information is. And so there's a process of trying to become unaddicted, get our citizenry unaddicted to a national security state consciousness. And we're about halfway there. There are six steps that have been undertaken already. We've traced those here at the, at the exhibition here that we're doing the Expo. You know, there's been revelations of testimony in Congress. There have been information given to the New York Times there. You know, Ross Colthart has had a number of people on News Nation. Whistleblowers are coming forward. So there's a series of events that have taken place so far, this announcement on Thursday, actually late Thursday afternoon by President Trump that he is promising he's going to instruct the heads of the different agencies to release the information, to identify it and Release it now. He, he said he was going to release all of the Epstein files too, but he didn't. He's trying very hard not to. So his having said that isn't satisfactory. So we have to get Congress to move now to pass laws to mandate that he issue an executive order to all of those different agencies commanding them to do this. Congress has to pass a law, statutory law. They've already commanded them back in 2023. They've commanded all of these, these agencies, all six of our United States military services, you know, all 18 of our United States intelligence agencies, all 32 of our United States Defense Department agencies who gather all of that information together and put it all together and turn it over to the National Archives, which they're not doing.

So the problem is that the executive branch agencies don't care what Congress says to them. And Congress doesn't have the courage to do anything about it as of right now.

Because they're afraid of the national security state. Because the national security state will secretly pour millions of dollars into their next campaign and unseat them. We've gotten ourselves into a condition of being addicted to a national security state. And the citizenry are basically temporarily satisfied with whatever the benefits are that flow from that. Because as you know, 5% of the population of the entire planet, the people in the United states enjoy almost 40% of all of the non renewable resources that are developed on the planet every calendar year. And so there's an addiction to this materialist worldview, the materialist and consumers culture. And so we've got to become unaddicted. It's going to take another half dozen major steps that are going to have to be taken. And we have an advantage now that coming up in November, just, you know, nine months away here or so, there's going to be an election. All 435 of the representatives of Congress get selected. You know, 33 of the senators out of the hundred. And what we need to do is the people have to mobilize. People have to mobilize if they care about trying to figure out how to change the major conditions that we find ourselves in, in the world right now.

Climate change kind of descending, everybody. Massive cyclones. Storms happening in New York and in the East Coast. We got massive Arctic centers moving down into the country. We've got major storms coming up from the Pacific.

In inundating the south. We've got deserts appearing around the world. You know, if people want to do something about this, they're going to have to mobilize. So we've set up a thing at our, at our Romero Institute that has been in existence now for like 40 years. We've done lots of cases in the past, as people know. I was one of the legal counsel for the New York Times and the Pentagon Papers know off the Harvard Civil Rights Law Review. We, we did the legal case that established the right of journalists to protect their confidential news sources. We did the Karen Silkwood case to stop the construction of these dangerous private nuclear power plants. We did the Iran Contra case. We've done a lot of these cases. We had the Watergate case. I was there in Bailey's firm. We got, we represented James McCord who wrote the letter to Judge Sirica blowing the whistle on Richard Nixon. We've done a lot of these things. And what we've done is we've set up this new paradigm Institute now to get information out to the people, to help organize the people, raise their consciousness about these issues, show them that something can be done about it, and set up a mechanism through our citizens for disclosure where they can contact their members of the House of Representatives and their senators to put pressure on them to, to compel the Executive branch to turn this information over to the National Archives. So, and to have Congress then set up a panel, a board of review to review all of this information and start making decisions to reveal this to the public.

At the same time, we have to get our Congress to start taking steps to adjust our major institutions here on our planet, our economic institutions, our domestic political institutions, our geopolitical alliances with other nation states. You know, the, the, the religious institutions. We're going, we're going to have to start modifying and adjusting our institutions to start to absorb the information that is going to come to us when it dawns on us that we are not only not at the geophysical center of the entire Universe, which I think we got addressed in the 16th century.

You know, with Copernicus and, you know, and Galileo. But the fact is we substituted this, this image of ourselves being at the apex of the kind of pyramid of all sentient life in the universe. And that's not true either.

Well, it's not quite clear where we are in the hierarchy, but the fact is we're getting ready to find out.

So what we have to do is start adjusting our religious institutions to start absorbing this information and readjusting the. So that we can address the kind of psychological health of individuals and collective communities that are going to be kind of dislocated from this because we've been intentionally addicted to this entirely false worldview of who we are in the universe. And so that we're going to have to readjust this. And so these steps. There's a whole other half a dozen steps that need to be taken here now from the, from the time of the revelation in, in, you know, December, on December 17th of 2017, with the front page story in the New York Times that lo and behold, it turns out that we've been being lied to by our entire government and insisting that there was no such thing as UFOs and that they were just mistaken flocks of birds, or worse yet, swamp gas. You know, that turns out that UFOs are real. Our United States government is actively been investigating them. And now we've been told by direct testimony in the House Oversight Committee, publicly revealed that in fact we are in possession of one or more non human origin extraterrestrial spacecraft and the bodies of the occupants that we've now proven to be non human. And so now we know that we've been being lied to by the government. Now this, this reality of our having been lied to by our own government is starting to permeate the culture. The problem is that people are getting ready to lose all confidence in government structures.

Which is not a healthy condition for us to be in. So what we have to do is we have to get access to the truthful information, muscle up the institute the constitutional and democratic institutions of our country, primarily through Congress. We have to step back. This national security state that's been in place since the national security Act of 1947 at the end of World War II. The CIA and the National Security Agency and the Defense Intelligence Agency, all of these agencies that we've empowered to try to engage in completely duplicitous imperial activity all around the world to establish us as the predominant power in the world for our own economic advantage or more pointedly, for the economic advantages of the 1% of the. Of the people who own most of the shares of the corporations. Yeah, you know, people. All that's dawning on people now that that's happening, the rich culture. So what we need to do is we need to refresh the democratic institutions that we have. But that has to be done by the people because the people in positions of power in the national security state are not going to do it voluntarily. The members of Congress who are now being openly paid by the major corporations for their campaigns are not going to do that. So what we have to do is we have to rise up and assert our power as the 5% of the population in the entire world that has the best capability of doing something about this national security state that the United States has set up. And it's pushing all of these other countries into these responsive actions against us. You know, I mean, you know, people are being brainwashed here in the United States to believe that, oh, Putin and Russia is just this horrible imperialist country that is invading the Ukraine and trying to take it all over, completely ignoring the fact that the United States government has been surrounding Russia by, by recruiting former republics of Russia into the NATO and moving the United States nuclear missiles up all along the western boundary of the Soviet Union and now Russia.

They don't talk about that part at all. And that I've been somewhat privileged to be able to get to study all of this stuff. You know, I was. I was actually given a full scholarship to Harvard College and into Harvard Law School. Then I went to Harvard Divinity School and studied there. I've been put in positions because I've been a lawyer of representing the New York Times in the Pentagon Papers case, representing the James McCord in the Watergate burglary. Other places where I've come to see all of this stuff. And what we're doing is our institute now is sharing this with the people, but trying to be careful not to completely destroy the confidence of a democratic population in democracy and in our government structures in our constitution. So that's what our New Paradigm Institute is engaged in doing right now. So we're just asking people, you know, to please, you know, to sign up, go to new paradigm institute.org on the Internet, you know, become a member of Citizens for Disclosure. It's free. You'll be getting regular information coming to us for free over the Internet. You know, on your laptops and on your cell phones. And it'll be giving you all the information about who your representative is in the House of Representatives, how you contact her or him. You know, in the particular, we've drafted the statute to empower Congress to take back into its hands the authority to declassify all of this information. We're now starting to move into place pieces of legislation about how to modify some of the institutions that we have, our economic institutions, our geopolitical treaties with other countries. We're engaged in doing this, but people are paying very little attention to this. They're kind of interested in the UFO issue, but they don't really understand what the repercussions are going to be.

For our entire civilization. So that, that we want people to sign up and become members of the Citizens for Disclosure so they can get all of this information. They can it also enable them to recontact, train them on how to contact their local representatives and their, their congressional members. That's, that's what we're engaged in doing right now. And they, they still, people aren't going to be able to take the time from their jobs to look at what are all the alternatives, how do we make these adjustments in all of our various institutions. The New Paradigm Institute is going to be providing options to people so that people can vote on this and make their own decisions as to what we want to do. At the same time, we're going to be contacting the officials in the Roman Catholic Church to undertake disclosure themselves about the information they know about this that most of the people don't even know that back on November 10th of 2009, you know that the Roman Catholic Church actually issued an official statement saying that now that we are now in light of the discovery of more and more of these new exoplanets outside of our own solar system, it's now become clear that that much sooner than had been previously anticipated, they said we are going to discover life elsewhere in the universe. Therefore, the time has now arrived for the laity and the people of the world to start engaging in extraordinarily important conversations about the profound philosophical and theological questions that are going to be posed to our human family by discovery of life elsewhere in the universe. Now, because I had been chief counsel for the Jesuit Headquarters in their social ministry office for a whole decade, I was able to contact Father Jose Gabriel Funes, who was charged by Pope Benedict to issue this statement. And I met with him in person. And within a couple minutes of our conversation beginning, he said, look, Danny, he said, you know, when we're talking about discovering life elsewhere in the universe, we're not talking here about discovering some, just some single cell life form beneath some frozen sea on some moon orbiting a distant planet in some far off galaxy. He said we're talking about another highly intelligent, highly technologically developed, but distinctly non human species right here in our own Milky Way galaxy. You know. And the most important thing we now know from direct testimony is being provided to Congress in open sessions that people can look up on the Internet, that we're in possession of their craft and we're in possession of their bodies that show that they're non human. It turns out that they're here on our planet, that they have bases deep beneath the seas, high up in the mountain ranges where they're away from the populated areas. But their craft are being seen now as UFOs. And we're being also told that our United States national security people in our CIA and in our Defense Department are trying to shoot these things down.

No, it's not. It's not smart. It's totally self destructive. I mean, to try and they're trying to figure out how to take on this extraterrestrial civilization militarily.

That, you know, probably have 8 billion years, 8 billion years longer at, at developing defenses than, than we've had to develop weapons. I mean, this is ridiculous because we're addicted, we're addicts to this type of limited mind, mind view, you know, that we've got. So that this is what the New Paradigm Institute actually exists for. So I've been invited here to come to the Conscious Life Expo to share this information with the people here who are exploring meditation in different levels of consciousness, ways of becoming more and more spiritual outside of the constraints of major institutional religions, you know, and that because this has to do with raising our consciousness, this becomes a relevant subject for the new par, the new Conscious Life Expo discussions that we're having. So that's, that's what I'm doing here. And we're unabashedly trying to recruit people to become citizens for disclosure, you know, and deal and find out all the information themselves, you know, that we share all the information and the different views that people have on all of this to get give people the ability to make our own decisions. But you're going to have to play your proper role as citizens.

You know, in informing yourself about this, you know, and reaching out to your Congress people. And if your Congress people don't do what it is you're asking them to do, then replace them, you know, put other people into those positions. And if you find that the Congress of the United States is being disempowered institutionally by the national security state, then we have to take steps to undo the national security state. And we have to reach out to Russia and China, in India, in the European Union, and other major nation state entities to get them to step back from them having their responsive national security states in place. We've got to back up out of this kind of addicted mindset that we have and try to look to the actual, genuine spiritual information that our human family has been able to develop over the centuries and over the millennia and come to understand that it turns out that a lot of these spiritual dimensions that have been talked about turn out to be true, and that we have all kinds of latent capacities as human beings to raise our consciousness to be able to do things that they think only special people with special adepts, you know, in saintly beings, have the capacity to do, which includes love and compassion and forgiveness, you know, and the ability to transmute matter from one form into another, you know, to be able to heal people through all of these energy fields that we know about, that these are things that are secrets that have been kept from the general population, primarily because at the time all of these religious institutions started forming themselves, you know, back in the, you know, 2,000 to 5,000 years ago, you know, 99.9% of all the people were completely illiterate. You know, they didn't even ever go anywhere more than 50 miles away from the point where they were born. And so those who had higher insights into some of these subtle dimensions of reality, you know, organized themselves into religious institutions and attempted to set up these kind of mythological stories that they sold to the people that were illiterate and ignorant. And the problem is the institutions have then ossified around these kind of stories that were. Were developed for people that were completely illiterate, and they've now attached themselves to them, and they've become addicted to those fictional mythologies people know. And we have to update all of this information. The religious institutions have to update all of this information. Our governmental institutions have to be modified to adjust to the extraterrestrial reality that we find ourselves in. And we have to start preparing to become citizens of our own galaxy, you know, not just citizens of this planet, much less just citizens of this one nation state.

You know, that are trying to lord it over everybody else for our own short term economic advantage or for our lifestyles. You know, where you can sit and talk to your television and have it change channels, you know, and sit and watch, you know, 1, 500 movies that you want to watch or, or spend your time watching, you know, 100,000 people gather together in major football stadiums and chase a pigskin up and down the field, you know, because you're trapped in sort of a second paradigm dialectical bipolar. What worldview distracted that we, we have to transcend this level of consciousness that we're in right now or we're on the very brink of potentially destroying ourselves. You know, the, the bulletin of Atomic scientists have now moved the famous or infamous Doomsday clock up to 85 seconds before midnight. This is closer than we were to thermonuclear war back during the Cuban Missile Crisis.

According to all of the people that are the most expert on thermonuclear weapons and where they're deployed around the world. And who has access to these right now? I mean, that's, that's a pretty startling revelation to us. That's, you know, and so that we have to, we have to come to grips with this if we intend to survive and if we intend to be able to move into the next phase of our biological evolution. We need to understand, you know, Homo sapien sapiens that we are now. We haven't always existed in this particular form. You know, we were back in Australopithecus. We were back in, you know, in the apes of, you know, primitive, you know, orangutans and chimpanzees. Yeah. We moved to Australopithecus to, to Homo erectus to Neanderthal. These are entirely different species that we were at one time. We're now at Homo sapiens sapiens. But we're on the very brink of evolving into the next iteration of life forms on our planet. And we have latent capacities that we haven't yet fully realized. And we have to realize that these are possible for us. And these are the developed faculties that we're going to be able to develop that Enable us to reform our institutions and to prepare to become galactic citizens. You know, this is what's going on right now, and it's time for people to pay attention to this. So that's why we have these, you know, conscious life expos every year we have, you know, contact in the desert that is more focused on the UFO reality itself. But the New Paradigm Institute exists now. It's now offering free membership to people all around the country and all around the world. To organize ourselves, to utilize democratic institutions that we have in our elected Congress, in parliaments around around the world to actually get our governments to reform and to prepare ourselves for this next step in our major biological evolution. Oh, yes. Oh, yes. You know, the first one is we have to get a law passed by Congress mandating President Trump to do what he's now promised he's going to do and issue an executive order to all of these different US Military and intelligence agencies to gather all this information together, if they haven't done it already.

And turn it over to the National Archives. Okay. And they have to do it immediately because they've been given three. They've been given two years to do it. Now since December 22nd of 2023, they've been under orders from Congress to do this.

And they. They haven't done jack. You know, they don't care. They don't care what Congress says because they think that they take their orders from the executive branch and from their military commanders and the head of the Central Intelligence Agency because they're addicted to the national security state. Okay. So that. That's step one has to be taken. And step two, that the United States Congress has to set up by law and appoint its own review board to review all of this information once it's turned over to the National Archives. They that we have to have this review board that has a staff. You know, we've put the. We've put forth the legislation out of the New Paradigm Institute and provided it to Congress. Now, pursuant to which they appoint their own board of review and set up standards pursuant to which they start to reveal this information to the public. Okay. In any attempt to postpone the revelation of any of this information has to be justified pursuant to specific criteria. Right. They have to do that. And then. Then thirdly, we have to set up a major, a Justice Department investigation of the criminal activity that's been engaged in by people in this, this national security state infrastructure that they've threatened people, they've, they've intimidated people, they've assaulted people, they've ruined people's lives by spreading lies about them simply by their, because of their trying to report engagements with UFO craft. Right, right. In order for them to keep it secret. You know, we've got, we've got private aerospace corporations that have been sequestering this, this technology. We've gotten people inside the national security state attempting to shoot down the UFOs to kidnap the members of the extraterrestrial civilization, to kill them.

You know that these are criminals, criminal activities that they've been engaged in, you know, and we can't keep on going over this thing that, you know, you get Abu Grab where we find our United States military forces torturing people, people arresting completely innocent people and torturing them to try to get information, you know, from them. And nobody does anything about it. They all walk away. You get people even all the way up to President Obama. Oh, let's just not be looking backwards and have recriminations. Let's just let them all go and look forward to trying to cure this. You know, same thing happens, you know, look, look what happens, you know, and we, we get the Iran Contra crisis, you know, where the, the executive branch has been in complete open defiance, of course, Congress's order to stop giving weapons to the Contras that are this fascist right wing authoritarian government down in exile down in Nicaragua. And nobody does anything to them.

You know, they, they get indicted. We get a special prosecutor appointed, Lawrence Walsh, which our institute did, he indicts 14 of the top level people and President George Bush senior pardons all of them.

You know, and nobody, nobody does anything to them. So that these people, there are some people that have to be prosecuted for their criminal conduct. They have been, they have been kidnapping young kids, American children that they find to have these psychic capabilities because they've discovered lo and behold, that these UFO craft are actually piloted telepathically.

That's the GATE program. And they're, they're capturing these kids and they're torturing them.

They came to my school in elementary school.

Yeah. They take them out of the elementary schools, they train them up and they start dosing them with amphetamines, you know, to get them all jacked up and torturing them with cattle prods, you know, to get them into a state of terror so that they will leave their body so that they have higher psychic capability. This is, this is so crude and criminal.

Yeah. And so, so what I'm saying is, is that, that, that's another step that needs to be taken. The preparation of a federal Criminal Racketeering act, criminal prosecution. I've drafted the, I've drafted the complaint. We're the ones that drafted the complaint in the, in the Iran Contra case that got all these 14 people indicted. Okay. So that, that still has to be done. And very importantly, we have to start getting Congress to start passing statutes about how to modify particular institutions that the government has the authority constitutionally to be involved in to reorganize our economy, which is based upon a scarcity model of our own planet. If we're going to have access to the, to the whole galaxy to get access to resources, the, the entire capitalist system that is rooted in scarcity collapses. You know, and if we're going to find an energy source which, these, these craft, these UFO craft have actually been monitored on video in radar, coming down from over 80,000ft, technically in outer space, down to the surface of the ocean in 7/10 of 1 second and stopping completely on a dime like that, which generates 600 GS of force that'll liquefy anybody in him, and then diving under the ocean with no splash and then traveling under the Ocean at over 200 miles an hour. Huh. Okay. And the amount of energy has been computed that had to be expended in that 7/10 of 1 second to do that is more than all of the electrical power generated by all 103 private nuclear power plants in the United States over an entire year.

No, that means that this ain't petroleum we're talking about here. We're talking about an alternative energy source here. And they're hiding it. They're hiding it from the people, they're hiding it from the world. You know, because the, the United States military runs on petroleum, you know, all the tanks. And it puts the oil corporations out of business.

You know, and so, so what I'm saying is the national security state, we have become addicted to the national security state here in the United States and we have to get over this addiction. And they say this is a 12 step process, just like the, you know, getting unaddicted to alcohol.

You know, and We've gotten six of the steps of Revelation done already. There's another half a dozen steps, these steps I've outlined here. And the. The latter of them is starting to reform our institutions and to get Congress to do this so that this isn't by executive order of the president, you know, who can then have the next president just reverse it just like that, or even any given president just to withdraw their own executive order, you know. And so what we've got to do is get our democratic institutions operational right now, okay? And that's what we need to do. We need to demonstrate to the whole world that people can rise up and insist upon having democratic institutions make these decisions and be representative of the will of the people. That's what we're engaged in doing right now.

So These are the six steps. They're the final six of the 12 step process of becoming unaddicted to this national security state into this materialist worldview that we have and this consumer economy that we have, you know, that we've. We've got to take these steps as citizens because we are the. We are the four generations that are alive right now, you know, who are going to be setting the protocols for our relationship with this extraterrestrial civilization for the next 10,000 years. You know, people a thousand years from now are going to look back at this two or three year period that we're in right now and say, what did you do? What did you do when you were told that there was an extraterrestrial civilization all around you? What did you. You were too busy watching movies on, you know, on Netflix, you know, or you were too busy, you know, trying to figure out how. How to get a new car that went, you know, the. That goes, you know, up to, you know, 60 miles an hour in, you know, in three tenths of a second or something. What are you doing to yourself? You know, you've lost touch with the basic spiritual values, the basic spiritual values that have somehow been buried in amidst all of these strange ceremonial practices of institutions that are thousands of years old, you know, and that are trapped so that we've got to. We've got to get. Institutions by themselves don't generally reform themselves. You know, the Jesuit order was created back in 1547, you know, to reform the Roman Catholic Church because of all the selling of indulgences and the terrible things they were doing, and they haven't yet done their job, so they've got to do their job to reform the Roman Catholic Church. There. There are other Reform movements in the Jewish tradition, in all the other traditions, you know, there's the whole Sufi sect inside Islam to try to reform them back into a genuinely mystical, spiritually informed community which we have access to. All of these things need to be done, okay? And we have a list of those. We have them at the New Paradigm Institute. We're willing to share them with people. You know, this is just a short 30 minute period that people are hearing about all of this. They may be saying, holy mackerel. You know, I didn't know anything that he was talking about before, you know, so, so what they, what they've got to do is they say, okay, I'm going to tune into newparadigmine institute.org I'm going to become a member of Citizens for Disclosure and I'm going to find out about all this and I'm going to get our Congress to do what has to be done and I'm going to find out what the new statute looks like so that I'm informed to talk to my Congress people about this thing. I'm going to talk to my religious denominations. I'm going to realize that, wait a second, maybe there's such a thing as genuine spirituality. People are going to get over what happens to us in our sophomore year of college. Holy shit, this stuff is such bullshit. You know, it's all like thinking, still believing in Santa Claus, you know, and you just jettison all of that stuff and you never quite get back to it because you're too busy getting and spending and laying waste your power, you know, so that we've got to get back to understanding that there's some genuine spiritual verities that we have to come to understand what they are and how we can help utilize these things to elevate our consciousness to help accelerate our rate of evolving into the next stage of our evolutionary biological advance into the future. That's exactly what's happening. People have to become empowered over this process. You can't just wait and depend upon people in positions of authority to tell you what it is you're supposed to do. Because look at, look how, how's that working for us right now?

And we have to make sure that if, if anything like that happens that we preserve our own agency as a species so that we're not here just to sort of think that they're gods of some sort coming in and whatever it is they tell us to do, we're going to do. And you know, we have, we have to develop our own sense of agency over our own future to be able to responsibly dialog with them and engage in development of protocols and relations with them. But you know, if you don't deserve it, you're not going to get it, right?

Yeah, well, you know, the people. But a lot of that is rationalizing. You're not having to do anything, you know, okay, maybe we just leave it up to the ET people to save us.
