And what the scientists have told us from the 80s to the 90s to now nutritionally has been wrong. Before we used to be scared of fat salts.

Was demonized. Who do you see in our lifetime as the biggest threat?
A (0:09)
China. Denying them oil from Venezuela is the beginning of that.
B (0:19)
Okay, guys, fellow podcast host here. We got Brent Tucker here, host of the Tier one podcast. And you do a lot of other stuff. Thanks for coming on, man.

B (0:26)
Yeah, I love the hand tattoo. Stay.
A (0:28)

B (0:33)
Nice.
A (0:33)
Believe it or not, I haven't had a new Tattoo in probably 15 years.
B (0:37)
Wow. Yeah, I don't have any yet. I don't know if I'll ever get
A (0:40)
one, but I got my first one when I was 25 and it's completely off topic, but.
B (0:48)

A (0:50)
Yeah, yeah. But I think it's, I think it's a bad choice to see like 18 year olds with full sleeve tattoos. Like, you don't, you don't have the life, you know, experience. Yeah. I feel like to be proud of. That's a lot of tattoos. Be proud of every single one of them later in life.
B (1:08)

A (1:12)
That's gotta be.
B (1:13)
So I just never wanted to potentially do that. You know, the names are what always people regret, for sure. Ex girlfriend.
A (1:19)
That's right. So I only got my kids names on me.
B (1:22)
But what's new, man? You got a lot. I mean, you got the coffee business, you got the podcast, you're donating to a lot of people. What's the main focus these days for you?
