We rely on data so much right now that we basically cannot sleep without our ring or our watch telling you that, you know, you slept well. You cannot make biohacking personalized if you don't know what your body needs.
B
Meditation and right way of how do you making all these grasses? It's so important and it can calm down or it can activate you. You know, I will repeat it so many times that it's needed to be repeated. Like people don't believe, but hey, like you have to do.
A
Foreign.
C
From Biohackers World. It's an event coming up in la. They also do events all over the country. Thanks for coming on guys.
A
Thank you.
B
Thank you. Sean, thank you for inviting us.
C
Yeah, absolutely. Very excited for the event. For those that don't know what you guys are doing with the events, could you give a quick rundown on Biohackers World?
B
Olia?
A
Okay. Biohackers World is a movement and community focused events on biohacking, wellness, longevity. We bring biohacking to the local communities across the US and just introduce people to the idea that biohacking can be complicated, as we know, but also can be very simple. And it's for everyone who just wants to improve their life, who, who is looking for new techniques, new technologies, the way how we can optimize our living and also trying to be a little bit healthier, happier and living longer.
B
Nice. And how can we do it without all the people and the rest, you know, like we need the community to support each other. So it's a big part of Biohackers World. We really want to encourage more people to join.
C
Yeah. Because when I was growing up, biohacking seemed to be something you needed money for, was for the elites, the rich people. But now it's entering the mainstream, right?
B
Yeah. We have many devices and technologies which are pretty popular nowadays in mass. But also like some of the new development happens so new science and new exploration, so more and more people come and join and with help of AI, it becoming even more liberalized.
A
That's interesting because that's not something new, Right. I mean the term biohacking is relatively new, but the idea is I want to be healthier is not new. Right. It's something that we've been doing for our whole life. From being a child, your mom was giving you some vitamin C, you know, when, when it's season for this or something like that. So it is a biohacking. So yeah, the term was invented basically to explain something maybe extra what you do, like new devices, new technologies, but the idea behind it is just for people, for everyone, for everyone who just wants to improve their life even a little bit.
C
Right. Which is needed because there's a lot of studies on Americans and their health. And a majority of Americans are unhealthy. Right. So they need to be focusing on their health,
A
especially in the U.S. but not only, you know, it's not only problem of the west world, it's also all over, it's worldwide. It's a movement. We see a lot of communities and conferences all over the world. The world, because that's something that we need. We have the same body as we had 100 years ago. But what about the environment around all the MFs? We have all the electric cars. Right. With all the MF and radiations all around, we have toxins. Our food is not coming from your garden. You just buy it. And maybe you're not looking to the labels. And we know that there are artificial apples and meat you can eat in them without even knowing that it's not even meat. So just environment is different, but we need to adjust. We need to kind of keep up with this. So that's, that's something that we bring as a, as event, as a conference, as a movement just to kind of introduce the idea of unfortunately you kind of have to try to be healthy right now.
C
Yeah, yeah. You can't eat the same stuff you ate growing up. I've noticed. Cause I used to eat a lot of processed food growing up, but now that I'm getting older, I, I really feel it like a toll on my body, you know.
B
And there is so much microplastic right now, like everywhere. So even like drinking water. What containers do we use for drinking water? Is it tap water from the. Or is it come from glass? So that's pretty important. First thing, like people doing, like we need to drink water. So what containers it comes and how much plastic do you consume with this water? So but in general, like holistic approach and all kind of preventative medicine is so important. So not get sick. I mean, western medicine is very into treating diseases like once they already appeared. But how can we prevent it? So how can we not get sick? And that's an idea of our understanding of biohacking and longevity and health optimization.
C
Yeah. Also there's a lot of wearables and health apps now. People are also using AI to analyze their blood work. Are you guys using any of that with your health journeys?
B
Yeah, well, we are co founders here, so each of us have our ideas. I am definitely into more of Every devices, I love it. I use many of them. And of course, each of these devices comes with a battery, and battery have some EMF there. So like there's some, some waves comes out of it as well. So that's kind of like side effect of any kind of device. But at the same time it allows me to track sleep. So I use some sleep devices like sleep tracking. Either it will be a bed, smart bed, or some rings. Right. Or even glucose monitor. So that's another part. So for me personally, sleep is very important. It's de stressing my organism, my body feel better and I can be more productive. So that's why I want to do everything possible with my sleep.
A
Yeah, I support testing and just tracking in general, but I'm trying to be mindful about it because as Mick mentioned, you sleep on the bed, which is, which tracks something you do. You track all the time. You wear rings every single day 24 7. And it kind of, it's very easy to develop this dependency on numbers, you know. So you sleep and then you track your sleep and you see, you know how good is your sleep was. But what about asking yourself first? Because we probably should know if we slept well or not. Your body's smart enough to actually kind of, oh, I, I didn't have enough sleep today, or I slept very well. So we were created the way that we should know that. But we rely on data so much right now that we basically cannot sleep without our ring or our watch telling you that you slept well. So while I do love all the technologies, I love trying them. I think it's amazing in the way don't take anything without knowing that you need it. So test it first. Because you cannot make biohacking personal if you don't know what, what's your body needs. You cannot just add, add, add. You have to extract something. And yeah, you have to track something, but also just staying mindful about how much stuff you use, how many different technologies you use, and just trying to rely a little bit on yourself, on your feelings, on listening to your body, on trying to, you know, talk to yourself. How am I feeling right now? Am I stressed out or not? Am I feel? What causes that? So just, just kind of to consider yourself as an intelligent being is also very important.
C
Yeah, rely on your intuition. And speaking of stress, stress and burnout seem to be everywhere right now. Why do you, why do you guys think that's such a big issue right now?
A
We're trying to be overproductive. You know, we live in the world where Even. Even a couple of years ago we added AI which should have take a lot of our work from our plate. Right. Kind of to help us. But did we really notice that we have less work? Not really. We work more especially. Especially here in the US It's a country that you have to be productive. You work from eight till, I don't know, late midnight. And we're kind of overproductive. So it's pretty easy to experience burnout and mental fog and just not knowing what to do just because you have to be productive.
B
And it comes to the very first and basic technique that our body has and our tool is a breathing. So meditation and right way of how do you making all these breathes. It's so important and it can calm down or it can activate you or it can stress like all this mental things. It goes through your head with your breathing. So meditation like before go to bed and once you wake up, I mean like it's pretty. Pretty busy time right now for us as event organizers and conference organizers. So we. I'm like every day for last. I don't know like 20 days. I've been doing like starts in March 1st like I'm doing like meditations twice a day at the beginning of the day, at the end of the day that's for sure. Like at least five, seven minutes. And it helps. I don't know. I will repeat it so many times that it's needed to be repeated. Like people don't believe. But hey like you have to do this. Just try it like constantly for seven days and you will feel the results.
C
Yeah, I agree. Breath work is really really powerful. I do Wim Hof and it. It is noticeable immediately within 10 minutes.
B
Yep.
C
It's profound.
B
He.
C
He's actually in LA right now. You guys should try to get him. You should we announce some of the speakers at this event too?
A
Sure. Yeah would be nice.
C
Who are you guys really excited about? That's going to be a biohackers world. You got LA in a couple weeks but also New York later this year. Right.
B
Dr. Nathan Brian from NutriKux site. So NutriKux site will they join us as a title sponsors for this event as well as Leela Quantum Tech. So Olia can tell more like Filip will join us in New York and Chicago and Miami. So there are many great speakers and we do have great influencers as well and community leaders. So Ola if you can tell.
A
Yeah a few lesson about great thing about our speakers that we do merge different parts of BioFacking we have Dr. Nathan Bryan with the science, with the nitric oxide, with the. He's a doctor, medical doctor with a huge. One of the best, probably nitric oxide. And then we also have Lila Quantum Tech, which covers also very well studied and researched company on quantum energy and quantum energy solutions for EMFs and radiations. But also as a quantum energy, it works in a lot of different levels. Right. You can just protect yourself and use it as a device rise against EMFs and to improve your blood flow. But also it is a great manifestation tool, something that we just mentioned. While you meditate, you can use something like that. And with our title sponsors, we also show how broad biohacking and the wellness field is. It's not only about one right technique. It's about the right technique which is right for you. It is something that you will find that works for you, that might not work for someone else. We noticed that, you know, all the good stuff works for everyone. But also it is about you choosing what works for you and just going with this.
C
Absolutely.
B
But also like probably nobody else have it yet. I haven't noticed in the United States at least. But Lila Quantum Tech, our sponsor for the Pet Corner. So they will have some devices for pets, biohacking for pets. So that's important part of our life as well. Because they're our friends who are with us. They're family members. Right. So that's important to have them to be healthy as well. And longevity for them is important. So because they are emotional support in many cases. That's why we have in Path Corner sponsored by Alila Quantum Tech in all our events, actually in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and Miami.
C
I love that. Yeah. Yeah. Leela is a great company. They sponsor my show as well. I love Philip. I use their devices throughout my studio and at my house. And pet pets need some help, man. Because their dog lifespan has dropped by 66% which is scary. Yeah.
A
Also affected by all of that, all the new technologies, all the ems, everything that we consider is not nice environment for us. The same with pets, right. It's the same with everyone that plants as well. Even having the block at home will help your plants, you know, your water. And this is also an interesting thing about biohacking that in majority of it is just about something simple. You can add to your routine to improve your life tremendously. So it's not necessarily has to be something complicated. Biohacking can be extreme, but also can be what you can do in a few minutes that can improve your day, that can boost your Productivity that can improve your sleep. What, what are those small simple steps you can take to, to get better? And this is a nice thing about biohacking because as you mentioned, you know, right now we are pushed to be productive. We have all the stress around and we don't really have time for two hours to sit and meditate somewhere on the rock with no technologies. Right. We don't have this privilege. We don't have the ability to have. We don't have this time. But we have those five minutes per day which you can use to do what. And biohacking answers to this. To do something simple, fast and also that will benefit you long term.
C
Absolutely.
B
One of the companies will be there in LA and all other cities will be Braintap and they have their helmet device, but it looks like helmet with glasses and it's also meditation device. And Dr. Patrick Porter is doing great job with his team and lab how to make people de stress and like feel better with meditation. Because sometimes you, you need someone to tell you like hey, you need to do this meditation or you need to have some fancy device to, to be accountable, you know, like and just do some, something, you know, like you. If there are like some runners, you want to track how many steps you do every day. So it's another big thing like about biohacking to move every hour to move and daily like 10,000ft or 15,000ft, whoever have what. But yeah, it's important how to. I mean I feel like it's good, but how many steps I actually did, I accomplished something so I need to reward it. And then we have all these fancy devices which can help us and we reward ourselves with this kind of technology.
C
Yeah. What other innovations, technologies, tools are you guys really excited about right now within the biohacking space?
A
I'm just excited of having more spaces around being more wellness focused. Hotels, coffee shops, a lot of different spaces are open to get more wellness products. So if you're traveling somewhere, you're not just interested in the hotel which is where you have just a bed. You're looking for some hotels that have spa, they have some wellness technologies in there. You care about your environment and when you go to the coffee shop, you're not just taking any coffee. They have you ask about organic mold free, you ask about the right milk to get it worth. So I'm just excited about more fields to be open to be mindful. It's not even about biohacking per se. It's mostly about just being mindful about what you consume and where you are who you are with. So it's all about just being mindful, being mindful about your health, about your well being, about people around. And that's what excites me. Nobody really is interested in adding more. We are interested in getting better quality. Quality instead of quantity. So this is something that is a great tendency in not just biohacking, just in the world. And biohacking and wellness is just such a big part of it. It's your well being, you want to be well.
B
Yeah, for me, I would say there's every event, there is something new that I find like in our expo and our expo, amount of companies increasing every time. Like we add in like 5, 10, 15 more companies for each city. So many of these companies are local because we bring biohacking to the local communities. And some of them are national, some of them are local. So every event is different with different companies. The technologies right now booming are peptides, that's for sure. And liberalization of peptides become like more and more visible and we will see it more in our daily lives, especially for biohackers. But also there are many PMF pulsar collector magnetic field technologies. Right. And some chiropractors who find like some new techniques and there are cold plunges available to try. And there are more and more companies who are doing this. And of course all kind of AI integrated with red light therapy or with sauna or like everything. And even like DNA analysis and supplements specifically for you. The pill that will help you with. Specifically for you. So that's another great technology that comes up to the market because of AI.
C
Wow. Yeah, that's great. And you guys have four events a year, right?
B
Yep. That at least in 2026, 2027. Yeah, like that will be LA is coming in March, end of March, 28, 29. And after that will be New York in June, end of June and then Chicago will be on Labor Day weekend in Chicago and finally Miami will be in at the end of January next year. But wow. I mean, 2027, January turns to SM.
C
That's impressive. Yeah.
A
More cities.
C
What you're adding more.
A
Yes, we see that the Met people are waiting. Yep.
B
It's just the beginning. Well, we'll explore in. And they're like large metropolitan areas.
C
I love going to, I love going to events in terms of biohacking, I mean, I just, I stick to the basics. I do the sauna, I supplement what I'm deficient in. I, I have on the EMF blockers everywhere. Quantum tech, Aries tech, all that stuff, I don't get too fancy with it. I just kind of base it off my blood work and see what I need. You know, some people go pretty extreme, but it's changed my life. I mean, when I had Gary Brecka on the show, I hadn't done a blood test in a while. I never did a gene test, and he kind of opened my eyes to all this and really changed my life, honestly. So biohacking and wellness is very important, especially someone like me, where I have to rely on my brain to host a podcast and be sharp and be, you know, present with the guests. I need to make sure I'm taking the right supplements for my brain, for sure.
A
Yeah.
B
So, but yeah, there, there will be many companies with this. Like, you're not alone. I mean, like, there are so many people who want to have their brain sharp, you know, like a mind and everything. So that's, that's. I would say it's a national problem, kind of like challenge that all of us trying to be the most effective and efficient in our lives. And Silicon Valley started it, you know, like, like how to. And there are so many rich individuals who invested in it at this kind of technology at the very beginning. But now it's becoming more liberal, so everyone can take a try and try with different supplements. So at our events, you can find many of these companies and try it yourself, sample many things and see the results as soon as possible.
C
Yeah, most people are deficient in omega 3s, I know that. So basically a lot of people aren't operating at a hundred or even 90, 80%. So if you can optimize your health, your brain health, your physical health just takes you to the next level because business is a competitive space, so you want to make sure you're doing what you can to stay competitive.
A
An interesting thing that once you boost your productivity or just like, you think more clearly, you're gonna, oh, okay, I'm fine. I can think right now. I can work better. But once you go again a little bit down, that's where you feel like, oh, God, I have to do that again. Because you just. Then you feel this difference between when you think clearly and not really. Because when you're always this, like, down in the way that, you know, you just kind of. You're brain fogged. You know, how, how, how do people know that they're brain fogged? They don't really. They need to test, they need to observe. Because then your perception of reality changes because that's how you see the world. And you don't really know that your world can be different. You tried, I don't know, let's say supplement or let's say add the vitamin D deficient to or something like that, or a new technology or brain tab or meditation. Something, something that boosted your productivity or the mental clarity. That's where you'll realize like, oh, wow, I could do something like that. I could be that productive and that I have never been before. So this is also something interesting because it's hard to assess yourself when you're always a little bit underperforming and you're a little bit under, you know, and they will try those techniques and oh wow, I can do that. That's, that's, that's how also biohacking gets you with you, with the movement.
C
Yeah. We form these baselines. Right. Our body gets used to sleeping a little less than we should or deficiencies. We get used to it and then we get used to having brain fog. We think it's normal, but it shouldn't be normal to have brain fog.
A
Absolutely. Yeah.
C
We're going to link below in the video discount code for future events. Anything else you guys want to close off with or promote here?
B
Yeah, well, we are building this community and the biohackers world is definitely about the community and our people who are traveling with us like exploring the cities and exploring making new connections with biohackers all around the United States and in future with the world Biohackers. Right. So that's a very important piece of the community building that we want everyone to be united and give people the platform where they can critically thinking about different technologies, talk to people, talk to others who tried these technologies before or those who are just on their first steps into biohacking. It's open for everyone and you know, sometimes like you go to some city and like people staying in the keynote hall for whole time and they don't even have time to explore Expo hall. But others, like they are totally in the expo hall and talking with founders of these companies and they know the same amount of information, sometimes even more so they can tell you like how your technology works. So that's half how different each city, each region are and there is different vibe in each city but we always hosting it in the most luxurious venues in the city. So it's either Ritz Carlton or InterContinental or One Hotel. So it's always great venues, great food for the VIPs and our speakers and networking between them as well as general audience. We're still considering our small conference mid size, I would say, but small, intimate. Right. Like it's not so many people. I mean, like a thousand people, 1500 people attendees. But the same time, like you still can handshake and give a hug to some of the speakers and meet your great friends. And some people actually met a couple years ago and now they have a company or they have families.
C
That's awesome. I love that. Yeah, I'm very excited.
A
Community to community. Yeah. For people.
C
Can't wait. Yeah. Guys, check out the link below 30% off. New York, Louisiana. Miami, Chicago. Thanks for coming on, guys. I'll see you at the conference. We'll film again.
A
Thank you. See you soon.
B
Sounds great. Thank you.
