Sam Sucke
And let me tell you, when you see erection rose right in front of your eyes and it gets bigger, it's mind blowing. Like, you look down and you know this is your penis. Right. But it's just so much bigger and better that it looks like it's someone else's.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Okay, guys, Sam it Sucke here today, CEO of the Dr. Joel Kaplan Company, a brand that has helped over 100,000 men maximize your sexual performance. Thanks for coming on, man.
Sam Sucke
Thank you for having me. Sean.
Interviewer
Yeah. We're going to talk about a lot of fun stuff today, right?
Sam Sucke
Yeah, definitely.
Interviewer
How do you get involved with this stuff?
Sam Sucke
Yeah. So I have 20 years of experience, both personal and professional, with male enhancement. And for those who don't know, male enhancement is the practice of increasing sexual performance, specifically increasing size and erection quality. Over those 20 years, I've tried a lot of products related to male enhancement. I've tried penis pumps, cock rings, extenders, even shockwave therapy.
Interviewer
I don't even know what that is.
Sam Sucke
Well, we can get to it. Yeah. And I'm here to tell you what works, what doesn't, and what's actually safe.
Interviewer
Yeah. Because you've helped tens of thousands of men now at this point, right?
Sam Sucke
Yes.
Interviewer
So you've probably learned a lot by yourself, plus all the people you've helped.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. My mission is to teach men about erection health, what happens when you don't take care of yourself and what you can do to reverse it.
Interviewer
Yeah. Erection health is a big topic because a lot of people are experiencing issues these days, right?
Sam Sucke
Yes. And it happens to everyone. And by the way, in case everyone misses anything, you can find all the information@get biggernow.com.
Interviewer
What a name. Getbiggernow.com.
Sam Sucke
Right. Domain name. Yeah.
Interviewer
That's a good snipe by you guys.
Sam Sucke
Thank you.
Interviewer
Must have found that one early.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. Yes. Yes, we have. Dr. Kaplan has been doing this for 30 years.
Interviewer
Damn.
Sam Sucke
Yeah.
Interviewer
So this was an issue 30 years ago, too.
Sam Sucke
Yes, it's always been an issue.
Interviewer
Wow. But I feel like now it's really bad because there's people in their 20s and 30s struggling with this stuff.
Sam Sucke
Yeah, definitely. Yeah. So let's be honest, every guy at some point wondered if they can increase the size of their penis. But the reality is that there's a lot of misinformation out there.
We've all got those spammy emails. Right. Take this pill or do this shocking trick and you'll gain five inches in two days. Right. It's bullshit. So I'm here to tell you today what actually works and how to get a longer, thicker and harder erection in 30 days.
Interviewer
That's pretty quick.
Sam Sucke
It is. You start seeing results that quickly.
Interviewer
And is that with the pump? Primarily, yes.
Sam Sucke
So there are many solutions out there, but I definitely recommend to start with the pump. The pump brings most of the benefits.
Interviewer
Okay.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. Including increasing reaction quality size, increase increasing your blood carrying capacity so you get harder erections.
Interviewer
Yeah. The pills seemed kind of sketchy to me.
Sam Sucke
They are sketchy. First of all, most of them flat out just don't work. There is no magic pill that will work overnight. It just doesn't exist. And. Yeah, and let's not get into gas station pills.
Interviewer
Oh, God.
Sam Sucke
Because those are. Those could be dangerous.
Interviewer
Yeah. Who knows what's in those, right?
Sam Sucke
Yeah.
Interviewer
I'm sure they're not testing what's in that.
Sam Sucke
Oh, yeah, they're not. Yeah. But I would love to tell you how I got into it all.
Interviewer
Please.
Sam Sucke
So.
So one day my wife was away for the weekend and I was home alone, a little bored, and so I decided to walk into an adult store for the first time in my life. I wasn't expecting anything. I didn't know what I was looking for. I was just curious. So I walk in and I just start browsing. Didn't know what I was going to get. I just want to explore.
And I see this huge penis pumps. It was like this big. Like, who needs this, right?
Yeah. So that was. I thought it was hilarious, but I was also curious about. So I walked up to the cashier and asked him, is this for people with a problem or is this something that anyone can use? And he just looked at me and said, dude, anyone can use it. That's the whole point. So I bought it. No research, no expectations, just. Just pure curiosity.
Now, before I tell you my experience when I pumped for the first time, let me just quickly explain how penis pumps work because if you've never used one, you need to know this. So an erection happens when blood rushes to the penis. When you use a penis pumps Penis pump. The pump draws even more blood to the penis. And so if you're at 100% your wrecked state. Right. And you put the pump on, you pump.

Sam Sucke
You go from 100% to 110, 120%. So erection is actually bigger. Right.
So anyway, back to the story. They go back home, try this thing on, and within 20 seconds I just watch my erection grows right in front of me. I mean it just keeps growing and growing, growing.
So I remember thinking, you know, like, holy shit, this thing actually works. Now unfortunately, that pump was junk. It broke after three minutes. Yeah.
Yeah, but you know, I saw it firsthand, right? And let me tell you, when you see erection grows right in front of your eyes and it gets bigger, it's mind blowing. Like you look down and you know this is your penis, right? But it's just so much bigger and better that it looks like it's someone else's.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
So, yeah, so I was a little disappointed it broke, but I was really more than anything super excited because I realized I just discovered something really cool. So I went all in. I just got every penis pump I can get my hands on. I tried manual pumps, I tried electric pumps, I tried water pumps. And they were okay, some of them are okay. But they also had a lot of problems.
So the number one problem was that all of them was a one size fits all right? And that doesn't make sense because every guy is different. And then the second thing was that most pumps didn't have a pressure gauge. So you put this thing on your pump and you have no idea what you're doing. You know, you just you seeing some results, you're feeling some results, but you don't know if the pressure is too high, right. And so you can injure yourself. And that's actually what happened to me specifically with a water pump. There's no gauge. I kind of liked it because I can use it in a shower, but I end up hurting myself. I had to stop pumping and I couldn't have sex for a week.
Interviewer
Damn.
Sam Sucke
Yeah.
Interviewer
And you couldn't get hard or.
Sam Sucke
Yeah, I couldn't get it hard. It kind of. Before my penis alone.
Interviewer
What?
Sam Sucke
Yeah, but it went away. It was very temporary. Luckily it was temporary. Right. And this is just to show you that it's important to get the right pump right.
Now. I'm not someone who just gives up when I fail. So after that happened, of course I gave it a week to recover. Everything went back to normal. I basically did a deep dive. I started researching on online forums, there are communities of people who talk about penis enlargement.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
And they all share stats about their growth journey.
Interviewer
They're on Reddit. Right, Right.
Sam Sucke
Too. Yes. There are forums dedicated to it and Reddit is a huge place for it.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
So, yeah, I figured that if I. If I see what people who've been pumping for 10 or 20 years have to say, I'll be successful with this, you know, with this male enhancement thing. So I started reading the forums. I spent hours and hours and I noticed that a lot of the people who've been. Who have been pumping for a long time, they were recommending, they were using and recommending a Dr. Gel Caplan pump. They were saying that it's high quality, the pressure gauge is accurate, it has a great customer support. So that's all I need to hear. Because my experience up until that point was way different. Right.
Interviewer
Right.
Sam Sucke
All the pumps I bought, you can talk to anyone about. Right. Not to mention poor quality and stuff. So I ordered one and let me tell you, as soon as I got it was very obvious that this pump was different.
Interviewer
Wow.
Sam Sucke
Yeah.

Sam Sucke
Quality Was much higher, not some flimsy plastic. And they do things a little differently. Instead of this one size fits all, which doesn't make sense for a few reasons. Actually.
I got myself a custom cylinder for my size. So as you can see here. I know not everyone can see.
Interviewer
Yeah. You could hold it up too, if you want to show people.
Sam Sucke
Yeah, sure. Yeah. So that's the smaller size.
Interviewer
Yeah. This is your camera.
Sam Sucke
Oh, thanks. So that's the smaller size, and we have various sizes to accommodate everyone and anyone.
So. Yeah. So I got. I got a pump with a cylinder that is custom fit for my size. And basically, as you use it, you. You grow and you basically graduate. You upgrade. Just the pump tube. You don't have to buy a whole new pump. You're not stuck with the same pump. You just get the next cylinder and you take the pump.
Interviewer
So you started at this one?
Sam Sucke
No, I start with the medium, which is the average. It actually fits more than 80% of men.
Interviewer
Damn.
Sam Sucke
Yeah.
Interviewer
So is this. What does this 2 mean?
Sam Sucke
2? That means 2 inch in diameter.
Interviewer
Oh, in. Yes.
Sam Sucke
And that actually means there's extra room around it. So.
Interviewer
Got it.
Sam Sucke
So most people are not 2 inch in diameter. They're actually a little smaller. And so when you upgrade, you just take the pump from one cylinder and you just. Excuse me.
Put in the other.
Interviewer
Oh, nice. Yeah, I like that.
Sam Sucke
Yeah.
Interviewer
And what does this thing on the top do?
Sam Sucke
The top part is the pump itself. That's what creates the suction.
Interviewer
Got it. Yeah. So you take out all the oxygen.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. You just create negative pressure, and that draws blood. And your. And as the. As the air is removed from the tube, your penis grows because blood is drawn. Blood enters the penis, and your penis just grows in the tube.
Interviewer
Wow.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. It's really cool to see, especially for the first time.
Interviewer
That's cool, dude.
Sam Sucke
Thank you. Yeah. So fast forward a few years, and by the way, this is where the story gets really interesting.
So one day, my wife tells me that her family is going to reconnect with her estranged uncle. She never met her uncle. She didn't even know his name.
So we go and meet him for the first time. And my wife's mother introduces me to him. She introduces me to Dr. Joel Kaplan. Yeah, the Dr. Kaplan.
Interviewer
What?
Sam Sucke
I. Yeah, I have his pump. I've been using his pump for years. Not knowing who he is, not knowing that he's my wife's uncle. Wow.
Interviewer
What are the odds of that?
Sam Sucke
Yeah. It's crazy how life works sometimes, right?
Interviewer
Yeah. That's nuts.
Sam Sucke
Yeah.
Interviewer
So what was the first thing you told him?
Sam Sucke
I told him I'm a big fan and then the heaviest product and I really like it and I promised him that I use it regularly. I love him. As instructed.
Interviewer
Love that.
Sam Sucke
Yeah, yeah. So we talked for hours and hours about men's health and male enhancement. He's obviously very knowledgeable, so I picked his brain and I told him about my own journey of male enhancements. And after hours and hours of talking, he told me that he was ready to pass the torch, so to speak. Right. He told me that he want to pass on leadership of the company to someone who really understands the mission.
Interviewer
Right.
Sam Sucke
He didn't want someone who was just going to do it for the business and.
He wants someone who's living it. Right. So I eventually became the CEO of the company and it's been about 10 years. Wow. Yeah, I've learned a lot.
Interviewer
You went from customer to CEO.
Sam Sucke
Yeah.
Yeah, I went. It's not just customer, it's shout out.

Sam Sucke
Just, you know, I was someone who did it as a hobby and, you know, just for myself and maybe a little bit for my wife, but mostly for myself, if I'm being honest. You know, I just, I just want to be bigger, be better in bed, push my boundaries. It's something I like to do in general.
So, yeah, I didn't know that all of this research and, and hobby is going to become my life's mission, you know, Crazy. Yeah, yeah. So I learned a lot in the past 10 years. That's how long I've been running the company.
And the first thing, one of the things I learned is that there are three primary reasons why people get pumps. Then the first group are people who can't really get it up. Right. So they have erectile dysfunction. These are usually older people. Doesn't have to be that way. They are younger people who have that too. But they're usually in their 60s, 70s, and 80s. And they can't really take vag or Cialis either because it stopped working. And it does stop working after a while for a lot of people.
Interviewer
Really? I didn't know that.
Sam Sucke
It does. Yes.
Interviewer
Wow.
Sam Sucke
You know, if you take it for years, like a lot of different pills. Yeah.
Interviewer
You get immune to it.
Sam Sucke
Yeah, exactly. So, yeah, they either either it stopped working or they can't take it for medical reasons because of other medications or heart problems. And so they buy a pump. And the thing is, pumps are FDA cleared to treat erectile dysfunction.
Interviewer
Really?
Sam Sucke
Yeah. So you can use them to get a harder, you know, a bigger and harder erection for sex. And actually pumps existed before vagrantials that back in the days, that was the solution for erectile dysfunction.
Interviewer
So these have been around for a.
Sam Sucke
While, a long time. It's extremely proven. Wow.
Interviewer
I thought they were newer then.
Sam Sucke
Yeah, yeah. A lot of people don't know much about them. Most of the people I talk with, like random people about pumps, they have one reference from Austin Powers, you know, they think it's a joke and that's fine, you know, and that's what I'm.
Interviewer
Here for, you know, to rebrand the.
Sam Sucke
Pump, to educate people, you know, to let everyone know that, hey, this has medical benefits.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
So.
Interviewer
So that's the first reason they can't get it up. What are the other two reasons?
Sam Sucke
Yeah, so the, the second reason why people use a pump. And these, these people are completely on the other end of the spectrum. I used to be one of those people. These are usually people who are younger. They don't have any erection problems. They just want to be bigger and harder. These are usually athletes, bodybuilders, or just people who are very ambitious. They want an edge in everything, including in the bedroom. They just want to blow the girlfriend's mind in the bedroom. They want to be her biggest and best in the bedroom. Yeah, yeah. So I used to be one of those people. And the third group, and that's actually the biggest group of people are people who are kind of in between. They. They do a function, they can get an erection, but they start noticing that the erection is a little softer and a little smaller. They're usually in their mid-30s, 40s, 50s. Right. And the thing is, they're right. They. The erection probably is softer and smaller because after the age of 35, testosterone starts to drop. And when testosterone drop, so does erection quality. Size, stamina. That's just a part of it. When testosterone drop, your erectile tissue starts to atrophy and weaken and your blood vessels in the penis shape shrink. So what's the outcome? You get that softer erections and a smaller penis size. And this. That's something you should know. By the time you're 60, you will lose up to 20% of your penis size.
Sponsor Announcer
Damn.
Sam Sucke
Yeah.
Interviewer
I've never heard someone talk about that.
Sam Sucke
Yep. And you'll have some form of ed And.
Interviewer
Yeah, everyone's probably too ashamed.
Sam Sucke
Sorry, That's. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. But the thing is, it happens to everyone. 100% of men experience this very slow decline. It's normal.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
And, you know, I wish. Yeah. I wish people talked about. Yeah, men are a little more close when it comes to their size.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
Yeah.
Interviewer
No one wants to admit.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. Especially size and sexual health in general. They don't really talk. Most men don't talk about. With their friends.
Interviewer
They're ashamed.
Sam Sucke
Yes, exactly.
So at that point, when someone has a problem.
What they do is they go to a doctor, Right?
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
Now, as part of being a CEO for the Dr. Joel Kaplan Company, I go to medical. To sexual medicine conferences. And so I've learned what urologists.
Have to offer.
And it's. There is a standard operating procedure. There are three big solutions. Right. And so the first one, when you go to your doctor, the first thing they're going to tell you is they're going to prescribe Vagar, Cialis.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
And that's okay. But the thing is, pills are Band Aids, Right. They're temporary. They don't really address the root cause of the problem. Right. So you just stuck using them forever. Right. And by forever, I mean until they stop working.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
And when they do stop working, you go back to your doctor, and what your doctor is going to do is they're going to prescribe an injection.
Interviewer
Geez.
Sam Sucke
Have you ever heard of Trimix?
Interviewer
No.
Sam Sucke
Okay, so Trimix is an injection that you basically have to stab yourself in the dick every time you want to have sex. What? Yeah. This is not like Europe or anything. Like that every single time you want to have sex, you have to inject yourself.
Interviewer
Sounds painful.
Sam Sucke
It is. It's painful. And you know, the, the long term effects of it, it's actually bad because when you repeatedly inject yourself with stuff, you actually create damage. Yeah. So eventually that stops to work too, because you, you create scarring in your erectile tissue. It can lead to curvature. Right. Things like that. And it can become ineffective for that reason. And so when Trimix doesn't work anymore, you go back to your doctor and.
Your doctor is going to just tell you, okay, the next step is to cut open your deck. Yep. The next step is a very serious surgery where they put an inflatable device in your penis to create an artificial erection.
Interviewer
Wow.
Sam Sucke
It's not even your erection. So every time you want erection, you have to press something in your scrotum to kind of shift fluid into that device. Right. And it's, again, it's not even your erection. So it doesn't feel as good, it's not as stiff. It's just something that people do because they have to, they don't have any other choice. Right.
Not to mention that surgery has very, very serious.
Potential side effects. Right. Like the risk of infection. I've seen in one of those conferences, I've seen pictures of what it looks like when one of the surgery doesn't go well, when the patient gets infected. It's horrifying. Do not ever Google that kind of procedure surgery or what an infection looks like. You will be horrified for life.
Interviewer
Oh, man.
Sam Sucke
So, yeah, so, you know, again, pills are temporary. Trimix, you're just creating scarring tissue. It's.
Interviewer
These all sound terrible compared to a pump.
Sam Sucke
They are. Yes, exactly. And these are the three solutions that urologists offer their patients. You know, and the thing is, there are, there are better solutions out there Right now, just to be clear, I'm not, I'm not against pills or anything like that. Right. If you want a pill for a weekend getaway, you know, you need an extra boost, that's fine. But as far as taking it regularly, I would recommend to push it for as long as you can.
Interviewer
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because you don't want to rely on it.
Sam Sucke
Exactly. Yeah. And you, you don't want to go down that path where it stops working and you move on to the next step. Right?
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
And, you know, this is all unfortunate.
It's kind of typical. You know, our medical system is built to keep you dependent instead of addressing the root cause of the problem. Right. And this is where pumps Are really different. Pumps really address the root cause of the problem. Right.
So when you use a pump, you draw blood flow into the penis.
Interviewer
Do the pumps help fix curvature?
Sam Sucke
Yes, pumps can definitely help fix curvature, and so do extenders.
Interviewer
And this is the extender right here?
Sam Sucke
Yes, that's the extender.
Interviewer
So how does this work?
Sam Sucke
It's something that you use while flaccid. So you basically put the penis through this hole here and then here and right below the head of the penis.
Interviewer
You.
Sam Sucke
You just secure it, and it keeps the penis stretched.
Interviewer
Okay.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. So that fixes curvature, and it also is very good for enlargement, specifically for length.
Interviewer
Really? Yeah. Only when you're soft.
Sam Sucke
No, the length. The length gains that you get from it applies both when you're erect and when you're flossing. Oh, wow. Yeah. I use the. This is something you can use under your clothes, by the way.
Interviewer
You just walk around with that?
Sam Sucke
Yeah, yeah. You just. You put it on and you can change the angle.
Interviewer
Oh, my God.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. So you just put it down or up.
Interviewer
So you're just wearing that all day?
Sam Sucke
Yeah. And my background is in software engineering. I used to be a software engineer before I became a big change. Huge change. Yes. Yeah. And as a software engineer, you sit down a lot, right? Right. So I. I would just sit down in my office program while wearing the extender under my pants with other people in the office. No one knows.
Interviewer
No one ever called you out?
Sam Sucke
Nope. Not. No.
Interviewer
Well done.
Sam Sucke
No one will see it.
Interviewer
I might have to try that one, too.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. I have a care package for you.
Interviewer
Oh, I love it. That combined with the pump. You got me. Nice, man.
Sam Sucke
Yeah.
Interviewer
Let's go.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. And actually speaking about combining it with the pump, it works amazing together.
Interviewer
Oh, so you wear that in the pump too?
Sam Sucke
You could. So it really depends on what goal you want to accomplish. There's a reason why I recommend a pump first, and mainly because pumps have so many benefits. It's not just about length. Right. You get girth, you get length, you reverse atrophy. Right. And that's the thing, you know, like, everything we spoke about sound like a lot of bad news, you know, but there are good news. There are good solutions out there. And pumps are the most researched and medically backed, you know, solution for erectile dysfunction and to reverse atrophy and to enlarge the penis.
Interviewer
As long as it's a good quality one.
Sam Sucke
Yes. It definitely needs to be.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
This is glass or it's polycarbonate.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
It feels like it's Quality, extremely hard plastic. You can throw this against the wall right now in front of all the cameras and nothing will happen to it.
Interviewer
Wow.
Sam Sucke
Yes.
Interviewer
That's nice, man.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. Don't do it. Yeah. So.
Interviewer
What are some myths you see on social media about this type of stuff?
Sam Sucke
I think the first myth is that people don't believe it works. And it does.
Interviewer
I mean, you used it yourself, you grew from it. You probably know hundreds of people that have used it.
Sam Sucke
Oh, way more than hundred. I know tens of thousands of people who've used it.
Interviewer
Yeah. And all of them experienced some growth.
Sam Sucke
Yes, almost all of them. There is the occasional person who doesn't, but it's extremely rare. And actually we're the only company that offers some more guidance. I mean, some of instructions and I'll get to that. And coaching. Right. So. So to get the benefits from a pump, you need three things. You need a high quality pump, something that's medical grade, something with a pressure gauge because you need to know what pressure you're applying, otherwise you can hurt yourself.
And you definitely need a custom size cylinder or cylinder that is sized for you. And let me just show you something real quick. This is something I know that not everybody can see it, but I'll try to describe it. There's a squishy gasket at the bottom of the cylinder. All pumps out there use a one size fits all kind of mechanism. And this is how they do it. They use an oversized cylinder and they give you this, the squishy part. And so that becomes a one size fits all. But when you put your penis inside, it just prevents you from expending and it restricts. Restricts blood flow. Now, the whole point of a pump is to bring blood flow to your penis. So if you're restricting blood flow, what's the point?
Interviewer
Right, Right.
Sam Sucke
You're literally preventing yourself from growing. Right. From. From getting those benefits. So, yeah, so the first thing you need is the right equipment, the right pump. The second thing is you need the right protocol, because doesn't matter what pump you have, if you don't know how to use it, you're not going to see results.
Interviewer
Right, Right.
Sam Sucke
So our company provides a protocol with all pumps that is based on your level of experience. So if you're someone who's just starting you pump, the protocol includes frequency, duration, max pressure level that you should go to. And obviously, if you're a beginner and you're just starting, it's very different than a protocol for someone who's been doing it for six months.
Interviewer
Right.
Sam Sucke
So, yeah. So the second thing you need is a good protocol so that you know how to use it. Right. And so our company provides that, and we also offer, as part of your purchase, access to our male enhancement coaches. You can call in and ask questions. Yeah. And all of our coaches use the pumps regularly. They know it very well.
Interviewer
That's cool.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. And now we spoke to thousands of people just in the past year, so we've heard it all.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
There's no need to be shy or anything. You know, it's normal to have questions. And, you know, we are the only source that you can call and ask questions about pumps and about men's sexual health.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
Now, you can't. Your doctor probably doesn't know about pumps or doesn't know enough about pumps. They'll just prescribe you a pill. And it's not like you can talk about this with your friends.
Interviewer
No.
Sam Sucke
So, yeah.
Interviewer
Do you lose results if you stop?
Sam Sucke
It's kind of like going to the gym. If you go to the gym for a while and get buffed, if you stop, you will very gradually get smaller. Not necessarily to the point where you started. Right. It's just whenever it comes to your body, anything is that the principle is if you don't use it, you lose it.
Interviewer
Right, Right.
Sam Sucke
So the same thing applies here. If you stop pumping. Yeah. You'll slowly and gradually lose it. It can take years for you to lose your progress. Right. And some people would pump, like, once a week, just, like, to maintain things.
Interviewer
Yeah, right.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. So the results are definitely permanent. Hmm.
Interviewer
That makes sense. Have you heard about the P shot?
Sam Sucke
I have, yes. I actually know the doctor who invented it. Did you.
Interviewer
Did you get it on yourself or.
Sam Sucke
No, no. He. He offered to. He offered for me to join one of his training sessions where he trains other doctors in performing the procedure, and he actually offered to perform it on me.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
I don't feel like I need it yet.
You know, thankfully, I have a warehouse full of pumps, you know, know, and the pumps really do all those benefits that are promised with the P shot. The P shot accelerates those benefits. And so the kind of benefits you can expect when you use a pump regularly is the first thing is you reverse atrophy. Atrophy happens when there is lack of blood flow to the penis. Right. So your penalty, your. Your erection tissue kind of weakens and atrophies and your blood vessels to the penis shrink. Right. And so. Yeah, so you reverse that by bringing all that blood flow.
The second thing, the second benefit you get from it is you increase your blood carrying capacity. So when, when you pump, when you engage your penis with blood regularly, as I said before, you start with 100%, you pump it up, you're now at 110, 120%. What do you think happens? Your blood vessels have to adapt, and so they dial it, they widen, and you actually grow new blood vessels through a process called neovascularization. Yeah, that's something that almost no one knows.
Interviewer
Yeah, that's crazy, right?
Sam Sucke
Yeah. So the results of that is that you get erections much quicker and those erections are way harder. Like you become rock hard because of that.
Interviewer
Damn.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. And the third thing that happens is you actually grow. Now again, you pump it to 110, 120% so you yourselves actually gets a little larger and that stimulates mitosis. Your cells just divides and your penis grow.
Interviewer
Hmm, that's cool.
Sam Sucke
That's what happens when you use a pump regularly.
Interviewer
What about shockwave therapy? What's that one about?
Sam Sucke
So, so P and shockwave are great accelerators. P. Yeah. So P accelerates the benefits from the pump. And shockwave is a little different. It's basically the use of sound waves to kind of penetrate your skin and break plaque in your blood vessels. And that's something that happens to everyone. Blood vessels get some plaque. And since erections are all about blood flow, when you have plaque, even a little bit of plaque in your blood vessels, your erections are not as hard. And so you can use shockwave therapy to break that plaque. And it's non invasive. It's just from the outside. It's a little loud, but sounds like it, it's fine.
Interviewer
What else are you doing?
Any other modalities or solutions?
Sam Sucke
Well, let's talk about results, because I think that's, that's the number one questions that people want to know. Once they hear about the benefits. They want to know, okay, when can I get it? Can I have it by tomorrow? So the short answer is no.
Interviewer
I love the honesty.
Sam Sucke
Yes, always. So as far as results, it's important to be realistic and it's important to understand that every person is different. So results vary. Right. So the first time when you use a pump, you'll see your erection gets thicker, bigger, harder. But those results will last for about two hours and then subside.
But it's very different when you start using a pump regularly for about 10 to 20 minutes every time, three times a week. When you start using it regularly like that between two weeks and four weeks, this is when people start Seeing increase in girth, recent thickness, your erections get harder and there's a little bit of length. Right. It's. It's noticeable, but it's not a lot. And the thing is, with pumps, you get girth way faster than you get length.
Interviewer
Really?
Sam Sucke
Yes.
Interviewer
Oh, wow.
Sam Sucke
And that's fine. You know, women usually care about girth more than length anyway. Right. But yeah, you do get length from it. At the three months mark, most people reports 10% in girth.
And again, you know, more. More lengths and harder. Morning, woods. Yeah. And at that point, you also reverse atrophy.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
That's why you get rock hard erections at that point. So it doesn't take that long to see real results.
At that point, hopefully you continue to pump. And at the six months mark, most people report 15% increased length.
Interviewer
Damn.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. So if you're, let's say, five or six inches in length, you can expect almost three quarters of an inch.
Interviewer
Holy crap.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. And up to 20% girth.
Interviewer
Damn. Yeah. That's nuts.
Sam Sucke
That's. That's a huge difference for both partners, let's just say.
Interviewer
Yeah, that's.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. And if you continue there, there is no limit, truly. Right. There are people who've been pumping for a very long time.
Interviewer
So you could keep going.
Sam Sucke
You can keep. Yes. I'm not aware of any limits. But. But at the 7 to 12 months is when most people report between 1 and 2 inches, sometimes even 3, totally in length. Yeah. And up to 25% in girth.
Interviewer
Dude, I'm starting tonight. This is nuts.
Sam Sucke
You should.
Interviewer
I didn't know it was this, like, this much growth.
Sam Sucke
Yeah, it's. It's. It's amazing and it's fun. It's kind of fun, you know, to use it. And I know, you know, some men are thinking, oh, what about my girl? Is she gonna judge me? You know, let me just tell you something from my own personal experience and from the experience of many of our customers. Women find it hot.
Interviewer
Yeah, it's.
Sam Sucke
It's sexy, you know, to see your erection grow in the tube and they can't touch it. It's another thing. It's forbidden.
Interviewer
Yeah.
Sam Sucke
Yeah.
Interviewer
Tease them a little bit with it.
Sam Sucke
Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Yes.
Interviewer
Women probably love it because why wouldn't you want your man to be bigger and have more girth?
Sam Sucke
Exactly. Actually, um, it's very common for women to call our company for their husbands.
Interviewer
Oh, really?
Sam Sucke
Yeah, they, you know, they want it fixed.
Interviewer
That's funny. Oh, they break.
Sam Sucke
Ah, no, no, not the palm. They. Their husband is Having an issue either. Completely erectile dysfunction.
Interviewer
Yeah. It's a good Christmas gift.
Sam Sucke
It's a great stocking stuffer.
Interviewer
Man. The table, then the stocking.
Sam Sucke
Yeah. Right under the tree.
Yeah. So, yeah, it's very common for women to call on behalf of the husband, telling us, hey, he's been having some issues. Either he can't get up or his erections are a little soft.
Interviewer
Yeah. Yeah.
Sam Sucke
So they do it for them.
Interviewer
Well, it's a major issue. There's a lot of sexless marriages. There's a lot of people not having sex because of issues like this.
Sam Sucke
There are. And. And it's too bad, because sex is like a clue in the relationship. You know, it's. It's the one thing that. That brings your relationship so much closer than, I know. Your best friends.
Interviewer
Yeah. Sex is what separates friendship from relationship, in my opinion. Yeah.
Sam Sucke
Yeah, exactly. And. And, yeah, a lot of. It's very common for younger people, too, to have those kind of issues. I personally know someone who had an issue getting it up, and after two times when it happened, he just stopped dating altogether. Like, I'm just not doing this, you know, it's just too embarrassing.
Interviewer
Yeah. I don't blame them.
Sam Sucke
Yeah.
Interviewer
Wow, that sucks. Anything else you want to share?
Sam Sucke
Let's see.
Interviewer
We got through a lot, right?
Sam Sucke
Yeah. So, yeah, let's see. We spoke about expected results. We spoke about.
What you need to get those results. Right. The pump, the protocol. Oh, yeah. There is one thing I forgot to mention. So besides having the right pump and the right protocol, because you need to know how to use it properly. Results. It's also very important to track your results. Right. Think about if you want to lose weight. Weight, you step on the scale. Right. If you want to get buff, you go to the gym. And you know how many reps you're doing.
Interviewer
Right.
Sam Sucke
Or how much you bench. Right. So it's very important to track your results along the way, especially because those results are gradual. They happen over time. Right. And so you want to know that you're on your way. And so actually, for that reason, I created a web app called Pump Smart. Yeah. Where people can log their pump sessions. You can log duration, how long you've been pumping for, and the pressure you're using. So you have a whole history of every time you pump. And.
And you can also log your erection performance, things like size, rigidity, and sensitivity. And the app just gives you charts so you can see for yourself that it's working. You can see for yourself that you're on your way to getting those kinds of results. And the thing is, it's not just about results. It also keeps you motivated, keeps you motivated and keeps you consistent. So, yeah, we have thousands of users who use this app, and it's very obvious that the more you use the pump, the more results you see. There's an extremely high correlation between those two metrics.
Interviewer
