A
I think like frequencies all around us. Light is frequency, sound is frequency. Everything is frequency. Some of them we can feel, some of them we cannot feel, but they still influence our body.
B
We are all quantum beings. God, at some point you can say in a lot of different ways, but quantum is something that you are.
C
Okay, guys, long time no see. It's been a week since you last came on, but we're at, you know, the event now, Biohackers World la. It's been an amazing event, so thank you. Thank you for having me.
A
Thank you, Sean. Thank you for joining us.
C
It's my first event, but it's been really great. I'm impressed.
A
Yeah, we've been talking for a pretty long time. You know, you're here inside, so it's awesome to have you and I hope you had great experience. Lots of good, good people and products. As you can see here, some of our title sponsors, Nitric Excite and Lila Quantum Tech. I seen the blog somewhere here as well, so that's great.
C
Yeah, yeah.
B
What's your first, first impression of the conference?
C
It's been great. It's nice and intimate, you know, because sometimes with these health events, it's too big and you can't really talk to everyone. But here I could just walk around. I feel like it's no stress and I'm having a great time.
A
Yeah, we have this time around 2, 000 people on site, attendees, media influencers, more than 150, I believe, media and influencers on site and great 90 exhibitors, companies who are presented here locally, nationally and even internationally. Some, some company came from all the way from Korea, South Korea.
C
That's impressive. The media launch was great yesterday, by the way.
A
Oh, thank you.
C
Food was great.
B
No seed oils.
C
No seed oils.
A
Yeah, that's true.
C
You guys did very well.
A
We're working hard to make it really into biohacking, you know, like with all their recipes and everything there. So.
B
And thank you for mentioning that, by the way, because that's the idea behind our conference. We are building the community for to feel exactly this way, to feel that it is intimate. While it is a big conference, you have this feeling that you can talk to everyone. Founders are at the booth and they available to talk to you. And you also can stop by any booth, any space, experience call. No matter where you are, you can stop and you can talk to people. They will answer. Because bigger conference, it's less that feeling of, oh, I'm a part of something. It's just more feeling like I am somewhere and then you need to fit.
C
Yeah, it's more corporate, but this is nice and intimate. And this is the most number of people you've had right at an event?
A
Yeah, for now it's the largest one. But we want still to keep it like in, in this size, in this shape because you know, more companies, we need more people and it need to grow like the same time rapidly, but in balance.
C
Yeah, because right now you have four events a year. Next year you're planning on having five. Right. One in San Francisco as well.
A
Well, yeah, yeah, that, that's coming as well because we are specifically targeting large metropolitan areas and local population. So mostly like, I would say like around 80% of our attendees are local because an idea is to bring biohack into the local communities rather than to go to some other cities and spend money on logistics, I guess, and accommodation. So they can feel here like a home, you know, and, and they can bring their non biohacking friends which is very important for whole biohacking community, wellness community so people can come and bring their trusted partners, you know, like, so they can explore together. And yeah, more people will join biohacking moment.
C
Yeah, it does seem like there's a shift. It seems like everyone's interested in health now, right?
A
Oh yeah.
B
And that's the idea to bringing biohacking to the communities because then you have a feeling that you, you do not need to target it. I don't need to go somewhere to get the knowledge, to get the products, to get something new on the market. It's all about, oh, I can be just home and it's still available to me because even my city has something like that. And so this is the idea. That's what we do.
C
Yeah. Still taking your pre workout after you get to the gym, you're already late. What if your pre workout actually works with your body? Are you tired of artificial energy drinks? Meet no beats. A beet based nitric oxide booster that supports your body's natural nitric oxide production for increased blood flow, mitochondrial ATP, energy and endurance. Naturally. N101 Nitric oxide lozenges is a smarter way to fuel your workout. Just dissolve it in your mouth and it starts working before your first rep. No mixing, no jitters, no crash. More nitric oxide means better blood flow, stronger pumps and sustained energy without caffeine overload. Plus it supports your cardiovascular and cognitive health too. You can support your body's nitric oxide production daily and feel the difference with N101. Just mix one packet with a little water and take it as a shot 10 to 20 minutes before training. Pop a lozenge 10 to 15 minutes pre workout and feel the difference. Train smarter with N101@N101.com yeah, a lot of people were saying compared to last year, there's just way more people here. So.
A
Yeah, well for that was first time like we had around 1,000 people last time in one hotel. West Hollywood. Again the venue is great, one hotel. But unfortunately not every venue can feed so many people. Especially when it's luxurious venues like Intercontinental Rhys Carlton. So we always trying to host it in high scale.
C
Yeah, the view is beautiful.
A
Yeah. Yeah.
C
You guys picked a great venue.
A
And the same time like it's important to have pets on site. So not every. So we have.
C
I've seen a lot of dogs today.
A
Yeah, yeah. We have dedicated Pet corner sponsored by Leela Quantum Tech. So it's a great thing. So they signed up for Pet Corners and they have their pet devices as well. So they will join us in all our events as well.
C
I use Leela Quantum Tech for my dogs.
A
Yeah.
C
Yeah.
B
Oh wow.
C
Yeah. You notice different he set it up. Yeah, I noticed a huge difference. He set it up at my house for my dogs, but also my wife and I for our health.
A
Okay.
B
This guy was so nervous, he was anxious, he was shaking all the time. Just when people look at him, he just got so nervous. And right now he's also, you know, in the field. So he's much better while he can growl a little bit because I mean the world is too big for him. We do see the difference. And I, I also love how new technologies and something that even a few years, something like quantum energy would sound too woo woo would sound too, you know, not explainable by mainstream science. But what is science? Everything was questioned at first. That's how we did study. We proved something and where science is. Right. But if right now we are not in the position to prove it right away. So you can feel it and touch doesn't mean that it doesn't work. Right. So we can feel with this, with the pets with people also fields for location as well. So this, this venue and this conference also covered by Quantum Energy Field. So that's why maybe it also feels so nice.
C
Have you been using Quantum energy?
A
Oh yeah. I mean I have my capsule as well and all kind of stuff like it's, it's going. So we always trying to use quantum everywhere. We have Quantum Upgrade, I believe for the company. For the company. So that answers some questions, you know, like we are growing pretty fast.
C
Someone yesterday come up to me. She's a quantum accountant. Okay, okay, I'm gonna talk to her, but she. Yeah, Quantum energy, that might be the future right there.
B
I mean, what is quantum energy? It's everything. You cannot invent quantum energy. And when we talk about quantum energy, it's not something you add because you are quantum being. We are all quantum beings. We are in the quantum field that everything is quantum. This is a consciousness quantum source. You can, you can, you know, God, at some point you can, you can, you can say in a lot of different ways, but quantum is something that you are. So you do not add anything additional or artificial. You just create a field around and inside of you which is the cleanest. You know, I like to think about quantum energy as, you know, we take shower every day for our body, but do we really do something for our biofield? We are not just bodies, we are also energy field. And we need to clean it too. We need to be in the. In the cleanest environment around you, inside of you too. So it's. It's like nobody question hygiene, right? Nobody question you need to wash your hands. But. But a lot of people question quantum, why do I need energy? I mean, we cannot explain why we love some people, why we marry some people and we don't other another person, right? Just because it is something you cannot explain, but it's something that you feel. Feel. So this is what energy.
A
I think like frequencies all around us, you know, like light is frequency, sound is frequency. Everything is frequency. Some of them we can feel, some of them we cannot feel directly, but they still influence our body. So that's for sure for some time. Like for me, I'm a big fan of technology, you know, like and tracking everything. So yeah, like Star Trek, you know, like they healing people. Like was just. Yeah, mad bats and this kind of like devices, they don't need to go inside of the body to cut their hole there. Like they get just with frequency inside of their body or lasers, you know, which is also frequency. So and all kind of sounds, you know, like they can calm you or energize you, activate you. So all of this very usable as well as meditation.
C
That just happened to me yesterday, man. So this guy has a booth here, Dr. TK Hoon. And I asked him to put this massage cream on me. And he was putting it over my shirt and my shoes. I was really confused. But he said it was infused with the frequency.
A
Oh yeah.
C
And then my back pain got better. I was like, what is going on? You know, so in the future, like you're saying, I don't think they'll need to physically touch your.
A
Exactly.
C
Isn't that.
A
Yeah, I think, I think so. It's just like you know like all these technologies that we've seen like in those futuristic movies like I don't know, Blade Runner or Star Trek or Star wars and I mean like cars already autonomous and they will start to fly pretty soon and can't focus, struggling to
C
sleep or feeling wired. This balances your brain and body fast. A cutting edge EEG study found something phenomenal with Quantum Upgrade. Stress related brainwave activity dropped by 80%. Calming alpha waves in the limbic system increased over 13x and HRV improved big time. That's just the start. Quantum Upgrade is a 24,7 quantum energy streaming service that boosts your energy focus recovery and sleep with no device needed. I personally use this myself and is also recommended by top athletes, leading biohackers and functional medicine practitioners. It can neutralize the harmful effects of EMFs, increase ATP production by up to 29% and improve cell recovery, blood health and circulation within minutes. Yes, double blind studies confirm it. And with Quantum Upgrade you don't have to fight against technology, you could thrive with it. Get your 15 day free trial, no credit card required. Use the code DSH, go to quantumupgradeio and experience the upgrade for yourself.
A
Quantumupgradeio they're biohacking. Yeah, that will be a lot of traffic.
B
We've been talking about flying cars for a long time now.
C
I mean LA needs flying.
A
Silicon Valley, they do have like on startup grind like a couple years ago, I've been there. So they already had like some prototypes and there are people already flying pretty easy but you know like regulations and so on.
C
So gas is getting more expensive by the year.
A
But yeah like people will need to get like treated right. You know, accidents in the sky, it's not on the accidents on the road, so be careful of it.
B
They tried here. That's why Los Angeles has so many helicopters on the rooftops. They tried, but it's also a lot of pollution. That's why they.
A
And sound pollution as well.
C
Sound pollution?
A
Oh yeah, that's why they're in San Francisco. In Silicon Valley the allowed it above the bay but not above their ground because rich people in Silicon Valley doesn't want this sound pollution. I mean helicopter flying, they are loud
B
with plain red chemtrails and all that stuff. So do we really want to.
C
Yeah, something like that. I took a photo upstairs yesterday and the guy was like you know, there's chemtrails behind you. Where are you? I was like, bro, they're everywhere.
B
Yes.
C
You know, LA, Vegas, every city.
B
But even 60 years ago we couldn't imagine that we will have something like Zoom, right. Or something that those platform we record podcasts online. Could, could we imagine something that you can be in Las Vegas and I will be in Miami and we can talk. Right. Nobody could imagine something like that. So the technology move pretty fast. But also there is an idea to identify which one, you know, good for you which one is not. Because then you can try all of that. But does it really make sense to do, you know. So this is where also personalized approach.
A
You know like after 2020, 2022, those period of time. So a lot of our lifestyles changed to remote, you know and our team is totally remote. So we are all over the world in biohackers world. So we have people in mostly in Europe and US but also in Vietnam and all over. So that's why it's so cool that nowadays we can interact with Slack and all these technologies and it's like you don't need to go to office and people don't like to go to office in many cases stay in traffic. It's another way of doing business. And we are very community focused and we are very horizontal kind of company. So. And the same time as startup. So I used to work in Facebook, Google. So I, I took some of the good parts from there.
C
Yeah.
A
So it still feel for me like not the best experience and parts of it but others like okay, you are open minded and empowering things for people who can start to do something cool. And that's how we are growing our community for the events but also different parts of our businesses. Marketplace, Academy and others.
C
What were the biggest lessons you guys learned from working at your previous companies?
A
I would say that empowerment and trust in people and just you know like everyone need to hustle. You know like everyone need to feel that they are part of the company, the part of this community and that we are working together for common goal. And you know like every couple months we meet together at our event and like we, we talk like all the time online but then we come together and it's a great moment of team collaboration, you know like where we can hug each other.
C
So yeah, you still need to meet and person these days. I know it's easy to just talk online but you need events like this.
A
Yeah, yeah. Retreat sometimes is good as well.
B
Still social beings, we need society, we need community to thrive. It's, it's always easier to do it together rather than to do it alone. And you can do it alone. There are a lot of single bio in the way that you know, they do biohacking on their own. But then once you go to the community and you have this feeling of belonging that that changes everything.
C
I don't think you could be fully optimized if you're lonely. Actually there's a lot of studies on how it affects your lifespan, health.
A
Oh yeah. And I would say like for their community of biohackers world that's a big thing that some people prefer to stay locally and they go one or a few times a year to biohacking or health optimization events and meet each other. So they become in friends and people who think the same way, you know, like they the same open mindness this and that. But then it comes like okay, maybe we will go to other city and explore other communities. So and same minded people. So it's very important for them to see those people in other cities and local communities and we see how different each city is. So Miami is more different wife than, than Chicago or than New York or Los Angeles. So in Los Angeles usually people just so hungry of knowledge and they want to sit in their keynote hall. Meanwhile in Miami they're exploring expo hall and less people sometimes they, they can preach to founders of their biohacking companies about their knowledge. They know better than the founders.
C
In Miami there's more ego I'd say. Right?
A
Yeah. And New York, it's also like Wall street guys and they're like efficiency first. So a lot of sleep studies there. So they want to sleep better I guess.
B
But even from event to event, from the, in the same city, from Miami to Miami, it's interesting to see the dynamic with the community. So first they are very craving by knowledge but then next year you, you go there and they're more oh, let's explore. Explore. So you can see like people go from just consuming the knowledge without knowing what to do to actually oh I know about some, about something like that. So I go to expo and they will experience that and then they're ready to purchase or they buy stuff or they just oh, I know this person. So I go and listen again to the kid because I already know this guy and I want to meet just in person. So there is like always a dynamic of what's going on on site. And for us it's such a pleasure always to, to look what's happening, what's changing because then you can see this dynamic is like a direct correlation of what's going on in the wellness field from where nobody knew what's going on. Right now, 90% know what is biohacking, what is wellness, what is healthspan? They know what is. Okay, it's not just optimizing my body, it's also optimizing like we're talking about quantum. We started with quantum energy. Could you imagine us starting about quantum energy like three years ago? Because that was just like to Google conversation to like to not biohacking conversation. But right now it is biohacking. So this dynamic from event to event, from city to city, it shows really interesting flow of what's going on as a foundation in the field.
C
So the podcast receives a lot of sponsorship inquiries and people coming on the show. I needed to find a program that helps systematize and and organize all these applications and inquiries. A
Well, we have some crazy plans to expand to the world eventually, which will not tell you. It's step by step by step.
B
It's just the purpose to give knowledge to people as much and as many as possible, to bring our speakers and experts on the stage, on the world. So stage, it's not about us, it's about them and it's about people who listen to them. So we will see how community will react, where community will need us, and we will be there for them.
A
And to, to cover like the just some business perspective of it, you know, like it's not a problem to make an event in other city of 1015, 25, 50 million people. So. And bring like the same crowd of people. The question is, are they speaking English? Can they consume this information in English? Because most of our speakers are English speakers.
C
Right.
A
And if we go to some non English speaking countries, how many of those will join? And the next question, how large is their income? So would they will be able to afford those devices? So it will bring good return of investment for our exhibitors. And so many of these small details is very important and it's a puzzle. So we need to move little by little and explore. We see like more and more companies in the space doing like more retreat style. I've seen that stuff. So it's another type maybe for wealthy individuals. It will be possible and workable. But our idea is to bring biohacking to the local communities and keep it as much affordable as possible.
C
Yeah, I think over time will become more affordable for everyone.
A
Right?
B
Yeah.
C
You're starting to see competition come which drop.
B
It's already happening.
C
Yeah.
B
But we are expanding and we will be launching our academy. So this educational courses from the beginners to wellness practitioners who have their clients. So we will offer courses for basically everyone who. Because right now it's. There are so, so much information, you know, they, they you can consume and you can be so easily influenced by a lot of different things. But which one works? Which one do you need? Especially if you're a practitioner, which one to recommend to your clients? Which if something works for you, doesn't mean that it will work for 10 of your clients. So we will soon offer training courses for people who are looking for validated knowledge in the field.
A
So this is something biohacking, longevity coach or just to improve their own health without certification just for themselves.
C
Yeah, so we'll include a link to that. We got New York coming up. We'll link that below 30 off with my code.
A
Yep, yep.
C
For New York. After that Chicago guys. Miami and then San Fran.
A
Yes, San Francisco. Actually we are planning to do it like next year in somewhere in the end of the year, like beginning.
C
Perfect.
B
We go the same route. We go like la, New York, Chicago,
C
Miami and then we'll have to talk Vegas too.
A
Yeah, I'll help you guys out. That would be great.
C
But a lot of people that one.
A
Those who cannot join us on site, they can always join and see the videos of our podcast on BioHackers World, on YouTube and on the Apple podcast, Spotify everywhere. But also we have a marketplace where they can get the products pretty like it's kind of Amazon for wellness and longevity. So it's another big cool thing. So you can go one place and get the best deals. Because we collaborate with all these companies.
C
Yeah.
A
So we have one of the best prices market.
C
We'll include a link to that. Thanks for coming on, guys.
B
Thank you.
A
Thank you, Sean.
C
All right, check them out, guys. Check out the links below.
A
Thank you.
C
Thanks for watching to the end, guys. Please comment below your thoughts on the episode if you agree. If you disagree, I'd love to hear. I read every single comment. Means a lot to me. Thank you so much.
Podcast: Digital Social Hour
Host: Sean Kelly
Episode: The Wellness Tech That Could Change Everything... | Biohackers World | DSH #2006
Date: June 8, 2026
In this episode, Sean Kelly sits down at the Biohackers World event in LA for a lively, in-depth conversation with the event organizers ("A" and "B") about the explosive growth of wellness technology, the biohacking movement, and the future of health optimization communities. Together, they discuss the power and science (or skepticism) behind quantum technology, fostering genuine wellness communities, and how concepts once considered fringe are entering the mainstream. The episode offers a unique behind-the-scenes look at the event and forecasts where wellness and biohacking are headed.
The conversation is open-minded, slightly rebellious (against the status quo of healthcare and corporate events), and playful, with moments of deep reflection mixed with real-world pragmatism. The hosts and guests speak candidly about challenges, skepticism, and hopes for the future of wellness tech.
The fusion of cutting-edge science, the openness to quantum and frequency-based modalities, and a strong emphasis on inclusive community are defining the new wave of the health optimization movement. The episode highlights how events like Biohackers World are rapidly shaping and democratizing biohacking, moving beyond exclusive circles, and providing real, tangible value to people—and even their pets—everywhere.
