So, Avalon, according to my clients, under hypnosis, Avalon was almost like a consciousness. And when people remember this place they call Avalon, some people remember it being like a fairy realm too. And then people in the Kingdom of Arthur, in their subconscious memories remember that Avalon was like this place where these women went and did all these sacred ceremonies and basically hid treasure and connected with, like, the fairy realms and used the grid system of the Earth to perform a lot of these sacred ceremonies.

Yeah, there's so much to talk about. About anything. Because I'm so lucky because of the work that I do. I take people to the deepest level of trance and then I access their subconscious mind and I can find out any. Anything. So no matter how many people destroy artifacts or they take things from sacred sites, or they try to suppress information, they can't suppress the subconscious memories of people. And so I just receive so much information because I'm researching the subconscious memories.

Yeah, it does. And people can. A lot of times, kids can still remember their past lives.

That's why it's really great if you can talk to your kid and just ask them questions because sometimes they don't think that it's a big deal. But a lot of people still have access to their past lives. And what it feels like to a lot of people is just like an old memory. Like if you think about your memories of when you were a kid. So sometimes to kids, that's what their past life memories feel like. And it's really interesting because when people remember being born, they remember that. Yes, definitely. I mean, even like Robert Edward Grant, for example, he has really just awakened so many of his abilities already. And in a lot of his sessions that he's done with me, I'm just so surprised at how in tune he is with his higher self.

Actually, when they get really in tune with who they really are, when they're fully in alignment with themselves and actually very honest with themselves, they can start to age backwards. And apparently in people's memories, we actually aged backwards or we looked whichever way we wanted to in Atlantis by just visualizing how we wanted to look.

A multiple times a day. And it was actually very easy for us in these other ancient cultures. Now we've sort of forgotten that we have so much power and that we can use our visualization to actually create the things we want in our lives.

People were living for a long time, like hundreds of years. And even before then, they were living thousands of years in people's memories. I know, that's crazy. It is really crazy because we think.

Yeah, no, I don't think so. But we could be more. We could be healthier. Basically. It's really if we believe that we can control these things, that we can believe that we are healthier and we ingest certain things that are healthier. Actually, there's this amazing, powerful remedy that I found out about from one of my clients. Under hypnosis. I had this client and she had stage four cancer and she came in for her session and her higher self when she was under hypnosis said, oh, well, you can make this really powerful remedy and you'll heal yourself After a short period of time, if you do this every day and drink at least three cups of this remedy a day, and the remedy was a dried reishi mushroom, a handful of goji berries, and two dates.

Well, you know, if you just tune into yourself and ask yourself what's going on with your body? The body is actually a literal messenger. So you don't have to seek outside yourself for anything. To be honest, if you just use the way the body's natural mechanisms are, the body is a very divine, powerful machine. And when you have a physical issue or an illness, really what that is is just to draw your attention to it. So if you can just listen deeply to yourself, you can find out the message your body is sending. And then if you can find out what the purpose of it is or the lesson or even why you have it, you can release it. We're so programmed to seek outside ourself when really you don't need to. But in the case of some of these things, like mushrooms or certain plants, they actually hold a consciousness and act like teachers. So if you connect with a powerful thing like a mushroom, even making a tea with it, this has been known for thousands of years in ancient cultures. But these different plants and mushrooms and things like that are teachers. And when you ingest them, it's almost like you're ingesting the consciousness. Some people are told to connect with, like, trees and barks, and even the oracles in these ancient cultures would develop a very strong relationship with, like, a plant or a tree. And in that way, they could receive messages and understand more about the cosmos. It's almost like people just don't know these things because it's such suppressed information. But the truth about, like, raw honey, like really good raw honey, is the cosmos has imprinted through the bees information in raw honey. And if you work with raw honey in this way, understanding that you're actually ingesting tons and tons of information, you can start to develop a relationship where you can be exposed to this subtle energy and start to learn information about the cosmos. And in that way, you allow the animal to start speaking with you. And it's almost like developing a relationship with a tree, because I know it sounds crazy, but actually trees can speak telepathically with us as well. So can your plants.

I have heard that, and I'm sure you could do that. In a lot of these ancient cultures, they did a lot of work with water. One thing that people talk about in the ancient cultures is they would understand that how powerful these natural springs are. And they would bathe in these natural springs that were so full of energy that came up from the Earth. And it was one way that they would be able to cleanse their energies and get more in tune with the Earth. Almost like in the ancient cultures, they would use a cave system because anything that was encapsulated within the Earth would be a great place to receive messages from the Earth as well. I mean, there's just so many things.

Yeah, well, that's why crystals are powerful, Right?

Crystals are so powerful. When you pick up a crystal, it actually entrains with your energy and your frequency. Just like if you're taking a walk, walk, and you pick up a rock, that rock then works with your own frequency and it starts to harmonize your frequency.

Crystals actually are pure in their vibration and in their frequency. And when you hold one, it's working on your energetic system and it's helping to bring you into a state of balance, actually. I think it's really important that we all know that we have the power, we have the control to really, like, be in control of our health and in control of our protection. One thing that my clients under hypnosis told me that I could do me personally, but I know it's very beneficial to everyone for protection is to wear the Equal Armed Red Cross that the Knights Templar used to wear. This is a really powerful symbol that actually contains the symbol of the of source creator. According to my clients under hypnosis that the Equal Arm Red Cross was actually a symbol that was from a different realm that transferred here and has been downloaded to many groups of people as being a very protective symbol. But they told me to wear it. And I even asked one of my hypnosis subjects, has anything happened to me that's been different while since I've been wearing it? And they said I've been more protected, I feel more protected. So, you know, it's cheap. Anyone can probably purchase one or make one or whatever.

And sometimes the work that I do for my books, I don't post them on YouTube, but some of the crazy ones that people do let me share are on YouTube. Like, when people. I mean, I have this one on YouTube where it was just one of my friends. She didn't really believe in any of this stuff, you know, and under hypnosis, in full detail, you can listen. She's describing what it was like to be an extraterrestrial crash landing on Earth for the first time. Like, I knew her, and I knew she did not believe in any of this. And to have her describe in so many details what it was like, the realm, the planet, where they came from, how they were running out of resources. Wow, was just, like, mind blowing to me.

That is crazy. So she was the Roswell crash. Imagine that.

No, she was. Even before then, really. So they were. They were from this group in the Pleiadian star system, and they were running out of this precious resource because their planet, or I mean, they called it a realm, had evolved so far in its advancement. They were using these special gems, these minerals, and what they would do is they would create this, like, new realm using these crystals and their own mind. And when you would go into this realm, you would understand the secrets of the universe, and it would enlighten you. So, you know, I, of course, I had her remember what it was like, go into this realm and tell me the secrets of the universe. And she said it was really interesting, and everyone had to do this, because when you did it, you understood that you didn't need to feel insecure. You realized you were everything and everyone around you. You realized you were God, in a sense. But she said what it was like was you went into this realm, and you felt this dark inkiness all over your body. And then it felt like you were just falling into yourself, and you became one with this inkiness. And then it was almost like these lights came out. She said it looked like Tesla's energy, kind of Nikola Tesla. Yeah, it looked like that. And it shocked you into enlightenment. And then you were downloaded with the understanding of the blueprint of the universe. And what that was was that you could see that everything was like this Figure 8 pattern, that there was no end and no beginning to this universe, and that the whole universe was set up like a computer program, like a game. And this game had been going on for longer than any human being could understand in the aspect of time. But this is what our consciousness and our souls have been doing as a group. So every single person that you meet is part of this group. But anyway, they were running out of this resource, and they realized that this planet, this realm, had a lot of this resource. So they came, and they started seeding this planet for many reasons. And this became the breeding ground for this one experiment.

You know, it's interesting because it seems as if, on the one hand, we don't really have too much free will if everything's predetermined, but everything is happening in this now moment. And so it's within this zero point, within the now moment, that we do have free will. So it's both. It's predetermined in one aspect because there is, like, a blueprint that we come in with, but it's changing constantly. You know what's really crazy is that everybody has different splinters of themselves all over the place. So anytime you made a different decision, there's a full life that splinters off of you.

That you are doing right now. What, like. Yeah. And in the future, we're going to become more aware of these other splinters. Like, apparently, I have, like, more kids in one of these splinters. I have less kids in another. I'm like, the CEO of a business in one. Yeah.

Yeah. And when I take people, you know, through their death in a past life, and they go to the in between. You know what's crazy? They call themselves a we instantly right after death.

Yeah, they know. It's like, we know we're a we, we're a collective, but here we pretend to be individual so that we can have this experience.

That is super fascinating. What's been your experience with helping people transition? Is it pretty pleasant? For the most part.

Oh, my gosh. It's so interesting and fascinating. People don't realize this, but apparently, according to so many people's memories, right before death, your body feels extremely euphoric. Like, the body is this machine. It experiences this euphoria, and then all of a sudden your soul is, like, lifted. Sometimes people feel it lifted out of their body, or sometimes they feel their soul coming out through their feet. And then their soul feels weightless. And many people recount feeling an extreme feeling of relief. And then you are usually met by your pets first, like whichever pets you've had throughout all your lifetimes.

I know. And then your loved ones. But your pets are always, like, right there. They're usually like the first guardians to greet you.

Well, you know, according to a lot of my clients under hypnosis, your pets are almost like they come as a contract. They're so highly advanced. And it's funny because it's funny to me because I've had so many clients when people say, oh, I rescued this dog. Because when they're under hypnosis, the dog will say, oh, I rescued that person. And they come in at different points of your life with a contract to help you through something.

And a lot of people that want to learn, like, self love will come in with parents that are really hard on them.

Wow. Yeah. I grew up in a divorced household, so I wonder what my soul wanted me to experience. Right.

Maybe, you know, even if you were trying to learn how to have a really good relationship, then you would learn the opposite. That's usually how we learn. So people would choose, like, to come in where there's a divorce that's going to happen, and then you would learn so many things from that and it would help your soul grow.

Have you ever seen a soul not accomplish its mission and it had to redo that life or something?

[Sarah Bressman Cosme]

All the time.

Oh, really?

Yeah, all the time. I think, you know, we don't know that this is the purpose of life. So, of course, we think, you know, we're supposed to just, you know, live safely till death. But that's really not what we're here to do. We're here to be in alignment with what our soul really wants and to be completely honest with ourselves and to just live as, you know, much as we can and try to learn all these things. But what happens is, if someone takes their own life, for example, then their soul might feel they want to repeat this again because they didn't complete, you know, the lesson. Like, for instance, I had this one past life experience with a client who she remembered under hypnosis that she was a man that lived in the 1800s. And he was so in love with his wife during this time. It was so sweet. And they didn't have any children, but he was just so in love with her. And she died from a sickness back then. And he was completely devastated because she was his whole family.

Yeah.

And so he just wanted to die. He kept getting sick, and he wouldn't die. And he was so frustrated that he wasn't dying because he wanted to be with her that he shot himself.

And right after he shot himself, as he's lifted out of his body, he sees her and he's so happy. He's like, finally, I'm with you. I just couldn't wait any longer. And she was so mad at him because she said, you are supposed to complete this lesson. Remember, before this lifetime, we both agreed that I would leave early to teach you how to, you know, fulfill this kind contract that you yourself wanted to fulfill, of learning how to make yourself happy. And because you didn't fulfill that, you're going to repeat this lesson, and I am going to move up in a level, and I won't be able to incarnate with you next life.

But I mean, there's so many things you can do by accessing your gut and your heart and listening deeply to these organs. I mean, your body's so miraculous when you can receive messages. Heart has a huge power to it. You know, you can connect with your guides and your spirit team just through using different Parts of your body, Right. I mean, there's so much stuff that we aren't told about.

Yeah. That's why I like Eastern medicine, because they say each organ is tied to an emotion. And that's so true, right?

It is so true. And in the universe or when these higher level beings come through, my clients, they say that one of the reasons why we have so much power is because of our depth at which we can use emotions. Because emotions act as the gateway through the universe. Really, if we can harness our emotional body, we can basically manifest anything and we can do anything. Like, even if you were to bring yourself into a higher state of euphoria or gratitude, if you just focused on gratitude, Anytime you're focused on a strong emotion, There are portals that open up within the universe and people don't realize that. The same happens when you feel a strong negative emotion. And then different possibilities open up just because this is like a simulation. So if you want to have a better life, you could just focus on gratitude and it would open up so many more positive possibilities in your life.

Yeah, that's what I hear.

Yeah. What makes certain cities and locations? I guess more. What's the word? Like have more portals, I guess.

Well, cities are built on specific ley lines and points which these ley lines intersect for a reason. These ley lines were set up basically to keep people attracted to the ley lines, to keep people building in these specific, specific areas where there's certain energy. Certain cities create a type of energy, and sometimes it can be very chaotic. So a person would be drawn to this area when there's stuff they needed to learn, and then they would move further away from it. There's a lot to be said from where you live, really. It works with your energetic frequency as well.

Is that tied to like when and where you're born to?

Yes, it is. Because no one's born in a place by accident. A lot of the times we're born close to where we had a past life also.

And so many times people move back into their old house or their old area, they just don't even realize it.

Like, I didn't even know why I was drawn to the Florida Keys, but apparently I live in a this area that's really close to where I died in the lifetime when I lived in Atlantis.

According to my clients higher selves. And I under hypnosis, remembered a Life in Atlantis, it was crazy.

Did anyone survive? Like, is there any lineage from those civilizations?

Definitely people survived from Atlantis. There was. There were like a few groups that survived from Atlantis that were told that Atlantis was going to go down. There were some animals that survived from Atlantis. But one symbol that can be found on rocks is the symbol with a hooked X. And according to my clients, memories that came from Atlantis, that was a symbol of Atlantis.

And these survivors that left Atlantis were carrying artifacts and treasures that they knew would be important for humanity later. In fact, fact, humanity has very important treasure. Every civilization carries an artifact or information from a previous civilization that had already advanced. Just so that in case that civilization goes down, just using that artifact or having that knowledge could help them rebuild to that place again.

But right now that treasure and that information is kept away because they don't want it to get into the wrong hands right now. And a lot of it was transported by the Knights Templar and people's memories. But the most important treasure, actually, the most important treasure are these 10 books that basically tell like everything about what we're doing here, like how to set up a civilization, how to work better with nature and things like that. The whole true nature of our reality and math.

I haven't heard of soul harvesting. In fact, I've asked about this. So I don't know if my information is different, but I have asked if a soul can be trapped and I haven't received that information.

So what my clients under Hypnosis have said. And, you know, I guess also your reality is different according to your deep beliefs. So maybe it's possible. I haven't had a client with these belief systems as possible.

But what I've heard from my clients is that you can't harm a soul. And the reason is the soul's actually God, so you can't harm God. So everybody is a fractal of God. And what can happen, though, is after a person passes, there is a split second where some souls get trapped themselves and they stay earthbound for a little while sometimes because they're confused.

Right. That's a ghost, right?

Yeah. And they have a lot of help on the other side to get untrapped. But during the shift of consciousness, there will be no soul left, you know, trapped here anymore.

There's actually. You'd be surprised, but most people. Most people have a small aspect of their soul that's trapped somewhere.

And that's one of the things that people come here to do, is to untrap themselves. Sometimes just by hearing information or by, you know, going to a certain place, they can sometimes untrap themselves. So I think it's just important to follow along with anything that you're drawn to do. Like, some people feel like they need to go to a certain area on the globe and there might be a reason for that. They might go there and untrap an aspect of their soul.

Traveling can be very important. In fact, the old Druids used to go to different places, different sacred sites, and they would harness different parts of energy there. Because these sacred sites are built on these special ley lines, and they could actually retrieve information, activate their blood type, activate their bloodline and things like that. Because there's chakras in the palms of your hands and on the soles of your feet. If you go to some of these, like, megalithic structures and you put your hands on these megalithic structures, it can activate dormant DNA within you, and it can have profound effects over your life. And what's also fascinating is that when you see, like, these hieroglyphs in some of these sacred places, the hieroglyphs have light codes that come off of it. And on these sacred sites, about a foot and a half off the ground, it's almost like another realm are these light codes that emanate up and they work with your own crown chakra to like, download information to you.

Stonehenge is really super cool because it seems like in people's memories, those little stone circles were actually ancient transport devices. So when a lot of the colonizers or extraterrestrial colonizers came to see this planet this time around, they set up these type of energy systems so you could travel through a stone circle. And that was one way to actually travel through the Earth in case they didn't have their technology. And when there's a. Like an equinox, the veil thins. And you could. You could actually go into one of these stone circles and travel pretty easily. Now, a lot of those systems are sort of shut down, but sometimes they open up.

And you could still travel into, like, a different realm, a different part of the Earth.

Or you would think there aren't pyramids, but they're actually set up in, like, a merkabah shape. So during this shift in consciousness, according to My clients, when they look into the future, the pyramids will light up and it will activate the Merkabah of the planet, this realm, and that will also activate the Merkabah of us.

We have so much alien DNA within us because we're seeded from aliens. The true native to this Earth are the Sasquatch. Those are more native to Earth than us. There's a reason why we need clothes. Why we, you know, why we are the way we are is because we're hybridized. And you know what's really crazy? You know, so many people have extraterrestrial, you know, contact.

And in people's memories when they're under hypnosis, they'll see that extraterrestrials are sometimes the ones that contact them are most of the time themselves. So you're contacting yourself, you're just. If you think about time, it doesn't exist in the rest of the universe. So if everything's happening in the now, your future version of yourself is here as well.

And it's much more advanced. So some people consider that to be an extraterrestrial version. It can be the one that's contacting you, doing, like, experiments on you to help you or like, I mean, like, tune ups on you.

But they also see that when I've asked how many humans are being contacted right now? Because so many of my clients are being contacted, they'll say, all humans.

Because we all need tune ups in order to survive. There's a lot of crap that's being bombarded on us. And there's a reason why we are still, like, maintaining, like, health and we're still able to survive in this environment. And a lot of it has to do with our extraterrestrial ancestors and counterparts making it so that we can survive here. They actually help us. Sometimes they come and they, like, might heal a person a little bit. Sometimes they actually stop time and clean up our oceans just a little bit. They make sure that we don't destroy this realm.

Wow. So the oceans are that polluted that they're literally stopping time to clean them.

They were. But they did stop time a little bit so that no one would notice. But you can see the timelines shift a little bit, and then you get issues, like people remembering, like, different things. Like, you know, like the Mandela effect.

But a lot of that has to do with a timeline being, like, frozen and then restarted. It actually happens whenever there's something catastrophic that may happen to humanity. That's why you can't possibly destroy this realm.

Event. You know what's really interesting is that it seems that every single person has their own future. So, like, your future, like me sitting across from you, might be different than mine right now according to your belief systems.

Yeah. Even though I'm sitting across from you. Even if you're, like, in a family where one person has a totally different belief system than you, your future might be different than theirs. It's literally, we are rendering our reality based on what we believe.

I think the most important thing that anyone could do is work on their own belief system, because that's how important it is. And to let go of the old belief systems, that is nuts. But what people keep talking about for the future is that we're headed for, like, a nexus point. Like, something is going to happen.

Exactly is that a prophecy? Like, people have been talking about this for a long time where the timelines will merge. Like, your different future would merge with mine for a little bit. And one of the potentials for this nexus point may be that there may be. And this is just a potential, like a comet whose tail goes in front of the sun. And if it trigger. If it does, and it triggers a solar event that will dismantle our veil.

And then every single person will see into all the different dimensions at once.

It is an internal thing. But then after this nexus point, according to people, we're going to. We're going to splinter out into three distinct timelines. And these timelines will be, like, solidified. So, like, the highest one will be where we all clean up our oceans. We can easily speak telepathically to one another, and it just looks beautiful. And it seems like we live in tribes again. It's just so amazing. In that highest timeline, I'd love to.

Same. And then the middle one seems to go down the same trajectory as the gray extraterrestrials, which are a future version of humanity. And then we eventually lose our planet because we try to breed out our emotions. And since our emotions make us so powerful, we become weaker without our emotions.

Like, if you think about, like, if someone said to you, hey, you don't have to ever feel upset anymore, you know, that sounds great and everything, but it's actually the upset that we have that helps our souls grow. And then we go too far with this type of, you know, manipulation that we lose our resources, we drain our resources, and we actually have to live in space for a millennia. And then the lowest timeline ends abruptly with the nexus point. It seems like these souls are just transferred to another 3D Earth, which is crazy. There are other Earths.

And those people will just continue that negative polarity until they're ready to start working on their own ascension. But there's so many Lightworkers that are strategically placed in the middle timeline. And then you think, oh, man, I want to try it again. I want to learn that I am God this time. The end game is to know yourself as God, basically, and to lighten your frequency. Even like these higher level extraterrestrials will say that there's like a hierarchy. And the more you know yourself as Source or God or whatever you want to call that, the lighter in your frequency you become. So it's like this challenge to, like, know yourself who you really are and that source.

Yeah. What's the hierarchy? From what you've seen?

The hierarchy is to become lighter. Like, actually, whatever you do on this planet right now, in your life, whatever you do as far as, like, following along with your soul, it actually has huge effects for your soul when you go back to the in between, because it allows your soul to get lighter in its density. That's what we're doing is lightening our density, like taking in better beliefs, taking in better foods, taking in all these things that lighten ourselves. And we move up and up and up in the higher hierarchy as our souls start to experience a lightness to them. And these extraterrestrials sometimes will say, I'm working on my density. I'm trying to lighten my density, you know, to get lighter and lighter in the density. And then the end game is to become source again. Then you do it again.

Yeah. Light healing, super powerful. I just started using it. I feel it right away.

Cool. What is light healing?

Well, there's different types. There's the red light stuff. So like red light sauna. There's like light where you could just run it through your body. And when you look at, like, scans of disease, it's because there's no light in it. So when you look at scans of tumors and stuff, you just find the right light to shine in there. It can help you heal.

Yeah. I think the future of healing and medicine is really exciting.

And I think there's so many people that know they want to help people and they're too afraid, you know, and it's just like, that's where we're headed. All these new methods and healing techniques and stuff, you know, because that works. Better in the future than the old paradigm.

Yeah. I mean, with the movement, with RFK and the Make America Healthy Again. I love that movement.

So do I. I'm so excited for that.

Yeah. They're banning food dyes. They're banning stuff that's suppressing people's spirituality, in my opinion.

They are. That's. That would be amazing. What I've been hearing, though, has been pretty bad. But what I've been hearing is that they used to dump. You know, when a chemical company creates a chemical and there's byproducts to dump those into the ocean. Damn. Yeah. But they were killing the sea life.

So then they wanted to get rid of these things because there's nowhere to store this chemical byproduct. So they started spraying it in the air. And so that's what's being sprayed in.

The air, the chemtrails.

But then what was started to happen was it started to fall down and create, like, a strange fog. And that's actually like a chemtrail falling down.

It is terrible. But when people have asked about this, there's a purpose for this as well, though. There's always like a good and bad. The good is that we have to reclaim our power and remember that we actually have control over our physical body. That you can tell your body, like, I am healthy and, like, none of this stuff is going to bother me and start to cultivate that belief system.

Sort of like a test.

Yeah. Yeah. I think everything happens for a reason. Right.

Every single thing does. Everything and everything has a good component and a bad component. Just like how people say, like, oh, you know, don't spend too much time on your cell phones or with the screens. But what a lot of people don't know is there's an actual real good element to this, that by staring at your screen or like looking at a cell phone, what it's doing is there's the good part. I mean, of course, there are lots of bad parts. The good part is that it's rewiring your mind to actually expect instant manifestation. And it helps with our evolution. So sometimes, you know, when a kid is looking at a cell phone, it's actually helping them to a small degree.

Yeah. That is a interesting way to justify cell phone usage. I know. You do yearly predictions on your YouTube, right?

Yeah.

Well, they were talking a lot about, like, that people were going to start to see more laser surgery that that was going to be a big thing this year and that you would see more fashion companies start to recycle and stop using and depleting the resources of the Earth. But they, you know, it's hard to narrow down the higher self because they give these predictions like they'll say, oh, this is happening soon, when they mean a couple hundred years.

Yeah, because time for them doesn't exist.

Right, it doesn't. They kept talking about us implementing like the 13 month cycle again, the Maya calendar.

Right.

Yeah. They said we do better with the actual 13 months because that's what we use in Atlantis and in these ancient cultures. And we've gotten away from it, but we actually become more in harmony with these cycles.

Yeah. I wonder what caused that to change 13 to 12.

It was like a suppression to kind of get people to do more work apparently according to people's memories and actually pushes you out of certain alignments within your own body. So people have like this intuitive connection when they follow a 13th mic 13 month cycle than they do with a 12 month cycle. But apparently we're going to go back to that old cycle and get back more in alignment.

It's just with suppression to keep people small, keep people not really realizing their true potential.

Do you have any theories on what happened on Mars?

[Sarah Bressman Cosme]

Yeah, I have people's memories of what happened on Mars and there's actually a lot to Mars that people don't realize. So a lot of the pictures you see of Mars are fake. They're filmed in a desert. What actually happened on. But there are different things on Mars that would show proof of ancient civilizations. So there was a lot of like in people's memories there were civilizations on Mars and it looked just like Earth with like water and like plants and trees that were very, very lush and beautiful. But there were during that time in their evolution, there was a lot of warring factions on Mars. And according to people's memories there was like a collision in space. And when this collision in space happened, it basically destroyed the atmosphere of Mars all of a sudden bec very cold in people's memories. And they had to go into these tunnel systems inside Mars and try to survive in these tunnel systems. But there are actually, there still are groups that stay and live within Mars.

And then because they hadn't finished their 3D experience, there's always a backup planet. So Earth was that backup planet for the 3D experience. So people were transferred from Mars to Earth. And I would say there are so many people here that actually have past life memories of Mars.

And they would know it because they feel like a connection to Mars. They can tell, they can feel it. And there will be a time when people go back to Mars and live on Mars and it's going to be like an exclusive resort again thanks to Elon Musk. Uh huh. There's a reason why he has this inclination.

He's probably from Mars. Of course people say he's alien, you know, I mean you just said we all are, but I mean.

But I have heard that from a lot of people that do what you do that people have past life memories of a red planet. So it's gotta be Mars, right?

I think so. There seems to be in people's memories they did call it the red planet Mars. But I think one of the reasons was because it was so full of iron too. And so they went and they transferred from Mars to Earth, but they couldn't filter out a lot of the aggression that came with these people. Because they were in a warring state at that time and because they were involved in so much war and they didn't filter that out. That's one trait that we have flowing in our society that actually comes from Mars.

Oh wow, that's cool. What about the moon? Do you know what actually happened there?

[Sarah Bressman Cosme]

Well, the moon is really interesting. So in people's memories it comes from Andromeda and it's fixed on a specific point in space, which space is actually not air, space is actually a liquid.

And so the moon is fixed on a specific point within this type of liquid oxygen that you would call space. And the moon helped stabilize this Earth planet. It was like an agreement from these Andromedans. You know, the Andromedans are so cool because in people's memories they use this special clearing symbol that looked like an inverted H and they would use this symbol to like, like you were talking about light, almost like spreading light codes to clear people. Because if you can see this H, I actually put it in my most recent book because it's so powerful you can actually use it and clear your own body. And clear. Yeah. I mean light and symbols, all these things are so powerful. Like if you look at some of these sacred symbols, you know what they are? They're keys. They're like coded keys that almost like when you stare at even like crop circles, they're keys that unlock something within your mind and it unlocks transmission and it downloads your subconscious mind with information. And you didn't even have to learn about this Information. You just stared at the symbol.

So anyway, yes, people talk about the moon and that the moon is hollow. There are bases on the moon. It's basically like so many different groups have a base on the moon.

Yeah, it's hollow. And, you know, there's different ways to get to the moon through portal systems.
