But I think 100k is for sure in the future. I think a million is not out of reach as well. Like, if. If the Trump administration adopts bitcoin in terms of, like, the federal, like, the reserves and stuff, and, like, they put money into that. Like, it's for sure gonna hit a 1 million. If they don't, it could be, like, a 200k for Bitcoin, but it's like, I wish I would have bought more when I was, like, 50.
Matt
All right, we are here with Wolfgang, who recently won a little side bet with biggest Matt Vegas.
Wolfgang
Matt said, hey, let's up the stakes. He wanted to put 2500, which apparently I won, to my 7500. He would last longer in this tournament. I had seven drinks with no dinner.
Matt
Damn.
Wolfgang
I lasted longer.
Matt
You still beat him.
Wolfgang
I took his money.
Matt
Wow. How long did he last?
Wolfgang
He lasted, like, two levels.
Matt
Damn. So not long at all. He won it last time, though.
Wolfgang
But I'm putting all that money. It's not going in my pocket or my bank account or bitcoin or any of that, Stu. It's going straight onto the Bacharat table. Straight going onto the blackjack table.
Matt
Player or banker?
Wolfgang
We're banker. Yeah, we're banker. We're playing blackjack. We're hitting everything until we get 21.
Matt
That's the way to do it.
Wolfgang
Solid strategy.
Matt
It always works, right?
Wolfgang
Come on. You got to get 21.
Matt
I didn't know.
Wolfgang
For views. Good for poker. Come on.
Matt
I didn't know you diversified outside of poker. I didn't know you did other games.
Wolfgang
Diversification is key, Sean.
Matt
Dude, if you do have some crypto.
Wolfgang
I have a little crypto. Bitcoin's up to, like, 97 right now.
Matt
Crazy.
Wolfgang
Solana is my biggest bag, though.
Matt
Really?
Wolfgang
I got Solana. Super, super low. Yeah, I got Salon. A super low. Never sold.
Matt
Just kept adding diamond hand.
Wolfgang
Staked it a little bit. It's okay. When you're making YouTube views and you're making a little bit of money, you don't have to sell the Solana. But Salon has been pretty good.
Matt
I've been staking mine since 80 bucks.
Wolfgang
Awesome.
Matt
Yeah. What price did you get?
Wolfgang
I got mine at seven.
Matt
What?
Wolfgang
I got mine at seven.
Matt
Dude, you're up. Like.
Wolfgang
But I didn't put a lot in. I only put, like, 2k.
Matt
And still you're up 40x. So that's 80k.
Wolfgang
Yeah. And then I've added along the way.
Matt
Let's go. Love it. Do you think bitcoin will hit $100,000. But before November ends, there's a bet on Polymarket right now?
Wolfgang
Yes.
Matt
Okay. Yeah, there's a bet on Polymarket.
Wolfgang
Am I confident? Yes. But not like this is a lock. But I think 100k is for sure in the future. I think a million is not out of reach as well. Like if, if the Trump administration adopts bitcoin in terms of like the federal, like the reserves and stuff and like they put money into that, like it's for sure going to hit 1 million. If they don't, it could be like a 200k for Bitcoin. But it's like, I wish I would have bought more when I was like 50.
Matt
I know crypto is big in the poker world, right?
Wolfgang
Oh, it's amazing. Like, I play a big game. I'm like, hey, I need more money. Can I just send you crypto? And they're like, sure, like how much you want? I'm like 30.
Matt
Done.
Wolfgang
They just give me 30k in chips. I just send them like this theoretical like number on the blockchain and I get 30k and I just like play with it.
Matt
Crazy.
Wolfgang
Because if you wired it, that happened last week. Like, that's not like some theoretical thing. Like I did that last week.
Matt
Nuts. Yeah. Because if you like sent a wire.
Wolfgang
Take like three days, you know, take three days. You charge a wire fee. If you don't have some like premium account with Chase or like. Yeah, it's crazy.
Matt
Yeah. Shout out to crypto, man. It's really revolutionized the world.
Wolfgang
I think poker players are responsible for a decent portion.
Matt
It's got to be because a lot of like Storm X does a lot of poker stuff. Yeah. I think you guys are some of the biggest users of crypto.
Wolfgang
Uh huh. And the more poker grows with like the CPT and all this good stuff going on, crypto is going to keep going with it too.
Matt
Absolutely. How long you been doing the content? The poker content?
Wolfgang
Actually trying for like five to six years. I've been playing since I was 14.
Matt
Holy crap.
Wolfgang
So like over 10 years for sure. But actually trying on the YouTube channel for like five years.
Matt
And did it take off the first year?
Wolfgang
No, it. After three years I still wasn't making more than like 500amonth.
Matt
Damn.
Wolfgang
And now it's, it's pretty good. It's very good. But in the first three years it was all setting myself up. Like, I think after like 10 videos, I didn't have more than 100 views per video.
Matt
Whoa.
Wolfgang
Yep.
Matt
So what was that breakthrough video for you?
Wolfgang
So I. I did a. A larger video. I played 2:5 at Lake Elsinore in California and I ran up a decent stack and ended up getting like 100k views. But then YouTube was like, yo, that's a violation of our terms and services. We're gonna take your video entirely down after you got the most amount of views you ever got and the most amount of subs you ever got.
Matt
Damn.
Wolfgang
Took it.
Matt
What was the reason, though?
Wolfgang
No reason. I appealed it. They said no.
Matt
What?
Wolfgang
So that video is down, but that got me a lot of subs. And it kind of like started my channel. Then Covid hit and I did nothing. Covid? Because of, like, health concerns and all that kind of stuff.
Matt
Yeah.
Wolfgang
And so I was like, no, I'm not going to play during COVID Nine months I didn't play. And then after Covid, we just went for it again.
Matt
Nice.
Wolfgang
Yeah.
Matt
And back then it was like, kind of looked down on, I guess, to film at the table. Right. Like, you kind of were the first batch of people doing it.
Wolfgang
I got kicked out.

Approach to hiring out of Morongo Casino. I got kicked out of a few other places as well, like the Commerce. But if you keep posting, then eventually you get some clout. And once you get clout, you have leverage. And the places are like, yo, we can't kick this guy out because he has 50, 100,000 people watching every video. If we kick him out, he could post a bad video saying like, don't come to this place. And so like then if you don't go to Commerce, you go to Gardens. If you don't go to Gardens, you go to Hawaiian Hollywood Park. If you don't go to Hollywood park, you go to the Bicycle. So it's like crazy.
Matt
I feel that. Plus you bring people there. Like when Brad hosts a game, there's like a couple hundred people, right?
Wolfgang
Yeah. And I've done meetups just like Brad Owen, Andrew Neemi, Rampage. I've done meetups at the Hollywood Park. I've done meetups at the Bicycle. Like all those places Agua Caliente is my favorite spot down in Palm Springs. It's a good. Yeah, it's a good time.
Matt
Nice. Have you ever won a big bag? Like what's the biggest bag you've won? Playing poker?
Wolfgang
The most amount I've won is 82K.
Matt
Damn.
Wolfgang
Yeah. Playing poker and I've only sold action once, but it wasn't that game. So that 82k cash out was all my own action.
Matt
Why do you refuse to sell action?
Wolfgang
It's more like, it's not like I, I need the help to get to that point. It's like I've put in all the work to play these massive games. So why am I giving you a portion of all the work I've done in the last five years to get to this point? Right. When I play like 100, 200, a lot of people think like, hey, let me hedge a little bit in case I lose big. But I'm thinking like I've been doing this for five years, I'm confident in myself. If I lose, so be it. But like if I win, I want all the glory facts.
Matt
I also feel like the psychology of it is different. Like if you are playing with someone else's money, you're probably playing a little differently.
Wolfgang
Yeah, maybe I play a little bit looser, so some people criticize me for playing a little bit too tight. But at the end of the day, if you see my year end results, the last four years have always won nice. So yeah, maybe I play a little bit tight. But in these big games, like sometimes you have to play tight and you'll eke out of profit. I have a good coach, I have a good win rate. And so when I'm playing massive, like maybe five to 10 times a year when 90 of my sessions are 2 5, okay. I'm playing bigger. Like I'm playing 100, 200. Let me play a little bit tighter. Let me, let me try to get those edges, you know.
Matt
Well, the viewers just want to see.
Wolfgang
Crazy hands, so they always want to see that. But then watch my two five videos, you know, like I'll punt it in for two five for like a thousand bucks with like that's crazy.
Matt
Five games.
Wolfgang
Yeah, I'm not going to do that in 100, 200, you know what I mean?
Matt
Yeah. What's your favorite hotel to play in out here?
Wolfgang
I love the Aria. I love the WI resorts is super cool. They allow a lot of private games.
Matt
Nice.
Wolfgang
Yeah.
Matt
What about the new one Aven? Have you played there yet?
Wolfgang
I haven't played it ven it.
Matt
No, I want to check that one out. It looks fun.
Wolfgang
Joey Ingram, the homie y He's trying to get a lot of people out there. I would be definitely down and playing that live stream, but I don't live in Vegas. I don't come out here. Come out here that much. So it's more of a.
Matt
Well, dude, what's next for you? You're gonna start playing poker on cruises, like Vegas, Matt?
Wolfgang
Yes, I will play some cruises. Wpt. The cruise next year will be super fun. Some Triton events. I got some EBT events scheduled. Hustler. All the good stuff.
Matt
Hustler.
Wolfgang
Yeah.
Matt
Four years of winning. Congrats.
Wolfgang
Thank you. I appreciate it.
Matt
Let's make it five next year. Thanks for coming on, man.
Wolfgang
I appreciate it, son.
Matt
And good luck tonight with Bryce.
Wolfgang
Thank you. Yeah, we got Bryce. Bryce. We got Rampage Botez.
Matt
That's gonna be extreme. I love that. I'll check in on that.
Wolfgang
Wolfgang. Poker and shorts.
Matt
Let's go, sir. Peace.
