B
What's up, guys? It's Mystic Zach here. We're back with another episode. Double coverage.
A
Really, bro? That's how we're rocking.
B
You saw the fake smile? I did.
A
No, I didn't. I. Mine's very authentic.
B
So you're just happy right now to be here?
A
Yeah, I'm just very happy.
B
Thank you for having me on your show, man.
A
Thank you, man. You're just a good friend of mine, and when I see you, I get happy.
B
Oh, that's great for everyone watching. Just, you know, just, you know, don't look at this big black thing sitting in front of us. I don't know what this is. I've never seen a bigger mic in my life, but we're just gonna act like it's not here.
A
Nyan can't help himself but to touch. But yeah, sort of.
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah. Muscle memory. Yeah, man. NFL went down. A lot of block kicks.
B
A lot of block kicks Special. What's up with that, bro? I'm gonna be honest. The kickers, man, just. I hate this subject because every kicker in the league just sucks. And I, like. I want to challenge a kicker to a 1v1 and just see who can make more field goals, because I obviously can't make more than me, because when I bet money on them, they always lose, so. So it's just, like. It's crazy to see.
A
I would do it as well. I would engage in a kicking competition with them.
B
I mean, we would win. They got no talent, bro. Anyone can kick a field goal nowadays.
A
They literally can't kick without getting blocked.
B
Yeah, I know. No, that's the. Look at. No, that's the. You know, that's the blockers you know, that's their fault. It's not the kicker's fault.
A
No, you gotta. You gotta kick it higher.
B
Yeah, but, like, you know, if you're not getting blocked properly, it's like, you know. Yeah, it's a little tough, but, yeah.
A
Were the Rams even trying to protect the.
B
I mean, I was so. Bro. They blew that lead and they just brought. I know. They're so pissed. Going to the locker room. Shout out to Puka. Puka's having an amazing year.
A
I know. Shout out to Puka. They don't get it done, though. Jordan Davis. Rumble, young man. Rumble.
B
You know what's crazy? Everyone hated on me for getting devonte Adams on my fantasy team. Had a touchdown. Good, you know, good points.
A
Yeah. That's why Nyan Shat probably shouldn't decide a team ever.
B
Yeah. And then this week, I lost, like, two points because laporta just didn't want to catch a touchdown, so.
A
Yeah, he was just getting those third.
B
Yeah. But going back to the Lions, I did win my bet from last week. You know, if we don't talk.
A
Good job.
B
Lions plus two and a half. Yep. Or it was plus three and a half and they won the game. It was, you know, it's pretty much a blowout. Lamar, I just don't get. Lamar's just, you know, he's been really mad, you know, Derek Henry with the fumble. Derek.
A
Derek Henry. Third fumble in three games.
B
He's gonna bounce back.
A
Yeah, he's gonna bounce back. Okay.
B
He's gonna bounce back. But it was a great game to watch. I was happy, you know, I won money. You know, maybe we should give some money to people.
A
Yeah, we should. We should. My bookie, ag. If you want free money, listen to our picks. Use code. Double D, O, U, B, L, three.
B
Yeah.
A
Fact. We actually are one of our kind of producers, and I had lunch with Eagles offensive lineman Tyler Steen.
B
For real.
A
The guy who false starts every time.
B
Oh, shit. Did you let him know how much he sucks? I'm just kidding. So. I'm just joking. You're great. I'm sorry.
A
Yeah, we're sending that to him.
B
Yeah. I was kidding.
A
He does fall start, though, for sure. Yeah. But no, as we were talking to him about, you know, we're like, oh, you got a ring and everything. He goes, one ring. Like, after this season, I'm gonna have to, like, didn't skip a beat at all. So they're very confident.
B
What do you think about that?
A
He did, like, no hesitation. Like. Yeah.
B
What do you think about The Eagles, you know, they think.
A
I mean, they've been proving us wrong for a long time, and they find a way to get it done every time.
B
Every. I mean. Yeah.
A
I mean, the refs definitely should have called that false start, that we did it again.
B
For real.
A
Yeah. Tyler loves to go. False start. Yeah.
C
Yeah.
B
He's just happy to be there.
A
Yeah, he's just happy to be there, man. Well, he knows they don't call it, so why not, right?
B
How's your smart. How's your sleeper pick doing for the year?
A
My Rams.
B
Oh, I thought it was the Cowboys.
A
That was your sleeper fix.
B
Ah, damn. Yeah, you're cooked mud, bro. We're. Yeah, I'm. I'm just happy I didn't draft Dak. He's just having a bad start.
A
I don't think.
B
Injured.
A
I think Dax could. I think they have the worst defense I've ever seen.
B
I mean, losing Michael.
A
I think it's your friend Trayvon.
B
No, it's not. He's doing great.
A
He's doing great.
B
He's doing great.
A
Can we. Can we. Can we cut to Trayvon Diggs trying to cover Roma Dunes, bro?
B
It was. Everyone has bad. Like, it's like, all right, it's like a bad podcast.
A
He's having four. He's having three straight bad podcasts.
B
It's just. Bro. Well, you know. You know, he. He's having bad games, so he's going to do good, bro. You know, he works so hard. He's going to be great.
A
Yeah, no, yeah. But I. I regret saying on the show that the Cowboys defense was, like, juco level in the secondary.
B
Yeah, the.
A
They're below that. They're like. They make a wish level.
B
They're learning, bro. I lost their leader. I think Trayvon's gonna step up in the locker room and, you know, bring.
A
Yeah, no, he's. He's doing great so far. Well, he just needs.
B
He's gonna get.
A
Congrats. Thanks, Trayvon.
B
He's gonna get into it, bro. I have full hope in him. I know him as a, you know, as a person, as a player. He's very locked in. So.
A
Yeah, I. I actually think that the Cowboys defense being so putrid, makes me think that the Micah Parsons loss wasn't as bad as we thought, because I don't think he would change a thing.
B
He would.
A
They need a lot.
B
He led.
A
They don't need. They don't need one defender. They need, like, a corner. They need two safeties. They need a linebacker.
B
They need to be playing pretty good. Teams, bro, the Bears. The Bears are.
A
They were 02 before that game.
B
Yeah, but they're. Come on, bro.
A
The Bears are okay, but they're not the 1980 Steelers with Lynn Swan and, like. Like, bro, like, what are we doing here? Luther Burden. Luther Burden had how many yards? I mean, he's catching flea flickers. How do you let a flea flicker get off in 20, 25?
B
What do you mean? It happens all the time.
A
That was some Madden stuff, bro.
B
Yeah, bro, the game's evolved.
A
Ben Johnson's like, we got the Cowboys. Why don't we just open up the playbook here? Let's try a flea flicker. Wide open. Yeah, Trayvon's, like, trying to jam the receiver with his left hand.
B
He can't do it all. He can't do it all himself, so.
A
He can't do anything by himself. I don't think he could guard a high schooler.
B
Oh, yo, bro, you're talking about the same Trayvon Diggs that led. You know, he's been the worst player.
A
In the NFL last couple. Last couple of games.
B
You have a weird hatred for him. I don't get it.
A
I don't have a weird hatred for him.
B
We love Trayvon Diggs, bro.
A
Great guy. But he. We got. We some things out of change. How about this? The Giants. Yo, Trayvon gives up. What? Trayvon, the secondary. Sorry. Give up. 450 yards to Russell Wilson.
B
Yeah.
A
The next week, they can't do a thing. Now he's benched.
B
Who?
A
Russell Wilson?
B
Yeah.
A
Jackson Dart comes in, he's got a lot of hate.
B
I'm curious to see what he does. I think he's gonna do. I want.
A
He's got aura.
B
He does. I think it's like the haircut.
A
Yeah. Cheated on his girl, too, for W. Jackson Dart.
B
He's a goat.
A
Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, he's him, but the bad one, too.
B
For real?
A
Yeah.
B
He's fucking.
A
Yeah. Look at his hair.
B
Yeah. No. Yeah. Aesthetic. Like, he looks like a. Like, you know in Madden where you make your own player. Like, you create a player and then, you know, you play as a quarterback. He's in.
A
No, he. He got Eli Manning's number, like, to mentor him, like, to help him out. And he calls Eli, and Eli is, like, thinking he's an ass for, like, playing advice. He goes, can you get me dinner reservations?
B
Seriously?
A
Yeah.
B
Oh, my God.
A
Probably took a bad one out. Shout out to Jackson Dart.
B
Shout out to him.
A
Yeah.
B
I'm excited to see what he does.
A
Yeah, I'm excited. I'm a Fan. I'm a fan of Lane Kiffin, too. He's a dog too.
B
Yeah.
A
See, Sydney Thomas said that he slid in her dms.
B
Why do girls do that?
A
I don't.
B
I expose, like, follow through and make. You know, I think she should have.
A
Just dated Lane Kiffin.
B
Yeah.
A
He's really him.
B
Yeah.
A
I mean, look. Look what he does in the offense side of the ball. I actually worked for Lane Kiffin.
B
Doing what?
A
You know that. I was the youngest Division 1 coaching intern in the country. I was 16 years old. I worked under coach Lane Kiffin at FAU.
B
Seriously?
A
Yeah.
B
Wow. Why didn't you pursue coaching, man?
A
I. I was. I. I could have. I mean, honestly, when I speak to Lane and D, they were like, man, like, if. If you keep doing this, you. You'll be a lot better than Belichick.
B
Oh, you would?
A
Yeah.
B
Okay.
A
Yeah. They were thinking I would have won, like, eight to 10 Super Bowls.
B
I can see the resemblance.
A
Yeah. So didn't go down that route. I went down the podcasting route, obviously.
B
Yeah.
A
As you can see right here. Yeah. Yep. So, yeah, that's all it is. Also, a lot of people were calling Cap that I was with ab, Floyd Mayweather and Jadakiss in the Miami Heat. Kind of. That was real. Can we put up the picture? Now we get to talk to a.
B
Hall of Famer, but there is AI and shit nowadays, so there is a. Oh, my God. And there's Photoshop. Like, we'll never really know, but I guess we could take your word for it. You know, whatever happens, you don't seem like you don't. You wouldn't lie. You are Jewish too, so you're very honest.
A
We're known for our honesty.
B
Yeah. For real. Oh, also, happy Rosh Hashanah Jewish New Year. Yes. No one's in the offices, bro. I'm trying to, like, do. And everyone's.
A
Thank you. Thank you. Jewish New Year. What are you doing for the new year? Shout out to my people. I had a beautiful dinner last night with your family. Yeah. I chose to be with you instead of my family, so I was with some friends and stuff.
B
Cool. Do you get gifts for Russia?
A
Russian, we did not do gifts, but it was a celebration. It was a happy time. Shout out to my antenna. And I'm sorry I couldn't be at home.
B
Damn. Podcasting is more important.
A
Yeah, it does. And that's what I had explained. Also, to all NYons fans out there, just because I'm Jewish does not mean I handle Neon's day to day.
B
How do they think that? Yeah, I'm. See. I see the tweets and stuff, bro. They're like, this is your Jewish handler, Jay Handler. Oh, my God.
A
Yeah. I run everything. I thought I was just your friend and we do the podcast together, but I'm also making all the calls.
B
Behind you are. And you have a percent and you're just, you know, just. You just robbing me, bro.
A
Yeah.
B
I'm glad I could talk about it.
A
Yeah. Thank you. I'm glad we could give you the platform to really expose this. This. Yeah, man. Yeah. My family set me up, so.
B
All right, we're about to get Antonio Gates on. Let's see. Let's see what? Let's see. We're talking about.
A
Yeah. Hall of Fame. Our second hall of Famer. That's special.
B
We had to get at least like five more.
A
Yeah, Yeah. I think the fans are going to be shocked. We're going to pull off this next month.
B
I'm excited.
A
Talent goes.
B
Let's bring him in.
A
We are now honored and privileged to Welco our second hall of Famer of the season. NFL 2000s all decade member. 116 career touchdowns. Los Angeles Chargers ring of Honor. And newest inductee into the Pro Football hall of fame, Mr. Antonio Gates.
B
That's a great intro. Damn.
D
Thank you, man. Appreciate it.
B
Thank you for coming.
D
Yeah. Glad to be here, man.
A
Long.
D
It's been a long 20, 25 after you go into hall of Fame, man. Words really can't describe how things change, how your life changed. But if I had to try to describe it, it's like heaven on earth, man, going into the hall of Fame. So I'm happy. And I'm happy to be here, too.
A
Top five day for you ever.
D
Probably top day. You know what I'm saying?
A
Yeah.
D
Just because you get a chance to thank all the people, you know along the way. Normally you get us in a space where you always getting praise, getting praised. I finally got on the stage and was able to thank people from high school all the way to the professional level. And to see everybody. Right. To see everybody and the health and just to watch it develop and the things you wanted to manifest in life, to see it come to light is no better feeling than that, man. So I'm. I'm very excited. I'm very happy about that.
B
Congratulations, man. I know this is random, but I was just looking at you, by the way, you have an amazing fit on. Amazing outfit.
A
Yeah. No, you came drippy.
B
What is your shoe size, bro?
A
Right.
B
I've never seen Louis shoes that big in my life.
D
This 15, but you know, these are. Louis 14.
B
So crazy. You're a 15?
D
Yeah, I'm a 15, man. So yeah, they comfortable, you know, nowadays, man. They make the big comfy shoes.
B
Yeah. Facts.
A
Yeah.
D
I'm trying to keep my swag too, man. I got a 23, 23 year old daughter, so she makes me feel like I'm getting a little older. So I try to keep my swag, man.
B
I feel you're doing a good job.
A
Yeah, I know.
B
Oh, I got nothing. Look at me, bro. But shit.
A
Yeah, look at him. Yeah, he looks out.
B
Damn.
A
Really, dude, what the fuck?
B
What you been up to nowadays? What you been doing?
D
Nothing, man. Really? You know, people think, you know, life changes once you go into the hall of Fame. They do in a sense of, you know, obviously you're a Hall of Famer, but I'm still a dad, man. Still doing the same daddy duties, still with the charges. I guess I would say I become a Hall of Fame dad now. That's about the magnitude of how I see it. And nah, man, I'm just with the Chargers, hanging out with, doing what I need to do for them, using my time wisely to make, you know, say the least.
B
They're having an amazing season. They are, yeah, they're amazing.
D
Three and oh, for the first time since like 2002. So, man, I can't say enough about how happy we are about to start.
A
You think they're legit super bowl contenders?
D
They are. I think so. Because you got to think a lot of things in football is based on the leadership, right? And I believe we got some of the best leadership qualities in Jim Harbaugh and his. And I think you see it, right, because when you think about the players, I mean, you think about the high names, the big names, we got a few guys, you know, the Khalils and the Keenans and obviously Justin, Herb and Derwin, of course. But they play together so well, man. As a team. I think that's the foundation of winning football. And you see it, you see it in the first three weeks and hopefully they can carry that on throughout the season.
A
You are part of so many talented teams. I mean, you, Philip Rivers, ladanian, Tomlinson, like such a dynamic trio. You had so many seasons where like 2010, for example, you have the league's best offense, league's best defense, last in special teams, right? You're in the AFC with Tom Brady and Peyton Manning. You guys just. The town was off the charts, but we're unable to get to that super bowl mark, what do you think is going to separate this Chargers team versus those ones?
D
Well, I think it's, you know, sometimes it's the luck of the draw in terms of the momentum. I really feel like they have a momentum going. Like I said, it starts with the leadership, which is the head coach. Right. Starting for the general manager on down. And I think they believe. I think once you see. Once you start winning games, close games like the last one they just won, you start to feel a sense of belief. And I think that's the separation when it gets down to the last two minutes of the. The fourth quarter. You believe in. You got it.
A
Yeah.
D
You're believing in your teammates. You ain't got it. We got it. We've been here before. So I guess that's the reinforcement when you actually win those games. You talk about that 2010 team, we were losing those games. You know what I'm saying?
A
That's crazy.
D
So it's like a reverse psychology. Then we start like, man, I hope we pull this one off. And so I think they believe, and I think that's the most important thing.
A
It's like you're just like an awe shock when you view those rosters and like, you try to encapsulate the greatness lt a Hall of Famer, you a Hall of Famer. Philip Rivers should be a future hall of Famer all in one offense.
D
Yeah, you know, that's, that's the, that's the beauty of sports, though, you know, I mean, I think you take individual talent and you can place them where you want to place them in any relationship team, you know, corporation is who works together well, because that's the determined effect. That's why it's the ultimate team sport. We've had the unbelievable. I mean, we've had playoff, super bowl runs, we've had moments of a Super bowl team. But I believe the continuity of which I see, which I just seen Sunday because I was at the game watching those guys come together and making the plays and Keenan making that touchdown catch and guys going down to Justin, driving them down there to get the last three points, that's the dynamic that changes you from being a very good team to a Super bowl champion.
B
Random question, but who's your favorite team that you ever played with if you had to pick one? I know it's hard, but I gonna edit this.
D
No. Hey, man, I hope you edit this, man. No, you know, man, I grew up with the idea of everybody has their own place, you know what I mean? Like I got spaces of guys that I deal with. So we played in a locker room, right. I got my locker room dudes that didn't even get in the game.
A
Yeah.
D
You know what I'm saying, guys, where I go, let's play dominoes, let's play cards. Those guys were different than the guy. Obviously. Philip is a guy that I've always had to have the right continuity with. That means our communication level had to be at an all time high. The guy need to call on the phone. What you think about this coverage? So we had more dialogue naturally, because of what we were trying to get accomplished. But I got so many dudes, man, that we went and ate together, we went and hung out together, you know what I'm saying? So we together at that moment, 2008 to like 14. We was just a great group together. It wasn't nobody that I can say stood out. We did it. We talked about your outfit. If you came and you weren't prepared to be drippy. We talked about you. So you would have got. We would have got on you. You know what I'm saying? So it was just one of those continuity situations where I really don't have a personal favorite. I just got a group of guys and they all showed up for the hall of Fame. It says a lot about how we were as teammates.
A
Wow, that's gratifying.
D
Yeah, yeah.
A
You were all conference at Kent State at one point. You had hoop dreams, obviously ended up being an NFL hall of Famer. But talk to me about that process coming out of college. Cause you're the only NFL hall of Famer to never play college football.
D
I know, man. You know, I'm still wrapping my head around it all, bro, to be honest with you. It was a situation where, you know, I put most of my skin in the game, was in the game of basketball. So for those who didn't know, and some of you, some people do know now because the story's been out there. But my whole philosophy was that I wanted to go to the NBA. I mean, you wouldn't have been able to tell me at 21 years old that I wouldn't go into the NBA since I was in high school. I was an all American high school player. I was an all American college player. I averaged close to 30 points in high school. I averaged 20 in college. So I just, I never. All my friends, the friendships that I've created. High school, from the Magic Round Ball Classic to ABCD Camps, was all basketball. So you, you fast forward it and I go to the NFL, right? And all of a sudden, I'm playing in the NFL, and I'm the only guy that's going straight to locker room, like, literally. I remember being a rookie, and I was literally the only guy. Just all my friends was in the NBA or playing overseas or whatever. So the concept was just that God's, you know, what he wants for you trumps whatever you got going on, man. And that's the storyline that I always say.
B
Do you still hoop nowadays, man?
D
No. No, I do not, man.
A
I no LA fitness.
D
I don't play. And I should play. I should play because guys, you know, they always give me crap about not, you know, playing basketball, but my body, man. The game of football is so, you know, it takes so much out of you when you play at the level that I was playing at. I played with everything, bro. Torn discs, you know, torn hips, high ankle sprain, broken ribs, you name it, you know, dislocated toe. And so now, I mean, I don't even. You know, my kids ask me to do something. I quick to tell them, man, I got 10,000 yards on these legs. Y' all better go grab this. So that's the concept. I just don't do nothing no more, man. I'm involved with my kids, and I just. I watch. I watch all these, you know, pal, coaches act like they know what they talking about, and I just listen, you know what I'm saying? I'm one of them. I'm one of them parents. I sit back and I make the observation. I don't dive in. I let my son get taught by the right coaches, and I just listen. I be a parent at the games, if that makes sense. I don't come in as the hall of Famer, you know what I mean? Or the pro football coach.
A
We've all been there, you know, those parents is all.
D
I'm like, I just sit back, and when he get home or my daughter gets home from volleyball, I just tell them, this is what I think you should do to improve. And I try to allow them to have their own path, man.
B
Damn, you're a good dad, man.
D
Yeah, man.
A
W. Dad.
D
Absolutely, man.
A
You made that transition from basketball to football. If you had to pick one NBA player today that you think would transition best to the NFL, who would it be?
D
I will say this, man. I like tough in anything. People always ask me who the best between. I'm get to your point. But people always ask me who's the best athlete between the football player and a basketball player. And from my experience, and playing when you good, you good. When you're tough, it's generally the tough kids, you know what I'm saying? Normally flourish. So if you, if you playing at a high level in the NBA, because it's more of a mindset than it is anything else. So I would think that most of the guys who become all Pro will go to the next level, whatever. LeBron James, the, I mean, you know, you name it, the Giannis Antokupo, I mean, of course, you know, like, you know the way Draymond plays.
A
Yeah.
D
I mean, it's so many of them. But the guys that plays, in my opinion, in a space of being tough, those are the guys that make the transition. The guys that prevail when things get tough, things get rocky, they find a way. Those are the guys, when I see it and watch them, the guys I think that can make the transition. And most of those guys will probably be tight end. Even while I watch Steph Curry, as small as he is, I'm sure he can go play defensive back or receive, you know what I'm saying? He finds a way, right? So that's just, it's a mindset, pretty much. That's really, I mean, when I got to the NFL, I just found a way, just like I would do in basketball. I would just find a way. Right. And that's the competitive edge that most of them have. I'm sure that they can make the.
A
Transition for someone like LeBron, I mean, 6 foot 8, 260, fast, like if he made that decision to play in the NFL, do you think there would have been any stopping him?
D
I mean, he'd be hall of fame, LeBron James, a command receiver, whatever he was. Because you know, one thing is the attributes, like I say is the attributes that get you to the NFL, gets you to the NBA. But the mindset your will, the things that you can't test at these combines at these NBA camps, those are the things that usually allow you to make the change in terms of how you are all pro or you are. It gives you tear, it make layers. And I think LeBron has it. He's the all time lean scorer. He had to have a mindset, right? So he'll take that mindset and play receiver. I know he played receiver high school and I'm sure he'll probably be one of the all time lead receivers, you know what I'm saying? So I'm sure Jerry Rice can go into court and you know, I don't know what he's doing, but he had that Mindset.
A
So the mentality is even more important.
D
Than the physicality because it's a formula. It ain't what you're doing. You know what I'm saying? If they wanted to do it in business, and that's why you see so many people who fall short, they become in business and they still become successful because they have what we consider competitive nature, competitive edge, and I'll later allow them to flourish when the time comes.
B
I have a question. So I'm a streamer, and obviously in your career, to stay disciplined, stay motivated. Like, sometimes for me, like, I'll stream and I'm like, you know, tomorrow, the next day, I'm like, I don't want to do it. I'm tired. I can't think of anything. I don't want to get up and have to do all this. How do you, like, stay locked in? Just in general, man, It's.
D
It's tough, right? So that's what makes the difference. I think that's where you see the emotions running. When you get to the hall of Fame and you up there speaking, right? Or you. Because what happens is that what success looks like to me, as you get tired today, you wake up and you get tired, tomorrow, you get tired again. It's like, it's the consistency of doing the same things over and over. And I think once you start tallying up weeks after weeks, months after months, you do a year, and that comes all. It's like the same thing. Nothing really changes. Since we've been a kid, you know, I mean, myself, since I've been a kid, I would say I've been hearing the same thing. Work hard.
B
Yeah, right.
D
You know, Work hard. Yeah, work hard. So it's been happening day in and day out. I get to hit the same noise. I get up, I get tired. I don't feel like doing this, this again. And it's kind of like the same formula. Like, you put into it what you want out of it. And I look up and I was in the hall of Fame. And now when I talk to my kids, I'm saying the same thing that my daddy told me.
B
Yeah.
D
And so the formula, you don't change at the pal. I hear coaches talking to the PAL teams. That's the same thing they saying to the pro teams. You know what I'm saying? So it's just the same concept. It's just like, you know, you get tired when you want to separate yourself. The margin of it is so small. It's really not what you. You know, what God's blessed all of us to do. It's the concept of who are willing to take and discipline themselves to a level which is, you know, unbearable.
A
Yeah.
D
That would be the difference in the streaming world, in the podcast world, in the NFL, in the camera crew world.
B
Yeah.
D
You know what I'm saying? It really don't matter, the formula to being successful. And I only know that because I changed sports, you know what I'm saying? It wasn't like I grew up thinking I'm gonna be in the NFL. I didn't grow up thinking about playing football, but I took a mindset of what made me successful in basketball because I was only 6 4. So I would have to outwork you.
B
Yeah.
D
And I got to the NFL and I said, I'm gonna outwork you. And I look up and I'm starting as a rookie without no college. I started as a rookie. I look out all pro in year two.
B
Crazy.
D
And I'm like, dang, this crazy.
B
Yeah.
D
All I gotta do is just work harder, you know what I'm saying? And I look up and I was in a hall of fame. And all I really think my distinguishing qualities was the fact that I was willing to work when. When times got tough, I was willing to work. When everybody wanted to go buy and spend their money, I was willing to work. When everybody said, man, we got it, I was just willing to work. And I look up and I was at the top of the totem pole. All time leader in touchdowns in the history of the game. And it wasn't by coincidence to me because I knew I had worked. It was what was underneath the surface is what nobody can see. So I'm pretty proud of that, man.
B
I'm about to start streaming every day, bro. You motivated me.
D
Yes, sir.
A
It's all water under the bridge now, but you list your accolades. All time touchdown leader, four tight ends, 2000s all decade member. I think your resume speaks for itself. Among all football fans, myself included. You weren't a first ballot hall of Famer like many expected you to be. Did that sting?
D
It did. It did. I didn't. I didn't know it was going to hurt as bad as it did. But I guess when you get so close to anything, you know, when you at the door, because I made it to the finals. So when you get that close, I guess it felt like a failure. It felt like I failed. It felt like I lost. And anytime you do that, you really regroup, you know what I'm saying? And that's exactly what I did. The following Year I knew the same format was coming up and I couldn't, you know, it was out of my control. And so what I did is I became a better person. I said, just keep being the best father you're going to be. Keep being the best ambassador for the child you can be. You that's out of your control. And it goes back to the formula again. I never stopped growing, essentially. I was just like, man, look, whatever, whatever happened, year two is going to happen. And finally it happened and I wouldn't change it for nothing in the world. The Chargers playing the Lions, my hometown, I mean, so God had structured it where I was the last one to come on stage. I was essentially the headliner. So it made sense for me. Year two, more so than it would have made for me, Year one. And like I said, I wouldn't change it. Once you get in, man, it's water under the bridge. You ain't thinking about it.
A
Exactly.
D
You happy to be in?
A
Yeah. Once you're in, you're in. Did you look to anyone for advice during that time like Leean Tomlinson or.
D
No. You know, I normally go back to what I know to be true is. Which is what I would say to most people. I just stayed being Antonio Gates.
A
Yeah.
D
You know what I'm saying? I just stayed being myself. I knew what I meant to the organization, I knew what I meant to the game of football from the standpoint of essentially part of changing the position. I didn't want a board, board members to make me feel any less of a person, if that makes sense. Right. So I didn't, you know, Yes, I was disappointed, essentially. But I just, you know, I mean, I'm just thinking like, in what world when you can be the all time leader, something you don't get in.
B
Yeah.
D
You know what I'm saying?
A
That's crazy. I knew sports, I tied in.
D
That's another thing. I knew sports of me playing game of basketball, me playing basketball, me playing game of football. And I'm just saying to myself, I've scored more points than anybody.
A
Yeah.
D
In what world, when you score the most points, you ain't considered the best.
A
And nothing like off the field, who.
D
Score the most runs and basketball, who scored the most points, I mean football, who scored the most touchdowns. We create narratives, we put asterisks on stuff. But in reality, scoring points was always, from what I know to be considered a tier one kind of player. So I just let myself, you know, I slept on it for a couple of days and I just turned around. I Just started being the best version of me again.
A
God's timing.
D
Yes.
A
When you look around the NFL today, who are the best tight ends? Give me your top three.
D
Man. I gotta be careful. Cause I gotta know a lot of them Dwights, you know, Y' all got some good questions, man.
E
Y', all.
D
I'm gonna be getting some text messages when I leave. And once they see the show, man, I think right now, I think I want to say as a complete tight end, and I'm putting the asterisk on it because I want to make him the best. But, you know, Kiddos is probably, I believe, the most important piece to his team than any other tight end. You know, obviously Travis has. You know, he's a Hall of Famer in my opinion, too. And so he's a big part of what they do in Kansas City. But obviously I understand the dynamic of getting older.
A
Yeah.
D
So. But I would still say he has more of an impact still on the game plan than any other tight end. And I'm saying that to try to compare the two. I think Kittles is the most important piece, but I think Travis is probably the most impactful in terms of. Once you see Kansas City, you got to stop Travis. Right? You gotta, you know, gotta maintain him. I think the most talented one is, I mean, the boy from the. And I hate to say this because I'm a charger. The kid from the Raiders was super talented. You know what I'm saying? So. You know what I mean? It's so many layers, and I'm saying it to make sure I'm covering my friendships, too. So I think he has the biggest upside based on what he did as a rookie. He's still growing. Right. But I still think Kiddos have the biggest impact on his team because of what he's capable of doing in a run game. So when you take him out, it's things that you got to do and plays you got to call specifically because he's not in the game no more. And so I would say Kiddos and I would say Travis Steele. I did. I like the way the guy played last night for the Ravens. Andrew. Although he took a lot of slack last year, I like him a lot. I mean, I like a lot of them. I like Laporta from the Lions. I like. I mean, I like a lot of guys. You know, I like Ingram from Jacksonville. I like Kyle Pitts from the Falcons.
A
Yeah.
D
I mean, so those are the most talented ones. In my opinion. Kyle Pitts is probably the most talented one. He can do so much.
A
What does he need to get him over the hump?
D
Right. That's what I'm saying. So whether or not he plays at a certain level is one thing, but he's super, super talented. And I had a chance to talk to him when he was at Florida, so he had the same coach that I had, Tim Brewster. So he. I understand the dynamic of what Tim Bruce has taught him, but he. I don't know what they doing in a lot. I don't know if they're using him properly. I don't know if he's in the right system. So it's a multitude of dudes, but I would say, kiddos, if I had to pick one right today, I would say kudos will be first. And I still would put Travis in the mix because the respect factor.
A
Yeah.
D
And, you know, between Kyle and, you know, Ray, I hate saying the Raiders, so I don't even want to put him. He's a good.
E
He's a good.
A
You hate the Chiefs too, right?
D
Yeah, not as much as I did. Not as much as the Raiders. I can't like the Raiders, man.
A
The Raiders are the most hated for you.
D
Yeah.
E
Yeah.
D
I got a chance to take a picture with Ice Cube, and he had the Raiders hat on.
A
Oh, man.
D
Let me. Let me get away from you, dude, before I break out.
E
You know what I'm saying?
D
Which is great, though. He's a great dude. Obviously. He's an icon, so I was happy about that. Yeah.
A
No fire.
B
All right, well, appreciate you for coming on, man.
D
Appreciate it, man.
B
It's an honor to have you here. Thank you.
A
And thank you for coming out, dude.
D
I appreciate it, man. Thanks.
A
What's up, guys? Mystic Zach here. Welcome back to double coverage. Now we have the beautiful Olivia joining us to ask us some questions. And we have Los angeles Chargers safety Mr. Tony Jefferson on.
B
Thanks for coming, man.
E
Thanks for.
A
Thank you.
B
Got that outfit on, man.
A
Looking fly Chrome Shout out Showroom la Shout out facts.
C
Okay, I'll ask you guys a couple questions about NFL. So you are the expert, huh?
A
You are the expert.
C
Okay. Okay, let's go. So I will start with Neon. In your opinion, who's the most over overrated player of NFL?
B
Damn. Well, nah, man. We love the Chargers, bro.
A
We love the Chargers. W. Chargers.
B
You know, I am a Texans fan, so. Yeah. So it's a little, you know, a little C.J. stroud, a little messy right now. Most overrated player. I would just. Honestly, I would say every kicker in the league, they're all overrated because they like, and other than the Chargers kicker, bro. No, no, no. Yeah. Other than the Chargers.
A
Yeah. Other than Dicker.
B
Yeah, yeah. Dicker.
A
Shout out to Dicker the kicker. Shout out to Dicker the kicker.
B
The kicker. Like, bro, I want to go on a field and see how hard it is to kick because I just don't get how you can miss a 40 yard field goal for the game.
E
Yeah, I think it's, it's more mental. Anything like when it comes to like, especially like crunch time. But it's hard, bro. It's kind of like when I watch them kick, it's like a golf swing.
B
Yeah.
E
Like with their leg.
A
Yeah.
B
It's probably hard.
A
You only have one job, right?
E
Yeah.
A
I mean you, you do a lot of things. They just have to kick it.
E
Yeah.
A
You have to tackle and cover and read the defense. Offense. Yeah.
B
I mean I get, I get the pressure. Yeah.
E
But it's the pressure.
B
I just don't. Okay.
A
There's more pressure on streaming. I would say Trevor Lawrence for sure.
B
Okay.
A
He's been single handedly ruining our fantasy seasons. Yeah, yeah. He can't get the ball to Brian Thomas Jr.
E
Didn't they just win?
A
They're winning, but we're not winning. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Who would you say, Tony? Who do you like to line up against? There's got to be someone that like the media overhypes.
E
I don't really listen to the media.
A
You're a streamer, bro. You're streaming, bro. You're not Antonio Gates, bro.
E
I can't, I can't say.
B
I feel you. I feel you.
E
There are some people.
B
All right.
A
There's definitely some trash.
B
I got a better. Who's the most underrated? That's not on the Chargers. That's not on the Chargers.
E
I like that question. Most underrated right now, I would say I got to give a shout out to my boy Caleb Williams. Like, he gets a lot of backlash and stuff, but like, I think like his talent is his arm talent and like what he can do at the QB position. Position is pretty fire. He just, he just needs more, a little more time. And I think like as the season goes on, he's going to continue to progress. I was a scout for a little bit, so I watched him like heavily and he's beast.
A
Yeah. You were out of the NFL.
E
Yeah.
A
Turned scout not that long ago.
E
Yeah.
A
So like, that's crazy, bro.
E
I played for the giants in 22 and then I like got hurt. So I was like, I'm just call it quits. Already got 10 plus years. And then I was like, all right, let me go. Let me scout, right? Because my GM with the Ravens was like, we think you could be a good scout. So I did it, and I was like, in a cubicle.
A
That's crazy, bro.
E
I just started working out again. Now I'm back out here.
B
Hell, yeah. Killing it, bro. W. Tony, going crazy.
C
Okay, so, Tony, which teammate would you not let your daughter date? Be honest.
B
Be honest.
A
Be honest.
E
Be honest, bro, there's literally so many.
C
All of them.
E
Pretty much most of them. But, like, for sure not letting them date. This is dude named. Oh, no, I can't do that. He has a girl Cam.
B
Heart.
C
Kim Heart.
D
Okay.
E
Anybody whose last name has, like, something like heart, you know, they just have bad intentions.
C
So which teammate of yours do you think would do best on Love Island?
E
Oh, damn.
B
Interesting questions. Did you ask yourself.
A
Bro?
E
He was like, I never watched that show, but he, like, loved that show.
B
Yeah.
E
And, like, they came to our practice one day, and he was, like, out there doing the Tick Tock dances and stuff.
B
Oh, he was, like, tapped into that stuff for TikTok dances and shit. Yeah.
A
Yeah.
B
Not at all.
E
Nah.
B
You're tapped into streaming, though.
A
Yeah, yeah. You might have to start Super Tag.
E
No, I already started.
A
No, no, I'm saying the Tick Tock dances.
E
Oh, the Tick Tock.
D
Nah.
E
Well, actually, low key. I got challenged to do the Chris Brown challenge one, the dual dance.
B
Oh, my God.
E
Loki might.
A
If you get in the end zone, you might.
E
Yeah. Nah, for sure, but nah, Tick Tock. Not yet. I'm a twitch streamer, though.
B
Oh, hey, what's your twitch? Let them know.
E
My twitch is T underscore. Jeff 23.
B
Hell yeah.
A
She was on Love Island.
E
Oh, you were?
C
Yeah, Yeah, a few years ago. Like, three.
E
Oh, how long has it been going?
C
Oh, I did it in Europe, you know, so.
E
Dang. That's what's up.
A
Straight up.
C
Almost.
A
Almost.
C
Yeah.
A
W. Olivia.
E
W o lives.
C
Olives.
B
All right, next question.
C
Next question. Zach, what music artists do you listen to on a game day?
A
Oh, like, I would say the podcasts are my game days.
B
Oh, yeah. I was about to say.
A
Yeah. I'm like, it's almost like a game.
B
Okay.
A
Straight up, it's my game. I would say Drake.
C
Drake.
A
Drake. The whole way. Yeah. Leaks released. Yeah. Anything.
B
But I don't play in the NFL. But I'm not, like, all right, before a game. What's, like, your. Like, what song will turn you up? Like, one. That one song. There's got to be that One song you play every time.
E
That one song, it's a. It's a song by Mozzy. It's called Blah blah, blah, blah blah. Yeah.
B
How does it go?
E
He's west coast rapper. You want to.
A
Yeah, rap it real quick.
C
Hear that?
E
You say you need the job done. You know you're supposed to come to me. Am I allowed to curse on here?
B
Yeah, man.
A
Yeah.
E
All right. Nah, never mind, bro.
B
Yeah, Gotta get the brand deals, man. Yeah, you need a McDonald's meal quick.
A
16.
B
Yeah, I've been working on mine, too, so I'm right with you, bro.
E
You're balling. Hey, man, I'll be watching you, bro.
B
We're gonna do that practice, bro. We're gonna run that a million percent. Like, run me through, like, a whole. Like, like, all of us just. We just do, like, a practice day and, like, just push us to the limit.
E
Yeah.
B
No. Weird.
E
You're gonna tap out.
B
No, I'm not, bro. What?
D
Look at me.
A
You think he's gonna tap out?
E
Yeah, we'll see, bro. Have you seen.
A
What makes you think you got.
E
You got to see a picture of our strength coach, and then you'll see.
A
Oh, he benches, like, 300.
E
300 what?
B
Feathers. Feathers, bro. I can't bend, bro. Well, my top three is Nav, Lil TJ and. And Drake.
A
Nav.
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah.
B
I wonder why, bro. First Brown. Way to get it popping, bro. Yeah, I love Nava. Shout out to Nav.
A
And Brown Boy connection.
B
Yeah. Love you, Nev.
D
Cool.
B
Brown. Is there any brown people in the.
A
NFL when you say Brown, like Indian, Indians, or Pakistanis?
E
I don't think so.
A
There's really no representation anyway, bro.
E
It's your time, bro.
B
Yeah. I can't wait for this practice, bro.
A
Man, you gotta be the first brown boy to get a pop.
B
Yeah, for real. I got to, bro.
A
Yeah.
B
I might become a kicker position. Would you play kicker?
E
Kicker?
B
Yeah, bro. We should kick field goals.
A
You better kick the hell out of.
B
A million percent, because I got, like, a real problem with kickers. Like, it's not even like, a troll. Like.
E
All right. Yeah, I'll have camp. I'll have Dicker be out there with us.
C
So I have a question to all of you guys.
B
Yeah.
C
What's one thing about you guys that nobody knows? I will start with Tony.
E
One thing about me that nobody knows.
C
Nobody.
E
Nobody. I really enjoy. Like, and don't ask me to do it, but, like, I be singing on my own and under the tower. No, you're not even in the. Just in the Shower. Just like.
C
So you are a good singer then?
E
I think I am, but, like, I'm kind of, like, spooked to do it in front of people.
B
Yeah.
C
Yeah, I don't think so.
E
I am. Does it look like. Does it look like I'd be good?
B
Like I'm interrupting something?
C
You can. You can sing a little bit for us.
E
I said don't ask.
B
You gotta do it on your own time.
A
Like. Like Usher vibes or what?
E
Yeah, sure. I like old school music, too. Like, you know, Carlos Santana. Like, Maria. Maria.
B
What the hell?
E
Remind me of a West side, bro. Are y' all that young? You don't know that song?
B
How old do you think I am?
E
I know you're like, 21.
B
Yeah. Yeah. Damn.
E
But that's a classic, bro.
A
I was born in 02.
E
Wait, how old are you?
A
23.
E
You're 23?
B
What about you?
E
All your young bucks, bro. I'm 33.
B
That's not even bad.
E
Everybody calls me.
B
But you're young in the heart, though.
E
Yeah.
B
Your legs don't move fast and.
A
Yeah, yeah. Now you're showing the young boys what's up Every week. Yeah.
E
Facts.
A
That's a fact.
E
It's all up here, bro.
A
It's all up here.
C
Okay. And Zach, how about you?
A
Just, like, in my free time, like, you know, I like to do a lot of charity work and, like, save a lot of, like, kittens and orphans and stray animals and stuff.
C
That's great. That's amazing.
A
Yeah, I do that a lot. Yeah, that's.
C
Pray.
B
What was the foundation that you did it to, cuz? Me and him want to just come together and, you know, I want to help, bro.
A
A lot of them. There's actually too many to count.
B
Okay.
A
And I don't want to say one, not the other, and, like, I got to show love, you know?
E
Let me know.
A
Yeah, I will. Yeah.
B
Charges involved. Yeah, yeah.
A
No, you. Yeah. Remember. Remember when I let you borrow the lamb truck?
E
Oh, that, bro. Yeah, bro.
A
You're welcome, bro. Yeah.
E
Good looking, bro.
A
Yeah.
C
I know you guys show love to the animals and to kids or people who need help.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's important.
A
That's what we do. That's what I do personally. Yeah. Neon doesn't really like them, but. Yeah. Yeah. W. Animals. Neon, what about you? What's something about you? No one knows, bro.
B
Everything's on the Internet, bro. There's not one thing that's cop. I swear. I promise.
A
That's Cat.
B
I've been on. I've been Since I was 13, there's nothing.
A
I know things about you no one else knows, Rose.
B
The.
C
Who's your celebrity crush?
B
That Love island.
A
You have a celebrity crush.
B
It used to be Ruby Rose and I. And I streamed with her.
E
I remember that stream.
B
I streamed like three times. Cool girl.
E
She be shaking that on camera.
B
NFL players love her, bro. That boss. Yo, the amount of NFL players that have talked to me about her is insane, bro. Like, they try to like, like, detect me. They're like, yo, set me up a Ruby Rose. Like, bro, I talk to her like once every few months. I'm not her best friend. She's od, right? She is. She's tough.
A
She's pressure.
E
Yeah, she's super pressure.
A
She's.
B
Damn, bro. To come to the practice.
E
Low key.
A
Yeah.
B
Unbiased. Where do you. Where do you see the season going?
E
Unbiased. Like, it's impossible. But I feel like. No, I just feel like. I don't know if you saw this last game, but like, how we fought back to what. Like, that was. It was pretty special. And then, like, the fact that, like, we were able to just stay calm, like, in those moments, I thought it built, like I said, it built a lot of character for us. So I feel like any situation that comes up, like any moment in the game, we don't panic. And we're going to need that down the road. Obviously, like, it's very hard to go undefeated, but you take it week by week, try to be one and all at the end of the week, I think we could go as far as we want want to go. And we want to be playing in San Francisco come 20.
B
San Francisco?
A
Yeah. That's the vet mentality, though, for sure.
E
By week, y' all are on three, though.
B
Wow. I didn't know, man. Yeah.
A
Did you know that?
B
Of course I knew that, bro. I watch every game. It's a pretty season, bro. But I mean, as tough to watch. At least. At least we won last year. It's a long season, bro.
A
They're 3, 0.
B
Yeah. I mean, you know what, bro? Now that I know you, you know we're going to be friends. And so now I'm going to cheer for the Chargers. Before, I didn't want to, but now I know.
A
You know, you talk a lot of trash. Playoff game, huh? You talked a lot of trash after the playoffs.
B
I mean. Yeah. Because the Texans, I mean, if we play all, then it's smoke, you know.
E
But we do play off.
B
Oh, when I'm there on my life, I'm there.
E
When is it I think it's like week 14.
B
You're going to see me front row in the crowd. I'm be screaming your name.
E
Yeah, pull up, bro.
B
I'm pull up. For sure.
A
You're going to root for the Texans like in front of.
B
Yeah, but I'll have his jersey on so like, you know, I don't want.
A
To be leaving Jefferson jersey. That's real love. That's real love.
B
Hell yeah. For bro.
A
We appreciate it. Thank you for coming on. We appreciate you, Olivia, for Thank you moderating.
B
Watch out for that stream chat. Coming soon.
E
Yeah, Stream coming soon at the bolt me Neon Dicker. You coming soon?
A
I'm coming too. Yeah. Ms. Exact. Olivia, you sliding olives? Olives has to come.
C
Wait, I'm sliding.
E
Do you live in la?
C
I live in la.
E
We're pulling up.
D
All right.
E
It's gonna be lit.
A
Hell yeah. Now we've got the MyBookie Ag segment of the weekney. Gotta break these bets down, win the people money. They gotta use the code double though.
B
Got to tap D, O, U, B L tamble. It's good for you.
A
Yes, sir. Starting off Jackson Dart making his Giants debut against the Chargers. We just had our boy Tony Jefferson on. We had Antonio Gates on. Chargers are minus six and a half. The total is 44 and a half. What are you going with?
B
I think I'll take the alt line. Giants plus seven and a half. Pretty decent odds there, huh?
A
Yeah, pretty decent, bro.
B
Last two weeks. I won. I won the last two.
A
Yep. Yep.
B
I think I'm gonna win this one. We'll see.
A
Yeah, I'm with you on this one. Jackson Dart. Are you winning? Yeah.
B
For real?
A
Yeah, I think. I think. I think they keep within a possession. Yeah.
B
Okay.
A
Yeah. Shout out to the Giants. I think Jackson D has a successful debut. A lot of people hating. But I want to see him do good, bro. Yeah.
B
I really do. I think he's him.
A
Yeah. For sure. Eagles. Bucks Eagles minus three and a half. Baker been the clutchest player in the league. I called him maybe the most underpaid player in the league. I still stand by that.
B
He is pro.
A
Yeah, he's him.
B
I'll take the Eagle spread.
A
Eagle spread minus three and a half.
B
Yep.
A
You don't want to buy it down?
B
Nope. No, no, no.
A
You're gonna keep the three and a half. Yeah, I'm buying the two and a half.
B
I'll go three and a half, bro. I think the Eagles like. I mean their offense just hasn't been the best. Right. But I think they're gonna pick it up at some point.
A
Yeah.
B
Defense, they're good. So. Yeah, I don't know. And didn't Mike Evans just get injured?
A
Mike Evans did get injured, yeah. We still have to see what we're going to do with him. He's going to play or not. But facts.
B
He did get injured. I'll go Eagles.
A
Yeah. But Baker, they're both really good fourth quarter teams. I'm going Eagles too though. I'm going to buy that point.
B
That could come to bite me in the ass.
A
Yeah, it could.
B
We'll see. So many bets I've lost because of that, bro.
A
I know. It's, it's actually like tragic. Ravens, Chiefs, Baltimore games, two and a half total. 40 and a half. What's crazy is either the Ravens or the Chiefs are going to be one and three, bro.
B
The Chiefs, I think they're just done for the season, bro. I, I, I don't know. Like, it just doesn't feel the same watching them, bro. I don't feel like I'm seeing the same like Mahomes that I've seen. Like, it just doesn't feel right. I don't know.
A
Yeah. So Ravens are minus two and a half.
B
I think the Ravens bounce back, bro.
A
Yeah.
B
After losing to the Lions, which I said would happen, you know, man, I just knew it. But yeah, I'll take Ravens.
A
Ravens, yeah, man. 3 4th. I'm Bro. Derrick Henry in the fumbles.
B
He's gonna have a monster game, I'm telling you.
A
Yeah.
B
Like 150 plus yards at least. He has to.
A
Yeah. He's out of back. He for sure has to bounce back. You can tease the Chiefs, get them to eight and a half and then bounce that total down to like 42 and a half. That's what I'm going to do.
B
Okay.
A
That'll be my pick. Yeah. Chiefs. Chiefs over teaser.
B
We'll see what happens.
A
Yeah, I think, I think they'll keep it close. But you're right about the Chiefs, man. This is the worst they've ever started a season in the Mahomes era.
B
What is it though? Like, why is it like, why do.
A
They not look like they need worthy back? He's going to come back this week.
B
Yeah.
A
They need juice. They have no juice, no rice.
B
There's also no rice. Yeah.
A
Kelsey is washed.
B
He hasn't been playing too bad, right?
A
He's. Dude, he's rough to walk, bro. He took out his own teammate. That's the reason why they can't win.
B
That was accident though. It's a Football play.
A
I know, but, like, you can run your own route. He dropped a. The second week, he drops the ball. But. But. But you brought your dog to set.
B
Yeah. You know, did you ask if you.
A
Could have her on?
B
Yeah, if. You know, I'll pay the fine. It's all right. But I just got separation.
A
Yeah, she's just. She's like, running straight into the mic. Yeah. Probably clips.
B
You want to say something?
A
Yeah. You want to say something?
B
All right. She did it.
A
Shout out.
B
Yeah, Shout out to Oria. We'll see who wins. Bro. I've been on fire. Like, I think you should be the streamer. I should be the better. I've been on fire. Is that the worst thing to tell a better bro?
A
You picked the Texans to win the win the first week.
B
No.
A
You picked the Cowboys as your sleeper team. You picked the Texans to beat the Rams. Like, I. I'm not trying to go into the past whenever.
B
But it's about last week. I won last week.
A
But whenever you have a downfall. I don't dwell on it. I hype you up. But you're winning, too. I know, I know. But I like to. I like to bring you up, and you like to bring me down, man.
B
No, you know what? I'm sorry.
A
Thank you.
B
Let's just transition to the drip check so you can bring me down. Go ahead.
A
You know, we still Cowboys. Packers. That's game of the week. Micah returns to Dallas.
B
I'm not streaming on Sunday.
A
Oh, my God. Packers minus six and a half. Total 47 and a half, bro.
B
I think the Cowboys cover plus seven and a half. These are some dumb picks, aren't they?
A
No.
B
I don't know. No, we'll see.
A
The NFL is like, the wacky. There's block kicks every single game.
B
I know, I know.
A
Like, it's been the most unpredictable I think it's ever been. The Cowboys, man. No defense. CDs out, bro.
B
Oh, he's out.
A
Tyler Booker.
B
Cooper.
A
BB's out.
B
Cooper. BB.
A
Dude, they're center. They're center and the right guard. Those are big losses, though. I think. I think the pat. I do. Last week, the Chiefs were minus six and a half. I took the minus four. That cash. I'm gonna do the same thing here. I'm gonna take packers minus four.
B
Okay. Everyone's, you know, saying the packers are gassing them up. Crazy Jordan Love.
A
But they lost to the Browns.
B
Yeah. Led by Joe Flacco.
A
Blow that game, bro. Oh, my God. Brutal. That was bad. That was bad. But the Cowboys without cd, without Booker, man, Bland's been hurt. Diggs can't pick him. Yeah, Pickens got step up for sure.
B
We'll see.
A
No dumb penalties. Yeah. Now we got to transition to the drip check, man. I'm ready.
B
All right. You want to go first?
A
Yes, sir. Yo, got the bape on today. Film me. Match the LA hat. Went platinum on them. Second. Platinum, you know, Feel me. The custom Kobe jeans. Shout out to my stylist, Fuzz. He picked these up for me at Complex Con one of five or something. I think Tatum has done one of the other pairs.
B
Oh, those are the pants.
A
Yeah, yeah. Tatum be rocking them before the games. And then I got the lightning fours, just, you know, came through light today. You know, chilling. Yes, sir.
B
Yo, free pants I got when I was streaming with Iggy. Some company just gave it to me randomly. Amiri slides. Goodfellow. Good fellow. Good Willow. Good fellow. Good fellow.
A
Goodwill.
B
Good fell.
A
You got it from Goodwill.
B
Good fellow. Target. Yeah. Best shit. You just. You buy these, you just don't wear them again. You just throw them away and just keep buying them. Yes. My.
A
That's my watch.
B
Oh, it's actually a nice watch. Daytona Meteorite shout out. Yeah. Appreciate y' all watching. Subscribe. Tune in for future episodes. And we're starting clipping, too. So if you guys want to get tapped into clipping, then. Then we'll get you as situated.
