Episode 24 Turning 30 has me getting real with myself. The timeline I once had mapped out — husband, career, kids — doesn’t quite match where I am today, and that’s okay. In this episode, I’m talking about the tension between your priorities and your reality, why it’s okay to redefine what your dream life actually looks like, and how to stop letting fear of losing your independence keep you from the life you truly want. If you’ve ever felt behind on your own timeline, this one’s for you.

Episode 23 is all about designing what’s next and putting in the work for your future. In this episode, we talk about the importance of accountability and understanding that growth starts with you. As adults, we can’t keep focusing on the past—we have to stay present and be intentional about where we’re going.Your past does not define your future. You have the power to create the life you want. Remember, you are the director, producer, and editor of your life. Nothing changes until you make the first move.It may be a hard pill to swallow, but your future is in your hands.

Episode 22, we discussed part three of the Spring Cleaning series—our careers. This episode focused on elevating our profession and making sure we’re fully utilizing the opportunities around us. We can’t just pray for a new beginning and then not flourish in that position. It’s about understanding that God placed us where we are for a reason—to grow, improve, and become better. Don’t ever give up—keep pushing forward and continue to elevate.

Episode 21: We talked about spring cleaning our relationships—learning how to be more charismatic and intentional, and showing up for the people we love. Everyone is going through something, and sometimes they may not have the time to check in, but that’s why it’s important to be the best version of yourself in every relationship. Whether it’s family, friendships, or romantic relationships, it’s all about making time for the people who matter most.

In Episode 20, I’m introducing a new series on this platform called Spring Cleaning. This series will focus on four key areas of your life:Part One: YourselfPart Two: RelationshipsPart Three: Your CareerPart Four: Your GoalsSpring cleaning is all about out with the old and in with the new. It’s about learning how to revisit, fix, and realign the things we may have neglected—while also embracing growth in the new season we’re entering.As we step into Quarter 2 of the year, it’s important to stay intentional. If we don’t want to lose sight of our goals, we have to start implementing meaningful changes in our everyday lives—starting now.

Episode 19 we Discuss that being satisfied is equivalent to settling, wanting more for yourself is not selfish, it’s exhilarating. You only have one life to live. Make sure you are living it up. I share that I went on my first solo trip in the experience was Amazing learning to step out your comfort zone and dreaming about things you can accomplish.

Episode 18 we discussed that your body needs rest. Learning that you cannot be everywhere at once, assignments that needs to be done, chores that needs to be complete can wait. Learning how to listen to your body when it needs rest, doing things you normally don’t do taking care of your mental health and your physical health. Let 2026 teach you to slow down and relax.

Episode 17 we discussed the pressure of turning 30 The discussions that our family members or friends have with us pertaining to starting a family, being in a relationship and basically settling down. I’m here to tell you forget those type of conversations live the life that you want to live. Do not let anyone force you on doing something that you are not ready to do especially being a wife or a mother when the time comes, it will come, but until then enjoy your life.
