Foreign welcome to Driving Impact. Hello, hello, hello, hello. The top 5% method collective. This is Kathleen and I'm on a love tour to record as many videos as I can and audio snippets to thank everybody who've left comments. And I want to get to know you. I think there's many podcasters who talk about the fact that sometimes you're like talking to yourself, but I'm, I'm interested in you. Like, I know me and it's been a while that me and I have been together. So the next shout out is to Katarina. I really loved seeing your comment. She said, love this episode she left on Spotify. Comments. Love this episode. So inspiring as a young professional. We just started my first role out of college and I remember the moment when you start your first role out of college. It's just a magical moment. You have a lot of hopes and you have a lot of beautiful things that are opening up for you, and just figuring out how you're going to be able to try for the next 15, 20 years is essential. That was my commentary. So Katerina said specifically, I love this episode is so inspiring as a young professional who just started my first role out of college. Then I added Katerina on LinkedIn and I told her, thank you. Of course I replied the comment on Spotify and then she said, of course. I recently discovered your podcast while working and also I'm always constantly searching for who's. Who's in this space. And I must say I'm a new fan. I love to tune in while getting ready for work in the morning. She said, you do a great job of sharing meaningful stories of those that you interview and inspire your listeners like me to see what's possible. Smiling, keep it up. And I'd love to stay connected. So Katerina and I are now connected and I love to have any and all the feedback of what's helpful. So what I'm gleaning from this is that she likes the inspiration and she likes to understand what is possible. Can we make the dream come true and live the life of your dreams? Really, it's dream big. There's a whole movement about not dreaming too big of dreaming small. Even my friend and podcast guests, Scott the Taylor, was like, don't drink too big because it's scary. It's daunting. I think my commentary to that is I'm always going to drink big, but I'm not going to drink big every day. I'm going to have a vision that's big enough to excite me to entice me to become better. And I'm going to take baby steps every day. I'm not going to go big every day. There's no way. I'm a mom of a toddler. I got busy, a busy life. This podcast but like creating three episodes a week is an extreme sport. I also do fractional consulting as a chief revenue and growth officer and I'm working on secret projects I can talk about. But I also I'm about to launch my LinkedIn personal branding masterclass that I'm going to put online for people who want to get started on building their brand online. And I think it's super important I will talk more about it. Like what is the goal of building their brand online? And in my newsletter that I'm publishing tomorrow, Friday, August 29th, I'm gonna say hey, you see me on LinkedIn. You think it's just for fun. Yes, it's for fun. But LinkedIn has actually opened up and it could be any platform. I don't work for LinkedIn. This is not sponsored, there's no sponsors. So it's just any platform you choose. Whether it's like TikTok, YouTube, like it's just for me it was LinkedIn where I just fell in love again with a platform. It's not even fell in love with a platform. It's because I rediscovered my self expression. So I think when you do that opportunities abound, whether it's finding a new job, whether it's some people, it's publishing a book and you. Everybody can publish a book, right? But then it's going to have three reviews on Amazon. Then what is the impact that it drives you want to have? If you have an important message, you want to have people to reach the audience and that's why it's important to have one platform as devlog. Or maybe you don't. Maybe you want to work at a job or you have your own business and you don't need one platform that stands out. It all depends on where you are in journey. So back to Katerina. Well, thank you for leaving a note. I realized that it brings me back to my first job where I had I was very excited, I was very inspired. I didn't know what my career would look like. You know you're going to make it, but you never career or it's like really going to make it. So then anxiety comes along the way. Just don't my recognition to you all get anxious. That's the worst thing that ever happens when you get depressed and anxious. You can have an aspiration, a vision for yourself in the future. It's going to come in divine timing. It's not going to come always the same day. It might be 20 years in the making, but you will appreciate it more. There's two ways to appreciate it more. When it takes time to get there, and then sometimes it's when you lose it. So hopefully it's not going to be losing yet. That's going to make you appreciate the dream that you've brought to life and the dream that's become a reality. Okay, this was a video on Spotify and it's going to be an audio on all the other platforms. Bye bye. Welcome to Driving Impact.
