And today we know that the world is going through a lot right now. A lot of people are going through a lot and many of you, and including yours truly. And I think it's important. This topic that we're going to talk about today is something that I've talked about two years ago and that's very present because there's something that we don't know that that's happening in every single one of us and in our life. So there's a clip that I shared two years ago that I want to share again today because I think it's important that when we see people, when we meet people, when we encounter people, different souls that we cross into our life, we have no idea what's happening in their life. And just that thought only and that thought alone can bring some kindness, can bring some gentleness in our day to day life. The way that we drive, the way that we conduct ourselves, the way that we think, the way that we approach our customers, the way that we approach our peers at work. And I really want to invite us all, as we walk and live into this world to think about who are we crossing by, who are we talking to, in whose presence are we and how are we leaving them, how are we thinking about them? And that's really a small thought, but we always need a new reminder because there's so many things happening right now in the world and personally and collectively and the country level that people are not necessarily in their always in their best selves and not always volunteering that information.
