Hello, hello, hello, hello, top 5 percenters. Today I thought about something, how important our mindset is. And I want to talk about it today because I want you to also be fully aware of the role of your mindset. And when you say your mindset is important, it's not just important like your mindset is everything. Look at the data. If you look at Harvard Business Review, I talked about the fact that 95% of our decisions are made subconsciously. Yes. And Stanford research shows that people with a growth mindset are 47% more likely to achieve leadership positions. And here's the kicker. Neuroscience also reveals that 95% of our thoughts today are identical to yesterday's thoughts. Explosions. What did you think about yesterday? Were they nourishing thoughts? Were they elevating, empowering, powerful thoughts? Overly, very negative, overthinking type of thoughts that forces us to become more intentional about what we're thinking about and what we're creating in this world. And this also means that most of us are running on autopilot, are using outdated mental programs that we installed when we were children. Yes. But I'm a big, big fan of two doctors and neuroscientists. One is Dr. Joe Dispenza, and he talks about the research that he's done, and that proves that you can literally rewire your brain in as little as 21 days through different but very specific practices. And the other doctor I love is Dr. Gabor Matei, because this work has been groundbreaking. And it talks about the fact that our deepest patterns were formed in our earliest years and really as responses for us to be able to adapt to our environment. So we wanted to adapt to our environment. There's a stimuli, there's a stimulus, and then there's a reaction. So the question is not if you have limiting beliefs. The question is whether you're ready to identify and transform them. And the science is clear. If you can change your mind, you can change your life. If you can change your brain, you can change your reality. And that's, I think, critical for any one of you who wants to become a top five presenter. Because when I think about the difference between me and. And some people at school where I studied, okay, I had great grades, let's say I finished one year at 88% on average rating, which is probably a back in the days or A minus. I don't know the person that was in the front row having 99, 98%. I know exactly the type of life they're living. I know exactly what they're doing. I mean, one of them is a doctor. Great, awesome. And doing very, very well. And I had good grades. But I think my difference between me and the valedictorian is I had a mindset that I was unstoppable. I can do whatever I want. And the universe got my back. My ancestors got my back. But also because of my mom. My mom is that big thinker. She's bold. She always said that she would win in the end, any outcome, any situation. She had this unwavering belief in herself and she has still today. And my mom is like 4ft 9. So I think the difference is just understanding that it's not where you're coming from, but it's what is happening in your mind and how every single week, every day, you can rewire your mind. I'll talk a bit more about it in the next episode, but I wanted to put it out there that there's a way to rewire your mind. There's a way to rewire your brain, and you could do it in 21 days. And then the thoughts that you create right now are critical. 6. So when you step onto bigger stages or launch a business, it often feels like a shot in the dark. And I share my biggest graduation moment was realizing that I am all I need. And then I list here nine affirmations that can help you rewire your thoughts. One of them is, this is perfect. Whatever situation you're facing, imagine yourself saying, this is perfect. Secondly, this is meant to be. I was born to do this. This is my life's work. I am my wildest dreams. My ancestors got my back. I live in a state of abundance. Everything happened at the right timing. All I need to do is focus on my next step. And I talk about the fact that simple mantras have been able to carry me through the storms. I'm talking about devastating storms. I'll talk about it at some point. It helped carry me through also self doubt and carry through some of the biggest business deals. And that's so true that I used to, when I used to work at Google and pitch millions of dollars, I literally had a pair of shoes that's called my million dollar shoes. And people would hear me walk the floors and clip, clap, clip, clap. And they were like, oh, you know, Kat is in the office. And that's how powerful just having for me, it's like an amulet is having my million dollar shoes. It's like my armor that, okay, we're pitching big today. I'm wearing my million dollar shoes. So that's just my little message to you so such that you are aware of the importance of the mindset and that you can really choose different thoughts today and today again, every moment you can choose different thoughts. Happy rewiring. Bye. Welcome to Driving Impact.
