Foreign welcome to Driving Impact. Hello, Driving Impact Collective. This is Kathleen, your podcast host. And today I want to talk about a topic that's extremely, extremely important to me, and I like to call it personally. It's my Christmas in August. It's called the 888 Lionsgate Portal. That's happening this week on Friday, August 8th. And now, before you think that I've gone completely cosmic, stick with me. Whether you're a CEO, an entrepreneur, or an ambitious professional, there's a science that's real and there's also a wisdom, that strategy here that can help you accelerate your performance and your impact, because we want both. Today, we're going to be exploring how this rare astronomical event, which is called the 888 Lionsgate Portal, can become your competitive advantage for the rest of 2025. So let's go first. Let's look at the science behind the portal. And let's start with the facts. The Lion Gates Portal is not just a spiritual folklore. It's a real astronomical phenomenon that happens between July 26 and August 12, and it has its peak on August 8, when the full moon is out. But this year, 2025 is a very special year, and I'm excited that it's actually again the Lionsgate Portal today. I mean, I'm recording it and we're entering in a couple of minutes. So from an astronomical perspective, here's what's happening. So what's happening is that Earth, our Sun, and Sirius, the brightest star in our night sky, are aligning in a special configuration. And for those who are passionate about this topic. So Sirius is going to rise just before dawn and it's going to appear to merge with our sun from the Earth's perspective. And the ancient astronomers called it like the heliacal rising of Sirius. The Egyptians built their entire calendar around this event. Like, imagine the same people who brought us the pyramids, they called Sirius Subdeath. And its appearance marked the flooding of the Nile, the Nile river, which brought fertility and abundance to their civilization, which is super exciting as well, because who doesn't want abundance? And the Egyptians were not necessarily the most mystical. They were being practical because they were following astronomy to the T. And they followed some astronomical events to predict their more important economic season. Now, August 8th, whenever you listen, this episode also is occurring during Leo season, if you like astrology, totally different topic. And when the sun is in Leo, which is Leo. I'm Leo Virgo. Casper. So my birthday is coming on August 24th. Yes. I'm excited and I'm organizing for my birthday big party. And I'm excited about that, inviting my friends. The sign of Leo is a state with like leadership, courage, but also creative power. And that's what we love. We love creativity. It's so important. And then when you think about the number eight, what matters is it's happening three times this year. So number eight, when you rotate it to 90 degree, represents infinity, abundance, and the achievement of material success. Infinite success, infinite abundance. I want an infinite health for me and I want to be connected. I want to be grounded, I want to be centered. But now here's what matters. For high performers, this alignment creates a cosmic reset. And it's a powerful time for intention setting. So really to strategically plan and to generate ideas that are right for ideas and think in a way that was extremely clear. So one of my good friend is having an interview to be the CEO of a major company and he was writing his hundred days plan today and his interview is on the Lionsgate date. So if he does it right and he's aligned and he's prepared and he's ready to be magnetic and thoughtful and brilliant, as I know he will, this is the perfect time to nail this opportunity. And, and that's why I wanted to share that with you. Not to go into spiritual folklore, but really to help you talk about, maybe if you've never heard of it, that you can also leverage this moment, this alignment to create the life of your dreams. I know it sounds like I'm selling I'm a dream peddler, but what I mean by that is if there's something that you want to improve significantly in your life, or if you're trying to grow in a certain area, it's the moment to really triple down on your goals. And I'll be more practical. We'll talk about how to implement the Lionsgate energy because I think it's very important, especially for you and for me as well, because who doesn't want more positive juju in their life? So now secondly, let's talk about something else that's very important is how does it connect to top 5 percenter type of mindset? How does it connect to the top 5% method that I talk about all the time? So I think it's important top performers understand that like success is not just about hard work. You, you are grinding harder. You want to be strategic, but you also want to leverage strategic timing. So you want to have a focused intention and you want to also tap into the natural cycles of the planet, of the world, and even Some phenomenons that we don't normally always understand, but to create maximum impact, because we're all like the impact, the driving impact gang. Yeah. So let's think about it. The most successful business leaders already use natural rhythms. Some of them, like, you'll be surprised. I was listening to another podcast and. And some leaders have their own, a bit like, you know, the TV series Silicon Valley, where you have this guru, the medium that would follow the CEO. So many CEOs also have this. Maybe not a therapist, but somebody who's very tuned in and helps them gain a perspective about where they are, the decisions they make, their mindset, their energy. So the goal of this podcast also is to help be that CEO whisperer. Even like, if you're a CEO of your family, you're still a CEO. So secondly, a lot of great leaders plan product launches around consumer psychology cycles. So they want to time the market entries with economic patterns and they want to also align their teams with performance seasons. And the Lionsgate portal is also another tool to add to your strategic toolkit, if you're developing one or if you're interested in one. So the connection between this astronomical moment in time and us, this podcast is an opportunity to be strategic in your thinking. Just like ancient civilizations used this planetary alignment to plan their most important activities, you as a modern leader can also time this for strategic visioning and goal recalibration. Secondly, growth mindset, because we are a growth mindset oriented group of souls and we are interested in improving ourselves and learning the different tips from other people that have done it before. So the Leo energy of this portal and is all about stepping into your power, taking risks that are calculated, and also expanding your sphere of influence. Because I think that's important. If you have a gift that's given to you, why not tap into it? Why ignore it? Instead of like leveraging this powerful energy to be able to get closer to this life of your dreams or to the health of your dream, whatever is top of mind for you. And I realized something is that I've been sitting the world. Portal. Portal. Portal. But what is a portal? A portal in the spiritual realm is understood as an opening. So a moment or a connection that opens physical and material world, like what we see in 3D to the spiritual realm. So it's. I know it's. That's not super obvious. When I think, when I talk about it, I think about the black holes. I mean, what are we talking about? What are we talking about? What is a portal? I think it can be different things it could be a connection point between the material and the spiritual worlds. And I believe that, you know, I'm spiritual and inside of me is my spiritual world. But it could be like I was at the beach earlier and. And we were looking at the moon and there were people doing fires and in a family sitting in a circle. And I was. So it was such a magical moment. Portals are this connection or gateway where you can tap into a heightened spiritual experience. And because of this planetary alignment, we don't know everything, Even though we believe that we can pray on everything. But I don't think as a species, we know everything and we can comprehend everything. So I do like this idea that we can tap into the bigger, broader universe, which is bigger than just us and how the planets are aligning. A portal can also be like. Sometimes it could be an experience or a symbol. People follow different spiritual paths. And sometimes along these paths, it could be a shift of energy. It could be a sudden sense of clarity or presence. So it's. It's. I know it sounds very mystical, but it could be a spiritual phase, an awakening, could be an opening in you. Or like sometimes they talk about 2025 as a great awakening. I mean, like, the year has started in a way that shakes us up. You gotta figure out what's happening, right? So sometimes people talk about new age spirituality, but it's. It could be a moment in time where collectively people a bit more spiritual and connected. So those are two. And then the third one could be potentially a metaphor, right? A portal could be a metaphor of ways to access a deeper level of spiritual insight. Which is why I like. Because I've been through spiritual awakenings in my life. The latest one has been two years ago, and I didn't call it a portal, but it has forced me to be more present with myself. Think about, am I tuned in in my intuition when I make my decisions? Which voice am I listening to? And that's so important because sometimes we're listening to voices that do not serve us. So that's the broader definition of what a portal is. So we talked about how does it align with the top 5% principles. So strategic thinking, secondly, growth, mindset. Thirdly, deliberate practice. It's an optimal time to really identify what are the skills that are going to be key differentiators for you in your field. And then you can commit to developing them with a laser focus. And then lastly, it's how do you maximize your impact? You can call it impact maximization, but this amplified energy of this period can help you Clarify where you can create the most significant positive impact in your life, in your organization or in your industry. I think those this is how the Lionsgate portal aligns with this podcast and I just wanted to take the time to make sure that everybody's connected and I want to also invite some spiritual leaders to come. First, to plan strategically and this is the best moment to have strategic visioning sessions. Secondly, you can triple down on your brand. And I like the eight because we talked about to infinity and beyond, but really to if something that's on your list is to develop a magnetic brand, that's a moment that you could tap into it and decide, okay, well I'm gonna launch my LinkedIn content series about engine and AI, whatever that is to help you amplify your greatness. Anyway, third opportunity is to align your team around a big goal. Fourth opportunity is to make that bold move. What is that bold move that you want to make? Then lastly, it's a great moment in this planetary alignment to create more abundance for yourself, for your family, for your loved ones, shifting your mindset towards abundance, but also reviewing your investment portfolio.
