Often what I've found is that you want to leave that boss or manager so much that you jump straight into another job with similar issues.

The thing is I hadn't understood what my dyslexia is for me and what works for me, so why did I expect an employer to understand.

The best thing that worked for me was understanding my dyslexia better and find systems and ways of working that work with my brain and not against it.

The hardest thing was then being able to discuss this with my boss or manger.

In this episode I share what's helped me and many other dyslexics in funding harmony in their work place by finding what strategies works for them.
