B

D
These 10 easiest ways to get rich. I'm gonna say the number one is winning the lottery. Winning the lottery is not the easiest. It's actually quite hard to do. Easiest ways oh, get rich Investing in the stock market. Investing is number two. Specifically the index funds. That makes sense. I am in there. I need to put more money in. Be a real estate agent. Real estate investing is number five. What do we do? Be a podcaster. Content creation is number four. People could sell stuff. You could work in sales. Work in sales is number three. There's no ceiling on how much you can make winning in blackjack as a casino. No, those aren't that easy to do. Investing in a startup, that's number six. An own equity startup. What's this? The Internet? Right. Things. Sold things on Amazon. You could create an online.
B
Troy, the video is not. The video didn't load properly. The video didn't low. No, I didn't. It didn't load. I think he loaded another video first. I'm looking at it on the screen. It didn't. It didn't load. Can we try this again? Can we try this one more time? Troy?

What did the Gilio do? Sell. He sold things on Amazon. You could create an online business. That's number eight. What do technical developers do? Websites. They build websites or software and apps. That's number nine. What do you call it when you own something for a brand? IP intellectual property. That's number seven. Number 10 stuff. So I'm going to give it to you. It's leverage other people's money. And then number one is the easiest of them all. I'm surprised you haven't said it yet. Easiest way for me to get rich is. Do what? Marry rich. Marry rich is the number one option.
B
You know. You know what? That was so interesting because me personally, right, I did everything on that list except for two. Two things. So I put in chat out of those 10, the 10 is married rich index. Invest in stocks, working sales, content creation, real estate investing, investing in a startup, IP online business, app, software developer. And leverage other people's money. Actually, I did everything except for one. I did everything on that list. I've done everything on that list except for one.
C
What's the one Jimmy Kimmel needs to do tonight?
B
What about you? How many? How many have you done on that list?
C
Probably seven.
B
So how many people have Done all ten on the list. The only thing that I haven't done on that risk is on that list is Mary Rich. But of course we invest in stocks. I my background is working in sales before this as a financial advisor. Content creation obviously. Real estate investing. REST invest in real estate investing in a startup. We've invested in several different startups so far. 100 IP. I mean yeah, you know that, that's, that goes without saying. Online business. You're watching it. App software developer Eyl University app in the app stores right now. Download the app, leverage other people's money. I mean you know you get, you get any type of mortgage or bank loan stuff like that. So I'm like damn, that's kind of interesting because when I'm watching this it's not just like a random, you know, genie in a bottle, some like scam type thing. Like this is actually real things. And I'm like damn. I literally, I've done every single thing except Mary Rich.

And fellows, you have to know if you are the Nvidia on the cap table. Some of you don't know that you are the exit plan, an exit strategy. Please be careful. Consult your advisor. Notice that a job is not on there and it shows you the degradation and breakdown of America overall. If we would have did this list maybe 40 years ago, job would have been number one or number two. There were more people in the 60s through 90s who got rich from being in a job or having equity options and or equity in that company. That isn't the most viable option, which is very interesting. You have to at least pick five off that list to have a moat in your own personal finance life. But fellas, you got to know if you are the Nvidia in your relationship.
B
Shout out to French Montana. Keep in mind that that list is the easiest ways to get rich. So. And marrying rich is the easiest way to get rich, I guess. But right underneath that is investing in stocks.
C
Hello. Told you two stocks record. Yes in chat. Told you index fine over and over again. Yep. Buy and hold long term.
B
Average.
C
Yep. Invest in quality vo. Which ones? Vo vti. I saw some of you before we started. What to invest in bro. Nvidia, Microsoft, Apple, vo, vgt. Vti. Hold for five years. Call it a day.
