All right, so once again, I get to represent some awesome people that have been huge supporters of the platform and some people that I look highly up to in many ways. Reed Vessel and Junior Garcia is joining him there at RVR Ranches. They have a sale that you can find on steer bidder that's happening on the 29th. As deep of a set as they've offered this far, and I'm extremely excited to go through each and every single one of them. Lots of variations in types and kinds, lots of variety in terms of Americans in this sale compared to some that you've had had prior to, but alongside some exotics and some breed steers. I'm really excited to go over them if y' all want to kind of get the ball rolling. And obviously, y' all have been introduced so many times, but maybe a primary goal that y' all have for this sale and maybe some thoughts before we get into the lots.
B
Yeah, no, you know, we're very, very excited about this. We've, you know, we. This is. We really truly believe that this is our first full, you know, our first full go at some of these. These donors. And so we're selling as many ever sold this year. And I think this set is extremely diverse and deep in a lot of different directions and fits all kinds of people's, you know, wants in regards to the requirements out there. And so we have a lot that fits here for. For hair and slick purposes. And we're. We are stand fully behind every single one of these calves, and we've culled extremely hard to get to this point. And we'll stand by every. Behind every calf that's in this cell, so.
A
Genius, for sure.
C
Yeah, no, it's a. It's a set that I think you can again, see the fruits of our labors here. It's a set that we're very fired up, excited about. We truly believe that there is some banner type caliber calves in this group. They're diverse. Everybody that's come through has liked a different one, which is awesome because that's just telling to the quality that's. That's being represented here. So excited. Excited to get them out in front of some folks and talk about them.
A
And yeah, we all start off with lot one. And if I'm being completely honest, y' all had a set of brothers in the last sale out of this cow that he's out of the 6005 that y' all own there with Embry. And I'll just be completely transparent. This one in my mind resembles kind of what your lot, one of your last sale was like. I mean, just in terms of length and neck and the way that his chest sits in him. His boldness of rib, his stoutness of feature. And the calf reads extremely, extremely dual purpose. I mean, I love his shape up high and how big his hip is, but once again, he's got the awesome hair and again the big back leg that Frank Ward was just going on and on about. I love this calf and his variations of end points that he could have. I mean, we were talking about just Denver the other day, and I think this calf could stand out there as well. You could hold him and coast him along to oye. Talk to me about the calf and what yalls thoughts are on him.
B
Yeah. So this lot one is as good of a calf as we've ever raised, Especially on the black cross side of things. I mean, as far as Fort Worth is concerned and what Frank was doing this year, I mean, he fits the best bill almost to the tee. He likes to look like a show steer in this cat. When he gets out there, he throws his head up. And he is built. Built to be a show steer. And so he's. He's the oldest one. Oldest kept in the cell. He's just ready to go at this moment. Great thing about him is, is he could be a Denver kef, maybe a class 8 through 10 at Denver, or he could be an 8 through 11 at Fort Worth. Or you could kind of hold them back and coast them to oie and be incredible there. You know, this kef is a show pony. It's for a very serious group that wants to come in and try to swing for the fences. I mean, he is, you know, he is cool from. From his check chest all the way up to his neck. I mean, just really, really out there. Big, big wheels, gigantic hair, as stout as you'd want to make one. He's kind of got some look to him with those white spots on him as well. You know, we're extremely fired up about this calf, and like I said, as good of a exotic we. As we've ever raised.
C
We've been. We've been fortunate this year to have gotten along with several cattle we've been involved with. And this one's going to be no different. I mean, we had a good run at Fort Worth and felt like we kind of figured out what. What Frank was doing there. And like you said, this one fits the bill. I told Reed several weeks ago, we're talking about how we're going to lead off the sale, and it really wasn't a question. I mean, this one, there's not very many holdover type cal caliber still available to purchase, so it's kind of crazy that we've got one that's this good right here, right for the picking. But no, I mean, he's. He's a calf that we're extremely fired up about. Excited to see where he lands, and there's huge potential and upside that comes along with this one. Attitude grade.
B
I don't know.
C
He, like Reed said, he's a show pony, so we're. We're pretty fired up about this calf.
A
Well, I'll be honest. As much as I'm fired up about lot one, I'm just as fired up about lot two as the calf is obviously a little smaller, he's obviously a little younger, but I don't think that works to his demise because the calf's build is extremely exceptional. Obviously, in my mind, I would love to see this calf exhibit at Houston on the green chips as a slick sheeran one, because I love his shape, I love his body type and the size to his hip, and I love the way he utilizes hind leg, and I feel as if those lower joints need to be highlighted somewhere at a slick show. But again, he's got awesome hair quality that can be utilized at a hair show as well. I mean, being a Division 1 at Fort Worth or even possibly a heavyweight at OIE, y' all talk to me on what you think his best endpoint is and what his story is.
B
Yeah, I remember the day that this calf was born. We were about to head out to the lake for July 4th celebration, and he was born right before we took off to go to the lake. So he was born on July 4th, so he's certainly quite a bit younger than a few of these calves in this cell. But I mean, he is short, backed up, stout, and I mean, he throws his head and neck up like, just the same as lot one. He out there in regards to his build. He is. He can get out and glide. I agree with you. I mean, look, I think he's, you know, if you want to take him to Fort Worth, he's probably. I'd say he's probably a five through seven at the moment. And that's. That's not his maturity date, though. His maturity date is probably mid March, end of March, where he's going to be a heavyweight at Fort Worth. Oie. These are the kind that are really, really, really hard to build, in my opinion. If you're going to Say when they're born. Which calf I thought was the very best one? This is him. We've had several really, really good calves out of this cow in the past. In the future. Jacob Toussa has a full brother to this one that he's going to be swinging for Kansas City in this next year. A full Sid. That apparently looks incredible. The cow and the mating on this one is bulletproof. I absolutely love this calf. And if my kids were old enough to show, out of 120 calves that we raised this year, this is one of a couple that we would have in our barn ourselves. This is as good of a calf as we've ever raised. No question about it.
C
No, I agree. You know, like we've talked about, I mean, does he have Eric? Could he be competitive at Fort Worth? Absolutely. But I agree with Rustin. I think Houston could be a really, really cool scenario for this thing next year. You know, being here in Houston this week at the barns, talking through some of the folks and just kind of seeing the cattle that get along for whatever reason, color of this cattle, this color, this size, this type, and, you know, the make and mold of this thing, they just seem to get along down here. And this calf we've got high hopes for several different breed options we could go with. He's always been one that we've, you know, earmarked and have always kept really close tabs on this calf because he did hit us hard from the moment he hit the ground again, one that we're very, very excited. He's dual purposed. I think he's one that you got to see to appreciate just to see how awesome this calf is.
B
Yeah, a little bit about this calf too. He has a little white snip on his nose. And that's the reason why we said, hey, maybe there's a semi classification to it. But I don't think it really matters which direction he goes and what he chose in. He's going to be highly, highly competitive in whichever breed you decide to take him to.
A
Well, 3 and 4 are both going to be out of a fe female that y' all own. With Thompson, it'd be the L12 female. Lot three being out of here, I am lot four being out of how great thou art. But I think they both replicate some similarities in terms of their neck attachment, their rib design, their hip and hind leg design. I think they both got different types of end points. One reads shapelier, one reads to be an awesome haired steer. Y' all talk to me about the differences between the Two, But I'm a fan of both of them. I think in the right home and the right management, these calves are going to be awesome.
B
Yeah. So lot three and lot four are the first two calves that we have out of the L12 donor. She was the highest selling female in the country a couple of years ago. We gave a pile for her and I mean, she's as good as it gets out of 79B, which is Chad's famous cow, 79B. And anyway, she has the red gene in her, but we decided to do how great and here I am just to kind of mix it up. We also just got our first in guy we trust about a couple weeks ago. That looks incredible. It looks like our investment in this cow is going to work out pretty dang good because these two are as good of calves as you could raise. And the great thing is I think they both have multiple dual purpose places. This first, here I am, the solid dart black calf with a little bit of white on him as well. I mean, he has got big feet. He's got the neck that comes right out of his shoulder blade. He has got really, really big hard muscles. He's the better. He's got the better hair quality out of the two. And he's certainly a little bit more dual purpose in Lot 4. Not to take anything away from Lot 4 because I think Lot 4 is awesome. But 3 can be Fort Worth to OIE. And he could be in that 8 to 10 range at Fort Worth. If he goes up the panhandle, maybe you get him to 11. He shows to read a lot of grow. I think he is incredible. You could also slick them off and be very competitive at San Antonio or Houston or take an oie. It's been hard to pick between these two. They're a little bit different from one another, but they both kind of read similar. It's a little strange you have to come and take a look at them. But I mean, I'm a pretty big fan of this here I am calf. We just ran her again last week to here I am a reverse sort just because of this calf. Another thing is, is, I mean, you know, Chad, Chad raised a couple this past spring and I know that one is being, you know, being pedaled at north of $100,000 and looks absolutely incredible by a trader right now. And so this is a big time mating. And I think that you're going to be seeing a lot of elf. And I think this is the cheapest that these things will ever go for is this first Batch because they're only going to get better from here and we're going to throw the kitchen sink at this cow L12. So lot three foot worth, very, very good steer but can slick now and I, I'll talk lot four really quick and then Junior can talk lot three and lot four himself. But lot four, I read him to be an awesome, slick, sheer cast. That's San Antonio or Houston. He is one of the wildest necked animals I've ever seen. But he still feeds really well into himself. He's square built, big, big topped and excellent feet. He's got a great running gear so you can pour the feed to that kef and, and really look, look like something I, I think at Sanatorium Houston that thing would look stellar. So not as big haired as Lot 3, but he reads maybe a little bit square and maybe a little bit easier doing than Lot 3. But I mean that's really nitpicking on those between those two Kev's. I love both of these things. And we're gonna go all in on El Larca.
C
Like Reed said, it's been back and forth on which one we like better, you know, from the very beginning. I think they're born within days of each other, so they always kind of been two peas in a pod sleep. You know, you can, you can take a look at both of them and tell that they're elite in terms of their front end, but also hip and hind leg. The black, you know, the haired one, Lot three here, the Here I Am. That calf for Here I Am. I mean he's, you know, he's so big and robust in his, in his center body, swoopy bellied, awesome like sexy back leg. Like the guy at Fort Worth is kind of love. I don't know. Like I told Rita, it's hard to get fired up on a black one, but when they got bells and whistles like this one, I mean it's, it's pretty evident that this calf's going to be successful and his future is going to be very intriguing to be a part of lot four again. I think that's a big time sheeran black one. I mean his hip is so square, like going away from you choke neck. You know, that calf's got some like, he's pretty robust the way he's built. He's got some dimension to his base width. And it's really telling to see how that calf's gonna feed because I do believe that that thing could be big time banner worthy as a sheeran. Black one. I mean, you know, in the right home, the route circumstances, that calf could get here. You have to go to Fort Worth and probably catch a brand. But we believe that that thing as a sheer and black one is, is big time. So lots of lots between those two for sure.
A
Lot 5 will be next and this would be here I am over the female you own with Ryman. She's a new beginning. Over. Unbelievable. Obviously Junior and me, you had the conversation prior to that. This would be a full sid to the Hoffman's families. Angus steer that was a heavyweight there at Fort Worth that had a lot of success. I definitely feel as if this one is polled can do just as good, if not better. I love the calf stoutness of feature, the way he utilizes his hind leg. I think this thing classes extremely well in any setting. I think this calf replicates a lot of things that the Hoffman family were able to exhibit here in this last year for sure.
B
Yeah. So you know, we've had several of these non dash zero 3s and we've had several, we've caught several brands. This one right here is, you know, you can go several different ways. We think he's one of the best exotics we've raised out of this mating. And you can go and catch a brand in exotics at Fort Worth. I mean he is extremely, he extremely hairy. He's the hairiest calf in the cell. There's something about this 9.03cow that throws the monster, monster here. It's, it's weird. I mean we got some really, really hairy calves in this cell. But this thing is extreme dense hair and but what's crazy about him is, is like his head shape and the way that he's built up high and his, his ear shape reads to be an Angus. And these are the kind that, you know, you're seeing win at Fort Worth. You know, they're Angus but they're not Angus. But they kind of are Angus. But so we're, we're going to call him Angus, you know, and, and he's, he's the kind of kev that gets in and really, really plays in that Angus deal. I mean he is very, very high quality. What's wild is, is if you get scared and you want to go ahead and run them in the Black Cross deal and say that you want to run them in class 8, 9 or 10. I mean he's just as good and he can catch a brand 8, 9 or 10 as well. I mean and usually a champion or banner worthy Angus could probably catch a brand in the exotics. I mean, they're that type of good though. This mating is foolproof. We've had multiple kevs that have gone on the wind out of this mating and they feed excellent. They big hair and it's, it's been proven. And so we, we, we like this kef a ton. We've actually had several people prefer this calf over Lot 3 and 4As, as well. And so that we've had, we have people like, well, I think five may be a little bit better than three and the four and, and vice versa. And so it's interesting. I mean he can play in the exotics all day long, but I think you get him in as an Angus at Fort Worth, you better watch out. He's big time good in that division.
C
You know, we've, we've probably had more calves out of this meeting since I've been, since I've came on with rvr and this one's probably by far my favorite. He's short backed, he's big hip, huge legs. But like I said, there's something about that, that mating that just allows those things to be able to classify and do so confidently. Muscles not an issue here. Again, hair quality is great. I think there's actually a brother that was just. What was he really like third overall at Georgia or no Alabama Youth Expo or something the other day. Like I said, tried and true, proven mating. I mean you can, you can, it's hard to say you can, you know, be confident in a bunch of them. But a tried and true mating, that's foolproof. It's kind of, it's kind of a no brainer, right? I mean, at the end of the day, we're all, we're all seeking the coveted F on her cheek at Fort Worth. And I think this calf provides that very soundly and very confidently.
A
Absolutely. Lot six would be next. This will be a how about now? Which is a how great thou art over Croppa's dilly on a female that you own with crapa, which is 18 over 10 in my mind. Obviously he's quartered and that is in my mind also to exhibit the way that he is a slick shearing monster. I think this thing is a San Antonio Houston will do a lot of good just in terms of his fore rib to flank ratio, his shape up high and especially his lower quarter shape and the size of his hip. I do like this calf immensely as a slick steer. Now he does reach to have awesome hair quality that I think any family could have fun with over the Summer or fall. But I definitely think this calf needs to be exhibited as a slick steer for sure.
B
Yeah. So when we were getting ready for picture day, I mean, you know, this calf was already kind of shucking a little bit and he had very, very high quality hair. But we've always read this Kev to be a slick shearing semi type of deal. I mean, if you wanted to take him to Fort Worth, he'll definitely have the big hair to do so. But he's got the, the tricked out neck and the big wheels and the lines to slick shear. And so this kef is very, very much like out there. I think he just needs to go to a good home, get him soft, and coast him along to San Antonio or Houston and really make some noise in that semi deal. So he's out of. How about now, which is a bull that we actually owned with Cropa, which is how great? Out of Kropa's famous dilly cow. She's one of the, you know, one of the more, more famous donor cows that has ever came out of the Midwest. She won the South Dakota State Fair, I don't know, 10, 15 years ago as a, as a market heifer, which is very, very much unheard of. There's been huge progeny out of that dilly cow. So this bull, this is one of the very first calves out of that bull. Unfortunately, that bull has died, but he's, he's a red roan bull and he's incredible. His full sib sister just sold for like 60,000 for half interest in the first class sale by Brad Smith. And so the bull is, was incredible. And you're going to be hearing a lot more about that bull based on limited straws that we have. And then this cow that this one's out of is out of an out there perfect Tim, which a lot of people know about out there. And perfect Tim through the Mims operation. Originally, all those genetics originated from Greg Kropa. So it's a combination of Greg Cropa and Greg Mim or Doc Mims on this deal. And this cow that this one's out of is absolutely one of the most insane yellow cows you've ever seen in your life. We couldn't leave South Dakota without loading her up. And so she's at the house and we're very, very proud to own her. And this is actually her natural calf. How about now? I think this calf is an excellent slick shearing calf that you, you don't push hard. You feed along and soften them up and try to get in that middle to heavy weights at San Antonio or Houston. It's a very nice calf.
C
No, for sure. A great set of dual purpose. But we've always had this one pegged as being a banner contender type calf since he was little. It's, you know, it's pretty obvious. The cattle that come in the ring just have that amount of like arrogance and presence in this camp's got it. Color is incredible, Feet and legs are awesome. But like his front and third is like elite. It's the kind that we all draw pictures of when we're sitting there bored talking about show steers. Right. I mean, he's, he's got the wow factor and, and I don't, I don't know, man. This cap's going to be a lot of fun all year long. I think he gets along every time he gets out and he's just one that gets better and better and better and we feel like the sky's the limit in terms of ceiling. Side note, he had an injury to his eye on his show side. It doesn't affect him. It doesn't bother him. The calf is actually pretty gentle. But just, just to kind of, you know, put that out there for people to, to, you know, don't get scared because his eye looks a little different. It doesn't affect him at all.
A
Yes, sir. Well, lot seven will be next. This will actually be a Hereford steer that you all have to offer, which is a game changer over J 1112 or J. J 1112 or 11 2. And obviously this cap's a horned Hereford. He's a little outlier in terms of his marking, but I think that that really highlights his profile. I mean, he's a long necked steer that's extremely level topped. He's got a great hind leg. I think he's awesome hair quality, but he also reads to be a good slick steer as well. Y' all talk to me about him, why y' all are offering him and what you think his best end point is at.
B
Yeah, so he's out of our game Changer bowl, which, you know, we own with Bourne, who raised him and the Welpers. And anyway, Game Changer had the champion horned Hereford at Fort Worth this year. And you know, there hasn't been a lot of game changers in Bourne, but he's already hung multiple banners. Game changers are full sib to the matador bull of days. And so we really, really feel like Game changer is just scratching the surface. So this is a game changer out of The J cow that was purchased from the Barber ranch and she was a high seller from the Barber deal. We had bought some cows from a gentleman and this is one of the cows that we had bought along with a package deal from this guy. We a hide her the game changer and out popped this thing. This thing is short back, big footed and cool necked. I mean he can slick, he can hair. I definitely think he's the type that can catch a brand at Fort Worth or you can keep on feeding them. And really I think he's an awesome six year calf. But Junior's pretty convinced that he's a Fort Worth cell making calf and maybe he does more than that. But he is like, he is very, very short backed and big. Big topped and like has expression of muscle and cool neck. We don't raise a lot of Herefords, but this thing right here is damn good. So we're pretty excited on where he goes and we hope that someone comes in and really wants to show a Hereford because I think easy feeding and the kind that can, can really do some good at the end of the road. So.
A
Yeah.
C
Oh for sure. Obviously the Hereford deal is not our, our forte but we, you know, quality is quality. You can't deny that Kev's very, very high quality. I think he's very competitive. Yeah, hair quality is awesome. Short back, big legs, big feet, squishy feet. I don't know. I think this one gets it long in Fort Worth and you can confidently, you know, show him all year long and feel like you always got a chance. I don't know, man. It's gonna be interesting. That calf. I think he's gonna be, he's gonna make his new, his new owners pretty proud when it's all said and done for sure.
A
Well now starting at Lot 8 is all the Americans. Now I can get excited not to discredit any of the exotics, but hey now I can get excited. But y' all start off pretty solid and I say solid. He's out of the solid gold bull over the 235 donor that has done extreme success for you. This obviously be a full sib to the kept steer that was reserved there at Fort Worth alongside Lot 9 as well. Talk to me about Lot 8. I mean, he is extremely cool in terms of his color. I think in the, in, in the right home. This thing going to San Antonio Houston as a sim bra would be extremely intriguing. But I also seem to think that he's got awesome hair quality. Be a really nice heavyweight as well. Y' all talk to me about what you think. I love the cast build.
B
Yeah. So this Kev has a lot of really, really cool pieces. I mean, he is wild necked, very, very good structure, has the big belly on him. I think in the right home that can go pound the feed to this calf and really, really bulk this thing up. You could really have something special here. He's got just very, very good wheels. And when they have those kind of wheels, you can really mash the gas and get pretty creative with cattle like this look, we've had seven breed champions out of 235. I think that's as good as any American cow that I know of out there. She's obviously had the reserve grand steer at Fort Worth two years ago. This is a full sieve to that calf as well as the next lot's a full sieve to that calf as well. I think in the right home, in the right feeder and the right program, if you can really, like, mash a guess on this calf, he could look like something else. And so he's got the structure and the build to really, really make something special here. You could push into Fort Worth if you wanted to. But I think based on reading his build and reading his hair and the way that his structure is made, I think he's best suited for San Antonio Houston. But I don't want to discourage anybody from doing what they want. I think that Ward would love this calf because he's pretty tricked out and pretty out there looking. But I like this calf a bunch. I think, like I said, right feeder, right home, and you can get creative with this calf. He could really be something interesting down the road and special again in the right home.
C
So, yeah, I'm a pretty big fan of this one, obviously. Colors awesome. Feet and legs are impeccable. He did have good, soft hair as a calf. So like Reed said, he could be a Fort Worth one. But we see this thing as a girt being very, very competitive. And, you know, if, if, if the stars line and things go the way they need to, I mean, this could be one that we'd be talking about next February, thinking, hey, we got a shot at, you know, hanging a banner here, that, that, that calf's got that kind of quality, and he's practical on his build. You know, he's not a freak. But definitely in that girt deal, he. I think he makes some noise for sure.
A
Yes, sir. Well, lot nine will be next. I think that he resembles him in terms of a lot of ways, in terms of his Shape, the way that his hip is designed. I love his body shape. I think this thing at San Antonio could definitely be in huge contention. Y' all talk to me about him. What's so unique about him as well?
B
Yeah, so this is the younger of the two. I mean, he's a. He's a, I think middle to late August type of cast, which is fine for this cow. I mean, this cow235 is a big, big cow. I mean, the one that won Fort Worth was a mid to end of August. That's himself. And so this calf might read a little bit greener than the one above him, but that's because he's a. He's a good 30 to 45 days younger than the one above him. I mean, this calf is stout, scold. I mean, if you go look at him, he has got the wad, the wide skull and the big nose. He reads to be very. He's going to be very, very stout. He's got very, very good feet and wheels. He's got the ideal yellow color to him. He's short backed. I think he is one heck of a slick shearing rig. I think you could go ABC or girt with this calf. San Antonio or Houston. We've hung multiple banners in the San Antonio and Houston deal with this exact saying mating, as well as other maternal sibs. And so I'm a pretty big believer in this calf. Like a huge believer again in the right home. And you press the gas and feed this thing. He should be one dense, stout dude. I mean, his mama is 14 years old now, and out of the 700 cows that we have, she's still in the top five most impressive animals out there. There's a reason why she keeps on pressing them out and stamping them out. And I think this calf will. Will follow that line. I think this kev has the. I think this calf has banner potential and banner worthiness. And I'm. I'm going to be very, very curious on where he ends up, because in the right home, this thing could make some very, very serious noise at San Antonio Houston, in my opinion.
A
So then spot 10 is next. And this would be out of a bull that y' all call in the beginning. And he'd actually be a full SIB 2, 8, 9. And then this calf's obviously out of the cow you own with wind, which is called 6961. She would be a full Sid to end God we trust. This calf, in my mind, is extremely, extremely proportional. I love his neck. I love his hip and hind leg. I love his body shape. I think this calf is a girt in San Antonio, Houston. He can be extremely competitive. Reed, give me your thoughts on the calf. I also think he's got incredible hair to mess with over the summer and could be a real nice Fort Worth calf as like a lightweight or medium weight for sure.
B
Yeah. So we call this one the th kid. He's kind of an accident. We were just blowing and going and flushing a lot of cows and I was like, oh, yeah, in the beginning would be perfect on 6961, which, you know, she's a full sib to and guy we trust. And she was a hustler that me and the wind boys bought from Brandon and she is absolutely incredible. And anyway, what we forgot was she's also th as well. And so we had three stuck. And let's just say that this was the only one that survived. And so this calf is dirty. On dirty. This calf had huge hair. Huge hair. But he started shucking after we cut him. And that's the only reason why he's in this cell. He is 45 days younger, well, 30 to 45 days younger than anything else in this cell. Okay. And so he's the youngest calf. He reads the greenest in the entirety of the cell, but he is very, very high quality. Junior and I fought back and forth on putting them in this cell or not, but he's like, hey, I think we should put him in this cell because by the time that we sell him 30 days from now, he might shuck all of it. And I was like, I don't know if it really matters one way or the other. Let's just say this. If he doesn't sell in this cell the way that he needs to sell, we'll just put him in the next cell or the next cell after that. It doesn't matter. This calf is wild necked, perfect colored, excellent structure. Has had the big, big hair. I think he reads to really have a lot of go. I don't think there's any question he's either a middleweight or possibly a heavyweight at Fort Worth. I think someone's going to be really, really, really, really hard pressed not to take him to Fort Worth because this calf was extremely hairy. And so I'm a big, big fan of this one. Again, this is another one that if my kids were showing, he'd probably be in the lineup for us because I know how good this thing is and will be. When you see this thing on the halter, he is Pretty wicked. And so this is a dark horse that I think that when it's all set and done and he catches up with all of his buddies because he's so much younger than everything else and he starts to hair back up again, someone's going to look incredibly intelligent. Th kidd is special. Unfortunately, his other two brothers didn't make it just because th on th is a very, very dirty and nasty game. And we just. This was an accident. We did not mean to do this. And. And you know, he's. We've been given a blessing with this thing and I think, I think he's an excellent Fort Worth Kev. But I think you're right. I mean, hey, if you wanted to keep taking the San Antonio Houston, I think this thing is absolutely dynamite. This is the very first in the beginning kef we've that we're going to be rolling out and selling in the beginning is a solid gold 235Bull who solid red. He is a full sib to the reserve grand steer at Fort Worth at the cap show that we raised. And I mean this, this bull is absolutely, I mean a bad, bad Mohican. He's th and DS pos or th and DS carrier. Huge feet, wild necked, big hair, stout, built perfect. Has a huge snout on him and wide scold. You should see the animals that we have coming up in the next cell out of him. What's what. What we're upset about is we should have done more to him last year. But what I can tell you is next year we're going to have a pile of in the beginnings and he'll make a name for himself. This thing is going to be one of the best calves that were raised this year. And I think this calf can absolutely be banner quality in the right home and right makings. This is one that I'm as fired up as anyone as any kef in this cell. He's very, very high quality. He's a September. So he's. He's. He's green, he's young. But his reed's true in his build. And I think you're exactly right on what you said earlier. I think with some time and feed this thing is going to look like a rock star.
C
Yeah. And I like Reed said dual purpose. This thing's water moccasin fronted. He's one that we think sure have a lot of confidence in moving forward. The calf's big time feet and legs are incredible. Big squishy feet. The spread we all like to see between his toes when we quartered him. I took some pictures of him in the stall chute there in the Pippin ram and I sent him to read. And I was like, dude, this thing is big time and he's won. Like, like I said earlier, he's going to continue to get better and better and better every single day. And I think when it's all said and done, when the dust settles, he's going to be. He's going to be one of the last man standing for sure. I mean, we have high, high hopes for this calf and it's only going to get better from here.
A
Yes, sir. Lot 11 is next. This will be a calf that's out of the bull. Y' all call the wolf. On a female, Y' all call IBB. We know what those stand for. 999. Y' all call her 999. This calf is polled. In my mind, this is a great Fort Worth contender. It reads to have awesome hair quality. In my mind, I don't think it gets any better in terms of proportionality and symmetry from the side. But I love the way his hind leg is utilized, especially his lower joint work. This calf's extremely intriguing for the Americans in general. Talk to me about why y' all are so hyped up about him. I know I am.
B
Yeah. He like this Kev. This Kev. Just with a little bit of time and homework with this calf, I think, you know, I think that it will get enough sheath on on him to be, to be right for footworth. His head reached true. He is big, big footed and really, really hard muscles. His full brother was supposed to show in the middleweights at Fort Worth this year and he got kicked out. That was when they were on. They went on that run and kicked like 6, 7, 8 out in a row, which is unfortunate. We really thought that, that Kev was going to come in and really do some major damage in that middleweight. I think this Kev can go in and do the same thing. I think we've kind of learned a lesson on how, how to get them classified. This kef actually reads better in his head for an American division. He has big, big hair and wicked, wicked pieces. Pour the coals to him, feed them outright. I think he is going to be big hair, big footed and really, really cool looking. You know, he has a little bit of attitude. So this is not a first time calf type of, first time showman type of person that needs this calf. So someone that's got a little bit of experience is preferred on him. But I mean, he's got all the build to look incredible at Fort Worth. No doubt about it.
C
No, for sure. I mean, you break the calf down for what he is. I mean, he's very, very hard to make. Incredible from the side, choke neck, awesome wheels, the kind of body we all like. The center portion of his body gets out and moves like a cat and is always arrogant in his presence. Like Reed said, character I think will come. This calf's actually a crypt orchid and we will completely stand behind him to get him fixed and get him castrated. When I cut him, there's only one and I didn't realize it until we were one night down. So we will get that taken care of on our end and we'll stand behind him. It honestly might actually help to leave that to continue to get some more character out of the calf. But no, I think this one's big time. That mating has been lights out for us. Like Reed said, the one that we had it for that was kicked out. We sure thought we were going to make some noise and other people did. And the calf showed us a simba out at Houston. Got along well. And so like I said, it's a proven mating. It's one that we're fired up about. There's a few more down the road here, down the sell out list that we're excited about to be full brothers. And like I said, this is amazing that we're going all in on and. And have the utmost confidence in so bit with confidence here.
A
12 and 13 are both going to be full sibs. I know I'm. You're. It is an individual. You're not supposed to show your hands or your cards. But Lot 12 is a personal favorite of mine. And I say that because this calf's extremely, extremely unique. I love his length of neck. I love the angle to his shoulder. I love his body shape. But I think what's most unique is to have that much mass up high. He is extremely good footed. Big feet that are extremely flexible and squishy at the surface. I know squishy is a slang word, but you can get over it. I think the calf's really, really, really good. I think 13 is really good, too. I think he resembles him in terms of his length and neck and the way it ties in as well. I think he's a big hip calf. I think he just needs a little more TLC and time on the feed bucket and he'll be right there with him.
B
Yeah, you know, 12 is like, you know, maybe the hardest animal to make out of the entire cell. I mean, he is wicked. Neck big, big, big feet, extremely stout. This Kev had really good hair as well. So you could take this thing to Fort Worth and I mean, he would be right up Ward's alley. There's no question about it. He likes show ponies and show cattle and show steers. He is not a meat eating potatoes kind of guy. He likes the freaks. And this calf is an absolute freak of nature. Just it's hard to have one that has that front one third look like that and still look like this on the back two thirds. I mean, he has got the dinosaur feet, the big groove down his back. I mean, there will not be a Kev as stout as him. Wherever he goes, he will be the stoutest animal there. The only calf, the only animal that could be stout in this one would be a Belgian blue. I mean, he is way, way out there. He's a full sieve to our high seller from two years ago. I mean, this is a very proven mating of ours. I mean, we are way, way in on this mating. We have well over a hundred plus embryos on just this mating alone that we're just going to keep putting, putting in the slot machine, letting it rock and roll. This calf is a contender at Fort Worth. He's a contender at San Antonio. He's a contender at Austin. He's a, he's a cantander at Houston. He is as good of an American as we've ever raised. What's cool about him is, man, his coloration is wild. You should see the videos and pictures of him as a baby. He was kind of a done color. I think when he hairs up, he's going to have that done look and it's going to really make him stand out. He also has kind of that cool skin color and I can't remember what Junior, what do you call it when they have that kind of blotchy skin color on the. The silver, the calves? I can't even think of it.
C
I don't know, it's not like he's brindle, he's just, I don't know, he's almost butterscotch. Like you can read around his muzzle and yeah, it's pretty impressive.
B
Yeah. So he's just got a lot of things going on for him. And so I'm very, very, very excited to see where this kept ends up because, you know, he, he could be one that we'll be talking about for a very long time. So he's as good of a Americans we've ever raced for sure.
C
No, like, like Reed said, this is one that we, you know, when it comes time to sort this sale and, and, and Reed was like, what, what do we got coming up? What are going to be some of the cell features? This one was obviously one that jumped out in front of me. He is a unit and he's a show pony. He's bomb proof, gentle. Like this thing wants to be a show kf. He wants to be show it. He wants to go win. Like it's, it's hard to make them like this. It's hard to have all the bells and whistles like you said, the big squishy feet, the big stout back, the huge rear end going away from you and the choke freak neck. I mean it's, it's hard, it's hard to replicate these things. And like I said, the colors, it's what, it's what wins is what's popular. It's what everybody wants. And I mean, like I said, we're, we're excited and we feel very fortunate to raise one like this as producers. These are the kinds, especially producers of eared cattle. These are the kinds that we all strive to make and it's, it's difficult to get them here, but when you get them here, you feel very fortunate to, to be part of it. And it's going to be a very, very fun ride. Just hoping to hang on with the right kind of people and hope that everything goes well. I think it's a deal that like Reed said, we could be very, very excited and be holding the banner at a backdrop next spring for sure.
A
Yes, sir. And 13's just as intriguing.
B
Yeah, yeah, 13 is. He just, he needs a little bit more TLC. He is cool necked, big footed and has all the right lines and right pieces. Again, he's out of our 7,287 donor, which there's another couple in this cell that are out of them that are absolutely impressive. She is, you know, she is right there with 235 as far as quality is concerned. And you know, and she's, she's got several banners coming into her future extremely soon. And so this calf has all the, the genetics behind him and all the right build and fundamentals behind him. I think someone's going to come in here, here, buy him well below what he's probably worth and look very, very, very smart here, you know, come next spring because he's got all the makeup to be excellent for probably, you know, he could probably go to Fort Worth. I think he had Good hair. But he could also fit the bill for San Antonio, Houston, Austin as well. You know, I think this Kev has a lot of upside.
A
Yeah, for sure. Well, 14 is going to be at another one that is out of the bull that we've talked about prior to the. In the beginning, which would be full sib to a lot of. A lot of cabs that have had success for y' all. On a female, you call 198, which is a return to gold 6961. This calf, in my mind, is just as cool in terms of his neck attachment and his angle to his shoulder. I love the calf's body shape. I love his. His full rib to flank ratio. And I do like the size to his hip and the width to his pin set. He's a darker smoke and I think that that's going to progress to get darker as time goes on. So I think he's going to really stand out in terms of his color. I do like the calf a whole lot, and I think he would be a really big contender there at Houston or even Austin as a heavyweight, for sure.
B
Yeah. Yeah. So this is another th. Th. On th situation. We didn't know that his mama was dirty. And so this is dirty on dirty again. So luckily he came out just fine. I mean, but he. He really has the big, big square hip and the trick tricked out neck. He's cool colored. Look, I think his tail is going to come along. Look, I think that if. If he had his tail switch on him right now, we'd be probably talking about one of the best calves in the cell. Because, I mean, he's got a lot of excellent pieces to him. I mean, he is. He's got the big rib cage and the big, you know, rip down the top and really, really cool neck. Let us work with you in figuring out the tell situation. I'll just leave it at that because he has all the other things that make him excellent. And again, this is a th on th mating. And I mean, this kef is stout and really cool necked and low to the ground. I mean, he is a slick, sheer build. Austin, San Antonio, Houston. Kev. You know, this is one of the kevs that junior is. This is a kind of a favorite of juniors.
A
And.
B
And I'm gonna let him take over from here. Cause he can better describe this calf better than I can, honestly.
C
Yeah, no, the way that thing's assembled is pretty out there. I mean, he's a freak. I mean, and honestly, I think this calf's built about as good as anything in the sale. You take away the rat tail and it's like, bring it on. I mean, I'd put him against any of them. He's cobra necked. He's huge bodied. He's big. Hip, feet and legs are awesome. He's a kind to me that you take to Houston and feel really, really confident about getting a blue ribbon. I mean, he's, he's cool. Like Reed said, little, little TL elbow grease. We can get that tail coming and get the switch there. And if that's the only knock you have on the calf, well, then I'll take it. Because again, it's hard to make cattle of this caliber. And with that kind of presence, that kind of look, and it's gonna be good. Just gonna have to trust the process on this one. And I think we'll all be smiling when it's all said and done.
A
Yes, sir. Well, 15's next. And this is actually intriguing enough. Gonna be out of one of your cows, right, Junior?
C
Yes, sir. Yeah.
A
Awesome. Well, he's also out of the Spectre bowl of reeds. And in my mind, he actually replicates not just because of color, but replicates 11 in a lot of ways. Just in terms of his length and neck, proportionality and symmetry. And I do love his hind leg. I think he's got great hair for him to be a Fort Worth prospect. But also in that regard, I do think in terms of his body shape and the way that he creases up high, I think he'd be an awesome slicking cap as well.
B
Yeah. So this is out of Junior's 817 cow. He's had several high placers out of this cow in the past. And a favorite back at San Antonio who got left standing in the champion drive one year. And so this cow has got the backing on her. And then Spectre. This is the one and only Spectre we have this year. This is his first and only Kev. This year we went extremely hard on him. Next year, he's a wolf son out of that goes back to the honey charm donor of Rick Schultz. I mean, he is the most massive, half blood, bringest cat bull that you've ever seen in your life. I mean, he looks like a semi bull, to be honest with you. So this is the first calf. And after we saw this calf born, we're like, we got to go all in. This calf is huge footed. He was huge haired. He is the biggest ass American in this cell, right along with lot 12. I mean, he's right there with lot 12. As far as st concern, I don't know what's going on with this picture, but I can tell you this right now, he 100% classifies and we will stand 1000% behind it. For some reason, this picture shows that he doesn't have a lot of dick, so to speak, sheath underneath his belly. And I can tell you come out and take a look at him. He, he classifies all day long. This is one of the best Americans in the cell. I think he reads to be a middleweight at Fort Worth. If you want to hair him up and really take them to Ward and have a tricked out, super, super hairy American or he's a Gert or ABC at Austin, San Antonio or Houston, you got to come take a look at this one in person. I mean, he is well asked. I mean, look, Chris Rosa is not like the biggest American fan in the world. And this is one of the Cavs that he is like, what, what is that thing? Look at that ass on that thing. I mean, he is, he. Even the Midwest guys would, would be interested in this thing. I mean, he is very high quality and really, really, really pressing to get this one the right home. And I think this is, this kef is the future of what we're going to try to do here at rvr, which is going all in on Spectre. I mean, he is a very, very impressive animal.
C
No, for sure. I be honest with you, this is one I kind of had big plans for. And not that they've changed, but just the way we're going to show him. I always thought this one was like a big time banner worthy. Bring his classifying steer. We quartered him and when we got to shave his head, we realized that he had some scars. Fortunately, the guy that does our dehorning is very talented, Dusty Laney, and he's one of the best at it. We got him dehorned. I think he's a big time player in the middleweight Americans at Fort Worth or sheer him off and feel like you're very, very confident and got a lot of optimism going into the Gertz. Obviously, being a black and the girt is not a bad thing, especially if you're this kind of quality. I mean, just look at the one that just won in Houston. I mean, it's not a bad place to be, but we do have high, high hopes for this calf. Very excited to see where he lands. And it's going to be, I think it's going to be a long, successful ride for veterans up with him.
A
Well, the next is going to be 16. This will be the the Wolf over 8111, which is a Here I am Irish Whiskey. This one is pulled. Y' all decided to leave the hair on him and I can see why because he's extremely dense haired. I think this calf's got the right hind leg shape, the right amount of density, body shape and proportionality to be a big time contender at Houston. But I also read him be dual purpose. I mean, he's got the right shape and size to be an awesome slick shearing calf, especially as a bring a steer somewhere at San Antonio. Houston for sure.
B
Yeah, I don't think this calf ever gets to San Antonio or Houston, but I think he could and he'd be in a hell of a bring us calf for San Antonio Houston. But this one is as good of a Fort Worth calf as we've ever raised for the American deal. I mean, he has got the monster hair. It's not really that surprising. His mother is a here I am. She was the high seller and went's dispersal cell. I mean, she is an absolute zoo animal, a freak of nature. That's 8111. She's a here I Am Irish Whiskey. Massive, massive hair. This will be one of the hairiest Americans at Fort Worth next year, I'll guarantee it. Not unless this calf goes down to the border and and isn't put in a cool room. Even then, he might still be the hairiest American at Fort Worth. Huge, huge hair, big, big feet. He's got a gigantic, like swooping belly with a huge rib cage on him. So he's like short backed and big rib cage and big foot and he goes back to here I am and usually that's where you want to protect here I ams. But when the here I ams do have that in there in that blood and they have that big rib cage, it's game on. And this kept is big, big rib cage, short back, big, big feet and big, big hair. I mean, this kef is going to look insane at Fort Worth. And this calf we're going to be monitoring on a weekly basis from the RBR headquarters, talking with the family and making sure that things are going right because we are very, very high on this calf and we want to make sure that we get see it all the way through the finish line and make sure that this one is as successful as he can possibly be. He's a heavyweight American at Fort Worth, in my opinion. And you know, we're, you know, you know Our blood starts to pump on this thing. He's, he's been that good since he was a baby. Texas, call us and ask us for the videos of him as a baby. I mean, he is a stout skull, just, just big, big haired animal. I, I love this thing quite a bit, so. And then Junior can talk a little bit more about them.
C
No, this one, this one's been a, a ranch, an RVR ranch favorite for a long time since, since he hit the ground back last summer. Like region hair quality, second to none. Big, fat, squishy feet. You know, like we've talked about. I mean, wardlocks, Wardlocks, the cool, big tricked up pieces. And here we go. We're serving them up to you in a very, very confident way. The calf's a show pony. He's gentle, he classes, hair's awesome. I mean, this is the kind that we're fired up about. I'm fired up to get to work on him all year. I don't know, man. I think it could be very, very intriguing to see, see him at, you know, at Fort Worth next, next February, because I think he's the kind that a guy needs to latch onto if you're serious about trying to make a run at the ABC deal. We're very, very confident in this calf and have, have the utmost, you know, we're excited about him.
A
Well, lot 17 is next and this will actually be a full sib to Lot 11. And this one's actually a baldy, so I think that obviously this one could run simbra if someone decides to slick him off. But he's definitely got the hair quality to give a run at Fort Worth. This one's another dense featured steer just in terms of his rib cage and the size to his hip. I love his running gear at the surface and how flexible he is. Talk to me about him. What you, what y' all think his best endpoint is at.
B
Yeah, so I see this Kev being a middleweight at Fort Worth. He's very, very short back. His, his full brothers, which, you know, he had a full brother that was fourth in the heavies two years ago. He was also, also a black baldy. And then that one that, you know, that, that we were had super high hopes with this year in the middleweights of Fort Worth that could have made some major, major noise. This one has a more character than the one that we had this year. This calf classes all day long. I think this is a very, very high quality middleweight American at Fort Worth. I mean, he has got a big Old belly on him. He's got massive, massive hair as hairy as, as hairy as that 8111 calf, the one that's right above him as well. He's got the cool, baldy head to him, which should make him stick out in class. I mean, he is as safe of a choice to catch a brand at Fort Worth and maybe even make a run at winning the middleweights at Fort Worth in the right home. I mean, he is dense, dense made great, great feet. So you can really push on this calf and be creative. It's going to be hard to mess up with him just because of how, how well he's built from a structural standpoint. And so I like this kef quite a bit. Again, we have pictures and videos of him when he's a baby. When he hit the ground, we're like, hey, this, this thing is a, is a excellent, high, high quality American kef. You know, we, you know, we're known for our Fort Worth Americans, historically speaking, and this kef continues that tradition on we. We feel like he's maybe the safest Fort Worth American we got in the whole bunch.
C
Yeah, there's no guarantees in this deal, but as far as wanting to go to Fort Worth and, and feel very, very confident, catch the brand. And I don't know, man, like, like good quality, practical cattle that don't have holes or seem to be getting harder and harder to find. And that's what this calf is. I mean, he's got enough pizzazz and wow factor to always know where he's at. Being a black baldy and having the hair quality he's got, you've got the confidence to know he's always going to class. Feet and legs are second to nine again, one that we're very, very excited about. I think anybody that lands on this calf is going to be excited about. He's bomb proof. I mean, my little girl loves this thing. She's all over him all the time. Like I said, we've seen being a middle and being a hammer of a middle at Fort Worth when it's all said and done. So like I said, buckle up and at Fort Worth and get an F on your brand. Something you're, you're prioritizing and this one definitely needs to be on the list.
A
Yes, sir. Well, lot 18 is next and this will actually be a full SIB to 17 as well. And he reads a little different in his type and kind compared to 17, but I think just as high quality for sure. He's a little longer necked and sits at the top side of his shoulder. He's a little longer ribbed, but I think that works extremely well because he still reads proportional and symmetrical. I think this calf's just as good haired, reads to be just have just as stout of a hind leg, Extremely flexible at the surface. Talk to me about what you all think. Obviously he is pulled so he could run bring us if you decided to slick him as well.
B
Yeah, it's another one that we're like, you know, if we're having to slick sheer him off, you either have one that's better than him that's going to Fort Worth or something went completely wrong because, I mean, you know, along with, you know, 16, I think that this, you know, lot 16, I think this 247 or lot 18 in this case is as good of a Fort Worth calf as we've ever raised. I mean, he is exactly what Frank wants at Fort Worth. I mean, he is an absolute show pony. I mean, huge feet, big, big hair. I mean, his neck sits way up high on his shoulders. We remember the day that he was born. We've. This is the one that we've penciled the entire time is, hey, we think this might be our best Fort Worth American that we have. He is 1000 going to be a heavyweight at Fort Worth. He's going to probably be weighing at that 1500-1550 mark to look right. And again, this is a cap that we're going to want to stay in contact with on a regular basis. We have massive hopes for this one. Come and take a look at it at this one in person. I mean, he is, he. He is. He is very, very hard to make. And there's a reason why we continue to put these eggs in at such a high rate and high clip because these wolf ibbs are the real deal. And. And this calf is as good of a calf out that maybe we've ever had and as good of American as we've ever sold. And so I'm pretty high on this one personally. And. And we'll see what junior says about him.
C
No, for sure. I mean, this is one that, you know, making a ride at the ABCL at Fort Worth is on your list. And you definitely need to come check him out. The calf's extremely hard to make, like reach. There's a reason why we've gone all in on that mating. We'll continue to. When they crank out and look like this and like the baldy and you know, like, what was he locked. What's the other brother yeah. 12, 11. 11. Sorry. I don't know man. This one's been one that has hit me hard. From the moment he hit the ground. He's kind of a pet project because I always knew where he was. And what does me is we got running around up there. It's kind of hard to keep track of him, but we always knew this one was special. He's just arrogant and cocky in the way he carries himself. Like I said, feet and legs are great. Fat legs, hips, awesome. Has a kind of cobra neck and presence that like you said, the guy at Fort Worth seems to really tie into. I don't know man. Like I said and I'm sure I sound like a broken record. He's hard to make, but I mean it is. It's very, very difficult to replicate cattle that have this kind of check this many boxes and can still go out there and move and do all the things that they need to. I don't know man. Not much needs to be said. Come check him out. This is one that I think is definitely worth to drive the toller by himself. And you get there, look at the other kettle and you're like holy smokes. I mean we've got something here that we're very, very excited of and, and, and hope that everyone can get out there and check them out because it's a set that we're excited to stand behind and, and the people that have seen them seem to seem to agree with us. So again, one that we're very, very pumped about and it's going to be interesting to see where he ends up.
A
Yes sir. On 19 is the last lot of the sale and to be honest, I don't think there's a better way. You go out. This is an extremely high quality sim bra. There was multiple that were exhibited over the course of the last two, three weeks that replicate this one that are winning. This one is long necked that ties at the top side of his shoulder. He is extremely bold ribs, smooth shouldered at that. So he ties in real well to his fore rib and draws back to a deep flank. I love this calf design to his hind leg. I think he's got extremely high quality hair but I think that he is a hammer of a slick steer. Talk to me about what you all think about him. Obviously he's out of a cow in the 7,287 that we talked about before. He's out of how great thou art. So you know he's going to have great hair. I think it just depends on what area of Texas. He ends up at that'll best suit for his best endpoint.
B
Yeah, I guess I'm going to start out by saying you should have seen his brother. You know, we had two of them this year and it was him and obviously his brother and his brother ended up breaking his leg and his brother was absolutely incredible and obviously we could couldn't fix his broken leg. But I mean we had two out of how great they are on 7287. And I think we figured it out with her. I mean in God we trust. Those things are incredible. The wind and doubts out of her are incredible. But this how great thou art hit extremely hard on 7287 and, and it, it's replicated and reflected I guess in, in this calf. I mean he is massive footage. Big big ass, huge top, cool necked, big ribbed. You're right, he's not like got a massive shoulder on for a stout as he is, you'd think that he'd be a little bold shoulder. No, this thing ties into his four, four rib just perfect. And so I mean we have a video of him with hair on there and then we're like, let's see what he looks like quartered off and we're like, oh, this thing looks insane quartered off as well. And, and so yes, he could be a middleweight at Fort Worth. And look, I, you know, maybe you can go win the middleweight Americans at Fort Worth with him and maybe you can get a piece of the American at Fort Worth maybe. I don't know, I mean he's got that kind of quality. But man, this thing at San Antonio or Houston, I mean, it's going to take an absolute beast for a judge to pick anything other than this one. I mean he is flat out insanely cool. We have very, very high hopes for him. He's gentle, you know, you can probably tell by his video. But once you get this thing's head up and get him walking out, he is one of the coolest Americans and critters we've ever been associated with. And I mean, I can talk about this thing forever and ever and ever. What, what I can tell you is, is we have an absolute pile of these coming next year and we'll have an absolute pile of him the next year and we'll have an absolute pile of him the very next year after him because this mating flat out worked. And we only had two of them, one lived and one died. And what I can tell you is both of them were incredible tying hard here he says he is. He is as bomb proof as you could possibly make one. A lot of different directions you go with them. I. I double star this one, maybe even triple star this one. He is way, way good and pretty cool critter we got right here.
A
And.
B
And then I'll let junior talk to him about him because I think he hearts this one, too.
C
No, from the moment this one came out, I mean, like, just his color alone is intriguing. And then you, you know, coming up, people try to teach you how you need to look at cattle. And you start at the ground, and this thing's feet are big and, like, fat and squishy. The surface area that he sets down the ground, insane. Big legs. The angles are all correct. I mean, he's as close to perfect as you could make one in terms of his feet and legs. And you get up to his. His hip and hind leg, and you know how striking he is from the side colors. Elite. I've told Reed ever since he was little. Let's look. If az showing, I'd probably be bugging you and driving you nuts to be like, hey, we're not selling this cat. Like, this is what we're trying to go show. Because I do have the utmost confidence in that calf. It's a weird set because there's several in here that I think can be banner hangers. But, man, if this one can't hang a banner, I don't know. I mean, it's. It's tough. We rack our brains around matings. We rack our brains around what we're doing next. And it's like, on this deal, it's like, just don't overthink it. Just keep doing that, because obviously that. That worked. Like I said, I mean, we love talking about this thing. We'd love to show him to you. Obviously, everyone that comes through finds him. I don't know if we mentioned 7287. I mean, she's obviously young in terms of her progeny, but we had a class winner at Houston and the ABC deal yesterday out of her white walker. So, like, those would be three quarter sibs of the in gods out of her in this sale. And again, a cow that's just kind of getting started writing her page in history. But I think if we hang on and see what's to come, it's going to be good. That that cow's going to hit. She's going to hit hard. We feel like just this set alone, there's several in here that can and will do that for her. And we're excited to see how it goes from here because obviously, she.
A
She's.
C
She's playing hardball, and it's pretty evident in the progeny that we got here in the sale. So, again, we're very, very excited, not only in this calf, but everything from Lot 1 to Lot 19. It's a cool set to be involved with. We stand behind every single one of them. We think every single one of them can be very competitive and be very successful. Reach out if you got any questions. Love to talk to you. I'd love to show them to you. Tolar is pretty accessible on your way home from Houston. Again, feel free to reach out with any questions because we're. We're excited about the set.
A
Absolutely. Well, you can find it on Steer Bear happens on the 29th. All I gotta say is this far, this has been one of the deeper sets for rvr, and that's not to take anything away from the past, but I. This set is extremely deep, and there's a lot of variations in terms of types and kinds and what you can do. So with that said, I'm always very grateful to be able to represent y'. All. Grateful that you all have the ability to trust me to represent your stock with all this said empowerments here. And we'll see you all next time.
B
Thanks, Westmore.
