All right, guys. I haven't been live here often the past couple weeks. We've been super busy with finals here at college and been on the road quite a bit taking care of a lot of things. So we're starting to get back in the gist of things and got a few previews lined up for y'. All. Very excited about the ones that we're gonna offer up here and just kind of start it off, get back in the gist of things. Obviously, if you know me, you know I'm tied in well with Trademark Genetics and the Fisher family. I love representing them and being able to part of their operation and family. And so with that said, Madison's gonna be on here. They are offering Lot 8 in the Angus Elite sale happening on December 11th. It's a pretty unique ordeal in the female that they're offering this IVF cycle on has made a significant impact on their operation. We're all pretty fond of her. We can't wait to see what her future holds. Madison's going to talk to her about her a little bit and we're going to go over a few things that kind of solidifies why she's so important there at Hempstead, Tex.
B
Hey, so I'm Madison Fisher and I'm from Hempstead, Texas and I'm with Trademark Genetics. It's a pleasure to have me on here. I'm pretty excited about this offering, especially with this flush that's taking place in the Angus elite cell on CCI Live. The sale happens Thursday at 3:30 Pacific Time, which is 5:30 Central. And she's Lot 8. So I'm actually offering a flush at a lady driven 450. So that's a show heifer I've been hauling around this past. She's been pretty successful this past show season. She won her division both open in Junior show and Cattleman's Congress. Then later on she was named grand champion in the Houston Livestock show and Rodeo. Then she was pretty had a pretty successful run this summer where she was fourth overall female at the Red Angus Youth Expo this summer in Springfield, Missouri. So we're pretty excited.
A
Absolutely. So kind of talk about the story behind the heifer and how you acquired her before we talk about the lot specifically.
B
So yeah, it's pretty. Pretty funny story, I guess. So last year, my freshman year, I saw this Facebook ad for this Red Angus heer that Cody LaFrance had posted and you know, I messaged him on Facebook and was like, what's the story about this Heer? You know, she's pretty unique. He was like, well, you'll just have to come take a look at her. So, you know, I found out that Prague's not that far from Tonka, where I go to school at noc. And, you know, as soon as I showed up and I saw that heifer in the pen by herself, I was like, I texted my parents and I was like, you know, we need her. She's the one. You know, she's so unique as far as just her foot size and how square her foot shape is as well. Yet she's still so flexible and stout at the surface, and that's what's really refreshing. Yet she still comes with the bold body type and so much rib shape and power on top of a such high tying and proportional look from the side.
A
Right. And with that said, so talk about all these unique features that she has especially for the breed. What is this lot that y' all are offering to the public? What do y'. All. What are y' all offering? What does it obtain? What do you think offers the best look for anyone that's interested?
B
Yeah, so I think this lot's pretty unique. So we're offering a flush. Like I said, I'm guaranteeing two 60 day pregnancies and it's an uncapped flush. So whatever she produces, the buyer keeps. I'm also guaranteeing a minimum of six embryos, and she's available to flush mid April. She'll calve right after Congress in January as a coming two year old. So, yeah, I mean, I think it's pretty unique offering, especially to get started, you know, just to if you want something to get your hands on some high quality genetics that are proven, you know, I think this is a great opportunity.
A
So if I am a buyer of the lot, you're obviously the owner. What is your guidance telling me what bulls she'd probably pair to best when it comes to flushing?
B
You know, So I think a lot of it depends on what your operation end goal is. I think, you know, she's so functional and flexible. I think that's something that's unique for the breed, that makes her versatile for a lot of different bulls. What I would do personally is flusher to duff. No fear. There's several other bulls out there, like Riz territory, even Hollywood or John Wick, that are very popular. I mean, I think something that would be interesting too is to also flush her to Moon Pie. You know, those are genetics that are very hard and, you know, they're very exclusive and hard to get your hands on. And things like that. So I think that would be pretty unique. But again, it's all depends on what the buyer's end goal is and what their operation goals are. You know, I think she'd work in, you know, any environment and no matter what your goals and what you're trying to achieve, I think she could be just as successful anywhere.
A
Right. Well, we talked about sire, she'd make two. Let's talk about her sire as a whole and kind of her genetic backing. Obviously she's out of that man pinnacle and he's been stamping really nice heers left and right.
B
Yeah. So she's out of a man Pinnacle 7:12 and she's out of a Durst Emily 726E. And you know, I know that cow specifically is a cornerstone for Wyatt Durst up in Kansas, but you know, she's backed by proven genetics. And you know, I think the bull's also very unique as well. He's the one that gave her such the high tying and wild look up front. But you know, especially with us and you know, our cow herd, what we focus on is cattle that are built right but still have the body shape and dimension to go with it. And I think she exceeds all of those standards. You know, like I said before, she's got the volume, she's got the dimension, yet it's still impressive. She throws it with such a high tying and feminine look up front. And that's really hard to do when you start making these cattle so powerful and opened up. It's hard to still get them to come with that pretty and feminine look up front, especially keeping them built right. So I think this pedigree makes it unique because one, it's a complete outcross to anything that we have. So that makes it pretty unique for us. But you know, I think, you know, going back to that cornerstone and things like that, it's definitely something that would be interesting to gravitate towards to get an impressive genetic opportunity to add back into somebody's herd for sure.
A
Well, I know anybody that is, that is excited or interested about the lot, Madison or Mandy would gratefully pick up the phone and answer any and all questions. I know Madison has made several phone calls trying to let people know that the lot is available and and willing to, to take interest in. The sale is obviously we talked about taking place on December 11 live in Las Vegas. Madison told you the time, but Pacific Time be 3:30 Central Time would be 5:30. The sale is able to be accessed through S.C. the catalog is and it's being taken place to bid online on CCI live. We're all pretty excited about what the heifer has to offer. I know that she has a special place in Madison and Mandy's heart and pretty excited to see what the future looks like with the heifer. We wouldn't be doing a preview like this on just one lot if we didn't believe in it full heartedly. And I'm grateful to have the opportunity to be able to represent trademark once again. You got any extra comments that you want to add, Madison, before we kind of wrap it up?
B
Yeah, I mean, one thing that I'd like to add too, that I forgot to mention earlier is, you know, this heifer's not just a show heifer by any means. You know, our cattle are picked out specifically to thrive in both the show ring, but also in the pasture. And, you know, with her foot quality and functionality, I'm confident that she will thrive as a donor cow and she will be a cornerstone in my operation. So, you know, with her bowl center square built and maternal look from this side, I mean, there's not more you can ask for in a female, but I'm confident that she will thrive.
A
Well, if y' all have any questions, y' all know where to contact Madison and Mandy. Their. Their contact info is all over our page and if you can't find it there, it's on their website and Facebook page. And Mandy's got a hold of the tick tock and I know she's been making videos or trying to. So if, if y' all have any inquiries, y' all know who to contact and where to get it from. We're pretty excited to see what happens on December 11th. We appreciate anyone who's tuning in and interest here on the platform, but we're pretty excited for the future of this female and what she can do for. For the person that ends up with the lot. So this is what it's all about. Empowerment's here. Thank you all for tuning in. Hopefully we can get some more previews knocked out and see what the. What the future holds with these previews. We're liking them a lot, so we will talk to y' all soon and tune in later.
