Man, am I grateful that I brought this little mic with me that I can just bring everywhere because I've been able to do two previews here while we've been at Winter Workout. I'm currently sitting at this office desk in a Best Western somewhere in Oklahoma. I got no idea where I am at, but extremely grateful with the opportunity that I have tonight. Today. Tonight is the 17th. This preview will be released the morning of the 18th. We're very, very excited to do business with the World Family. They've got a tremendous two sales that we're going to cover tonight. They're combined but different platforms which I'm sure Carter will elaborate on. So it's not confusing at all, but very grateful that they're believing us and everything that we're doing here on the platform. So Carter, if you want to introduce yourself and what y' all kind of do and how the sales are working and after that we'll go through the lots, you bet.
B
No problem at all. And first of all, I'd like to thank you guys for asking us to be on here and looking forward to it. I think you have a great thing going, a good podcast. I've listened several of them and it's awesome what you're doing. We're looking forward to doing business with you down the road as well. With that said, as you just mentioned, we have a couple sales coming up here this Sunday, December 21st. And it's two sales that are kind of separated that I both have to deal with. Number one, the Ward Brothers sale December 21st. That'll be a mainly focus of my family's Angus cattle. And then there's also one main Angus Heer that goes back to those same genetics there in that sale as well. And then some embryos that'll be on that. And then the second one will be the Campbell Ward Hereford and Multi Breed sale be the same night, December 21st. Both of them are on SC online sales. Colby Tabor is a rep. You can get a hold of him if you want. Just go check them out online. Campbell Ward sale handle more of the Herefords. I think there's going to be four to five lots of those. And then we got a Lemmy, two main Angus, a semi. A lot of good cattle that'll sell on the. It's not just our sales. A lot of good sales on sc, so looking forward to it. Thank you for having us, Weston. I appreciate it.
A
Yes, sir. Starting off, we're gonna cover the War Brothers. Merry Christmas. Online heifer sale here and the first lot That I see come up is a purebred Angus heifer. Y' all call her WB Princess534. Honestly, probably not a better way to start off in my opinion. One that's real refined and neat and just looking at pictures, but very maternal in her sweep from forward to fl. Looks extremely flexible. But cover the story on her and. And what entails, you bet.
B
Yep, you bet. People that are involved in the Angus Angus industry probably know about her cow. Her registered name is Exar. Princess6680 was my last show heifer triple crown winner. One of the winningest Angus in the history of the breed on the heifer side of things, and has been an incredible producer for my family and has really jump started all this for me down the road. So not a better way to start off than lot one. We call that cow Pebbles here at our place. She is somewhat of a matriarch, if you will, and kind of the leading producer, leading donor here. Thousand percent and just an incredible cow. Most people in the Angus breed know about her, I would think. And yeah, lot one is a very, very good one. She's a full sister to several females, have done good on a national level. The Coon family showed one that was third overall at the Atlantic Nationals there in Maryland, there in May. The Holst family show showed one that was very, very successful as a heifer. She won the cow calf here in Missouri at our preview show in our state fair. So those cattle are doing good in production. And then the Dowling family here in Missouri just won the Ozark Empire Fair Angus show with another full sister as well. So lot one, she's a 20 out of pebbles. Incredible way to start. I. I could go on and on about them. I tell you what, look at her video, look at her picture. My girlfriend Mandy, she did an incredible job doing all that. And the heifer just kind of speaks for herself and all that kind of stuff. The genetics kind of speak for herself. That is an outstanding female. I think she's one of the best summer borns we've ever raised in our life. She's a June cow and actually this summer won the bread known with a June herself. And I'd put this one up against her as well. So it's a great way to start off the sale. I have a lot, a lot of faith in this one. I think we are keeping half interest in her just because of the upside and the potential of her and the genetics that go with it as well. So great way to start lot one there.
A
Awesome.
B
For sure you bet.
A
In lot two, you have a dignity heifer. And if I can say anything, I've done a couple of these previews, and I've seen these Dignity females. And I mean, it's just known to everyone that he consistently puts out awesome females. And I think that's a good representation of what, lot two, you bet?
B
Yep. Dignity, incredible bowl. If you look at his lineage, unbelievable as well. And on both sides of this, Lot 2's pedigree have champions on both sides. So dignity to go back a little bit. Angus, people most know it. He's an insight out of Nowotzki's famous cow. That again, very, very, very popular. Incredible animal, deserved to win. Unbelievable Raising good stuff. Raise dignity, full brother and executive decision, all that stuff. These bulls, they're working real, real hot. And dignity is exactly like you said, on top of things, I think this is one of the first ones out of this 1052 cow. And like I just said, there is national champions on both sides of that, this pedigree 52. And we'll see that cow here from lot two to lot six, 1052 is my brother's heifer. She won junior nationals and 2011, 2012, 13, somewhere in there. And then she was reserve in Denver in the open show at the. The national ROV Angus show as well. And then just been a tremendous producer down the road here. When we get to the next slide, I'll probably speak of it a little bit more, but my dad, he. You could probably talk about this a little bit further as we go, but you could probably tell who wrote the Ward brothers or my family's Angus cattle footnotes compared to wrote the Hereford ones and all that. And I will give my dad a lot of credit. He is an incredible speaker, and he could talk cattle so, so well. And he just hits lot two perfectly, we think a mile. This female, I think we're keeping half of her as well because it just a knockout pedigree. I think it's one of the first ones of these. And that female is outstanding. Take some patience. She's skinny, but she has all the right pieces. Any livestock person can see that. And I don't know if you watch the video or not or seen the picture, but this one's really, really special.
A
Absolutely.
B
For sure. Yeah.
A
Well, then another 1052 heifer. And she's a March born out of a different sire, the Prairie View Farms marvel. I've never seen that bull nor, I'm gonna be honest, have ever seen any progeny out of that bull. And That's. I haven't done many Angus previews before, so kind of give some background about the bull. And then let's talk about the heifer because she's pretty neat as well, right?
B
A lot of good cattle have been sired by Marvel. We use a lot of PVF bowls. We use a lot of Insight Suns. They work tremendously on our cows. Marvel, he's done it again past Marvel. We just look at this lot threes pedigree alone. And I was getting to this before when we were talking about lot two. So this marvel, my 1052, this lot three, she is a foals. And where are you? Where are you from? One Water.
A
Texas.
B
Yeah, Sweetwater. Terrific. Okay, so from Texas here a couple of years ago. I don't know how long it's been, but Braxton Cole, they're in Texas, the foster family, all them. Braxton Cole, young man, showed a really, really nice Angus heifer in Texas. That one did very, very good. A lot of those majors. I think she might have won Denver as a calf. I think she wanted as a big one. Then she won all those majors and Big one or a couple of them at least. Regardless, this Lot 3 heifer is a full sister to her. So awesome. She came in skinny from a co op. Herage came in late. Little older, little skinnier. Her builds there. The pieces are there. That one is outstanding. Going to be a heck of a producer. Has the pedigree. Needs some time, some feed. Right. Maybe as a bread. I think she's going to be impeccable. Pedigree right there. Speaks alone for itself. It's winning genetics again, for sure.
A
And selling full interest is something that's real good, too, on that situation.
B
That's exactly right. Yep, yep. I just think that one's going to be deadly as a bread with her look and all the pieces she has and that pedigree. They just get better every day. That's why we like cattle here. So you bet. Awesome.
A
Well, then in Lot 4, you got another 1052 on Prairie reviews Kingpin, which I have heard of. And you're going to be selling full interest on this one. Be honest with you. I briefly looked over all the lots and I think lot, lot, lot four might be one of my favorites just because I'm right. Cow power. I mean, that thing just looks super, super dense to me.
B
Oh, yeah. Yep, yep. That's a little Maybourne heifer. Actually, we could probably hit a couple points here on 4, 5 and 6. They're all full sisters. And just to speak Briefly of that pedigree, the kingpin out of the 1052. We just spoke a lot about 1052. One of the matriarch families here at Ward Brothers and pvf, all that raised national champions and daughters, all this kingpin goes back to the same cow family as 1052. So that's 4, 5 and 6. They're all double bred. Lucy's, that's, that's the cow family there. When it's, you know, every kind of species kind of do these things but when it hits, it hits. And boy, has this worked really, really good. This kingpin, 1052, these three lots, they were full sisters to the high sellers and our live sale here in October. And these are just a little bit younger. Two of them came in from the co op a little bit later as well. So a little skinnier but incredible pedigree that May is on point. Could go win that division and the Angus I think right now if she could because she's chubby, she's ready, she has all the pieces. She looks awesome. 5 and 6 will take a little bit more time, but I mean just looking down the road, kind of like that lot two and three, I mean they again they got the foot size, the bone that the Angus are looking for and still the good fronted, good body type and have the right pieces. They just need some time to put it all together.
A
Absolutely.
B
That makes any sense. But no, Henry's there and all the, all the pieces for sure.
A
Awesome. Well, you got 4, 5 and 6. They're all full sibs. Obviously 5 and 6 need a little more time. But ain't nothing wrong with that when they're built right. All selling full interest is what it looks like. So make sure to dive in on those. Lot 7 got a main key out of that full tilt bowl and I've seen a couple heifers out of that bull I think online. I think it was last year maybe, I can't remember exactly, but all I know is I love me a key heifer and I guess that goes with some of. We're seeing all these in God, low key heifers. Brock Walshin's has got a few. I've seen some others have a few. And that's not related to this heifer in any way, shape or form. But this one is very, very cool to look at.
B
You bet. Yeah, it's. So this is, I don't want to say an accident by any means or anything like that because it wasn't. But if it was around Plattsburgh, Missouri, here At Ward Brothers, this meeting probably wouldn't have happened at all. But I'm, I'm very, very glad that it did and maybe turn some eyes here and there. So yeah, this seven, she's a dual registered female. She'd be a main Angus or she'd be a low key as well. And just to go through her pedigree, I don't know much about the sire at all. We'll get to that here in a minute. If you look at the cow side of things, it goes back to Pebbles. She's. That cow is a. Or I'm sorry, this heifer is a granddaughter of Pebbles. The cow is a direct daughter of Pebbles. We call her mother Swifty and she's a rally pebble. She was one of our high sellers selected by Jen Cenis there in Illinois and they showed her very successfully there. And yeah, they, they stuck her with some Cavanese main bull. And we thought it was kind of crazy at the time being some Angus guys from whatever, Missouri here, but it worked out really, really nice. That calf came good for sure. Yeah. So all along we were kind of cussing them and you could tell Joe and his whole family were kind of happy about it because she's really, really nice and absolutely her, that Swifty, her mother, the slot 7's mother is a full sister to Hoffman's families. The Hoffman family's female that was just supreme champion at the Nebraska AGR in Grand island actually just this weekend. So awesome. A little bit of a plug there, I guess or whatever. But I mean what you're seeing here is it's all kind of about cow families and all that and all goes back good stuff. So.
A
Heck yeah.
B
Yeah, it's exciting, you know.
A
So then in your live lot of this war brother sale, the Merry Christmas one, you got the PVF marble heifer. And then the Dane is another cow we haven't talked about yet. She's new purebred Angus April born definitely from a consigner family. Just talk to me about her briefly if you'd like to.
B
He bet Lottie. I haven't actually seen her until we got her in the picture pen. And a very special animal. Up headed, good looking, big feet and legs to go with it. Sired by that marvel that we just talked about earlier. That makes some champions and a good cow family. The roadies are some awesome people. They live around here. They buy some cattle from us and consigned a really good female here in Lot 8. Really high quality. Gonna be an awesome one for a good individual. Nice Attitude and all that. She looked really nice in the picture pen when we did her. We're pretty excited to be have her a part of the sale as well, so. Yeah, you bet a lot eight there.
A
Well, the nine and 10, you got three or three IVF sex heifer embryos in either one two different matings. So talk to me about what those two matings are like and what they've done for y' all and why y' all are offering them.
B
Yep. So the Lot 9 is a rally out of a cow that we called Nikki six. Nikki would have been a high seller here a couple years ago. That's a Pendleton Pebbles cow that did very good as. As a calf in it, as a big bread, actually. She was reserving her division at Oklahoma City and has just become one of our top donors here again. Goes back to that Pebbles cow family as well. So the rally Nikki Sixes have been awesome. Again, that would be those embryos would be three quarter sibs to that swifty heifer that we just talked about that Jenseni bought a couple years ago and then also to Hoffman Seffer that just won this weekend as well. So three quarter sibs to both those females. Awesome genetics that Nikki6 is going to be big time here down the road, no doubt about it.
A
Awesome. And then what about Lot 10 as well?
B
Yep, Lot 10. We got some executive decisions, which we just talked about that earlier. I actually own part of that bull. He's a full brother to dignity. So an insight that goes back to that nowadsky how that did so good and is doing awesome things, no doubt about it. And that has done really, really good for us. These are executive decisions out of Pearl. Pearl is another Pendleton Pebbles that we kept part of that we own with the Wall Rod family here in Missouri and Kansas. That female was reserving her division at Junior Nationals. She raised a high seller in her first calf crop last spring. Just raised she one of her embryo calves was just champion Angus here at our Chillicothe show here in Missouri this weekend and then was fourth overall also in ring B. So that cow's doing great. These would be maternal sibs. Those. I would definitely check in on both those embryo lots as well. If you can't afford anything else, it's pretty awesome set of embryos that my parents put in then for sure.
A
Absolutely. So on this sale, the Ward Brothers livestock Merry Christmas online have for sale. It's happening Sunday, December 21st. They are located in Missouri. If you can't get a hold of Carter, Marianne and Jack's number is on there as well. And if you can't get a hold of either three of them, Colby Tabor's number is up there as well. And I'm sure he'd be glad to answer the phone. So with all this said, we're going to end the premium on this sale and then we're gonna go talk about the word Campbell sale, where all the awesome Herefords are. So with that said, thank you all for tuning in, and we'll see y' all in the next preview. All right, now we're back. And we got another sale for the word family, but they're doing it with the campbells. It's on December 21st. Again, that is with the other sale. They are combined, just two different separate sales. And we're going to start back up with Lot 8. As a Hereford female, she's a contender bonnie and is a Marchborn. It's a polled Hereford. Carter's going to talk about her and her genetic backing and why she's being offered to the public. I think she's a phenomenal female for sure.
B
You bet. Lot 8 here in the Campbell word side of things is very special female in my mind. And again, if you read through the footnotes there, we're going to keep half interest in this one. I mean, we just think a lot of her, and I mean, extremely massive dimensional if you see her video there. But just the way we want to make cattle built. She's wide, she's genuine, she points her feet in the right direction. Plenty of foot size and a good foot shape. She uses her joints and angles extremely well. And, you know, she's a full sister to just a lot, a lot of good cattle. Our high seller and our October Hereford sale. Or November, sometime in there, beginning of November, whatever. She's a full sister to her. She's a full sister to the supreme champion at the Missouri State Fair this year. Third overall at Missouri State Fair last year. The mother of this lot 8. I should probably bring that up because we're going to talk about her a couple of times here. This Bonnie cow, you bet. She's kind of our big time Hereford donor. She flushes incredibly and every one of her calves are very, very high quality. And it's awesome. I've never had a donor that could do both produce that many eggs and have consistently make them that good. Bar Pebbles cow did that in Angus would be a lot richer than what we are right now. I'd tell you that right now. But our Bonnie cow and the Hereford is doing that. And she's doing a tremendous job. On top of that, she was reserve national champion at the Junior National Hereford Exposition. I can't remember what year it was. Reserve polled female, like during COVID years, sometime in Kansas City. And just a tremendous job. So she's doing awesome. That contender, Bonnie Deal, has been a never missed. And this one is just phenomenal. Pretty proud of her. Excited about her for sure.
A
I would be, too.
B
Yep.
A
And then in Lot 9, you got another Bonnie. But the sire is on demand. Talk to me about the bull. This one is a Maybourne. She's another cold heifer, as flexible as any. Just watching her video right here, Right.
B
And if you read my footnotes on that or anybody does, kind of how we want every cow or animal to be made, in my opinion, she's maternal. She has incredible dimension rib shape for a Maybourne calf. And she's heavy and looks like a calf still. She moves just incredibly like you just said. You kind of nailed that and just phenomenal. She's not the prettiest fronted one in the world, but you get her on a halter, she cocks off. She does good. And then she just has every other piece to go with it. Sky's the limit. Breeding wise, show heifer wise. I think if I was judging, she'd do very good, obviously. But most Hereford guys, I think, would appreciate her. She is lights out and going to be a really, really good breeding piece and a good show heifer. Has an awesome attitude. Young showman's gonna have a lot of fun with her, no doubt.
A
Awesome.
B
Awesome.
A
Well, then in lot 10, you got a. What y' all call a Ms. Traveler 2350. I assume that's one of Yalls cows. She's an April born, another pulled heifer. Just look at her picture and I immediately think of something that's striking and very arrogant. Her body shape and rib shape is awesome in my mind.
B
Yeah. So this is a interesting lot here. And again, if you read my footnotes, I don't really know where to begin about her or where to tell you the story. But if you read that, you'll kind of find some stuff out. We bought the Pick of the Herd and the. The National Hereford Sale in Oklahoma City from this Roush family in South Dakota. Peter and Jacob, good friends now, incredible people. And just have a phenomenal set of cows. I'm glad we purchased it. We actually doubled up and we just kind of out of nowhere, left field decision. But it was. It was a good decision because we got two really good cows. We got two really good Calves on the side of those Cows. This Lot 10 is one of them and that's why I bought that cow. She's pretty old and still looks really, really nice. And this female is just as you read in the footnotes, hopefully that she's an indication of what those cows can do. This is an outcross pedigree for the show ring. Like you just said, she has an upheaded look, she has an incredible rib shape, she moves awesome, nice haired, has all the pieces of these showbred things, but more of a production pedigree. And in my opinion that's something that you don't come across very, very often. And as I said in my footnotes there as well. This is the future of Campbell Ward, her mother, this heifer retaining half interest in as well. Possession will be negotiable on her when she is a cow because I think I might want to look at her every day. So if that for sure, yeah.
A
Well then in line 11 you got a limb flex. And I absolutely love studying limb flexes. I've been trying to get associated with it for the last year. But she's a dignity April born and high tying huge rib cage flexes like no other. Just watching her video. Talk to me about her and how you acquired her.
B
Yeah. So again, just kind of a funny story. Like dad, he used this one's mother they called Google. It's daughter of the famous Larissa cow or the charmed of rat lifts there in Kansas. And obviously made her mark on the industry and respectfully so. She's an incredible specimen made incredible daughters, incredible granddaughters. Here is one of them right here, right now. Her mother was a national champion. And that's where the funny part comes into it. Dad actually used her use this lot 11 mother to win Oklahoma City. And then just years later owns that cow. He calls me here in November, says I have a really nice lemme heifer. If you want to talk about selling her. I said send me a video. It didn't take long for me to fall in love with that one. And then it just became more natural when he told me about her mother and how dad appreciated her as well. Again, that cow full sister at all these of. I mean everybody's got one and they're winning left and right. So I don't know where to go along with that. That Lot 11 is good as any of them. She came in a little skinny and green. She's putting it on like crazy. Again, the way we like to have calves is they get better every day. That one's never missed a step. Look after that one down the road. Yeah, for sure.
A
Well then in Lot 12 you have a main Angus And I have done a preview and talked to Willie Weiss about the bull. All me. I absolutely love the calves. Big hair, big feet and legs that come with a huge body. Talk to me about how you acquired this one. I mean she's impressive. I like this one quite a bit.
B
You bet. 12 and 13, they are both raised at my partners in the Herefords, Jake Campbell, Terry Campbell. Incredible cattlemen, good people. They raised some really, really good ones and again raised a lot of my Herefords for me. Awesome cattle people. These two came from them. I don't know a whole lot about the cow. I know she was a really, really. I've seen her in person. She is awesome to look at. She was a high dollar one that came from Wisnefskis there in Illinois. Terry told me and I think she's a Luke daughter. But this main Angus deal, it's outstanding for me. And we talked about that earlier in the Ward Brothers sale. It's just a good mating and they just, they just correlate very, very nicely together the breeding in general. And these, this all me on this cow, it just offset perfectly. And these two, they're a little bit different, but again, as if you read my footnotes, they do the basics very, very well. They're incredibly well built. They have awesome feet. They have big feet. They're good shape. They move their legs and joints and angles the right direction, the right way. Their hips are really, really good or their hip is really good. And they have a sharp look about them. They're a little bit different stages of their maturity. This 12, I would say kind of the longer bodied, real feminine, real good looking one. You know, she might not be 12 o' clock right now, but down the road I'd probably put my money on that one. Now 13, I mean she's ready to roll. I mean big bodied, wide, good made thing, no doubt about it. Ready to be successful in the show ring right now. Again, in my footnotes, I kind of wrote that. 12, she's a puppy dog. 13 is easy to work on, blowing, washing, all that kind of stuff. Thirteen, she's a little fast on the halter still, so probably needs a little older showman. 12 is ready to go with a 5 year old probably right now if you wanted to.
A
Awesome.
B
Yeah. So we like to hear. Yeah, good, yeah.
A
And then lot 14, you got a three quarter Simmental. She's a March born, she's out of that Bold move Bull. Talk to me about how you acquired her. She looks impressive. Looks like huge feet and legs. A lot of female quality to that one, right?
B
Yeah. This one I'm pretty high on personally. I found her in Illinois or. I'm sorry, Indiana. Found her in Indiana. My good friend Joe Horseman, and just kind of fell in love with her the moment I saw her. Three quarter blood shows as a percentage, but it's one generation away from making a purebred. And with this Lot 14 build, I think, again, what I said earlier, kind of the sky's the limit with this group because she is just made awesome. I mean, again, we could. I've kind of made this set where their structure is impactful and build and their feet are awesome. And she does that so, so well. Like you just said, her feet are huge, legs are big. But for that in that breed, she uses them so, so nicely. She's laid in good about her shoulder and knee. Beautiful hip and hind leg and just reaches perfect. Especially for how long. She is, again, a little skinnier than to win a jackpot show right now. But I think I said in one of these footnotes that build structure never goes out of style and it'll last a lifetime. This is the kind that I would want to build a herd off of also. Especially with her pedigree, especially being one generation away from making a purebred with her kind of build.
A
Absolutely. 100%. That's awesome. I can edit this, but you want to bring up the X lock.
B
Yeah. Okay. Yep. And then actually, now that I think about it, there will be three embryo lots on that sale also. But I'll bring up that X lock first. Then I could talk about those embryos real fast. They're all kind of the same thing, so it'll be easy. Yeah. How do you want to bring that up? Just.
A
I can bring it up.
B
Okay.
A
I'll just say something and then I'll let you take it over.
B
Yeah, go ahead.
A
So then you've talked before. You obviously posted something on your Snapchat story. It's an X lot Hereford female that you're going to be putting up here as well. And then we talked about maybe a couple embryo lots that are going to be posted. So run through those for me as well so people know when they're posted.
B
Yeah. So I kind of just was making a joke in my Snapchat earlier that everybody needs an X lot in their sale because that kind of seems like the hot thing to do right now or whatever. This was Just kind of an accident. Why? We have an X slot, but it just turned out unbelievably incredible. She's a full sister to be the lot eight heifer and the first lot in our Campbell Ward sale. Another contender. Bonnie, we just talked about those genetics, how impressive they are. That cow, national champion, whatever, great genetics. That female is impeccable. She got in late. That's why it's an accident from the co op herd. So we just got her clipped today. Hopefully we'll get her picture tomorrow. She'll sell on Sunday in like three days, so we'll see what happens. But yeah, she's a very, very nice female. Really excited about her. If you saw my Snapchat, you could see the kind of quality she is. And again, that pedigree never misses. It doesn't seem so. Yeah, excellent. Awesome. You bet. And then, yeah, the embryo lots. I'm sorry about that.
A
No, you're good.
B
Yeah. So all three of the embryos. Lots. There'll be two lots of 22, 96 is out of our Georgie Hereford donor, or G was one of Bowen Graves first show heifers that was reserve grand champion in Denver when she was a big bread and just an outstanding donor cow. Again. We have a lot of nice Hereford donors, it seems, but that cow's done an exceptional job. She raised an $80,000 heifer here two years ago. She raised a $25,000 heifer that we just sold this last spring that was very successful showing as a fall born here this summer as well. And then I was going to do that math. I think she's averaging about 11 or 12,000 per calf, even if you take off that $80,000 one. So pretty awesome genetics. There will be two lots, three a piece, obviously. Embryos times whatever amount. 22, 96 out of that Georgie. And then there will be one lot that is a Thomas county. One lot of three embryos. Thomas county by Georgie as well. So awesome. That cow knocks it out of the park. Flushing as well. So we have a bunch of embryos built up. Those will sell no matter what. Excited about them. They're good stuff.
A
Awesome. Well, with all this said, this is part two of the the ward sales. This is the Campbell Ward edition. It's got all the Herefords, the awesome Lim Flex, main Angus, everything in between. We thank y' all for having interest in the sale. I'm grateful that the Ward family gave me the opportunity to do this. Can't wait to see how the sale goes. It happens Sunday on the 21st.
