Foreign. It's a weekend. And we are back. We are horned up and we're going deep, deep into the next week of Love Island USA Season 8. We've got episodes 10 through 14 to discuss here. We've got people dumped from the villa. We've got new couples, we've got old couples resurfacing. This is absolutely insane. Sean, do you feel like you have a grasp on people's names now?
B
Definitely better. I don't know if I have all of them. There's still a couple of characters of a cheat sheet up next to me now, so hopefully that'll help.
A
There you go. I love that. I'll also say this, fellas, I. We talked about last week about how your love for these people just grows and grows and grows and you just care so much. That is absolutely still the case for me over here. But I will also say the way that my emotions have flip flopped on certain people who I thought were the greatest people in the world and now I'm not so sure. I'm on a roller coaster. I'm on a roller coaster in the villa here.
C
Couldn't agree more, Dan. It is a roller coaster, dude. And I can't wait to get into it because I. And I know Sean, sweet Sean is always so nice because he's a real people. But I'll tell you what, I fucking hate some of these people already. Hard H dude.
A
You hate.
C
Oh yeah. Gotta get him out. Gotta get him out. I need to get out of here, pal.
A
That is awful. That is absolutely awful. We are not, we are going to get into all of the craziness. But like we keep saying, I think we gotta just dive in to our favorite moments. Some of the craziest moments we left last episode with Bea getting tossed from the island.
C
Yep.
A
So let's begin from right there. Anything pop out for you guys? Any crazy moments right off the bat?
C
Dude. I have a question for you guys because there was also the. The soul Casey thing like that happened from all this recouple, you know, like. Like that went down right away and I. And which we'll get into because that was a saga for this whole week. But I have a question for you guys. I literally don'. Why you wouldn't go on Love island and on your first two days when it's still open and it's like, you know, whatever to meet everybody, try as hard as you can to get your good match. But whoever you get with, whoever you get put with, even if it's not, you're like, oh, I really wanted Keda or she wasn't there, but I really wanted Kenzie. And like, I got Anaya. At that moment, I think I would just go, I'm just going to be the most lovey dovey, like, full on boyfriend. This whole never even every time a bombshell walks in. Don't even look, don't even talk to them. Like, refuse to kiss them in challenges because, dude, you will win the show. Like, at the end of the show, they'll go, that couple was amazing. Here's 100 grand. And then after the show, go text Kada or whatever. Like, go fudgeing, text whoever you want. Like, this is no contract. You just meet the girls there, be a prince charming, win the money, and then be like, okay, peace. I'm out now. I'm going to talk to everyone.
B
Stakes need to be higher. It needs to be like 90 Day Fiance, where you. Where you are married to the person you leave with. I totally agree. I think that's a problem that they're having in this. In this season. I imagine it was. Apparently wasn't like this in other seasons, but I mean, as Saul said when she left, it's. Or Saul said when she left, it's like it's Couples Island. It's. Everyone's got together on episode one and they've stayed together ever since. And you can tell the producers are trying to engineer things to try and break it up a little bit, but everyone's like, everyone's locked in and have been locked in for a long time.
A
Yeah, it's well said. And what's difficult is there's a part of me that when Soul came in, I was loving Soul. Soul shook things up. I loved what was going on with Sincere because I felt like Sincere and Melanie were an absolute hurricane that would destroy every bit of civilization and that needed to be removed. And Soul played her part in helping that. But when Soul there was the moment with the pie, and then now this moment where I'm kind of like, sol is. Has emotions. She reacts to stuff. But the couple's island part is a fair critique. It does feel like my mentality, like you guys saying up the stakes. I completely agree. I want two new bombshells literally every day, same dude.
C
Come on, say it.
A
I want Love island to be called. I want the next season of Love island to be Love Island Bombshell City. And it's like every day two new people come in. Because frankly, as much as I like seeing these relationships, like, growing and progressing and all of that, I need more drama. I need More stakes, because, yeah, these people are just married now. I feel like I'm watching a bunch of old married couples.
C
Dan. And all the people in a tough situation, which I admit there are, by the way, like, the Kenzie, like, right after this, when America split couples up. So it's like, hey, Kenzie, you're now with Caleb, no longer with Corbin. Sincere. You're with. Or not with Mel. Whatever. Those are tricky. Like, you don't just shut off feelings. But it's. They all are such hypocrites where it's like, they're like, I deserve to be able to make out with my new couple because I'm exploring, but also, I'm gonna make out with my old guy, and he can't make out with his new couple because that's hard for me to watch. And I'm like, no. Like, Sean, to your point, incorrect. This is makeout Island. Suck it up, dude. Like, it is not couples Island. It's. Yeah, that's driving me crazy.
A
Remember, there was that moment. Did you guys catch that moment where Casey actually mentions that it felt like breaking the fourth wall of Love Island? Sean, do you know what I'm talking about?
C
I don't remember.
A
There was a moment where Casey. Oh, it was after. We're jumping all over the place here. But it was after the islanders voted and they bounced Gabe. Oh, and they're talking about the. The reasoning. The. The gals are talking about the reasoning why they did that, and they're talking about, like, being promiscuous. And then it cuts to KC Doing a talking head, and he's like. They're saying he's promiscuous. It's. We're all making out with each other every single day, doing all these stupid games. He's just playing the game. And that was the first time I've heard someone acknowledge how insane it is how everyone makes out with each other every day.
B
I think they had a problem with lustful. I think they. It was.
A
Yes. They were like, he's so lustful. And he was.
B
It's Love island, dude.
C
They made him sound like the devil shot. Like, they were like, he's got horns coming out of his head and. And a spiky tail. And I was like, dude, calm down. You are all banging. You are all literally banging at night next to each other.
B
I am genuinely confused as to what the. The logic was with. Because they. They. The only justification that. That they really gave. That the girls really gave for kicking out Gabe was lustful, which I'm not really sure what do you think was the real justification? Because I don't even think that they think that that's the real. That's just what they came up with to justify their answer. But why do you think they went with that?
A
No, I, I, I think you are. I think that's kind of, like, spot on. I think it was just a very clear difference between the two of them. But let's. Because that was like, kind of the penultimate thing that happened in this breakdown. Right? Those get to getting bounced. So I want to, I want to come a little bit forward here. Let's, let's, let's talk about Zach and Kada for a second.
C
Okay.
A
Because early in these episodes, we have episodes 10. What's that?
C
I have my great first gaslight of the week here. So keep.
A
So we have EPS 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15. We're just casting.
B
We're.
C
I think 11. I think 11 through 15. 10 was last.
A
Was last we. We had. Okay.
C
All right.
A
So 11 through 15 here. Zach and Kada, who feel as though they are my strongest couple in a lot of ways. And the, and the other islanders felt the same way when they sent them to. What is that room called?
C
Hideaway.
A
Hideaway.
B
Hideaway.
A
The hideaway. It felt they felt the same way. So right before that, we get a snippet of Zach and Keda in bed talking, and Zach telling Keda that he doesn't want to have sex with her because if a bombshell comes in, he doesn't want that to, like, blow up their things together. And if they were to have sex, it would make their connection even stronger, and it would complicate things.
B
That's what we want.
A
Kata was definitely like, excuse me. How did you guys feel about that moment from my British boy Zach?
C
Dude, dad, this is my gaslight. She goes, exqueeze me baking powder. And he goes, he goes, no, no, no, no. I'm. I was saying if we. And some new dude comes in and turns your head, that would suck. And she's like, no. You literally just said, I don't want to. And then immediately meet a new girl. And she's. And he's like, no, no, no. I was saying, you, you need a new guy. And I was like, bro, that is nuts.
A
Zach has felt like, like that moment felt so. I am a classic guy who has been obsessed with the chase and this beautiful girl, and I finally got her, and it feels like k is finally reciprocating my strong feelings for you, and now I'm getting disinterested but then everything Zach does after that is the opposite. Like, he's the most jealous, clingy guy ever. I can't figure these two out, dude.
C
They rattled me, too. In the hideaway. I'll jump to right there, because Keda is like, spank me. Get the whip out. And then Zach kept being like, really? You want the handcuffs? Are you sure? And then, like, after, the girls are like, what happened? And she's like, there were all these sex toys. We didn't use any of them. I was like, zach, dude.
A
Like, Keda is just being like, let's. Let's wave our freak flags, pal. And he's like this. No, put. Pull those flags down.
C
Yeah, I don't get it.
B
I wonder if. If Zach is going to be in season two, a heated rivalry. Maybe he has, like, a. Like a Shane Hollander thing going on right now, or. He doesn't.
C
He prefers to be the hole. It's a. It's a peg in the whole world, Sean. He prefers to be the hole. Yeah, dude. He was looking at Bryce's dick, which I want to get to later, but he had a. He had a good gander at Bryce's dick.
B
Like, there's a lot with the. With the. You know, the. My favorite couple, Zach and Bryce. Like, I just feel like they're going to be the ones that walk out with the money after they have this revelation and discover something about themselves.
A
I'm pretty sure in the letter episode moment, Zach. Zach makes some comment that's, like, caught on camera where he's like, can I write a letter to Bryce? Like, that is the bromance of the show, man.
C
You talked about a roller coaster, dude. I actually. Here's my biggest roller coaster. I don't like, or I'm liking Zach less and less every time he's on screen with Kada. And then I immediately like him more and more every time he's on screen with Bryce. Like, I. I really love him when it's just the boys, but then when he's with his girlfriend, I'm like, ah, damn it.
B
Bryce makes him a better man.
C
Yeah, it's true. Exactly.
A
But we get our. We get our first official smash session with these two in the Hideaway, and it's. I say official because it sounds like Jen and Gabe are clapping cheeks under those sheets every single night when the guys are talking and they're like, yeah, you keep doing the little tent thing with your sheets there.
C
And he's like, I thought I have fun.
A
Yeah. Yeah. Unbelievable, dude.
C
What was good with the Don't. Or the donuts. What was good with the hot dogs in the soccer challenge? Do you guys remember that? Like, yeah, you have to eat it. Literally every person was like. And I was like, what is the food budget on the island? Can we get them animal hot dogs?
A
Well, what I assume is that it was like a cold hot dog.
C
Yeah.
A
And if you've ever eaten a cold hot dog, it's. It's not the same.
B
Exactly. So I'm old hot dog for sure.
C
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Actually, it probably gets pretty hot shot. Pretty friction. A lot of blood flow. Probably.
B
Yeah.
C
Okay. Yeah. Or wait, Dan, what did you ask? You were asking about Jen and Gabe banging.
A
No, I just, I, I, I said that they were an unofficial bang sesh, which is great, dude. But for as far as moments, again, as we're trying to navigate through this, basically we have the BIA is gone. We've got the new couples. I think we got to get to the letter moment, because the letter moment, you know, we, we have more moments of Casey and Anaya kind of on the rocks trying to figure out where they're at, because Casey was saying that he was interested in soul and he didn't explore that. And it's getting in Anaya's head, and Anaya's being like, hey, what's the deal here? That leads to the letter episode, which I thought was great manufactured drama by the show.
C
That was a good recoup.
A
That was a great recoupling. So in this moment, this, this is the first moment for massive shifts in how I feel about some of these islanders.
C
Good, good cook.
A
But in this moment, we had the obvious ones of Zach and Keda writing letters to each other. We had Gabe and Jen writing what I thought were actually quite lovely letters to each other. And credit to Gabe for writing. And then I think he said he translated it, which is great. Or something like that. But either way, that was great. Casey and Anaya have a. I thought was a lovely bit tearful moment where they're kind of like, hey, like, here are my actual feelings. We do really like each other. We'll have more drama coming to that later. But then the big ones were Caleb and Kenzie together with Corbin still being an issue. Corbin and Mel together. Are they exploring that? Do we like that? And then sincere and soul together. Start off. Mackenzie opens her mailbox. She's got two letters.
C
Bang.
A
Letter from Caleb, which is nice and sweet. Letter from Corbin, which I have to admit, was better.
C
I, I, dude, it's a comp. It's a Competition, too. It's not even who she likes more. She's like, unfortunately, this letter was better. So you fired.
A
I think absolutely. What is said in those letters plays a part.
C
Agree.
A
And Corbin's letter was like all of his stuff about being like, this is worth not quitting and. And fighting for. I was like, dude, that's going to get you every single time.
C
Yep.
A
And then Caleb opens his mailbox. It is empty. Corbin opens his mailbox. Letter from Kenzie and not one from Mel.
C
Yeah.
A
Worth noting.
C
Yeah.
A
Curious your guys's thoughts. This moment was the beginning of. Or not even the beginning, frankly. This was the nail in the coffin. I don't trust Kenzie. I don't like Kenzie's morals. I don't like the way she, to quote the Islanders, don't like the way she moves. I respect. You got a point about someone else on this Later, CP I respect playing the game, but there's. I think there's a way to play the game and explore without lying. And she's a liar, dude.
C
Okay, so, Sean, I want you to.
B
What was the lie that Mackenzie said?
A
I think the way Kenzie was jerking Caleb around and frankly, Corbin around was not cool. I think she.
B
I thought. I thought everyone, including Caleb, knew that Mackenzie was trying to get back with that with Corbin. I think that was very transparent at the same time, not being like, I don't want to be with you, Caleb. But she made it. I thought she made it pretty obvious to everybody that she was trying to get back to Corbin.
A
I think. I think it was obvious. Okay.
C
Because this was a point. I had this. The moment I wrote down in my notes here, Dan, was this. It's funny you said lying, because I wrote this is the moment in the show where I realized everyone is lying. And my interpretation, Sean, was this. Kenzie is going to Caleb. I. With you. Obviously, I was like, she likes Corbin more, but to Caleb, you know, they're kissing a bunch and that she's going, I'm. I'm willing to explore this. But now that I see the letter and right after the letter, the girls ask her and she goes, I'm so happy, like, yelling. So I'm like, okay, so you actually were never interested in Kayla, which is completely rat. But Mel did or do what Melanie did. I know she doesn't like Mel do what Melanie did, which is like, I'm literally going to sleep outside. That's how not interested in exploring Corbin I am. We haven't kissed. We haven't slept together. Like, if Kenzie had Done that to Caleb, I'd be like, fair play. Kind of dramatic, but fair play because, like, Melanie is dramatic, but the. All the, like, hanging out with Caleb and kissing Caleb and chatting, when I'm like, dude, you don't like him at all, is that. That felt.
B
Maybe she was trying to convince herself that she liked him.
C
I think she was.
A
Hey, Sean, that. I'm.
C
I.
A
That's okay.
C
I'd be.
A
I'd be okay with that. But it's the, like, I think you were right. It was so clear. She's more into Corbin, but I just felt like she was going and making out with Caleb and being like, as Chris said, like, I'm into this. Like, let's give this a shot. And then she would also say, like, by the way, I haven't been kissing Corbin. Like, I'm not doing anything like that. And I'm like, are you guys basically fud in that make out sesh? So let's not tell this poor guy that you're not making out? And I think, like, again, this is where I respect her for. She's playing the game, dude.
B
We.
A
We do all always have to remember, like, I suppose this is a game show and there's money at hand, which is like, kind of funny when we think about it. But when she.
B
When people are writing love letters to each other and they've known them for like seven days and they're like for
C
literally their eyes out almost, it's like weird marker, too. Can you get someone a pen?
B
You still don't know if they're like a shoes on or shoes off household. And you're writing these, you're writing these letters to them.
C
Dude, that's so funny.
B
I get where you're coming from. Now with Mackenzie, she was maybe a little bit misleading to Caleb, and poor Caleb had to get cooked for like a couple days.
A
Sean, that was the worst part. Like, poor Caleb. Remember last episode, guys, where I referenced that show that I can't remember where there was, like a normal dude on the show and then he, like, left after a day.
C
Yeah, yeah.
A
Caleb's got to get off this show, dude. He is, like, too sweet and genuine for this type of a show.
B
Because you say that, you say that, but most recently, he's not now swerving in on like, look, you're in my good graces now, Caleb, but you can't go around stealing people's whamming. You gotta. Yeah, I know. It's, it's, it's. No, but it's a game a little bit. And Stuff you gotta win. You gotta win some hearts. Because otherwise, if you're on the island and you're not getting anybody, you're gonna get kicked off eventually. And it was just by pure luck that the women didn't go with the same logic that the men did in case, yeah, who's going to get booted off? But it's like, it's not a good look to go up to a girl while she's talking to her couple and be like, let's go talk. For what was seemingly a very long time. And then I was very disappointed with K's reaction.
A
Dude.
B
He was. Dude, he was like, you're really locked in with Zach. And she's like, no way to express that.
A
I have written down in my what the moments. I have written down, Kate is saying, quote, she's still super open. I was like, girl, what? Like, what the. Like, you got like, you're still. The way these people act. And then the way they all. It all cuts these moments where, like this. Yeah, like, we're obviously still super open. And I'm like, tell that to soul and her head's gonna spin off her body, dude.
C
Yeah, because it doesn't feel like Bryce and Trinity. And I have a ton to say about them, but they are the only couple who is like, no, I'm pretty happy. And I'm not. I'm not open. Like, Katie and Zach and. And I and Casey, I know they went through but an eye and Casey, like, Sean, the endings episode is like Casey being like, yeah, dude, I'm excited to meet a new bombshell.
A
I'm like, dude, so to quickly go back to the Kenzie thing, Sean, I think you're right. Like, that might have been Caleb's Breaking Bad moment. Like, that that might have turned him into a villain. And he's now like, okay, it, dude. But yeah, like, my only issue was it just felt like this guy was given no chance because, like, he walked in and everyone was like, this Kenzie is obsessed with exactly you. You are a blonde, southern dude. Easiest dunk of your life, pal. And like, everyone in the villa was going, go talk to Kenzie. Go. And Kenzie, when talking to him would be like, yep, you're exactly my type. Let's make this work. And she had zero intentions of making it work. And I think when he kind of is able to say something, he's like, I wish you had just told me that you were completely closed off and you. All you wanted to do was get back with Corbin. And then my larger issue and this is no disrespect to Corbin because I actually love Corbin. I think Kenzie's interest in Corbin is purely sexual. And who can blame her, because he's the hottest dude I've ever seen.
C
Yeah.
A
But I am, like. It's like when she would talk to the girl, she'd be like, yeah, Caleb's just like, he's younger than me. I was like, damn, that's tough.
C
That.
A
That's why he's getting debted.
B
And then it's just like, mackenzie's only invested in Corbin because of his looks and not because when he was a child, he was so creative that he made a rocket ship out of boxes. Like, this is the most insane fucking. Whoa, child prodigy. What a unique life experience you've had as a child.
C
Dude, shout out.
A
You did what literally every boy has ever done when cardboard boxes have been around.
C
Dude, how about this? Sean? I flagged this one when they. He finally had one chat with Melanie. Like, they were like, we should give this a try. And he. He goes, I. I'm a videographer. And Melanie goes, I write movies. And I was like, please, God, please, if there is a Laura, please, I need to see Melody write a script. And Corbin shoot it, and Corbin shoot it, and please.
B
That'd be great.
A
Hey. I will say in the Prince Charming, this has nothing to do with those two skills, but in the Prince Charming challenge, I thought Corbin's acting was phenomenal.
C
He came out.
A
He was, like, getting into it, and I was like, rights, man. This guy is. Is fantastic.
C
They had fun. They had fun with that one.
A
What do you guys. How did you feel about souls crash out after the letter situation? Because we didn't even touch on that. We spent so much time on Caleb Corbin and Kenzie. We then go to Sincere, opens his mailbox. Two letters, one from Sol, one from Mel. He ends up choosing Mel because his letter was in Melanie's mailbox, which was a. I was like, oh, my God. That moment. First of all, a lot of people were saying Mel's letter to Sincere was so sweet because there was all these references from, like, the 14 days they've known each other. I thought it was great. Like, I was like, how do you have all of these things filed away that he has said that you're now referencing in letter? But maybe that's me being too critical of how up and down crazy.
C
Is that what you said?
A
I thought it was a little bit. I was like, this feels like stock.
C
She's like. And attached at the bottom of the letter is A lock of your hair, dude. He's like, whoa.
A
But
B
wait. A lock of her hair? So he's giving her hair back to her?
C
Yeah. She's like, I snipped this off you day three, and I've been sleeping with it outside in the beanbag chair. And here you go. I love you so much. And he's like. And it worked. It worked, Dan. It's like, you totally, totally got him.
A
I. Listen, that was. It was pretty wild.
C
Well, Dan, I'll say this to answer your question, because I. You teed it up for us.
A
I.
C
When he first. Right before the letter, when he brought her for a chat, I was like. And he was like, I. I still miss you or whatever. I was like, this is bag work where. Because I've seen the Internet memes, I'm kind of behind. I'm always catching up on the apps, and the Internet has hates Sincere now, and I didn't quite know why. Then I saw that chat, and I realized, man, because he's. That moment was when he's doing that thing where a guy just wants every girl to love him. And I'm like, dude, that's not fair. Like, let. Let her go. This is. This is a game. And it's real feelings. Like, stop doing that. But then he picked her in the letter thing. I was like, oh, my God. So that was crazy. I don't. I blame Soul after the pie. I didn't blame Soul after this one.
A
I like Sincere is. It is the best. It is the most delicious drama of all time that this human being's name is sincere.
C
Yeah.
A
Because, like, this dude is a legitimate cartoon Disney villain. Like, I have never seen someone go on a show like this and just walk around and lie to everyone, like, the way he does. And I think that he actually, in his brain, thinks that he is just, like, being upfront with everybody. But, like, when he's, like, laying in a bed with Soul telling her all these things, and, like, you notice how he tries to, like, work her name into everything. He's like, you know, like, that's your soul. Like, that's your light that you're giving the world. And then he sits with Melanie because he's like, I'd just like to have a closure talk with her. And then he's like, of course. You're my number one. You've always been my number one. And I'm like, oh, my God, dude. Are you like, what is happening? Like, I'm actually starting to wonder if people. If the producers are feeding him lines because they need something this insane. But like that moment was insane. And it was a crash out from Seoul where she was just like the. The next episode, the next morning when she talks with him and was just screaming at him and he was just like sitting there being like, yep, okay, okay. I was like, I mean, I understand this crash out from her, frankly.
C
Totally, dude. Okay, I want to talk about the gate, the vote out. Because they vote the boy. They do the thing like, okay, now these, because of the other letters you guys are getting voted out. I wrote down that like before it even started. I was like, if this isn't Soul and Caleb obviously then this is such a fumble and whatever and it's not fair to them. But I'm just like, this is the situation and the boy and it sucks and it must blow standing up there. And the boys go, soul. And she's like, I knew. And it's, you know, whatever, whatever. So then the girls, when they first went like, did the one and two thing on Caleb and Gabe and it was a tie. I was like, is this even a conversation that you would do this? And I thought that was just good reality TV editing. I was like, oh, it's obviously Kayla. But they wanted to give it a little drama. And then they actually go, Gabe and dude, the. I have two questions. One, it's like, it's not like this is a submitted pick that they've like handed to Ariana on paper, you know, so the fact that the girls went second and didn't just adjust, like even if they picked Gabe. And then the boys are like, we're keeping Jen. How do they not just quick huddle and like, okay, obviously we should just change our answer because like that would be insane to rip this couple apart after they just wrote each other two love letters, but they just don't. And then dude, like I just want your guys take because that was fucking bonkers. And I have never loved the boys more than at the end of. I think that was 14 in the beginning of 15 when they were like, this makes no fudgeing sense. You are all fudgeing stupid and I will not hear another word about it.
A
You're not getting breakfast.
C
Yeah. I was like, yes. Dude was incredible. So what did you guys, what was your guys reaction when Gabe got bounced?
B
I was surprised at how Jen was
A
so like, well, you shit agree, dude. There was like the episodes leading up to that. Like I feel like Gabe was it Gabe asking her for a chat, which was so funny. Like they're in a couple. And Gabe was like, hey, can we go talk? And I was like, oh, my God, is he about to, like, dump her? But then he literally just sat with her to be like this. I think you're awesome. And, like, I have a lot of feelings for you, and I'm having so much fun with you. I was like, that was so sweet. And such a switch up from, like, horny boy Gabe in the beginning of when he was introduced. And then Sean, you're absolutely right. I expected that to cut to Jen and see her devastated. She was just like, oh, damn, bummer.
C
I thought they were going to be one of the most loved couples. I thought they were going to be a saved couple.
A
That's how I agree.
C
They're so tight. We're gonna pick them. And then they didn't get picked. And then they gas Gabe. And then Jen goes, I don't care. That was it. That was it. That was my first Love island moment of this season for me, where I was like, what in the fuck just happened?
A
I was very surprised by that, for sure. I did love the reaction. So, like, first of all, sending out Sincere to give the speech of why they're taking Soul behind the shed and put a bullying. Putting a bullet in her head was crazy work. Like, making Sincere do that was crazy. I'm surprised she didn't hit him.
C
Dan. Next ep, I'm gonna see. I wrote this down. Next app. I think it was Trinity. I wonder if I can find this. Somebody goes. One of the girls goes to the guys. I can't believe you guys made Sincere say that. And then they don't answer. Maybe they didn't just got edited out, but I was like, what? Someone answer that dude, why did you make him do that?
A
Well, but it's either like, that is either a. The producers were like, sincere, you have to do this. And then they also made some. Someone say that for the drama or it genuinely. Because if that just genuinely happened, these guys are. They're also villains. Like, that is crazy.
B
The guys, they just know what makes good television.
C
Yeah.
B
They just know what makes.
C
Because they have Corbin shot. They have Corbin because they have. Yeah, he's the videographer. He knows what he's doing. He's a storyteller.
B
Yeah.
A
And Mel is just sliding them the script. Dude. It's unbelievable. The. The decision to vote out Soul was correct.
C
Yep.
A
And I think what. I think what you're getting at. And Sean, I want your take on this. I think what you're getting at, Chris, is like, they should have voted out Caleb as well. And I. I Think I agree. And I actually read somewhere, like. I think I was, like, on Twitter or something, someone was reacting to this, and I didn't. I never thought about it like this, but someone was like, soul and Caleb should have been voted out because they failed as bombshells. The whole point of Bombshells is to come in and blow up a situation.
C
A couple. Yeah.
A
Soul came in. She temporarily blew up a couple and then failed, and they came back. Caleb came in, temporarily blew up a couple, and then they came back, and it was like, I actually liked the take that was like, if you're a bombshell on this show, you gotta know you're coming in there to disturb the peace. And either you succeed in disturbing the peace, or you're gone. Like, you don't get another chance to, like, oh, a new bombshell comes in, and now the bombshell will get together. Like, no, get out here. And I was actually kind of like, oh, you know what? I've never thought about Love island that way. And I think that. So that's actually, like, how it should be. Like, if you are. If you are a bombshell, like, if you're not in a couple by the end of two, it's almost like you should be automatically kicked off.
B
There's a couple of things with this show that I think should be a little bit harder with the rules. I mean, for one, like, the challenges, most of them are. And they're all. They're all podium slime. It's like, oh, you're gonna. You're gonna play at garden chess. And everyone's still like, whoa. And it's like, this is, like, their eighth time getting Nickelodeon slime on us.
A
And it's Sean.
B
The challenges should.
A
What is that?
B
You should. The hideout should be. Hey, who comes first here gets the hideout. And who comes last year is up for eviction. You know, that's like, that should be the challenges. And I know it seems silly to be basing who's, like, who gets to survive on Love island based on, like, who can, like, kiss with a football in between them? But it's also, like, the whole premise of the show is silly. So let's just, like, lean into this a little bit more. And can we come up with a better punishment than the fucking slime I'm seeing? I think of, like, how many people are there? Like, 12. This is, like, episode 15. We've seen, like, 140 slimes.
A
100, Sean. It's like, actually on the last episode, the. The Prince Charming episode, when they.
B
It's.
A
It's not even, like, a challenge. They literally go in there and just with a sword stab balloons that then slimes them. And then, like, later, the poison apple is also slime. I was laughing out loud because I was like, so we're just. Yeah, we're on double dare here.
B
Slime inside the football thing. I was like, this is so, like this. There's so many. You can make a based around the sport of.
A
Of soccer.
B
And they couldn't think of anything other than, I don't know, fill the thing with slime. I don't know.
A
Yeah, fill this, like, plastic ball with slime.
C
It's so lazy.
B
It's so lazy.
C
And yeah, they should have, like, better breath cereals.
A
Okay, Chris, collect yourself and say what you have to say.
C
The hot dog. One, two, Sean. Where they're like, mustard, ketchup. Mustard.
A
Oh, yeah.
C
And I'm like, why are you doing it?
A
And Chris, that was like, they're getting bukhaki'd by, like, ketchup And Masa, like, they're just, like, randomly doing, like, the leg up. And then it's just like the whole,
B
like, a lot of this is clearly, there's the producers. There's producers who have fetishes, and we're leaning into that. We have. Fetishes are clearly on display. Fetish is clearly on display. I mean, they stopped doing normal sexy lingerie in, like, episode three, and now it's like, just kink clothing.
A
Holy hell. So to go back to the voting out, one of my top moments, and I'm not. I'm not trying to pick on Kenzie here, but I loved how after it's at the beginning of this latest episode, Chris, when the guys were like. They all get together and they're like, all right, let's, like, have our reasoning here. When the guys were like, if. If we use your logic, we would have voted out Kenzie. And, like, the girls were like, what? And I was actually like, I. In my mind, I was like, kenzie might get voted out here because they. They could have been like, dude, Kenzie comes in. Zach stands on red and doesn't choose her. She mopes around. She then jerks around Sean for, you know, several days, and then he gets voted out. And then Corbin is the new guy. So she's just like, oh, that's the easy option. Because Corbin here. And then the second Caleb gets brought in, she's like, everyone automatically has to set Caleb up with me, even though I've been making out with Corbin and then makes out with both of them. Like, she was just as promiscuous and just as lustful as Gabe.
B
Also, she doesn't know how vision tests work and was gaslighting people.
C
This is my second gaslight of the week. Sean. This was incredible. That was awesome.
B
And also, she was saying, oh, I. I never dated a younger guy before, which is exactly what she was complaining about. I think it was. Was it. Sean was like, oh, like, you're not my typical type. Like, the hypocrisy coming out of this woman every episode, all time.
C
Sean, she's all tough, dude. Old Caleb, that she has 23. He goes, I have 2013 vision. And she goes, I have 2030. And that's actually better because I. It's completely backwards. Like, she's like, I can see at 30ft, but you can see at 20. And I was like.
A
And then didn't. Didn't she try to invoke, like, nursing school, too?
B
Yeah, like, dude, yeah.
A
She was just like, you're wrong. I went to nursing school. And I'm like, right.
B
Were they had it mixed up. And now he's going to go through his life with incorrect, being misinformed, and it's all.
C
Until he watches this episode of. Of the Empty Netter's Love island review.
B
Yeah.
C
Correct.
B
Get him on here and we'll do an eye test and we'll test who is the best. That should be a challenge, dude.
A
Yeah.
C
Scene. Sean, she's with Corbin, and she goes, I like listening to rain to fall asleep. And he goes, white noise. And she goes, that's not white noise. And he goes, what do you think the ocean is? And she goes, not white noise. And I'm like, I have to. I googled it.
B
I was like, I'm. That is definitely white noise. I googled it. And the only definition of white noise is that it hits, like, a multitude of frequencies that the human ear, like, which is. Which is rain, which is waves, which is.
C
Yes. She's so overconfident, out of control right now, dude.
A
I'm telling you, she's becoming the villain before our very eyes. Like, I. I was like the. I was the biggest Team Kenzie guy ever. And she's just like, she's out of control out here. She's. She's drunk with power.
C
All time Gaslight.
A
And I. I. So I also wrote down I loved how. So after that, the kick out, four of the boys went to talk about the decision. Four of the girls went to talk about the decision. Kenzie and Corbin went and had their own conversation. And then I forget There was like two other people who went somewhere and did something else, but whatever. Corbin calls out Kenzie immediately in that moment. And I was like, rights, dude. Like, he was like, hey, just so you know, like, the guys were talking about voting you out and like, don't get mad at me, but I'm just saying, like, you have behaved promiscuously as well. And she denies it.
C
Yeah.
A
To him, to her couple. Like, she was just like, no, no, I haven't been, I haven't done any of this. And I'm like, dude, we gotta, like, you want me back on your team, girl? Like, you gotta start owning your actions. And I, I'm worried, I'm worried about her, man. She's like, again, she's drunk with power.
C
Big time with you on that, Dan. Big time.
B
In fairness, if. If she wasn't doing that, almost no one on the island would be and the show would just be watching a bunch of happy couples not talking to each other. So I'm happy to. I. I'm gonna give props. She knows what makes good television too.
C
Yep. So we need her, dude.
A
She's a star. She's an absolute star. Like everything, everything she does is like she's witch eyeing and she's, she's dancing. Like, she's, she's great for tv, she's amazing content.
B
But she needs to get her eyes tested again immediately. Yeah.
A
Yeah. So the, the last. Or not the last things, but the next elements I have are my last thing about Kenzie, that next morning when she then like went and sat on the dock by herself and was like saying words of affirmation and being like aurb. I was like, dude, are you, were we playing like victim card here now because of the con, like, what is happening? But let's get into the. The latest episode. The big moments were we had the, the Prince Charming thing was in this latest episode, right?
C
Yeah, I think so. Latest episode. Wasn't that action packed? Honestly, like the one before was the big shit.
A
Yeah. You know, for sure. But we had Caleb Shaun to get back to what you mentioned way earlier.
C
Yeah.
A
Caleb pulling Keda for a chat was a big moment discuss.
B
I think he realizes he needs to get with somebody. And I think that given that, you know, after the whole kissing thing from the Prince Charming thing, he was like, well, here's somebody who's clearly interested because Zach was right that Kayla was really kind of like maybe a little bit too excited about some of the princes coming by. So it seems like, well, here's something we're not Starting off from total zero, like, we kiss. So this seems like this is a good opportunity for me to get in there with somebody. And also, you know, obviously, Kate is beautiful as well, and he said it was, like, who initially caught his eye when she walked in. Yeah. So. So, yeah, I. I think what's going to happen is that there's going to be some turbulence, but it's going to be really interesting seeing how Zach navigates this without disturbing the. The.
A
The.
B
The bro hood.
A
Yeah.
B
All the guys. Because it was.
A
He's a jealous boy.
C
He is. Dude, did you. I didn't like that comment from her where she was like, good, be jealous. It shows me, like. And I was like, oh, God, they're young.
A
They're young, and they're having fun.
C
Yeah.
A
All right, do you guys want to get into our top quotes?
C
I want to ask you a couple other things before the words. Just want to send stuff I wanted to bring up to you guys. I'll go through. We've said most of them already. Okay. I'm saving that one for quotes. Oh, dude. Zach, a couple times in this week in a challenge would, like, completely toss someone under the bus. Usually Casey. You know, he'd be like, we're positioning this person because of this. And also, I just wanted to say Casey is in love with Soul. And then after he had a comment to K in a chat after where he was like, God, I feel like I keep getting everyone in trouble after these challenges, but, you know, I just got to be real. And I was like, do you have to be.
A
Yeah.
C
Do you have to sewer everybody in challenges for no reason?
A
Like, I assure you, you don't. You don't have to do that.
C
That was insane, dude. That's the.
B
When people are getting dumped off of the island, why aren't people throwing more spanners into the works here? Like, even just lying, just being like, you know, Casey actually hugged up with Soul and then just, like, walk off on that and then just watch the chaos ensue.
C
That's a such a good call shot.
A
That's Sean. That's what Sol should have done on her way out.
B
That's what she.
A
She should have been like. Yeah, she should have been like this. Anyway, Zach, Kenzie, and. Yeah, just throw a grenade in there and walk out.
C
Yeah, I have some trinity goat moments. Three in a row here. 1. She was the only one who said she's given a foot job, and she, you know, she's doing the foot thing, and I was like, God, dude, my queen. And you're you're in defeat. Yeah, I am now, dude, if that's how this is gonna roll, I am now. If she wants to bring the slime out, Sean, bring the slime out. She can slide me head to toe.
A
Chris. Finding. Finding out Bryce is a massive foot dude, and Trinity is a. Is clearly a freak. I was like, these two are made for each other. Yeah.
C
And then she goes. There's one time where she's getting ready and it like, she's just going like this. And she goes, sometimes I'd just be touching my titties, like, yeah, hell yeah. I love that. And then this one too, she had. Bryce was like, talking about music, and he's like, I play trombone. And you know, like, they were. He was just like sharing their interests. And he goes, because, you know, we should know more about each other because, like, someday we'll be. We'll be ugly. And. And she goes, I ain't being ugly,
A
dude. And then, and then he goes like this. Yeah, me neither. Yeah, she won him over immediately.
C
God, that was awesome. I wrote. I just love how Gabe and Jen are non stop. You said that earlier, Dan. But just, they literally just bang the whole thing.
A
It's so funny. And like every time a customer, she's just like, yeah. Like, he just, he loves touching me. Wink, wink. And I'm like, yeah, dude. It's so funny that people are waiting for the. The hideaway and Gabe and Jenner just like this. We're just gonna. In front of all of you. Whatever, dude.
C
Yeah.
B
Any flat surface on Love island has been desicc.
A
Is not safe. Is not safe.
C
Yeah. You do not down. They keep bringing benches out of challenges. The producers are like, no, don't let him see it. No.
B
Like, oh, they slimed this one already.
A
Jesus Christ.
C
After dark. Netters after dark. Dan, I wanted to reiterate to you how insane the lyrics are in the song choices. Like, it is as if they are AI generated.
A
No, dude, I, I. You pointed that out last episode and there was. I forget what moment you, you maybe you can remember what moment it was because clearly what is making you say this is the same moment that I heard as well? I was like, I was looking around my house as if I was in the Truman show looking for a cat. Because I was like, this is not a real song. There's no way this is a real song.
C
Song was like, I hate to walk away from you, Anaya, because soul is here.
A
I was like, it's like the songs in Paddington where it's like, take your soap and water. Like, it's like describing what's literally happening in the scene. I was like, this is fake news.
B
This is not a Paddington poll. In this economy.
C
I love this economy.
A
This is the first and only time Paddington and Love island have been compared.
C
That was so good. And then there was when. When right after, like, they had to vote people out and they hadn't picked Zach yet. Zach goes. He. He goes, man, I wasn't ready to say goodbye to Bryce. Like, he was literally. Because he goes, if they didn't. If America didn't pick Kada and myself, I was kind of like, it's okay, We'll. But I wasn't ready to say bye to Bryce. And I was like, that is so awesome, dude. Like, they're such boys. And that immediately was followed by Bryce walking in in the morning and pulling his pants out and going, girth check. And Zach looks down, and he's like, pretty good. And then later, he was never. That conversation they had by the fire. He was like, that was long, dude. That was really long. That was like, my full boner. And Zach was like. Or Bryce was like, yeah, it was kind of like a semi. Like, they're just dick.
A
It was great also. And, like, saying, like, I wasn't ready to say goodbye to Bryce when, like, was that in jeopardy? Like, you know what I mean? Like, I. I don't understand what that moment was. I was like, yeah.
B
When you love something that much, even just the thought of this, the slightest risk of it being taken from you is upsetting.
C
Yeah.
A
Genuinely, Sean. That's what's going on.
B
This was if. Look, if season eight of Love island wants to take the world by storm, Zach and Bryce need to walk away together and win.
A
Yeah.
B
That's what.
C
I'm so with you, dude.
B
And then everyone can get behind everyone, Dude.
C
It's so true. Everyone on the Internet.
A
It's so true.
C
And then my last thing before the awards is, do you. This must be true. But do you guys think the producers make them ask each other how they're feeling about stuff? Or do they. Are they genuinely curious?
B
Yeah.
C
100. I was like, how is there no comments? Like, how about the Knicks? That's great. No one that cares about anything else.
A
100. Like, I. I think they must be instructed. Like, hey, like, guys, you can't just be chilling by the pool. Like, pull people for chats, like, ask out. Because it's like, every time they're like this. So how are you feeling about the challenge? Like, that is.
C
Yeah.
A
No one. No one talks that way, you know,
C
I wish they would mix in some normal ones at least, though, because obviously they're having normal conversations. At other times, I'm like, just let me see them actually be friends, you know, and interact. Yeah, that would be sick. Okay, let's quick take a quick ad break, and then we're coming back with our awards. All right, everybody, the weather is finally starting to warm up. I know it's nice all the time in la, but summer is special. And I think it is time for you to liberate your thighs from that winter slumber and throw on some Chubbies because the sun is out.
A
It's beach season.
C
I'm going to the beach all the time. I got my towel ready, I got my goggles. I'm gonna go do laps. But I need the right swim trunks, and nobody does that better than Chubby's because Chubby swim trunks are so comfortable. They're so stylish. You're not even going to want to take them off. A
All right, now let's get into our awards here. Let's start with our favorite quote.
C
Oh, okay. Did you guys write some down? If not, I could give you mine.
A
I got a couple. I got a couple.
C
Okay, Dan, you start. We'll go around. So we're done.
A
No, Sean, start.
B
I. I was curious. Earlier you said that we did episode 10 in the last episode. I don't think we did. Episode 10 was the.
C
Okay, maybe this was. Maybe it was this episode.
A
Okay. I thought so too.
B
All right, episode. Episode 10 was the. The after sun, right?
C
Oh, that's what it was. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
A
Oh, yeah, that's correct.
C
That's correct.
B
So and my favorite quote comes from after sun, when Sean's on the bed and he reads what the mayor has said about him leaving the police department for reality TV show. And it's this fuming, like, just disavow Sean entirely. And Sean takes a beat and goes, I guess he's upset. And that's basically it. And I love that I laughed out loud from that. Yeah. I was like, you fucking think?
C
Yeah, dude.
A
Sean's like, listen, like, you know, it is what it is. Kind of pissed off.
C
Can you imagine that energy with, like,
B
any of the women on Love Island?
A
Yeah.
B
Right out of him. It's like, I guess she's mad.
C
That is incredible.
A
So funny.
C
Okay, me next, Dan.
A
Yeah, go.
C
Okay. One of them I had was this. Came right after Zach and Kada did the, like, what if we bang and then someone else comes in thing? And she goes. She goes, so you don't. You don't want to. About having sex? And he goes, no, I do want to. If we were dating at this point, we probably would have done it like 10 times. And it was literally just like the kid who's like, I felt boobs before. Like, I said, how many nipples? I've seen. I've seen 20 notes.
A
We've had.
C
We.
A
We have sex all the time. It's non stop, dude.
C
We put it. Done it like 10 times. Just killed me, dude. It's okay.
A
That's awesome.
C
You'll bang. It's fine.
A
Okay. My first one comes from Jen, and it's like a moment where she's talking about her and Gabe and, like, how they. They are together. And she's like, yeah. Like, I'm just like, this is like. It's kind of how it is with me and guys. Like, every time I meet a guy, the first thing they always do is they're always just like, oh, my God, you're so hot. Like, I just want to touch you all over the place. And I was like. In that moment, I was like, like, have men said that to you upon initial meeting? Because if so, put them in. Like, what the are we talking about here?
B
Women all the time. What are you talking about, dude?
C
I knew she heard that from you, Sean. I was like, that's a shot.
A
The way she was like, yeah, Guys just come up to me and they just say, like, I just want to touch you. I was like, dude, oh, my God, that blew me away. Good. Not believe that.
C
Amazing. Amazing. Sean, do you have another one?
B
Another quote? I mean, I spoke about it earlier, but I did laugh out loud as well as when I was a kid. I was really creative.
A
I used to, like, yeah, do that in that moment.
B
Boxes. Turn them into rocket ships. Perfect.
A
That moment is all time. I only have one more. My one more is. It's actually, like, at the end of last episode, Trinity is talking to Anaya, and she mentioned. She's like, yeah, Casey was one of the only guys who wanted to keep soul around.
C
Around.
A
Just like. Which was the only time I've ever seen Trinity kind of like, so get in the mud.
B
Yeah.
A
But also, like, that's her girl, so I get it. Like, she's just, like, being a homie.
B
Producer note. Do you think the producer put Trinity up to it to go, like. Because obviously they had. They tried their best to make it look like they were rocks, and then when the letters came out, it was like, oh, I guess that whole thing was totally overblown. And we're probably only seeing edits from those only times that they talked about it.
A
Yeah.
B
And now they're like, well, we can't have the leftover couple from episode one be the people that win this.
C
Yeah.
B
Break them up.
A
No, I. I agree. Like, that's. There might have been something in. But I actually have something to say about that. But Trinity tells Anaya that. And then Anaya's, like, rolling her eyes, and she's like, God, what the fuck's his deal? And then she goes, captain Save a Ho over.
C
Yeah, dude, that was good, dad. That got me too.
A
Captain Save a Ho is hilarious.
C
That was.
A
And I was like, oh, incredible, dude.
C
My. I. I had two more. And they're the same thing, though. One was in one of the apps. You. You jump in on a conversation out by the pool, and they're talking about butt stuff. And Kenzie and Caleb are like, I've never done it. And Trinity goes, I tried. That hurt.
B
Well, she says, I haven't done it either. I tried. It hurt.
C
Yeah. Yeah. So good. And then later, dude, when Zach gets back from the hideaway, he goes, we did everything. And Bryce goes, what do you mean you did everything? You went in her ass. And I was like,
A
dude, Bryce rocks.
C
Bryce rocks.
A
He's like, bryce and Trinity aren't the greatest people in the world.
C
Like, they.
A
They just, like, say, whatever's on their mind.
C
You went in their ass. He was like, no, dude, we had sex.
A
Oh, incredible.
C
Amazing, Amazing. Okay, okay,
A
let's do best friend quickly.
C
Okay, I'll start. Dude, I. I don't know if this counts. I was literally going to say Gabe, who was my villain last week, because he truly doesn't give a. In a good way. It's what you said. Said about Kenzie earlier, Sean. Like, this is the show. Like, right, you got to do this. And. And he's so him, and it's awesome. Like, I actually really liked Gabe's personality and seeing his emotions now that he's been deleted. I don't know if that counts. And if it doesn't, I'll allow it.
A
No, I'll. Yeah, Trinity is the goat. I'll allow that. Gabe, pick. Like, when. When we do recaps where people have been deaded from the island, they. I think they're still allowed to be involved in selections.
C
Okay, give me Gabe.
A
John.
B
I'm gonna go with Zach. The. You know, he's. He's pretty jealous, and I think that he's gonna have his woman stolen from him, so he's gonna need some friendship from you. I think I. I know he's getting it all from Bryce, but I think he's a. I think he's a dude's dude. In. In many ways. Yeah. So I think Zach would be my best friend for sure, dude. The.
C
Sean, Bryce, Zach would go hard as hell.
A
Damn. That would go hard in many ways.
B
That would go hard in many ways.
A
Three ways. Some would say my. My best friend is going to be Corbin.
C
Okay.
A
Nice, dude. I think I. I love both your picks. I think Corbin is, like, low key, one of the most genuine people in the villa. I. I, like, I worry for him because as we've said, I think Kenzie is being a little selfish here. But again, Kenzie's playing the game, but I feel like Corbin is playing the game very. In a very gentlemanly way. When he was with Mel and, like, Mel was sleeping out in Soul Ties, like, he was never complaining about it. Every chat they had, he'd be like, listen, we're in a couple. Like, I'm down to explore. I am letting you know, though, that I have feelings for Kenzie. And I, like, he was always so above board. And like I said, I loved when he called out Kenzie because he was like, hey, like, if we're doing this, like, I'm gonna keep it real with you. I just think he's, like, he's pretty straightforward. And I dig that.
C
That same dude. I'm so with you. Okay, villain.
A
Or.
B
Or.
C
Yeah, villain. Is that.
A
Yeah, let's do. Yes. But again, this is not our least favorite islander. This is someone who we feel is behaving a bit villainous. Okay, Sean, you had strong feelings, so let's let Sean start.
B
Yeah, I, I think I dibbed Sincere. You know, he. In. In the words of the love is. You know, I don't like how he moves.
C
Yeah, but.
B
But I'm also kind of like. I mean, maybe I'm just nostalgic for the year 2016 because he has that style still. But the, The. I, I, He's.
C
He's.
B
I'm glad he's there because he's going to be super entertaining, and he's kind of the only guy who's being super entertaining. But the. I don't know.
A
Go harder, Sean. Go harder. Go harder.
B
Again, they're real humans, so I can't.
A
I know.
B
I think he's. I think he's. I think he's sketchy. I think he's sketchy. But you know, you know what? I already did sincere. I'm going to pivot mine just to. Just to contradict yours. Changing my answer to Caleb. I don't like how he was moving in on Keita. I don't. I, you know, he had a lot of moral currency from me because he was getting cooked for like a week. But the. Now, I. You can't. You can't do that. That. You can't just go and.
A
Yeah, right.
B
And it was just how he did it. It wasn't just like a casual thing. It was like they made like a whole scene about it. And he sat back there and he had Zach going like, you think they're making out? Do you think they're. Do you think they've been back there for a long time? And, you know, that's not. That's not cool to do to somebody.
A
Sean, that edit was really tough for Zach. The amount of times that cut to Zach being like. But seriously, do you think they could be kissing there? It's like racing and. Give the guy a break, dude.
B
He was. Yeah, but, yeah, I think. Sorry to have a wishy washy answer on it, but I think. I think Caleb might be my villain of the week just because that one scene and I'll let Sincere away this week.
C
He survives. Dan, you want to go this week?
A
If Sean is going to let Sincere off the hook, then I'm taking Sincere. Yeah, sincere is again. It's amazing. For the Show. And I love how. I mean, every episode I find myself being like, what are these two going to do? And my last episode, my. My villainous behavior was Mel, and they finally get back in a relationship. And then like, immediately in that first game, Mel's like, making out with Corbin again. And I was. And I know everyone's yeah. Each other, but I'm like, these people are addicted to the time bomb, Dan.
C
Yes, he is, dude. No joke. Like, that's addicted to drama. Crazy. Yep.
A
And since Sincere, there was one moment with Sincere where I was actually being like, dude. And I think it was when maybe when the. The girls voted off Gabe, it just kept cutting to sincere, and he was like, very audibly being like, what the are they talking about? What the are you. Do you remember what I'm. What scene it is like? And I was like, sincere. Shut the up, dude. Like, just let. Let, like, let this happen. But he is just like, yeah, he's addicted to drama, dude. He is. He. I think he is. I think he is villainous behavior. Big time. Yeah.
C
I was going to go. And this is. You're right, it's not villain in that way. I mean, I. The answer is probably sincere. But I was. I wanted to say I wasn't. I didn't like, Anaya was maybe your best friend, Dan, last week or she was really high last week. I did not like her at all this week. Only from. From the TV standpoint. Like, I actually think she's just really boring. And I was like, I don't. I'm getting nothing here except, like, you and this, like, manufactured drama. Like, yeah, but I have to have to last minute swoop villain go, Kenzie. Specifically for her reaction to not thinking she is the girl. Gabe. Like, they were like, you. Oh, dude, you did. You did this. And worse. And she, like, lost her mind. And I was like, just. Just say, yeah. No, I did. So, yeah, Kenzie, villain. Good day.
A
Yeah. She did the classic. She heard something she didn't want to hear, so she just kept going, no, no. And it was like, oh, oh, yeah.
C
But God, I love her still.
A
I love everyone on the show. Okay, my top two couples. Actually, I'm gonna start with my bottom two.
C
Okay, yeah, good.
A
My bottom two couples. And. And we all will always say we love all the. I genuinely. All these people rock. And this is just. This is what America does. I'm gonna go sincere and Mel, because I do not. I don't. I can't believe that that roller coaster is over. So I don't feel. I Don't feel strongly about that. And then here's one kind of pigging. Back off what you just said, Chris. I'm going Casey and Anaya, dude.
C
Dan. I'll just chime in because those are my two couples also exactly the same.
A
Casey and Anaya are simply not meant to be together. I think Anaya is totally right that she should not have to feel like a secondary or a safe option. And I do believe that's what Casey is doing to her. The fact that Case pulled SOL for a chat as she got bounced from the island.
C
Could not believe.
A
I was like, dude, you are like, you're just not in here. It also starts to feel like Casey's like a horny dude who wants to be like, making out and pulling Gabe and Jen clapping cheeks under the sheets moves. And Anaya's like, dude, I am not into hooking up in front of a ton of people. Sorry, that's just who I am. And I'm like, respect that. But this is probably not going to work. I think Sean's camera just died.
B
Oh, that's.
A
But it, like, to me, they're just not meant to be together. I think a bombshell needs to break them up because, like, this is. It's just. There's. It's. It's just not working, dude. It's just not working, dude.
C
I totally. Same reason. I don't even need to reiterate. Same reasoning they are. She keeps going, I'm over this Casey thing. I'm over them. I'm. I'm over the Casey and Anaya fake drama. Sean, who are your bottom two?
B
I think my bottom two is probably gonna be given again the cliffhanger ending of the last episode. I think Kate and Zach are looking
C
very, very, very rocky.
A
I think that's. I think that's fair.
B
I don't have high hopes for them to stick it out to the end, which is a tragedy because up until that last scene, they looked really, really solid. And even during the. The Prince Charming make out thing, like, he handled it as well as a jealous boyfriend could. I think my other bottom. I think I'd also have to put as Melanie and sincere. Yeah. And they're just also boring as a couple.
A
I think then I think, guys, we're all in agreement are. Or correct me if I'm wrong, but my top two are, without a doubt, number one is Bryce and Trinity. I mean, they are just like, dude, I. I also saw something on Twitter and someone was like, I love the little moments that just cut to snippets of Bryce and Trinity just talking, talking about everything going on in the villa. And it's like, those are the recaps that I love. Like, the way they react to everyone else is so awesome. And then weirdly enough, after everything we've been saying, I'm going Kenzie and Corbin because I. At the end of the day, for the, you know, however their movements have been, I actually think those two really fuck with each other. And, like, I think that they are catching real feelings. And I'm like, let's see if anything disturbs it. But I think they actually really like each other. And I'm like, okay, I'd like to
C
see this go well, dude, my second one. And I'm doubling down here. Pour it out. My second one. I'm technicality going Gabe and Jen, because I actually fair. I loved it. Like, I would. Right until he was ripped away from her. I was like, this is awesome, because I. It was just a fun love island couple banging every night, doing whatever the they wanted. It was great couple kids.
A
Yeah, I love that pick. Honestly, they probably would have been in mine if. If, like, I thought that, but. But then Sean made a great point. Like, Jen just didn't seem like she cared.
C
That did rattle me. That did rattle me very much.
B
At the time, it looked like she cared a lot, but it turns out she didn't care about him. She just cared about someone.
C
Someone.
B
Someone touching her.
C
Yeah.
B
Was what she really wanted. My top two are the same as yours. Dan, Trinity and Bryce, I think are the most solid and reliable, I think, to make it to the end. And then I think Kenzie and Corbin, I mean, they were. For the, like, two hours that they were apart from each other, all they could do was talk and compare their new couples with the. With themselves as a couple. And then the first you guys, they recoupled with each other. So I think, yeah, actually like each other a lot.
A
Did you guys. I'm. I'm also remembering a scene with those two. Did you guys get, like, flashbacks of being young and dumb and the way that you interact with people you're interested in? There's a moment where Corbin, like, pulls Kenzie for a chat. Think it was like, right before they had, like, that super intense makeout where she was just, like, going like this, and she was like, you.
C
You.
A
You ignore me. All you do is ignore me all day long. Like, I was like, you two are clearly about to make out and you're doing this, like, pretend fight thing. And I was like.
C
And then she goes, I love kissing you.
A
I was like, this is awesome. Oh, it was awesome. It was like, just like to be young and in love.
B
Dude, I have never been young nor dumb, nor has anyone ever loved me. So I can't relate.
C
But the you have loved deeply, Sean.
B
You look like Sean beginning phase in a movie.
A
That is just until we get Bryce and Zach in the studio to meet you and the trio will happen.
C
And then we're out. The Bryce. The Bryce Zach Sean pod is gonna fucking do numbies.
A
