Evolution happens through us living our Purpose
- We evolve through our desires
- Birds’ beaks adjust for them to get their needs met
Feels selfish when were zoomed in
- Feels light the right thing when we zoom out

Purpose requires courage because it requires vulnerability
- Vulnerability requires a sense of safety within ourselves
- Soul identity vs armour identity
Feeling excluded
- Being rejected
- Being slut-shamed
Playing big requires the courage to be vulnerable.
- It requires you removing your thick and heavy armour, so the world can feel you.
- And in order to do that, you need to know that it’s safe for you to show your true self.
- Playing small means the armour is still restricting you.
- If you want to take it off, if it feels heavy to you, the first step is to gently remove some of it. Show a little bit more of yourself. Reveal a little bit more truth in safe containers.
- If youre going to reveal more of yourself, make sure that it’s with people who can hold this truth. Make sure that its with people who are living without such a thick armour. They will get it.
