In this final episode, we explore the post-programme benefits of Erasmus+, highlighting how it can enhance career prospects and organizational growth.We share the story of Juliane Schröder, a participant from a unique professional background who embraced Erasmus+ and never looked back. Juliane chose the profession of chimney sweep in 2015, finding it to be a skilled, flexible, and varied occupation. After completing her training, she spent two months in the UK through Erasmus+, gaining valuable international experience. Her Erasmus+ journey didn't end there; she pursued and achieved the master craftsman title and continued to engage in volunteer work.Juliane now works as the Regional Secretary at the Association of German chimney sweeps and serves as an Erasmus+ ambassador in Vocational Education and Training (VET). In this episode, Juliane shares her Erasmus+ experience and, through her authentic story, highlights the benefits and competencies gained during her stay abroad to encourage other VET learners to go abroad.
