at first, I actually wanted to share with you some things that I learned in the first three months of 2023, but at the end I ended up talking about Freud who is the philosopher that actually blew my mind when I studied it

It’s long, I know, but it was worth it. Let me know how was your 2022. Like, if you noticed something different in you throughout the year or anything else

ok i’m late, i had some problems, but here i am. Tomorrow i’m gonna publish the second part

that’s something that I always do at the end of every year because i feel the need of knowing what happened in the last year, and how much i’ve changed without me knowing that. tomorrow, after a huge study of the past year, i’m gonna publish my last reflections on this year. i’m so excited

Living on a passive mode vs living on an active mode. What do you think about that? Instagram: claudia.eitwg

I think at least once in our life, we have lived those sad days where we don’t wanna do anything, where we are low of energy and everything else. On those days, I tried to track the things that I enjoy doing and there’s the list. If you want show me the things if you like doing on those days on my Instagram (claudia.eitwg)

I’ve repeated this thing many times during this episode because I want you to keep that in mind. In this episode I’m talking about a general situation, but obviously if you have been diagnosed a serious illness let professionals help you. Here, we are in the same boat and I want you always remind you that. If you want to talk to me, do you share with me one of your experience where ask me questions or everything else it’s always go follow me on Instagram where I also post many reels https://www.instagram.com/claudia.eitwg/

I think that we are not really grateful for the things that we do in one year time so today I tried to give you some examples that I have found in my life. Obviously these aren’t all and these can be also negative but I invite you to stop for a minute every day and see if you’ve learnt something or if you’ve changed and everything else, and try to find positive things always in your day, and more specially in your life because it matters. Today, I’m back with his new episode, where I talk about the meaning of being healthy that doesn’t necessarily mean skinny. Anyway I’m gonna leave you my Instagram so you can send the messages talking about your ideas or your experience and everything else: claudia.eitwg https://www.instagram.com/claudia.eitwg/

I think that we have to accept that it’s normal feeling complete different moods throughout the day, even if it seems so strange, but actually it is normal because we are humans. My instagram claudia.eitwg. Here’s the link https://www.instagram.com/claudia.eitwg/
