Brian O’Neill is a Chicago-based real estate investor, author, podcast host, and coach who turned his life around from being stuck in a high-earning yet unfulfilling corporate sales job. For 25 years, Brian felt trapped, living a lifestyle that demanded he stay in his job, despite it costing him precious moments with his young son and leaving him filled with regret. Flying over 100,000 miles a year, he was missing life at home, and it was eating him up inside.

The turning point came when his son expressed how much he missed him. This was the wake-up call Brian needed to break free from what he calls the 'W2 prison' he had built for himself. He realized that the real barriers holding him back were all in his head.

Now, Brian is living proof that it's possible to break free and live life on your terms. He's made it his mission to help others who feel stuck in their jobs, believing that a shift in mindset is all it takes to change your life. He speaks from experience when he says you're never too trapped to make a change. Brian's message is clear and simple: believe in yourself, change how you think, and you can change your life.
