So today we are covering our top five tips for transition, for the in between, for the liminal space, for the void when things get quiet, when the thing you want or the forward progress you're hoping for or that just that next stage in life is just not there. How do we sit with a uncomfortable in between and what it really is in TBM language is the magic dark. So lacy. This is a concept that just blew my mind when first Coming to TBM because it totally reframed this energy for me because it was something that felt so familiar. How many times in our life are we in limbo? Really? That's what it feels like. We're in limbo. We've been making forward progress and then the water recedes and then we're kind of floating. And we all have different impulses of how we deal with floating. You know, some people are grasping for control, others are like falling back into old patterns. There's so many different things, but actually that is the growth edge into the next. How did you see magic dark, identify it, land it? Like, how did that process come about?

Yeah, I, you know, it really came about. I know we've covered this so many times, but it really came about because I think the people who are, their self worth is low in comparison to what they're calling in. They're usually always faced with a magic dark. That's number one, the bucket. The second bucket is the person who's going through a big up level that they haven't really gone to yet, right? So that's where the universe is, is really testing them with this energy. So the magic dark is this space that you go into once you've been doing the work, you've been passing the test, and all of the sudden there's crickets. So if you're new to this concept of manifestation and you're like, whoa, I had so much momentum all of a sudden, I cast my list, I started to do the subconscious rewiring. That literally makes me manifest. And tests start showing up. So in tbm, we call those the people opportunities. It can be just triggers in the world that are really testing to see if you're going to settle in your life in the ways that you have in the past and the patterns you have in the past, right? And then you're moving through those and you're up leveling. But then all of a sudden there are crickets, right? It's this transition period also. This period that we're gonna be covering today can feel like a rut. Oh my God. I had so much momentum and then bam, everything stopped. And that kind of is like, wait, what's the difference? The rut can be like, I've been on the same trajectory for a long time. That's really not working for me. I haven't been listening to my authenticity. I've been people pleasing in my life. I've been doing the things that are gonna make me be loved or rewarded externally, but not internally. So today we Just really wanna cover this void. So whether you're in a magic dark, in the rut, in a rock bottom, I actually, you know, this morning Jessica and I were noting back and forth and I was getting this download because I'm in a little version of this right now where I'm in what I'm terming like the liminal space. It's this threshold space between what was and what's about to be, or the forage, right? It's where there's literal alchemy happening. The pressure on me is coming in order to create a diamond or someone else can look at it very mystically like the void. It's this mysterious space space where there's potential, you know, in everything and everything's recalibrating before there's a really big breakthrough. So to me, normally in this space, and for many people, it can feel really uncomfortable. So if you're like me, where you've had a lot of momentum in your life, for me personally, I don't know if a lot of people have experienced this, but in my 30s, I manifested every single thing I've ever wanted or asked for, everything in the universe. Now that we've moved into this 2025 energy, if you didn't listen to J, Jessica and I have a whole episode on this, we also did a live call on this, we'll link below. And then I did a channeling inside of the pathway membership where I really talk about the energetics of what's happening in 2025. And it's a live channeling from the universe. And basically because this year is about rapid stripping that's going to be happening, things are just going to be stripping from people. We've been talking about that, but they really have been for me. And now there's just this little calm, quiet void, this liminal space. And normally for me I would be grasping or what should I be doing? And instead I'm really sitting back and witnessing because I can energetically, psychically tell what's happening, that new layers are being peeled off. So for instance, we just did the authenticity challenge, but I already know as of today versus early December, I probably have a different authentic code. I haven't even been sharing my authentic codes on. I used to share those on my personal Instagram because I think it's changed. I've changed so much since the beginning of December that I'm just sitting here and feeling into this liminal space. And so we wanted to have an episode that's bite sized today for anybody that's Here. If you're not like me and you're actually feeling like you're just in a rut or you're in the magic dark, or you're in a rock bottom, maybe like the craziest shit just stripped from your life and you are like left on the floor sobbing, or maybe you are in that magic dark where it's like, whoa, a big up level is about to come. I can feel that that wave of incredible manifestation, next level is going to crash on me. So we really wanted to make this bite size episode that you can literally send to your sister, best friend, mom. It's short, it's sweet, and it's the five biggest tips we have. If you're in the space and navigating it like I am, you know, Jessica, like you're hearing in our community that a lot of people are in this space. So let's hop into them.

Yeah. So the first tip in navigating this is regulation. I know we talk about this a lot, but in order to even process, to move through with intention, to be grounded in your true self, to have that connection to your intuition and pings, which are gonna be very vital and other steps in here, you have to have a regulated nervous system. Oftentimes what happens with this in between, the unknown, the, oh, wow, I don't have grounding, I don't have footing here. We try to fill it quickly because it's so uncomfortable, but we're often filling it from a dysregulated place. Our nervous system isn't even grounded in anything. So really the process and the step one is to regulate your nervous system to come back to center, to come back to your, your authenticity, your true voice, all of those things. This is where all of our calming DI's are going to be huge. Our safety eye, our regulate DI's, our reset DI. This is where the somatic work is really big. Anything where you're, you know, touching your shoulders, coming back into your body, it's no longer the fear and the panic in the head, it's let's drop into the body. Let's let the body know, okay, actually we're safe. It feels really uncomfortable, but actually we are safe. And then you can start to move the energy from that point. We really wanted to help people during this time and that Safety Eye is so, so key during this chapter. How are you working with the regulation piece of it?

I chose the Safety Eye because the very first time we launched that deep imagining. So if you're one of the sisters, brothers, best friends, mothers, whomever, that the episode's getting sent to and you're like, what the fuck is regulate the nervous system? I feel like that's all over Instagram, it's all over TikTok. And people are like, what is this thing? We've heard of nervous system. We've whatever. We've worked with our in house therapist who's also certifying for somatic experiencing. And we really worked with her deeply to use Somatic and EMDR inspired tools with our bespoke hypnosis process in an effort to figure out your safe space that you can access anytime you're what's called dysregulated. Anytime you're freaking out, like Jessica was saying, that you're not in your body, you're spinning. The energy is like dog paddling. So for me, when I first was entering this space, my ego wanted to send everything up. All my darkest fears, you know, it was, it was hitting me with all of them. And so that's a really good example of being totally dysregulated. I'm not at all present. I'm not in control or the driver's seat of my magnetism or manifestation in any way when I'm in that space. Space. These are just what are called blocks. So regulating those, getting back into our safety. And what I love so much about the Safety Eye is it's just an instant hit of magic. It's an instant hit of joy using actual rewiring tools. Like, you're really working in there, but you are accessing the most safe and incredible space. You didn't even know you, your whole soul desired. So let me just leave you there before you try it. So that's a tool I'm using. And I remember when we launched that, it was a masterpiece. Like, people were like crying after, you know, they really got to witness that for the first time. So that's the first piece. So the ways that I'm regulating as I'm tuning out, like when I need to, I'm off social media, I'm off the noise, I'm getting into nature. Every moment I can just get back into the present moment. So with my Children, because I'm realizing, and I know this now, having done this manifestation work for so long, when I'm dog paddling, nothing's manifesting, it just isn't. And so that's why regulating is number one. You need to get back into control, into the driver's seat in order to have direction and drive your energy. So, yeah, I'm using all of the ways I'm like the things that bring the most noise in my life, sugar, social media, even fruit, fructose sugar, like eating fruit and shit. I'm so sensitive. Any stimulants of any kind. I find social media to be the same way. My phone is that for me. So anything that's over stimulating and overriding me, social media can do that. Because if I'm in this space, I'm also seeing all the people that seem like they're not in this space and that's making me like my ego go even crazier. So those are examples of how important it is to regulate. The safety eye can be your first tool for that. But only you'll know the things like the podcast episode we had a month ago, a month and a half ago, called Pockets of Safety. It's another great episode that's going to show you what your pockets of safety, what your regulation is. Because you can't be regulated all the time. It's just not humanly possible. It's about actually just being able to have those quick tools that are going to bring you back in when you notice that you are dysregulated. And I think this DI is a perfect things. So that's number one, get regulated.

One other thing I'll add to the regulation piece is like, this is a really good opportunity to validate your very real feelings of anger, fear, discomfort, annoyance. Whatever you're feeling, don't try to stuff it down. Don't pretend like it doesn't exist. Don't in, in better words, don't gaslight yourself. And to that, that's not your experience. Your experience is very challenging in this moment. And how you move through the challenging is you say, okay, let me sit with that, let me sit with that sensation. Let me process through it, let me move through it. The validation DI is also really good, especially if you have a lot of those big emotions coming up. But that is your first step. Don't avoid those feelings, Sit with them, give them a seat at the table, hear them out, feel them through, and then you can move into step two, which is to reframe. And this reframe specifically with the transition phase is so important to move from fear to faith. I saw this on an Instagram post, but it was basically, faith and fear both demand you believe in something you cannot see. You choose. This is a quote attributed to Bob Proctor. And so when we are in the unknown, we're not faced with our greatest fears necessarily. We're faced with, well, if this happens and this happens, then it becomes my greatest fear. And it's not actually the thing itself that we're afraid of. We're afraid of what that thing means to us. So it's like we attached our identity to something. We attached a expectation to something. And it's this moment of, okay, if it doesn't go that way, will I be okay? And can I see this change, this alchemy that Lacy's talking about? Not through the lens of, oh, no, this means everything's crumbling. Worst case scenario, fear, fear, fear. Or can I see it as okay, it's unknown and it's different and it feels uncomfortable. But can I cultivate the faith that something greater is on the other side of it?

And I think, again, if you're wanting to use a really effective tool that's literally rewiring your brain to manifest, I would do the worst case scenario. Deep imagining.

It's how you pull your power back. It's just like the face these fears that your subconscious and your ego is trying to feed to you so that you can alchemize it in an effort to actually become faith or magnetism. I'm in this space right now where I'm just, like, feeling into these fears. I know the tools and how to do it, but I want to sit with them. I want to sit with this edge. Because what's really happening in my personal healing process, my chameleon process that's going on right, right now, is I'm being pushed into a new version of myself. I can feel that, like, my authenticity is actually the needles moving. I've just turned 40. I've manifested everything I've wanted. The universe is pushing and asking of me to literally, if I'm returning this space, this liminal void, this mysticism, to move into this unknown that hasn't even been written yet, that I don't even actually have the clarity or know yet because it's going to be so special. So I'm needing to sit with the uncomfort. A lot of people don't have the nervous system to sit with this, but I do in this moment. And I have the privilege because I've worked my ass off. And I financially have worked my ass off and I have the comfort and the ability to. Even though the pressure feels intense, it's like I need to sit at this edge because if I don't and I just do the work and I move past it, I know the universe is going to put me at that edge again. The universe is actually asking me to transform. I just had to return this for myself. That it's not a rut. It's not. It is definitely probably a magic dark for sure. But I. I'm calling it the liminal, the void, the Forge. I need this new breath of energy because this is a new place I'm going to. And so, yeah, that's what I want to say about that. But again, what I do think, if you're in a place where you don't have the comfort or the privilege to just sit in this space, you can do the worst case scenario. Deep imagining, again, has the EMDR inspired tools, has the somatic experiencing. It's going to make you literally rewire your mind. The best thing it does is it makes you face all of those fears and you get to the bottom and you're like, so what? I actually find that you can have a deeper version of being regulated, of being empowered in this space, this void, because you've actually faced your worst fears. So now that can take you to three. And you can actually move through it not with total ease, but a lot of surrender where you're like, huh, I'm still fine. I'm alive. I'm. I actually have my needs met. My ego is having a bit of a death at the moment. And none of that's probably true and none of it's probably going to happen. And now I have, I'm empowered and I have my control back. At the same time. If you're somebody like me who really.

Needs a lot of control, a thousand percent. And even we have the worst case scenario journal prompts and di. Sometimes, especially if it's a lighter fear, I just need to journal through it. Those journal prompts, I just need to write down the fear. And then I look at it and I'm like, that is what I'm so. Like, I could think of 10 ways that that happening could actually be a huge blessing in all these other ways. Why am I getting so fixated on that one thing? You just have to get it out of the thinking mind. We had an episode with, with neuroscience Nicole and she talks about how when we're just thinking on things, it can loop and circle and it doesn't have a completion phase. But when we can write it down, when we can verbalize it and speak it out to a friend, it can have its solution. Take those fears out of just your mind and either voice, note them to a friend or journal on them with the worst case scenario, and you'll be shocked. It seems so simple. But from neuroscience, this is really going to help transform those fears.

And that brings us to number three.

Okay. This is when we double down in our authenticity and we connect with what we call our radical pings. Now, our pings are our. I almost see it as like a. Like a channel, you know, those tubes at the bank where it's like you put it in and it like sucks it up and moves like it's. It's kind of like that, like, I see the pings as like little messages from the universe that like drop down and send up and it's like this communication portal between us. When you can process those fears, this potential with the pings coming through, your connection to authenticity is actually going to be so fertile, you're actually going to have a lot come through. Even if they're very subtle, they will be there, very all over the place, guiding you into how to take the next step. Even if you can't see the map ahead.

Yeah, you just need to write them down. And when you can take action on them, take them. Even if it's the smallest action towards it. The universe is literally communicating to you at this moment, myself included, of what to do next. Now I'm a family of four at this moment, and the universe to me is like, go move to your new place in Mendocino. Spend half the year in the uk and it's like I'm having to manifest with three other people. So again, thank God I have the nervous system to be able to navigate this. But I am taking little action steps towards those pings that are coming through. So that's really big. But I do want to say, like Jessica touched on authenticity is the root of magnetism. The only reason the universe is dancing with us is to get us back into that hole where the authentication state. You've heard me say this 10,000 times. If you're new, that is the deal. The universe loves you. It's here to manifest everything you want, like it did for me in my 30s. But we have to ground into our total, utter authentic essence.

So the one thing I'll say about this is for authenticity and pings, we do get a lot of questions. Like, I'm not really hearing them. They are such subtle whispers. And they're not whispers in the sense of fear. They are whispers in the sense of little tiny threads, little pulls. I actually shared an Instagram story about this the other day I got this ping to go to a different coffee shop than I usually go to. Actually, I get a lot of pings through coffee shops. It's kind of interesting, but I got this small ping to go to a different coffee shop and my dog and fiance were like, no, no, no, come to the one close by us. And I was like, I'm sorry guys, I gotta go to this other one that's on the other side of town. Like, I'm just feeling really called to this. This space. It makes no sense. I don't really understand why, but it's just. I really have to listen to this. And as I followed that ping, not only did I wound up hearing a song on the radio that felt like it unlocked something inside of me creatively and just inspired me in so many ways, but when I got there, I saw a fellow TVmer completely spontaneously, and she said something to me that in the way that she said it, and she talked about something I had shared on social. It felt like such a vision holder moment where she was like, I. I see you in this, Jessica. Like, this is really incredible. Like, do you feel that energy? And I was like, oh, my gosh. This is a breadcrumb of this next version of self that's being asked to come forth more. This energy within me that's being asked to come forth more. So that's just a little example of how small ways. Even if you can't see the route ahead, even if you can't see, okay, I'm here. It's unknown, but here are my 10 steps forward. Even if you can't see, see it. That's that faith piece. Listen to those pings because they'll start to fill in the puzzle piece. When I have pings come through, they almost feel like they are painting different parts of a canvas that I know all relate, but I don't know what the main canvas is. Okay, I'm going to do this. And this feels like it unlocked this section of the canvas, and now this part of the picture is more visible, But I still don't understand, like, what is the composition of the whole painting? Like, how is it actually going to look? And the lesson, the beauty in this season or this chapter is that you're not going to see the full picture probably in right up until you land in it. So allow the pings to guide you into those parts of the canvas and trust that if you follow them, you are helping take that aligned action to connect with that thing on the other side. And two tools you guys can use to work with your authenticity. If you're new to us, if you've never crafted an authentic code before, those are the pillars that we refine through a very specific exercise to get in touch with the elements that really feel like they are a part of your soul and your expression and your essence at this season of life. So if you go into our authenticity challenge, which is open right now, the first three weeks are really Diving into that in such a nuance and different way so you can get in touch with those, those pillars. And then the more you can live out from that space, the more you can honor time to connect with those aspects, to connect with those pillars, to see how those pillars factor into what you're manifesting, the faster the entire process is going to go. Another tool for pings, we have a pings deep imagining that just gets you in, in touch with what your voice of your pings are going to come through as what that feels like, what truth feels like when it settles into your body. And I will say that pings and intuition is a muscle. The more you listen to the small little like what you may toss off as insignificant, the more they come and the louder they come and the deeper they come and the more clarity they come with. So it is a practice of consistently listening and then taking action on them and listening and taking action. And that starts to build your trust muscle where you're like, oh, I, I understand what this line of communication is.

Alrighty, let's get into number four.

Do not ignore your subconscious. So this is going to be a little bit different of interacting with your blocks than maybe you would in a time when you're intentionally unblocking something. This is more. When you are in this liminal space, the fears, the subconscious limiting beliefs, the subconscious narratives and stories that you're being asked to release will naturally bubble up. You don't have to go hunting for them, you don't have to go searching for them. They will come up presenting as those fears, presenting as the, oh, no, should I play small or what do I need to do? You know, I said at the top of the episode, one of the impulses in that quiet liminal space is, do I have to run and hide or do I have to scramble to control everything? You have to check on what your impulse is here. And that's really your subconscious coming to the forefront. I know Daniel, I've been noticing he literally will be having. He's like, oh, I had a dream where, you know, X, Y, Z happened. I'm like, your subconscious is speaking to you in the dream. Like that is the exact thing you need to take a moment to look at. So don't ignore those subconscious impulses that are being asked to really shed those old stories. And it can be as simple as doing the validation di or doing the safe di and just saying like, hey, I see see you, I see your fear, I see your pain. I see what you're going through. You're okay, we're okay here. And really just facing those head on, knowing that it's almost like at this stage of the process, it just needs a little bit of hand holding to, like, guide you to the next. It's not that huge unblocking that you may see in other phases of the manifestation process.

And I also think it's just that recognition, like Jessica's saying, where it's like, like, even if you're not doing the deepest dive, even by doing the safety eye, and then let's say you're like, wow, that was really powerful for me. I am going to go do the worst case scenario deep imagining to really get my power back. Even in those two experiences, you're addressing your subconscious fears. You're not fully unblocking them, but you're moving enough energy around in those that you're not ignoring what's coming up. And you're still taking your magnetic power back. And after recognizing your deeper authenticity and your pings, you're already working the magic at that point. So I think that this piece that Jessica's saying in four being so important, where it's like, just what you said, don't try to run from those, don't try to scramble away, and you're gonna need to feel your things. But it's just giving it recognition, giving it some space to air out. And also even journaling what's coming up, even if you don't have direct prompts, free journaling it just straight up, wow, I'm so afraid of X, Y and Z. And just keep asking why, why? Why? That's how I created this work. I mean, it was like a channeling. And then it was me doing a ton of journaling, being like, why? Okay, where did that come from? Why? Why? Why? Like becoming your own reader, energy reader, therapist, whatever you want to call it. So not ignoring that is number four.

I love the also that option of the journaling and listening to, like our binaural beats. I'll put on in the background and just like, let the subconscious come in, have the theta waves going. What is this thing coming up? Let me just look at it, address it. And I don't know why. I've had this ping come up this year a few times, and maybe it'll relate to you guys too, but we think it's going to be so hard and difficult to move through. It's actually going to be so much easier. We just have to show up.

Yes. That's a big piece of this that I wanted to talk about in the top of the episode. If you have not gotten to really hear that channeling of 2025 in the pathway, this is the rapid year. As quickly as this void liminal space comes is as quickly as the manifestation comes. It can be that rapid. This year it's speeding up, it's getting fast. So I love that you said that. Just know it doesn't have to be like the deep heavy trenches anymore. Even that awareness can just bam. Be enough to take you there. So just like not ignoring that.

Number five is to fall in love with life again. The little moments, the presence, the joy. This is where you're expressing your authenticity. This is where you're just really attuned to the now. I mean, it's the spiritual lesson as old as time. Be here now, be in this moment, be in the life, the body, the what you're experiencing in the day to day, the minutiae, the details, the beauty, the way the sun is, the nature, your family, your pets, your animals, just the beauty of the poc. Like you find pockets of safety, find pockets of blessings, find pockets of beauty. Yes.

Yep. I love that. If you're Jessica on Instagram, you'll be finding a lot of sunsets, a lot of nature walks, but if you're me, it's like witchy stuff. That's what I'm in. I'm like, dude, I'm gonna fall in love with the shit that I love the most. What do I love? I love jewelry, like, I love pearls. I'm like, what's the history? What was I. What was I chatgpting the other day? I get deep into like, what's the history and the symbolism of this? I'm just getting so witchy and in love with the plants and the things that have always lit me up that I always feel the most connected to. And just making sure that you realize it's not in distraction. There's a reason why this is number five. It's in inspiration. So really understanding the difference. This isn't to check out, it's to check in. It's a deeper anchoring of my authenticity during this moment in this sacred liminal void, this openness of where the next thing is going to come. So in it, I'm like designing things in my mind I'm really deep into because, you know, I have this, this property that. Oh, my gosh. I mean, I'm not going to waste the time on here to talk about. We'll do that in another episode. You know, it was the first time I got to stay there over my 40th birthday. And it was such a spiritual experience being there. My ultimate manifestation, obviously, after my partner, my kids, this company, like those that, you know, after those, this was mine. That's the best way I can put it. It's like something I've been wanting and calling in since I was in seventh grade watching Practical Magic. It was unreal how this feels. And so I'm getting into like the deep depths of like the Victorian self care. If you were living seaside, what you did with the seaweed and like how you cooked it and what kind of tinctures you are making and infusion, like just so deep into my herbalist background and the things that just really light me up. A friend of mine up there gifted me the most beautiful gifts. All of my friends did, but one in particular, she's a Gemini. She has a store there. If you haven't been to Mendocino, I have a little guide on my personal Instagram that's just like a teeny little roundup that I need to put her store on because it just opened. It's called the Bell in Mendocino. She just has this incredible mind where she took. I'm going to call them hatching. Even though they're not hatching, they're like blossoming hazelnuts that were dried and they were still in their little hut. And then she had tied a little string and that was just like tied out to the packaging of my thing. And I'm like, who has the beauty and the mind? They look like little characters. They're so beautiful. Like I have them hanging on one of the windows. So just for me, that's my version of falling in love with life. So just. You're not hearing that. It's the cheesy, like, be present now, you know, none of that. It's like, no, what is your version? So Jessica what would be those for you in this space to give you just a little bit more insight and inspiration of what yours could be?

Mine is so much of, like, the witnessing of nature moving, moving in a space and also outside in a space. So my, like, favorite pastime, especially on Sunday, I move room to room in the house and sit, and it's like a sitting meditation of watching the light, watching things move through, and the amount of downloads that come through. I feel like I'm having a telepathic communication with the sun and it's telling me a story as it's moving through the home. And, you know, all of these things that brings me so much joy and I feel so intertwined and connected. And it's almost like there's regulation in that. You know, as I'm sitting outside and looking at my view outside, I'm just like, how on earth look at the magic and look at that little detail on that house across the way. And oh, my gosh, that palm tree is moving in that way, like, appreciating the beauty. So many things come through at the same time, too. I'm like, oh, okay, now I understand this wisdom about this. Or now I'm seeing this from a new lens. Or now I'm understanding why humans are building in this way. You know, like, it's just so much of, like, a immersive experience. But I have to be.

It's your version of being in trance, and that is just. So if anybody's listening and we're just going to get witchy, that's a version of bending time and space. So this is magic. That's literal magic. And being able to manifest is knowing how to tap into that magic. And everybody has their versions of that because I do that the same thing, especially in Southern California when I'm here of how the light dances. And I'm the same. I could be by myself watching and just be in full trance and just beginning channeling downloads, downloads, downloads. But also, that's such a beautiful space to work some of this magic. So, for instance, if this is one of your versions of falling in love with life, this would be the most beautiful space to have that moment where you're asking, you're not ignoring the subconscious. You're. You've done the top, you found your safety, you've regulated. You're in that moment of regulation, you've taken your power back and you, you know, you've faced your big fears right with. If you've done the di of facing your biggest fears and you've taken Your power back. Now you're in this space. This is that beautiful space to just continue to ask why? What's coming up in your subconscious? And these are the places where you can bend time and space and manifest. It's so magical. So, yeah, continue on. But I just wanted to make that note for people who are listening. Listening.

Well, it's so huge too, because especially right now, so much of the balance and everything coming through is like, collective stuff. It was in this theme, and now it's moving in this theme. And we, you know, what we really need to move forward is this. And like, this is what's coming through, and this is how people are seeing this. And it's just so interesting. And I think about like, okay, now the next phase of this is how do I alchemize that information? How do I share that information or interact with that information or help bring that to a tool at tbm? How do you then take that and actually make impact and change the world? And I think really what I really want everyone to, like, grasp and understand, because I know there's a lot of people who are in a lot of fear with what's happening in the world. Right. We got so many questions on, like, what. What do we do now with this going on in this unprecedented times and all of these things. On top of my own internal magic dark, or my own internal transition, like, how can I possibly see forward? This is it. Everyone has their perfect thumbprint, their perfect blueprint, their perfect purpose in so many different, unique, authentic ways. And unless we can, like, ride that wave like this and really say, okay, okay, universe, like, I'm gonna drop the things for ego. I'm gonna drop the external validations. Like, what is it? What would you have me do? Where would you have me go? You know, what would you have me say? The Course in Miracles concept. That is gonna be the path, you know, And I don't think people are really getting that, how much power we individually actually do have in this moment in time.

And there's such a bigger conversation of why we're being made to feel like we don't. But I think the way that you're addressing that is so beautiful and. And really perfect. And then. Yeah. So anybody who is. Is in this space is going through this. These five tips are going to be the perfect propellers to just really catapult you into what ultimately this space is trying to take you, which is to the next level in your manifestation.

Yes. Okay, I'll run through them one more time. Just so you guys have them in one spot. So when you are navigating that in between, that liminal space, the void, the unknown, the transition, the magic dark, even the rut, the rock bottom. These are your five tips of how to come back to center and move through it from your authentic self. Number one. Regulate. Regulate your nervous system. Get back to center. Get your body and mind and soul all in line. 2. Reframe. Move from fear and punishment and scarcity to faith, to trust, to surrender. 3. Reconnect with your authenticity. What is your truth? What is your essence? And listen for those pings. Listen to your intuition. Listen to those little whispers that are actually guiding you on action steps of what to take right now. 4. Do not ignore your subconscious. If you have fears, if you have limiting beliefs, address them. Just bring them to the surface. They are asking to just be looked at. They're going to be a lot easier to move through if you just take a look at them and don't avoid them. And 5. Fall in love with life. What is your authentic way of being able to witness and see the beauty and the curiosity and the wonder that is actually around you right now? Not in the future, not in the past, but right here. Connect to your version of it and that is where so much will come through.

Inspiration, curiosity, what lights you like, just get nerdy on it, but fall in love with it. The amount of time you're spending on social media, completely turn that down. Get so inspired and curious and don't force it. What are those natural curiosities? Even if they're so weird or society would deem them as lazy or mundane or whatever, they are yours. They're specific to you and they are going to be very purposeful in this process, in this transfusion that's happening in your life. Life that's going to literally catapult you into the next level of your life, into magnetism, into manifesting.
